In order to compare the transfection efficiency of lncRNA malat1 plasmid and lentivirus vectors in primary cultured rat DRG-derived satelite glial cells(SGCs).FISH was employed to detect the subcellular localization I...In order to compare the transfection efficiency of lncRNA malat1 plasmid and lentivirus vectors in primary cultured rat DRG-derived satelite glial cells(SGCs).FISH was employed to detect the subcellular localization IncRNA-malat1l,qPCR was used to detect the expression of IncRNA-malat1 before and after transfection of the interference vector.It was found that malat1 was not silenced by IncRNA Smart silencers plasmid.qPCR results showed no significant difference in expression level of malat1 mRNA before and after transfection smart silencers plasmid of malat1 at 24 h,48h,3 d and7 d.The subcellular localization analysis found that malat1 was mainly located in the nucleus.It is speculated that it is difficult to achieve silencing of lncRNA located in the nucleus by applying interference technology of siRNA plasmid vector.qPCR results showed that the expression level of malat1 mRNA before and after malat1 transfection was significantly decreased at 24 h and 3 d compared with the normal group and the no-load group(P<0.05).In conclusion,it was suggested that the SGCs of DRG belonged to primary cells.展开更多
In Vietnam,rainfall data usually received using daily rainfall at all hydrology stations with higher time resolution are scarce.However,its analyses to achieve IDF(Intensity-Duration-Frequency)curves are often require...In Vietnam,rainfall data usually received using daily rainfall at all hydrology stations with higher time resolution are scarce.However,its analyses to achieve IDF(Intensity-Duration-Frequency)curves are often required at a finer scale such as hourly.Therefore,it needs to develop and apply methods to derive the IDF characteristics of short-duration events from daily rainfall statistics in Vietnam.In recent years,the need for new insights into the rainfall process leading to new approaches to model the distribution of rainfall intensities in time and space was recognized.This research aims to establish IDF curves for monsoon climate area in Vietnam based on scaling method.Scaling properties of extreme rainfall are examined in the Red River Delta of Vietnam in order to establish scaling behavior of statistical moments over different durations.Such scaling or scale-invariant models enable us to scale data from one temporal resolution to another,and thus,help to overcome the lack of the extreme rainfall data of sub-daily durations.The disaggregation or downscaling techniques are used to obtain sub-daily rainfall data from daily rainfall data for the derivation of scaled IDF curves.Research results show that most of rainfall amount(approximately 70%)received from rains occurring between 6:0 pm to 6:0 am of the day after that,the daytime usually less rainfall occurrence with only 30%.The peak rainfall is usually occurred during 0:0 am to 4:0 am having approximately 42.98%of rainfall amount over a day.The peak rainfall likely happen earlier in the recent year(36%rainfall amount over a day occurrence from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in 2008).The analysis also illustrated that approximately 40%of rainfall events have duration less than 60 minutes.In contrast,only approximately 9%of rainfall events have duration more than 6 hours but total rainfall depths of these events is approximately.展开更多
BACKGROUND Schizophrenic patients are prone to violence,frequent recurrence,and difficult to predict.Emotional and behavioral abnormalities during the onset of the disease,resulting in active myocardial enzyme spectru...BACKGROUND Schizophrenic patients are prone to violence,frequent recurrence,and difficult to predict.Emotional and behavioral abnormalities during the onset of the disease,resulting in active myocardial enzyme spectrum.AIM To explored the expression level of myocardial enzymes in patients with schizo-phrenia and its predictive value in the occurrence of violence.METHODS A total of 288 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research object,and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group.Participants’information,clinical data,and labo-ratory examination data were collected.According to Modified Overt Aggression Scale score,patients were further divided into the violent(123 cases)and non-violent group(165 cases).RESULTS The comparative analysis revealed significant differences in serum myocardial enzyme levels between patients with schizophrenia and healthy individuals.In the schizophrenia group,the violent and non-violent groups also exhibited different levels of serum myocardial enzymes.The levels of myocardial enzymes in the non-violent group were lower than those in the violent group,and the patients in the latter also displayed aggressive behavior in the past.CONCLUSION Previous aggressive behavior and the level of myocardial enzymes are of great significance for the diagnosis and prognosis analysis of violent behavior in patients with schizophrenia.By detecting changes in these indicators,we can gain a more comprehensive understanding of a patient’s condition and treatment.展开更多
Energy flexibility is an important way to realize the real-time balance of regional energy supply and demand,and it can also reduce the operating cost of the system combined with peak-valley electricity price.The oper...Energy flexibility is an important way to realize the real-time balance of regional energy supply and demand,and it can also reduce the operating cost of the system combined with peak-valley electricity price.The operation of central hot water system in university dormitories can provide abundant energy flexibility due to the heat storage characteristics of water tank and pipe network.In order to quantify the potential of the flexibility of the central hot water system in university dormitories to optimize the operation of the system,an optimization model of the central hot water system based on model predictive control was proposed in this study.The proposed model consists of the water consumption prediction model based on the circulation neural network,the heat source model based on the linear model,and the hot water system temperature prediction model based on the RC(resistance and the capacitance)model.Putting emphasis on the reduction of operating cost as the objective function,genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal operation strategy.The results obtained from simulation showed that using energy flexibility to transfer hot water load from peak electricity price period to valley electricity price period could save 30%and 9.4%operating costs in summer and winter,respectively,and increase 64.4%power consumption during valley electricity price period in typical winter months,while bringing more suitable hot water temperature and comfort.展开更多
The large-scale application of renewable energy is an important strategy to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in the building sector.Energy flexibility is essential for ensuring balance between energy demand and s...The large-scale application of renewable energy is an important strategy to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in the building sector.Energy flexibility is essential for ensuring balance between energy demand and supply when targeting the maximum penetration rate of renewable energy during the operation of regional integrated energy systems.Revealing the energy flexibility characteristics of centralized hot water systems,which are an important source of such flexibility,is of great significance to the optimal operation of regional integrated energy systems.Hence,in this study,based on the annual real-time monitoring data,the energy flexibility of the centralized hot water system in university dormitories is evaluated from the perspective of available storage capacity(C_(ADR)),recovery time(t_(recovery)),and storage efficiency(η_(ADR)),by the data-driven simulation method.The factors influencing the energy flexibility of the centralized hot water system are also analyzed.Available storage capacity has a strong positive correlation with daily water consumption and a strong negative correlation with daily mean outdoor temperature.These associations indicate that increased water use on the energy flexibility of the centralized hot water system is conducive to optimal dispatching.In contrast,higher outdoor temperature is unfavorable.The hourly mean value of the available storage capacity in spring and winter is found to be around 80 kWh in the daytime,and about twice that in summer and autumn.Recovery time is evenly distributed throughout the year,while t_(recovery)/C_(ADR)in spring and winter is about half that in summer.The storage efficiency was significantly higher in spring,summer,and winter than in autumn.The hourly mean storage efficiency was found to be about 40%in the daytime.The benefits of activating energy flexibility in spring and winter are the best,because these two seasons have higher available storage capacity and storage efficiency,while the benefit of activating energy flexibility is the highest at 6:00 a.m.,and very low from midnight to 3:00 a.m.展开更多
