OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Zhenxin Anshen formula(镇心安神方,ZXAS)on atopic dermatitis(AD)by transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)and transient receptor potential ankyrin 1(TRPA1)signalling pat...OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Zhenxin Anshen formula(镇心安神方,ZXAS)on atopic dermatitis(AD)by transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)and transient receptor potential ankyrin 1(TRPA1)signalling pathway in mice and in vitro.METHODS:AD-like lesions were induced by 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene(DNCB)to the shaved dorsal skin of BALB/c mice.BALB/c mice were divided into five groups:normal control,model control,cetirizine,low-,medium-,and high-dose of ZXAS.After ZXAS in-tervention,the skin lesions and blood samples were collected for hematoxylin and eosin-stained and measuring the concentrations of inflammatory cytokines.Immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,IL-13,and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)were de-tected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The spinal cords were collected for measuring the expression of gastrin-releasing peptide receptor(GRPR),TRPV1,and TRPA1 by using immunohistochemistry,western blotting,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qR T-PCR)analyses.In addition,3-(4,5-dimethylthiazolyl-2)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay,flow cytometry,ELISA,and Western blotting were conducted for analysis of primary dorsal root ganglia(DRG)neurons in vitro.RESULTS:ZXAS treatment improved DNCB-induced AD-like lesions through reducing dermatitis score,number of scratching and epidermal thickness,accompanied by the de-creased IgE and Th2 inflammatory cytokines.ZXAS also supressed the mRNA and protein expression of GRPR,TRPV1,and TRPA1 in the spinal cord.The medicated sera of ZXAS decreased capsaicin-induced Ca^(2+)influx and downregulated the expression of TRPV1,TRPA1,and phospholipase C in DRG neurons.CONCLUSIONS:The therapeutic effect of ZXAS on AD may be related to the regulation of TRPV1 and TRPA1 and inhibition of Ca^(2+)signals in neurons.展开更多
In order to realize the high-quality and balanced development of the obligation education,school of collectivization has become an important measure.It promotes the fairness of education by expanding the coverage of h...In order to realize the high-quality and balanced development of the obligation education,school of collectivization has become an important measure.It promotes the fairness of education by expanding the coverage of high-quality education resources and sharing experience of education management.Its essence is the process of combining multiple individual schools in the region to form an organic organization of education group.In this process,school managers are faced with many problems such as remote management,increased difficulty in management,and increased cost of management.How to improve their leadership under collectivization has become a key issue of research.This study takes Jing'an District of Shanghai as an example,pays attention to the leadership of school managers under collectivization,in order to provide targeted suggestions for improving the leadership of school managers.This study analyzes the concept of school management leadership,and investigates the performance of three education groups and eight school managers in the aspects of structural leadership,teaching leadership,curriculum leadership and cultural value leadership.The study finds that school managers think that the main challenge after collectivization is the increase of management difficulty,followed by the expansion of school scale,insufficient policy support and insufficient resource allocation.In a word,these problems greatly affect the leadership level of school managers under collectivization.It thinks that school managers should optimize the organizational structure,build a modern school system,improve the professional level,promote the common development of teachers,build school culture and create a good organizational atmosphere to continuously improve their leadership.展开更多
Background:Despite access to university counseling services,many students underutilize them due to cultural stigma,language barriers,and perceived irrelevance.As a result,ChatGPT has emerged as an informal,always-avai...Background:Despite access to university counseling services,many students underutilize them due to cultural stigma,language barriers,and perceived irrelevance.As a result,ChatGPT has emerged as an informal,always-available support system.This study investigates how international PhD students in Malaysia navigate loneliness,mental well-being,and social disconnection through interactions with Generative AI(mainly ChatGPT).Methods:Using a mixed-methods design,the study surveyed 155 international doctoral students and analyzed quantitative responses across four dimensions:loneliness,well-being(WHO-5),perceived social support,and AI-facilitated emotional support.Additionally,open-ended responses were examined using Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)to identify emergent themes.Results:Quantitative findings showed that ChatGPT use was modestly associated with greater loneliness(r=0.17)and lower perceived social support(r=−0.16),with only a weak positive link to well-being(r=0.11).Regression analysis confirmed these small effects,while qualitative themes revealed that students used ChatGPT mainly for emotional venting and productivity,underscoring its value as short-term support but also its potential to displace human interaction.More specifically,thematic analysis revealed two dominant student experiences:(1)emotional venting and calmness,and(2)productivity through non-judgmental dialogue.Conclusions:These findings suggest that while ChatGPT offers emotional reprieve and academic clarity,it may also displace human interaction.This study highlights the promise and pitfalls of AI-driven mental support in higher education.It urges institutions to enhance peer networks,foster culturally responsive mentoring,and develop ethical AI usage guidelines to support international doctoral students holistically.展开更多
