文摘To screen high-quality early-maturing rapeseed germplasm resources, this study took six early-maturing Brassica napus varieties(ZY1,ZY2,ZY3,ZY4,ZY5,and ZY6)as research objects to compare and analyze their agronomic traits, resistance, and yield traits. The results showed that the six early-maturing rapeseed varieties exhibited strong pre-winter growth, with the number of green leaf on the main stem ranging from 9.0 to 11.6,the total leaf number of main stem from 11.8 to 14.2,the maximum leaf length on main stem from 41.28 cm to 47.54 cm,the maximum leaf width from 12.02 cm to 13.38 cm,and the rhizome thickness from 20.64 mm to 25.82 mm.The order of green leaf, total leaf, maximum leaf length, and rhizome thickness from high to low across varieties was ZY1>ZY2>ZY3>ZY4>ZY5>ZY6,while the maximum leaf width followed ZY2>ZY1>ZY3>ZY4>ZY5>ZY6.Compared with other varieties,ZY1 and ZY2 had earlier bolting, initial flowering, final flowering, and harvesting times. The growth periods of the varieties were 183-189 d,with ZY1 being the shortest(183 d)and ZY2 following(185 d).Resistance investigations showed that ZY1 had the lowest freeze damage rate(13%)and freeze damage index(0.043),followed by ZY2(15%and 0.060).No Sclerotinia stem rot was observed at the seedling stage, while all varieties developed the disease at maturity;ZY1 had the lowest incidence(15%)and disease index(0.050),followed by ZY2(18%and 0.070).In terms of yield traits, the yield per plant of the six varieties ranged from 11.46 g to 14.53 g,with ZY1 being the highest(14.53 g)and ZY2 following(13.42 g).In conclusion,ZY1 and ZY2 exhibited vigorous pre-winter growth, early bolting and flowering, short growth periods, strong freeze and disease resistance, and high yield per plant, making them ideal materials for early-maturing rapeseed breeding.
文摘The history of acoustic metamaterials can be traced back to the turn of the 215 century, when the local res-onances of subwavelength structures were leveraged for acoustic properties unavailable in natural materials.[1 Over a quarter of 8 century, acoustic metamaterials have continued to thrive as numerous novel acoustic effects have been investigated and realized.[2-6]However,acous-tic metamaterials were entirely passive in their early days, thus indicating that their functionalities were singular and entirely determined at the fabrication stage.Additionally, even at the effective-medium level, such passive metama-terials must obey fundamental laws, such as time reversal symmetry and causality. These limitations can be over-come by employing active components in metamaterial design. Thus,we surveyed the development, functionalities, and implications of active acoustic metamaterials.
文摘BACKGROUND Giant coronary artery aneurysms(CAA),entailing thrombosis, myocardial infarction, and sudden death, are the most severe and life-threatening complications of Kawasaki disease(KD).Giant aneurysms rarely regress and can later transform into stenoses.Data on dynamic follow-up are scarce in the literature.AIM To evaluate clinical features and long-term outcomes of giant CAA in children with KD.METHODS A single-center retrospective study included data from patients with KD and giant CAA in the Irkutsk region(2012-2023).CAA criteria according to the American Heart Association guidelines of 2017 were used:(1)Dilated coronary artery with diameter Z-score>2 standard deviations(SD)but<2.5 SD;(2)Small CAA with Z-score>2.5 SD but<5 SD;(3)Medium CAA with Z-score>5 SD but<10 SD;and(4)Giant CAA with Z-score>10 SD or≥8 mm.RESULTS The mean age of children with coronary dilatation/aneurysms was 2.5 years, and the male-to-female ratio was 3:1.Patients with giant/medium CAA had symptoms of cerebral dysfunction more often compared with children with moderate(Z-score<5 SD but>2.0 SD)coronary dilatation(62.0%vs 21.0%,P=0.019).Major cardiovascular events(myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting, acute coronary syndrome, ischemic cardiomyopathy, left ventricular aneurysm, and giant extracardiac aneurysm)occurred in 55.5%of patients who had giant CAA.At follow-up the complete regression of giant/medium CAA was observed in 58.0%and partial regression in 42.0%after a mean of 2.3 and 5.5 years, respectively. All thrombi detected by echocardiography,CT,and angiography in giant/medium CAA disappeared between 1 year and 5 years(mean:15 months). All patients survived.CONCLUSION Risk factors for giant CAA were male sex, early age,and cerebral dysfunction.Complete regression of giant coronary aneurysms occurred in 58.0%of patients after follow-up of 2.3 years.
