Objectives:To propose a new idea of“lung ventilation and Qi regulation”for preventing and treating lung cancer,and to summarize the corresponding Tongfei Huajie prescription,as a systematic theoretical and practical...Objectives:To propose a new idea of“lung ventilation and Qi regulation”for preventing and treating lung cancer,and to summarize the corresponding Tongfei Huajie prescription,as a systematic theoretical and practical innovation.Methods:Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer,the anatomy,physiology and pathology of the lung,and inspired by the ancient“Tuoyue”(bellows)theory,this study combined the clinical observation of ventilation issues in lung cancer patients.The Tongfei Huajie prescription was formulated following the classic principle of monarch(Jun),minister(Chen),assistant(Zuo),and guide(Shi),and was interpreted with modern pharmacological research.Results:A novel therapeutic concept of“lung ventilation and Qi regulation”was proposed.The corresponding Tongfei Huajie prescription was developed,which has the effects of ventilating the lung,expelling phlegm dampness,tonifying Qi,tonifying the kidney and spleen for lung health,soothing the liver and descending lung Qi,and clearing the heart and moistening the lung.Clinical application has achieved obvious curative effect.Conclusions:This work presents a systematic summary of the innovation in“theory,method,formula and herb”for lung cancer treatment,demonstrating the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in this field.展开更多
As data are growing rapidly in data centers,inline cluster deduplication technique has been widely used to improve storage efficiency and data reliability.However,there are some challenges faced by the cluster dedupli...As data are growing rapidly in data centers,inline cluster deduplication technique has been widely used to improve storage efficiency and data reliability.However,there are some challenges faced by the cluster deduplication system:the decreasing data deduplication rate with the increasing deduplication server nodes,high communication overhead for data routing,and load balance to improve the throughput of the system.In this paper,we propose a well-performed cluster deduplication system called AR-Dedupe.The experimental results of two real datasets demonstrate that AR-Dedupe can achieve a high data deduplication rate with a low communication overhead and keep the system load balancing well at the same time through a new data routing algorithm.In addition,we utilize application-aware mechanism to speed up the index of handprints in the routing server which has a 30%performance improvement.展开更多

Polystyrene (PS)/triphenyl phosphate (TPP) composites were prepared by both suspension polymerization and melt extrusion, and a comparative study of the flame retardance and mechanical properties was carried out. ...Polystyrene (PS)/triphenyl phosphate (TPP) composites were prepared by both suspension polymerization and melt extrusion, and a comparative study of the flame retardance and mechanical properties was carried out. The results showed that suspension polymerization was a better technique than melt extrusion for obtaining good dispersity of the PS/TPP composite. The TPP nanoparticles, which were approximately 50 nm in size, were homogenously and uniformly dispersed in the PS matrix by suspension polymerization in one-step. However, the PS/TPP composite was partially agglomerated, exhibiting irregularly shaped micron-scale particles as a result of melt extrusion. In contrast to the melt extrusion, the limited oxygen index (LOI) of the PS/TPP nanocomposite by suspension polymerization increased to 22.6% from 21.8%, and time to ignition (TTI) increased by 12.3%, the peak heat release rate (PHRR) decreased by 8.5%, and the total heat release (THR) decreased by 11.0%. The mechanical properties of the PS/TPP nanocomposite by suspension polymerization also increased. The tensile strength, elongation at break, and flexural strength increased by 36.4%, 8.5%, and 108%, respectively.展开更多

Thirdly, basing on the discrete event simulation concept, a simulation algorithm to estimate reliability parameters of the phased-mission system with multiple states is explored. Finally, an example is introduced and analyzed, and the analysis result verifies the algorithms. 文摘Motion state of ship out of control in bridge area was analyzed.Motion procedure after losing control was divided into two steps.One is drift step within stopping period.The other is drift step without inertia,which is induced by wind and current.Mathematical model for motion of ship out of control,considering wind-induced drift,current-induced drift,stopping ability,etc.,was established.Dangerous collision areas for main pier and auxiliary piers were analyzed according to different calculation conditions.

文摘At the middle pylon of a three-pylon two-span suspension bridge, the effect of unbalanced loads on the adjacent spans may result in a series of technical bottlenecks in design, such as stability and anti-slippage between saddles and main cables. This article presents the researches conducted on structure selection and behavior characteristics of middle pylon, interaction mechanism between main cables and saddles and their anti-slippage safety performance, elastic and plastic stability analysis and safety assessment of steel middle pylon, and fatigue design load and method for steel pylon of Taizhou Bridge. According to the research results, a longitudinal inverted Y shape steel middle pylon is used in design, effectively solving many technical difficulties, and this type of pylon has become a suitable middle pylon structural form for many three-ovlon two-soan susoension bridges.

文摘Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge is the first three-pylon two-span suspension bridge in the world. The middle pylon adopts deep water caisson foundation. The superstructure of the middle pylon employs herringbone shape along the bridge, and portal shape in the transverse direction for the first time in China. In this paper, the basic construction procedure, equipment, construction steps, the key construction technologies and methods of steel pylon are introduced.

文摘This paper focuses on introducing the manufacture technology of 1 770 MPa galvanized steel wires for stay cables applied to domestic bridges.During the development practices of high strength galvanized wire for stay cables used in Sutong Bridge,Baosteel has established three key technologies based on research of manufacture technology and technical innovation.The three key technologies are:"Double Tensioning + limiter die" process,"dominant process + fine adjustment" in integrated optimization technology and "three-level control" in hot dip galvanization.With these key technologies,Baosteel has produced 1 770 MPa galvanized wires for stay cable,which has high tensile strength,low relaxation and good torsion performances.

文摘Building a reasonable and accurate finite element model is the first and critical step for structural analysis of complicated bridge. In this article, modeling assistant for continuous suspension with multi-pylon is developed based on .Net platform, with VB.Net, C# language and OpenGL graphic technique. With parameterized modeling method, finite element model of this kind of bridge can be built quickly and accurately, and multi-type element modeling with uniform parameters is realized. With advanced graphic technique, three-dimensional model graph can be real-timely previewed for intuitive data check. With an example of practice project, the accuracy and feasibility of this modeling method and practicality of this software are verified.

文摘Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge is a large span suspension bridge with three pylons. The elastic cables are installed to connect the steel tower and the steel box girder. The constraints can increase the safety coefficient of the middle saddle, and improve the stress conditions of the middle pylon and decrease the deflection in the middle of the main girder, as well as the longitudinal displacement of the main girder caused by live loads. The anchorage boxes of the elastic cable are installed in the wind fairing outside the vertical web plate of the box girder. Two anchor boxes form a pair and are arranged parallelly. Eight anchor boxes are installed in the bridge. In this paper, the design scheme and the technical difficulties in manufacturing are briefly discussed with the precision control techniques.

文摘Based on FEM (finite element method) program ANSYS and the OpenGL graphics, this paper develops the parametric modeling module and the computing module of the multi-tower suspension bridge, the modules being embedded into the ANSYS system, and the parametric modeling module parameters can be entered by way of interface, which can fast establish a multi-tower suspension bridge model. Calculation module can establish load conditions for the features of road bridge and specifications, in which multiple conditions can be defined and solved automatically. Post-processing part of the solution also serves the results of the subtotals and selects the output, so that the results of the output and finishing work have become more convenient and easier, and also the results can be saved in word, excel and other different file types.
