From the perspective of new productive forces,the general technology curriculum in senior high schools should not only cultivate students’technical knowledge and practical abilities but also focus on the development ...From the perspective of new productive forces,the general technology curriculum in senior high schools should not only cultivate students’technical knowledge and practical abilities but also focus on the development of innovative thinking to meet the demand for interdisciplinary talents in the future society.Based on the chapter“Common Conception Methods”in the Jiangsu Education Edition of Technology and Design 1,this paper explores the implementation path of the general technology curriculum,focusing on the optimization strategies in four aspects:Project-based learning(PBL),strengthening technical practice,STEAM interdisciplinary integration,and a diversified.evaluation system It also analyzes the application of divergent thinking(brainstorming)and reverse thinking in the curriculum through cases.The research shows that optimizing teaching methods and enhancing practical links can effectively stimulate students’creativity and teamwork ability,improve the effectiveness of curriculum implementation,and provide strong support for the cultivation of future technical innovation talents.展开更多

Objective:To study the effects of placenta polypeptide injection on the hemodynamics and bone metabolism after tibial fracture surgery.Methods:A prospective study was designed,and the patients with tibial fractures wh...Objective:To study the effects of placenta polypeptide injection on the hemodynamics and bone metabolism after tibial fracture surgery.Methods:A prospective study was designed,and the patients with tibial fractures who received surgical treatment in our hospital between July 2015 and September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group receiving placenta polypeptide injection and the control group receiving conventional therapy.The blood viscosity as well as serum contents of thromboxane B2(TXB2),6-keto-prostaglandin-F1α(6-k-PGF1α)and bone metabolism markers were determined on the day and 14 days after surgery.Results:14 days after treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood middle shear viscosity as well as serum TXB2,C-terminal propeptide of procollagen type I(PICP),N-terminal propeptide of procollagen type I(PINP),osteoprotegerin(OPG),osteocalcin(OC)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)contents of both groups increased,while serum 6-k-PGF1α,βisomer of C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(β-CTX),receptor activator of nuclear factor kB ligand(RANKL)and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP5b)contents decreased,and the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood middle shear viscosity as well as serum TXB2,β-CTX,RANKL and TRACP5b contents of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while serum 6-k-PGF1α,PICP,PINP,OPG,OC and ALP contents were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Placenta polypeptide injection therapy after tibial fracture surgery can improve hemodynamics and bone metabolism,which is beneficial to fracture healing.展开更多

Methods: a total of 40 intensive care unit patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 t...Objective: to analyze the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and sleep quality of intensive care unit patients. Methods: a total of 40 intensive care unit patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine care while patients in the observation group were given routine care combined with psychological care. The two groups were compared in terms of time to relieve anxiety state, length of stay in intensive care unit, anxiety state of patients before and after nursing, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction rate. Results: the observation group's anxiety state relief time, length of stay in intensive care unit, anxiety state, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction rate of patients after nursing were all better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: routine nursing combined with psychological nursing can improve the anxiety state and sleep quality of ICU patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.展开更多

However, with the continuous development and progress of animal husbandry in China, grassland ecosystem has been seriously damaged. Therefore, in order to prevent further degradation of natural grassland and promote self-repair of grassland ecosystem, the project of returning grazing land to grassland should be actively carried out. Returning grazing land to grassland can effectively improve the ecological environment of grassland. By building fences and using scientific and reasonable means to utilize grassland, the amount of vegetation and vegetation coverage in the project area can be significantly increased. This paper mainly studies the effect of returning grazing land to grassland project in Manasi County on promoting the restoration of grassland ecological function, in order to make a contribution to ecological environmental protection.展开更多
