The Duel-Probe-Heat-Pulse(DPHP)ice content sensor can measure the ice content of the soil,but its measurement process is not clear for the disturbance of frozen soil.In this study,the ice content measurement test was ...The Duel-Probe-Heat-Pulse(DPHP)ice content sensor can measure the ice content of the soil,but its measurement process is not clear for the disturbance of frozen soil.In this study,the ice content measurement test was carried out for silty clay specimens.Firstly,the influence of heating power was clarified.The variation trends of the temperature rise relaxation area in the respective conditions of the three representative volumetric water content specimens and the degree of compaction of the specimen preparation was compared.Then,the influence of five kinds of heating interval time on the measurement accuracy was explored.Finally,the compensation and analysis method of the temperature relaxation area,based on the temperature of the measuring point and the phase change of ice water,is proposed.The experimental results show that:(1)There is a hysteresis in the temperature rise curve of the probe of the DPHP ice content sensor.In the measurement process,a long enough integral in-terval should be selected to calculate the temperature relaxation area.(2)For the specimens with the same initial water content,the measured temperature relaxation area increases with the increase of compaction degree,and this trend weakens in the specimens with the increase of water content.(3)The DPHP ice content sensor causes irreversible disturbance to the soil during the measurement process.The temperature relaxation area,obtained by continuous measurement at a short heating interval,is small,and manifests a decreasing trend with the increase of measurement times.(4)It is recommended that the heating interval time should be more than 120 min,and the temperature relaxation area should be compensated when the continuous measurement of short heating interval time is carried out,to offset the influence of the temperature rise of the measuring point.The research results reveals the influence of multiple factors on the measurement of DPHP ice content sensors,which can provide a basis for the accuracy of soil ice content measurement.展开更多

The Human Rights Action Plan of China(2021-2025)introduces and separately lists the term“Individuals’Information Rights and Interests”and places it in the second section,“Civil and Political Rights.”Although acad...The Human Rights Action Plan of China(2021-2025)introduces and separately lists the term“Individuals’Information Rights and Interests”and places it in the second section,“Civil and Political Rights.”Although academia has combined Article 1 of the Personal Information Protection Law,which states“this law is enacted in accordance with the Constitution,”to argue for the constitutional basis of the fundamental rights involved in personal information protection,this“basic rights theory”does not adequately emphasize the normative interpretation of Article 33 of the Constitution,which concerns“human rights clause.”At the same time,civil law doctrines also cast doubt on this constitutional argument and question the human rights eligibility of“Individuals’Information Rights and Interests”based on the division between rights and interests.Through reflection and criticism of objective value order theory,a theory of the“human rights value path”characterized by subjectivity,systematicity,historicity,and contemporaneity has emerged and proved the human rights attribute of individuals’information rights and interests.This theoretical framework analyzes the conceptual correlation between Article 33 of the Constitution,which contains the“human rights clause,”and Article 38 of the Constitution,which pertains to“personal dignity,”throughout history.It reveals the diffusion of personal dignity in the fields of“person(Article 37),home(Article 39),correspondence(Article 40),and personal information,”and elucidates the“hierarchical pattern”that emerges.This explanation demonstrates that the path of human rights values points toward individuals’information rights and interests as human rights in the digital economy era.展开更多

Earthquake is one of the natural disasters that affects the buildings and communities in developing countries.It causes different levels of damages to the buildings,making them uninhabitable for a period of time,calle...Earthquake is one of the natural disasters that affects the buildings and communities in developing countries.It causes different levels of damages to the buildings,making them uninhabitable for a period of time,called downtime(DT).This paper proposes a Fuzzy Logic hierarchical method to estimate the downtime of residential buildings in developing countries after an earthquake.The use of expert-based systems allows quantifying the indicators involved in the model using descriptive knowledge instead of hard data,accounting also for the un-certainties that may affect the analysis.The applicability of the methodology is illustrated using the information gathered after the 2015 Gorkha,Nepal,earthquake as a case study.On April 25,2015,Nepal was hit by the Mw 7.8 Gorkha earthquake,which damaged and destroyed more than 500.000 residential buildings.Information obtained from a Rapid Visual Damage Assessment(RVDA)is used through a hierarchical scheme to evaluate the building damageability.Sensitivity analysis based on Sobol method is implemented to evaluate the impor-tance of parameters gathered in the RVDA for building damage estimation.The findings of this work may be used to estimate the restoration time of damaged buildings in developing countries and to plan preventive safety measures.展开更多

To assess the effect of the injection duration of subcutaneous low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)on pain and bruising in patients.Randomized controlled trials and quasiexperimental studies were searched for in four el...To assess the effect of the injection duration of subcutaneous low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)on pain and bruising in patients.Randomized controlled trials and quasiexperimental studies were searched for in four electronic databases.The pooled effect size was expressed as relative risk(RR)andmeandifference(MD)with95%confidence intervals(CI)for dichotomous and continuous data.Cochrane Q and p value were used to assess heterogeneity and the I2 statistic was adopted to quantify the level.Finally,eight studies involving a total of 532 participants met our inclusion criteria.The slow(30 second)injection was associated with a reduction in pain intensity and duration,and lower bruising occurrence at 48-72 hours and 48 hours post injection.The bruising area was also smaller at 48 hours and 60 hours post injection.Nodifferenceswere identified betweenthe slowand fast(10 second)injectionin bruising area and bruising occurrence at 24 hours and 60 hours post injection.With present evidences,slow injection of LMWH is beneficial to the patient's well being,but further studies to identify the feasibility and standardization of the technique is recommended.展开更多
In this paper,an analytic method is developed to address steady SH-wave scattering and perform dynamic analysis of multiple circular cavities in half space.The scattered wave function used for scattering of SH-waves b...In this paper,an analytic method is developed to address steady SH-wave scattering and perform dynamic analysis of multiple circular cavities in half space.The scattered wave function used for scattering of SH-waves by multiple circular cavities,which automatically satisfies the stress-free condition at the horizontal surface,is constructed by applying the symmetry of the SH-wave scattering and the method of multi-polar coordinates system.Applying this scattered wave function and method of moving coordinates,the original problem can be transformed to the problem of SH-wave scattering by multiple circular cavities in the full space.Finally,the solution of the problem can be reduced to a series of algebraic equations and solved numerically by truncating the infinite algebraic equations to the finite ones.Numerical examples are provided for case with two cavities to show the effect of wave number,and the distances between the centers of the cavities and from the centers to the ground surface on the dynamic stress concentration around the cavity impacted by incident steady SH-wave.展开更多

METHODS: Hsp70-peptide complexes w...AIM: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of dendritic cells (DCs) pulsed with hsp70-peptide complexes derived from human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells on human T cells. METHODS: Hsp70-peptide complexes were purified from human HCC cells with column chromatography using ADP-agarose and DEAE-Sepharose. DCs were derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of healthy donors in the presence of human GM-CSF and IL-4. The anti-tumor effect of DCs pulsed with hsp70-peptide complexes on human T-cell was assayed by CTL and enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) tests. RESULTS: Hsp70-peptide complexes derived from human HCC cells activated phenotypic and functional maturation of DCs. The matured DCs stimulated a high level of autologous T-cell proliferation and type Ⅰ cytokine secretion, and induced HCC-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), which specifically killed HCC cells by a MHC class Ⅰ restricted mechanism. CONCLUSION: Hsp70-peptide complexes derived from human HCC cells can serve as a potent tumor antigen source for pulsing DCs, the pulsed DCs are very effective in activating specific T-cell responses against HCC cells. 2005 The WJG Press and Elsevier Inc. Based on recorded wi...A 3D finite element (FE) model for the Sutong cable-stayed bridge (SCB) is established based on ANSYS. The dynamic characteristics of the bridge are analyzed using a subspace iteration method. Based on recorded wind data, the measured spectra expression is presented using the nonlinear least-squares regression method. Turbulent winds at the bridge site are simulated based on the spectral representation method and the FFT technique. The influence of some key structural parameters and measures on the dynamic characteristics of the bridge are investigated. These parameters include dead load intensity, as well as vertical, lateral and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder. In addition, the influence of elastic stiffness of the connection device employed between the towers and the girder on the vibration mode of the steel box girder is investigated. The analysis shows that all of the vertical, lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the dead load intensity increases. The dynamic characteristics and the structural buffeting displacement response of the SCB are only slightly affected by the vertical and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder, and the lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the lateral stiffness increases. These results provide a reference for dynamic analysis and design of super-long-span cable-stayed bridges.展开更多

METHODS: Ninety p...OBJECTIVE: To observe the analgesic effect of acupuncture at Hegu (LI 4) in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) transvaginal oocyte retrieval using ultrasonography and explore its mechanism. METHODS: Ninety patients undergoing IVF-EF oocyte retrieval were randomly divided into three groups: an acupuncture group with needles inserted into bilateral Hegu (LI 4) points, a placebo group given placebo needles, and a control group with routine oocyte retrieval. Each group had an indometacin enema 30 min before the operation. We compared the pain-rated index (PRI), visual analogy scale (VAS), and present pain intensity (PPI) immediately after operation and 1 h after operation. We also determined the neuropeptide Y (NPY) level of the follicular fluid. RESULTS: PRI, VAS, and PPI after operation and 1 hafter operation in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.01). No obvious difference (P>0.05) was observed in PRI,VAS, and PPI after operation and 1 h after operation between the placebo group and the control group.The NPY level of the follicular fluid in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). No obvious difference (P>0.05) was observed in the NPY level of the follicular fluid between the placebo group and the control group. CONCLUSION: The analgesic effect of acupuncture at Hegu in transvaginal oocyte retrieval using ultrasonography may be related to the increase in the NPY level of the follicular fluid.展开更多

Objective:To discuss the effect of Yaobitong capsule on histomorphology of dorsal root ganglion and on expression of p38 MARK phosphorylation in autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation model of rats.Methods:A tota...Objective:To discuss the effect of Yaobitong capsule on histomorphology of dorsal root ganglion and on expression of p38 MARK phosphorylation in autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation model of rats.Methods:A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group,model group and Yaobitong capsule group,with 20 rats in each group.The animal model of autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation around the lumbar nerve root was built.Three days after the modeling,rats were given the drugs for the first time,while rats in the model group were given the equivalent normal saline.After 30 d of continuous administration,samples were collected from rats.HE staining was performed on the dorsal root ganglion of L4 and L5 spinal cord of rats in each group and the expression of p38 MARK phosphorylation was measured.All data were treated with the statistical analysis.Results:The histological examination showed that the histomorphology of dorsal root ganglion in the Yaobitong capsule group was more significantly improved than the one in the model group,while the results of western blot showed that Yaobitong capsule could significandy inhibit the level of p38 MAPK phosphorylation of dorsal root ganglion cells.Conclusions:Yaobitong capsule can improve the symptoms and nerve radiculopathy of autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation of rats and its mechanism may be associated with its inhibiting effect on the level of p38 MAPK phosphorylation.展开更多
Viscoelastic dampers,as spplementary energy dissipation devices,have been used in building structures un- der seismic excitation or wind loads.Different analytical models have been proposed to describe their dynamic f...Viscoelastic dampers,as spplementary energy dissipation devices,have been used in building structures un- der seismic excitation or wind loads.Different analytical models have been proposed to describe their dynamic force deform- ation characteristics.Among these analytieal models,the fractional derivative models have attracted more attention as they can capture the frequency dependence of the material stiffness and damping properties observed from tests very well.In this paper,a Fourier-transform-based technique is presented to obtain the fractional unit impulse function and the response of structures with added viscoelastic dampers whose foree-detormation relationship is described by a fractional derivative mod- el.Then,a Duhamel integral-type expression is suggested for the response analysis of a fractional damped dynamie system subjected to deterministic or random excitation.Through numerical verification,it is shown that viscoelastic dampers are ef- fective in reducing structural responses over a wide frequency range,and the proposed schmnes can be used to accurately predict the stochastic seismic response of structures with added viscoelastic dampers described by a Kelvin model wills frac- tional derivative.展开更多

文摘In this paper, antiplane response of an isosceles triangular hill to incident SH waves is studied based on the method of complex function and by using moving coordinate system. The standing wave function, which can satisfy the governing equation and boundary condition, is provided. Furthermore, numerical examples are presented; the influences of wave number and angle of the incident waves and the angle of the hill’s peak on ground motion are discussed.
文摘To assess the effect of the injection duration of subcutaneous low-molecular-weight heparin(LMWH)on pain and bruising in patients.Randomized controlled trials and quasiexperimental studies were searched for in four electronic databases.The pooled effect size was expressed as relative risk(RR)andmeandifference(MD)with95%confidence intervals(CI)for dichotomous and continuous data.Cochrane Q and p value were used to assess heterogeneity and the I2 statistic was adopted to quantify the level.Finally,eight studies involving a total of 532 participants met our inclusion criteria.The slow(30 second)injection was associated with a reduction in pain intensity and duration,and lower bruising occurrence at 48-72 hours and 48 hours post injection.The bruising area was also smaller at 48 hours and 60 hours post injection.Nodifferenceswere identified betweenthe slowand fast(10 second)injectionin bruising area and bruising occurrence at 24 hours and 60 hours post injection.With present evidences,slow injection of LMWH is beneficial to the patient's well being,but further studies to identify the feasibility and standardization of the technique is recommended.
文摘In this paper,an analytic method is developed to address steady SH-wave scattering and perform dynamic analysis of multiple circular cavities in half space.The scattered wave function used for scattering of SH-waves by multiple circular cavities,which automatically satisfies the stress-free condition at the horizontal surface,is constructed by applying the symmetry of the SH-wave scattering and the method of multi-polar coordinates system.Applying this scattered wave function and method of moving coordinates,the original problem can be transformed to the problem of SH-wave scattering by multiple circular cavities in the full space.Finally,the solution of the problem can be reduced to a series of algebraic equations and solved numerically by truncating the infinite algebraic equations to the finite ones.Numerical examples are provided for case with two cavities to show the effect of wave number,and the distances between the centers of the cavities and from the centers to the ground surface on the dynamic stress concentration around the cavity impacted by incident steady SH-wave.
文摘AIM: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of dendritic cells (DCs) pulsed with hsp70-peptide complexes derived from human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells on human T cells. METHODS: Hsp70-peptide complexes were purified from human HCC cells with column chromatography using ADP-agarose and DEAE-Sepharose. DCs were derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of healthy donors in the presence of human GM-CSF and IL-4. The anti-tumor effect of DCs pulsed with hsp70-peptide complexes on human T-cell was assayed by CTL and enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) tests. RESULTS: Hsp70-peptide complexes derived from human HCC cells activated phenotypic and functional maturation of DCs. The matured DCs stimulated a high level of autologous T-cell proliferation and type Ⅰ cytokine secretion, and induced HCC-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), which specifically killed HCC cells by a MHC class Ⅰ restricted mechanism. CONCLUSION: Hsp70-peptide complexes derived from human HCC cells can serve as a potent tumor antigen source for pulsing DCs, the pulsed DCs are very effective in activating specific T-cell responses against HCC cells. 2005 The WJG Press and Elsevier Inc. 文摘A 3D finite element (FE) model for the Sutong cable-stayed bridge (SCB) is established based on ANSYS. The dynamic characteristics of the bridge are analyzed using a subspace iteration method. Based on recorded wind data, the measured spectra expression is presented using the nonlinear least-squares regression method. Turbulent winds at the bridge site are simulated based on the spectral representation method and the FFT technique. The influence of some key structural parameters and measures on the dynamic characteristics of the bridge are investigated. These parameters include dead load intensity, as well as vertical, lateral and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder. In addition, the influence of elastic stiffness of the connection device employed between the towers and the girder on the vibration mode of the steel box girder is investigated. The analysis shows that all of the vertical, lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the dead load intensity increases. The dynamic characteristics and the structural buffeting displacement response of the SCB are only slightly affected by the vertical and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder, and the lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the lateral stiffness increases. These results provide a reference for dynamic analysis and design of super-long-span cable-stayed bridges.

文摘To develop uniform and seismic environment-dependent design spectrum,common acceleration response spectral characteristics need to be identified.In this paper,a bi-normalized response spectrum (BNRS) is proposed,which is defined as a spectrum of peak response acceleration normalized with respect to peak acceleration of the excitation plotted vs.the natural period of the system normalized with respect to the spectrum predominant period,Tp.Based on a statistical analysis of records from the 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake,the conventionally normalized response spectrum(NRS) and the BNRS are examined to account for the effects of soil conditions,epicentral distance,hanging wall and damping.It is found that compared to the NRS the BNRS is much less dependent on these factors.Finally,some simple relationships between the BNRS for a specified damping ratio and that for a damping ratio of 5%,and between the spectra predominant period and epicentral distance for different soil types are provided.
文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the analgesic effect of acupuncture at Hegu (LI 4) in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) transvaginal oocyte retrieval using ultrasonography and explore its mechanism. METHODS: Ninety patients undergoing IVF-EF oocyte retrieval were randomly divided into three groups: an acupuncture group with needles inserted into bilateral Hegu (LI 4) points, a placebo group given placebo needles, and a control group with routine oocyte retrieval. Each group had an indometacin enema 30 min before the operation. We compared the pain-rated index (PRI), visual analogy scale (VAS), and present pain intensity (PPI) immediately after operation and 1 h after operation. We also determined the neuropeptide Y (NPY) level of the follicular fluid. RESULTS: PRI, VAS, and PPI after operation and 1 hafter operation in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.01). No obvious difference (P>0.05) was observed in PRI,VAS, and PPI after operation and 1 h after operation between the placebo group and the control group.The NPY level of the follicular fluid in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). No obvious difference (P>0.05) was observed in the NPY level of the follicular fluid between the placebo group and the control group. CONCLUSION: The analgesic effect of acupuncture at Hegu in transvaginal oocyte retrieval using ultrasonography may be related to the increase in the NPY level of the follicular fluid.

文摘The post-earthquake rapid accurate assessment of macro influence of seismic ground motion is of significance for earthquake emergency relief,post-earthquake reconstruction and scientific research. The seismic intensity distribution map released by the Lushan earthquake field team of the China Earthquake Administration(CEA) five days after the strong earthquake(M7.0) occurred in Lushan County of Sichuan Ya’an City at 8:02 on April 20,2013 provides a scientific basis for emergency relief,economic loss assessment and post-earthquake reconstruction. In this paper,the means for blind estimation of macroscopic intensity,field estimation of macro intensity,and review of intensity,as well as corresponding problems are discussed in detail,and the intensity distribution characteristics of the Lushan '4.20' M7.0 earthquake and its influential factors are analyzed,providing a reference for future seismic intensity assessments.

文摘Objective:To discuss the effect of Yaobitong capsule on histomorphology of dorsal root ganglion and on expression of p38 MARK phosphorylation in autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation model of rats.Methods:A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group,model group and Yaobitong capsule group,with 20 rats in each group.The animal model of autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation around the lumbar nerve root was built.Three days after the modeling,rats were given the drugs for the first time,while rats in the model group were given the equivalent normal saline.After 30 d of continuous administration,samples were collected from rats.HE staining was performed on the dorsal root ganglion of L4 and L5 spinal cord of rats in each group and the expression of p38 MARK phosphorylation was measured.All data were treated with the statistical analysis.Results:The histological examination showed that the histomorphology of dorsal root ganglion in the Yaobitong capsule group was more significantly improved than the one in the model group,while the results of western blot showed that Yaobitong capsule could significandy inhibit the level of p38 MAPK phosphorylation of dorsal root ganglion cells.Conclusions:Yaobitong capsule can improve the symptoms and nerve radiculopathy of autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation of rats and its mechanism may be associated with its inhibiting effect on the level of p38 MAPK phosphorylation.
文摘Viscoelastic dampers,as spplementary energy dissipation devices,have been used in building structures un- der seismic excitation or wind loads.Different analytical models have been proposed to describe their dynamic force deform- ation characteristics.Among these analytieal models,the fractional derivative models have attracted more attention as they can capture the frequency dependence of the material stiffness and damping properties observed from tests very well.In this paper,a Fourier-transform-based technique is presented to obtain the fractional unit impulse function and the response of structures with added viscoelastic dampers whose foree-detormation relationship is described by a fractional derivative mod- el.Then,a Duhamel integral-type expression is suggested for the response analysis of a fractional damped dynamie system subjected to deterministic or random excitation.Through numerical verification,it is shown that viscoelastic dampers are ef- fective in reducing structural responses over a wide frequency range,and the proposed schmnes can be used to accurately predict the stochastic seismic response of structures with added viscoelastic dampers described by a Kelvin model wills frac- tional derivative.
