The previous level scheme is updated. A band based on 1090.7keV is expanded, and another band based on 1920.6 keV is newly identified. The observed two negative parity bands in ^98 Tc are proposed to be a pair of chiral doublet bands with the configuration πg9/2 vh11/2. The evidence supporting the assignment of the chiral doublet bands is discussed. Signature splitting and signature inversion are observed in the πg9/2 vh11/2 band in ^98Tc.展开更多

The fusion by exocytosis of many vesicles to the plasma membrane induces the discharge to the extracellular space of their abundant luminal cargoes.Other exocytic vesicles,however,do not contain cargoes,and thus,their...The fusion by exocytosis of many vesicles to the plasma membrane induces the discharge to the extracellular space of their abundant luminal cargoes.Other exocytic vesicles,however,do not contain cargoes,and thus,their fusion is not followed by secretion.Therefore,two distinct processes of exocytosis exist,one secretory and the other non-secretory.The present review deals with the knowledge of non-secretory exocytosis developed during recent years.Among such developments are the dual generation of the exocytic vesicles,initially released either from the trans-Golgi network or by endocytosis;their traffic with activation of receptors,channels,pumps,and transporters;the identification of their tethering and soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor complexes that govern membrane fusions;the growth of axons and the membrane repair.Examples of potential relevance of these processes for pathology and medicine are also reported.The developments presented here offer interesting chances for future progress in the field.展开更多
Decision-making for autonomous vehicles in the presence of obstacle occlusions is difficult because the lack of accurate information affects the judgment.Existing methods may lead to overly conservative strategies and...Decision-making for autonomous vehicles in the presence of obstacle occlusions is difficult because the lack of accurate information affects the judgment.Existing methods may lead to overly conservative strategies and timeconsuming computations that cannot be balanced with efficiency.We propose to use distributional reinforcement learning to hedge the risk of strategies,optimize the worse cases,and improve the efficiency of the algorithm so that the agent learns better actions.A batch of smaller values is used to replace the average value to optimize the worse case,and combined with frame stacking,we call it Efficient-Fully parameterized Quantile Function(EFQF).This model is used to evaluate signal-free intersection crossing scenarios and makes more efficient moves and reduces the collision rate compared to conventional reinforcement learning algorithms in the presence of perceived occlusion.The model also has robustness in the case of data loss compared to the method with embedded long and short term memory.展开更多
