Agricultural land development is a pivotal strategy for addressing the global food security crisis.Barren grassland,especially those in mountainous regions,constitutes critical areas where cultivation can substantiall...Agricultural land development is a pivotal strategy for addressing the global food security crisis.Barren grassland,especially those in mountainous regions,constitutes critical areas where cultivation can substantially enhance land resources.This study highlights the necessity for a precise correlation between land development initiatives and constraints in order to optimize efficiency and enhance the effectiveness of such projects,with the core being the seamless integration of land development engineering and techniques to eliminate agricultural constraints.This study employs a systems engineering approach to classify improvement factors into mobile and fixed categories,elucidating the integration methods of constraint factors.Adhering to the Wooden Barrel Principle,these constraints were rigorously analyzed based on soil quality,land topography,water availability,and agricultural infrastructure.An innovative method of engineering type combination is proposed,which effectively explains the correlation between natural factors combination,project type combination,and target factors combination.It provides a convenient way for the selection of barren grassland development projects and lays a foundation for land planning,development project establishment,program selection,engineering design,and budget preparation.Taking Tang County of China as an example,it is divided into 19 factor improvement areas,a quick reference table of engineering types is established,and 14 main types of engineering combinations are obtained,which lays a foundation for the application of theoretical framework in practice.展开更多

Wheat leaf rust,caused by Puccinia triticina(Pt),is an important foliar disease that has an important influence on wheat yield.The most economic,safe and effective way to control the disease is growing resistant culti...Wheat leaf rust,caused by Puccinia triticina(Pt),is an important foliar disease that has an important influence on wheat yield.The most economic,safe and effective way to control the disease is growing resistant cultivars.In the present study,a total of 46 wheat landraces and 34 wheat lines with known Lr(leaf rust resistance)genes were inoculated with 16Pt pathotypes for postulating seedling resistance gene(s)in the greenhouse.These cultivars and five wheat differential lines with adult plant resistance(APR)genes(Lr12,Lr22b,Lr34,Lr35 and Lr37)were also evaluated for identification of slow rusting resistance in the field trials in Baoding,Hebei Province of China in the 2014–2015 and 2015–2016 cropping seasons.Furthermore,10 functional molecular markers closely linked to 10 known Lr genes were used to detect all the wheat genotypes.Results showed that most of the landraces were susceptible to most of the Pt pathotypes at seedling stage.Nonetheless,Lr1 was detected only in Hongtangliangmai.The field experimental test of the two environments showed that 38 landraces showed slow rusting resistance.Seven cultivars possessed Lr34 but none of the landraces contained Lr37 and Lr46.Lr genes namely,Lr9,Lr19,Lr24,Lr28,Lr29,Lr47,Lr51 and Lr53 were effective at the whole plant stage.Lr18,Lr36 and Lr45 had lost resistance to part of pathotypes at the seedling stage but showed high resistance at the adult plant stage.Lr34 as a slowing rusting gene showed good resistance in the field.Four race-specific APR genes Lr12,Lr13,Lr35 and Lr37 conferred good resistance in the field experiments.Seven race-specific genes,Lr2b,Lr2c,Lr11,Lr16,Lr26,Lr33 and LrB had lost resistance.The 38 landraces showed slow rusting resistance to wheat leaf rust can be used as resistance resources for wheat resistance breeding in China.展开更多
Stalk related traits, comprising plant height (PH), ear height (EH), internode number (IN), average internode length (ALL), stalk diameter (SD), and ear height coefficient (EHC), are significantly correlat...Stalk related traits, comprising plant height (PH), ear height (EH), internode number (IN), average internode length (ALL), stalk diameter (SD), and ear height coefficient (EHC), are significantly correlated with yield, density tolerance, and lodging resistance in maize. To investigate the genetic basis for stalk related traits, a doubled haploid (DH) population derived from a cross between NX531 and NX110 were evauluated under two densities over 2 yr. The additive quantitative trait loci (QTLs), epistatic QTLs were detected using inclusive composite interval mapping and QTL-by-environment interaction were detected using mixed linear model. Differences between the two densities were significant for the six traits in the DH population. A linkage map that covered 1 721.19 cM with an average interval of 10.50 cM was constructed with 164 simple sequence repeat (SSR). Two, two, seven, six, two, and eight additive QTLs for PH, IN, AIL, EH, SD, and EHC, respectively. The extend of their contribution to penotypic variation ranged from 10.10 to 31.93%. Seven QTLs were indentified simultaneously under both densities. One pair, two pairs and one pair of epistatic effects were detected for AIL, SD and EHC, respectively. No epistatic effects were detected for PH, EH, and IN. Nineteen QTLs with environment interactions were detected and their contribution to phenotypic variation ranged from 0.43 to 1.89%. Some QTLs were stably detected under different environments or genetic backgrounds comparing with previous studies. These QTLs could be useful for genetic improvement of stalk related traits in maize breeding.展开更多

The influenc...Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited on sapphire (0001) substrates at room temperature by radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at oxygen gas contents of 0%, 25%, 50% and 75%, respectively. The influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films was studied by a surface profile measuring system, X-ray diffraction analysis, atomic force microscopy, and UV spectro- photometry. It is found that the size of ZnO crystalline grains increases first and then decreases with the increase of oxygen gas content, and the maximum grain size locates at the 25% oxygen gas content. The crystalline quality and average optical transmittance (〉90%) in the visi- ble-light region of the ZnO film prepared at an oxygen gas content of 25% are better than those of ZnO films at the other contents. The obtained results can be attributed to the resputtefing by energetic oxygen anions in the growing process.展开更多
Lactobacillus rhamnosus and fructooligosaccharides(FOS)have been widely studied so far.However,the effects of L.rhamnosus on the intestinal microecological environment at the species level and the effect of different ...Lactobacillus rhamnosus and fructooligosaccharides(FOS)have been widely studied so far.However,the effects of L.rhamnosus on the intestinal microecological environment at the species level and the effect of different proportions of FOS on L.rhamnosus colonization in different parts of mice intestine are still unclear.The study results indicated that the specific bands of enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus polymerase chain reaction(ERIC-PCR)in the L.rhamnosus(LR)group significantly increased at 7 days.Although the number of bands was similar to the natural recovery(NR)group,the brightness of few bands significantly enhanced in the later stage of recovery.Besides,Southern-blot maps showed strong signals,indicating that the ERIC-PCR fingerprint could accurately reflect the changes in the mouse gut microbiota diversity.Further,the high-throughput results confirmed that the Lactobacillus and Akkermansia had different changes at different periods,but all of them showed an upward trend,while the Klebsiella were inhibited,thereby maintaining the intestinal microecology balance.Moreover,FOS exerted a positive effect on L.rhamnosus colonization in the gut.展开更多
Wheat leaf rust is a destructive foliar disease of common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)worldwide.The most effective,economical s to control the disease is growing resistant cultivars with adult plant resistance(APR).The...Wheat leaf rust is a destructive foliar disease of common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)worldwide.The most effective,economical s to control the disease is growing resistant cultivars with adult plant resistance(APR).The Chinese wheat tines W014204 and Fuyu 3 showed high leaf rust resistance in the field.To identify leaf rust APR genes in the two lines,two mapping populations with 215 and 163 F2:3 lines from the crosses W014204/Zhengzhou 5389 and Fuyu 3/Zhengzhou 5389,respectively,were phenotyped for leaf rust severities during the 2010-2011,2011-2012 and 2012-2013 cropping seasons in the field at Baoding,Hebei Province,China.A total of 1215 SSR markers were used to identify the quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for leaf rust APR in the two populations.In the W014204/Zhengzhou 5389 population,three QTLs were detected and designated as QLr.hbu-lBL.1,QLr.hbu-2BS.1 and QLr.hbu-7DS,and explained 2.9-8.4,11.5-38.3 and 8.5-44.5%of the phenotypic variance,respectively;all the resistance alleles at these loci were derived from W014204.In the Fuyu 3/Zhengzhou 5389 population,three QTLs,QLr.hbu-lBL.2,QLr.hbu-2BS.2 and QLr.hbu-7BL,explained 12.0-19.2,22.3-38.9 and 4.1-4.3%of the phenotypic variance,respectively,and all resistance alleles were contributed by Fuyu 3.Based on chromosome positions of closely linked markers,both QLr.hbu-lBL.1 and QLr.hbu-lBL.2 are Lr46,and QLr.hbu-7DS is Lr34.QLr.hbu-7BL was mapped on chromosome 7BL near to Lr68 and they are likely the same gene.Based on chromosome positions,pedigree and field reactions,the two 2BS QTLs are different from all the known APR genes and are likely to be newAPR QTL for leaf rust.These QTLs and their closely linked markers are potentially useful for improving leaf rust resistance in wheat breeding.展开更多

An open-circu...Laser-induced voltage effects in c-axis oriented Ca3Co4O9 thin films have been studied with samples fabricated on 10°tilted LaAIO3 (001) substrates by a simple chemical solution deposition method. An open-circuit voltage with a rise time of about 10 ns and full width at half maximum of about 28 ns is detected when the film surface is irradiated by a 308-nm laser pulse with a duration of 25 ns. Besides, opemcircuit voltage signals are also observed when the film surface is irradiated separately by the laser pulses of 532 nm and 1064 nm. The results indicate that Ca3Co4O9 thin films have a great potential application in the wide range photodetctor from the ultraviolet to near infrared regions.展开更多
Stripe or yellow rust(YR)and leaf rust(LR)cause large losses in wheat production worldwide.Resistant cultivars curtail the levels of losses.The present study aimed to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)for YR and LR...Stripe or yellow rust(YR)and leaf rust(LR)cause large losses in wheat production worldwide.Resistant cultivars curtail the levels of losses.The present study aimed to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)for YR and LR resistance in 147 F2:6 recombinant inbred lines(RIL)derived from the cross Fuyu 3/Zhengzhou 5389.The RIL population and parents were genotyped with the Wheat55 K single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array and simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers.All materials were also phenotyped for YR severity at Mianyang in Sichuan province and Baoding in Hebei province in the 2015/2016,2016/2017,and 2017/2018 cropping seasons,and LR severity at Zhoukou in Henan province and at Baoding in 2017/2018.Eleven QTL for YR resistance and five for LR resistance were detected using inclusive composite interval mapping(Ici Mapping).Four of these QTL on chromosomes 1 BL,2 BS,3 AL,and 5 AL conferred resistance to both YR and LR.The QTL on 1 BL was Lr46/Yr29,and that on 7 BL might be Lr68.The QTL on chromosome 2 BS was detected at a similar position to previously detected loci.QYr.hebau-3 AL/QLr.hebau-3 AL,QYr.hebau-5 AL/QLr.hebau-5 AL,QYr.hebau-7 DL,QYr.hebau-4 BS,QYr.hebau-6 DL,and QYr.hebau-2 AS are likely to be new.An SSR marker for QYr.hebau-7 DL was developed and validated in a diverse wheat panel from China,suggesting effectiveness in different genetic backgrounds.These QTL with closely linked SNP and SSR markers could be useful for marker-assisted selection in wheat breeding programs targeting durable resistance to both diseases.展开更多
Indole-3-carbinol(I3C),an important anticancer compound found in broccoli,has attracted considerable attention.The rapid extraction and accurate analysis of I3C in the pharmaceutical industry in broccoli is challengin...Indole-3-carbinol(I3C),an important anticancer compound found in broccoli,has attracted considerable attention.The rapid extraction and accurate analysis of I3C in the pharmaceutical industry in broccoli is challenging as I3C is unstable at low pH and high temperature.In this study,a rapid,accurate,and lowcost ultrasound-assisted dispersive-filter extraction(UADFE)technique based on poly(deep eutectic solvent)-graphene oxide(PDES-GO)adsorbent was developed for the isolation and analysis of I3C in broccoli for the first time.PDES-GO with multiple adsorption interactions and a fast mass transfer rate was synthesized to accelerate adsorption and desorption.UADFE was developed by combining dispersive solid-phase extraction(DSPE)and filter solid-phase extraction(FSPE)to realize rapid extraction and separation.Based on the above two strategies,the proposed PDES-GO-UADFE method coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)allowed the rapid(15-16 min),accurate(84.3%-96.4%),and low-cost(adsorbent:3.00 mg)analysis of I3C in broccoli and was superior to solid-phase extraction,DSPE,and FSPE methods.The proposed method showed remarkable linearity(r=0.9998;range:0.0840-48.0 mg/g),low limit of quantification(0.0840 mg/g),and high precision(relative standard deviation<5.6%).Therefore,the PDES-GO-UADFE-HPLC method shows significant potential in the field of pharmaceutical analysis for the separation and analysis of anti-cancer compounds in complex plant samples.展开更多

In order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the equipment, a system of equipment management systems was developed as a result of the conversion to the use of management systems for the recording and storage of information. The design of this system is a perfect robot laboratory equipment management system based on the development of web framework technology for equipment management functions. The back end of this system uses the Java language, the SSM framework as the main body, the database is built by MySQL relational database, the front-end page uses JSP, Bootstrap, jQuery and other technologies, and uses Eclipse project construction tools for system development. The results show that cpDNA in the F1 generation of 22 hybrid combinations was inherited maternally, which supported the conclusions of the study of plasmid cytology. The mtDNA fragments amplified by PCR were consistent with the restriction maps in all hybrid combinations and no polymorphism was detected, indicating that the Section Leuce is highly conserved in mitochondrial gene sequences. These results provided direct evidence of maternal chloroplast inheritance in Populus tomentosa, P. bolleana, P. davidiana, P. adenopoda, P. tomentosa × P. bolleana, P. alba × P. glandulosa and P. alba × P. tomentosa.展开更多

文摘The single-atom M-N-C(M typically being Co or Fe)is a prominent material with exceptional reactivity in areas of catalysis for sustainable energy.However,the formation of metal nanoparticles in M-N-C materials is coupled with hightemperature calcination conditions,limiting the density of M-Nx active sites and thus restricting the catalytic performance of such catalysts.Herein,we describe an effective decoupling strategy to construct high-density M-Nx active sites by generating polyfurfuryl alcohol in the MOF precursor,effectively preventing the formation of metal nanoparticles even with up to 6.377%cobalt loading.This catalyst showed a high H_(2) production rate of 778mLgcat^(−1) h^(−1) when used in the dehydrogenation reaction of formic acid.In addition to the high density of the active site,a curved carbon surface in the structure is also thought to be the reason for the high performance of the catalyst.

文摘Wheat leaf rust,caused by Puccinia triticina(Pt),is an important foliar disease that has an important influence on wheat yield.The most economic,safe and effective way to control the disease is growing resistant cultivars.In the present study,a total of 46 wheat landraces and 34 wheat lines with known Lr(leaf rust resistance)genes were inoculated with 16Pt pathotypes for postulating seedling resistance gene(s)in the greenhouse.These cultivars and five wheat differential lines with adult plant resistance(APR)genes(Lr12,Lr22b,Lr34,Lr35 and Lr37)were also evaluated for identification of slow rusting resistance in the field trials in Baoding,Hebei Province of China in the 2014–2015 and 2015–2016 cropping seasons.Furthermore,10 functional molecular markers closely linked to 10 known Lr genes were used to detect all the wheat genotypes.Results showed that most of the landraces were susceptible to most of the Pt pathotypes at seedling stage.Nonetheless,Lr1 was detected only in Hongtangliangmai.The field experimental test of the two environments showed that 38 landraces showed slow rusting resistance.Seven cultivars possessed Lr34 but none of the landraces contained Lr37 and Lr46.Lr genes namely,Lr9,Lr19,Lr24,Lr28,Lr29,Lr47,Lr51 and Lr53 were effective at the whole plant stage.Lr18,Lr36 and Lr45 had lost resistance to part of pathotypes at the seedling stage but showed high resistance at the adult plant stage.Lr34 as a slowing rusting gene showed good resistance in the field.Four race-specific APR genes Lr12,Lr13,Lr35 and Lr37 conferred good resistance in the field experiments.Seven race-specific genes,Lr2b,Lr2c,Lr11,Lr16,Lr26,Lr33 and LrB had lost resistance.The 38 landraces showed slow rusting resistance to wheat leaf rust can be used as resistance resources for wheat resistance breeding in China.

文摘Stalk related traits, comprising plant height (PH), ear height (EH), internode number (IN), average internode length (ALL), stalk diameter (SD), and ear height coefficient (EHC), are significantly correlated with yield, density tolerance, and lodging resistance in maize. To investigate the genetic basis for stalk related traits, a doubled haploid (DH) population derived from a cross between NX531 and NX110 were evauluated under two densities over 2 yr. The additive quantitative trait loci (QTLs), epistatic QTLs were detected using inclusive composite interval mapping and QTL-by-environment interaction were detected using mixed linear model. Differences between the two densities were significant for the six traits in the DH population. A linkage map that covered 1 721.19 cM with an average interval of 10.50 cM was constructed with 164 simple sequence repeat (SSR). Two, two, seven, six, two, and eight additive QTLs for PH, IN, AIL, EH, SD, and EHC, respectively. The extend of their contribution to penotypic variation ranged from 10.10 to 31.93%. Seven QTLs were indentified simultaneously under both densities. One pair, two pairs and one pair of epistatic effects were detected for AIL, SD and EHC, respectively. No epistatic effects were detected for PH, EH, and IN. Nineteen QTLs with environment interactions were detected and their contribution to phenotypic variation ranged from 0.43 to 1.89%. Some QTLs were stably detected under different environments or genetic backgrounds comparing with previous studies. These QTLs could be useful for genetic improvement of stalk related traits in maize breeding.

文摘Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited on sapphire (0001) substrates at room temperature by radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at oxygen gas contents of 0%, 25%, 50% and 75%, respectively. The influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films was studied by a surface profile measuring system, X-ray diffraction analysis, atomic force microscopy, and UV spectro- photometry. It is found that the size of ZnO crystalline grains increases first and then decreases with the increase of oxygen gas content, and the maximum grain size locates at the 25% oxygen gas content. The crystalline quality and average optical transmittance (〉90%) in the visi- ble-light region of the ZnO film prepared at an oxygen gas content of 25% are better than those of ZnO films at the other contents. The obtained results can be attributed to the resputtefing by energetic oxygen anions in the growing process.

文摘Lactobacillus rhamnosus and fructooligosaccharides(FOS)have been widely studied so far.However,the effects of L.rhamnosus on the intestinal microecological environment at the species level and the effect of different proportions of FOS on L.rhamnosus colonization in different parts of mice intestine are still unclear.The study results indicated that the specific bands of enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus polymerase chain reaction(ERIC-PCR)in the L.rhamnosus(LR)group significantly increased at 7 days.Although the number of bands was similar to the natural recovery(NR)group,the brightness of few bands significantly enhanced in the later stage of recovery.Besides,Southern-blot maps showed strong signals,indicating that the ERIC-PCR fingerprint could accurately reflect the changes in the mouse gut microbiota diversity.Further,the high-throughput results confirmed that the Lactobacillus and Akkermansia had different changes at different periods,but all of them showed an upward trend,while the Klebsiella were inhibited,thereby maintaining the intestinal microecology balance.Moreover,FOS exerted a positive effect on L.rhamnosus colonization in the gut.

文摘Wheat leaf rust is a destructive foliar disease of common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)worldwide.The most effective,economical s to control the disease is growing resistant cultivars with adult plant resistance(APR).The Chinese wheat tines W014204 and Fuyu 3 showed high leaf rust resistance in the field.To identify leaf rust APR genes in the two lines,two mapping populations with 215 and 163 F2:3 lines from the crosses W014204/Zhengzhou 5389 and Fuyu 3/Zhengzhou 5389,respectively,were phenotyped for leaf rust severities during the 2010-2011,2011-2012 and 2012-2013 cropping seasons in the field at Baoding,Hebei Province,China.A total of 1215 SSR markers were used to identify the quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for leaf rust APR in the two populations.In the W014204/Zhengzhou 5389 population,three QTLs were detected and designated as QLr.hbu-lBL.1,QLr.hbu-2BS.1 and QLr.hbu-7DS,and explained 2.9-8.4,11.5-38.3 and 8.5-44.5%of the phenotypic variance,respectively;all the resistance alleles at these loci were derived from W014204.In the Fuyu 3/Zhengzhou 5389 population,three QTLs,QLr.hbu-lBL.2,QLr.hbu-2BS.2 and QLr.hbu-7BL,explained 12.0-19.2,22.3-38.9 and 4.1-4.3%of the phenotypic variance,respectively,and all resistance alleles were contributed by Fuyu 3.Based on chromosome positions of closely linked markers,both QLr.hbu-lBL.1 and QLr.hbu-lBL.2 are Lr46,and QLr.hbu-7DS is Lr34.QLr.hbu-7BL was mapped on chromosome 7BL near to Lr68 and they are likely the same gene.Based on chromosome positions,pedigree and field reactions,the two 2BS QTLs are different from all the known APR genes and are likely to be newAPR QTL for leaf rust.These QTLs and their closely linked markers are potentially useful for improving leaf rust resistance in wheat breeding.
文摘The growing update of computer and global technology provides the raw energy for college English teaching to start a revolution and development. How to deal with the teaching methods by using computer network to build a pluralistic system of interactive teaching for college English curriculum is a serious problem. This paper combines the characteristics of college English teaching, exploring the teaching ways of teaching mode and multi-interaction network of college English. Besides, it also reviews the evidence which is based on independent learning theory and several learning models, analyses the relationship between the advantages of computer network teaching and learning ability of students and enhances the benefits between teaching in practice and computer networks teaching. According to the research and survey of the College English Teaching Model of a University, it validated the role in promoting new teaching model to improve students’ self-learning ability.

文摘Laser-induced voltage effects in c-axis oriented Ca3Co4O9 thin films have been studied with samples fabricated on 10°tilted LaAIO3 (001) substrates by a simple chemical solution deposition method. An open-circuit voltage with a rise time of about 10 ns and full width at half maximum of about 28 ns is detected when the film surface is irradiated by a 308-nm laser pulse with a duration of 25 ns. Besides, opemcircuit voltage signals are also observed when the film surface is irradiated separately by the laser pulses of 532 nm and 1064 nm. The results indicate that Ca3Co4O9 thin films have a great potential application in the wide range photodetctor from the ultraviolet to near infrared regions.

文摘Stripe or yellow rust(YR)and leaf rust(LR)cause large losses in wheat production worldwide.Resistant cultivars curtail the levels of losses.The present study aimed to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)for YR and LR resistance in 147 F2:6 recombinant inbred lines(RIL)derived from the cross Fuyu 3/Zhengzhou 5389.The RIL population and parents were genotyped with the Wheat55 K single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array and simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers.All materials were also phenotyped for YR severity at Mianyang in Sichuan province and Baoding in Hebei province in the 2015/2016,2016/2017,and 2017/2018 cropping seasons,and LR severity at Zhoukou in Henan province and at Baoding in 2017/2018.Eleven QTL for YR resistance and five for LR resistance were detected using inclusive composite interval mapping(Ici Mapping).Four of these QTL on chromosomes 1 BL,2 BS,3 AL,and 5 AL conferred resistance to both YR and LR.The QTL on 1 BL was Lr46/Yr29,and that on 7 BL might be Lr68.The QTL on chromosome 2 BS was detected at a similar position to previously detected loci.QYr.hebau-3 AL/QLr.hebau-3 AL,QYr.hebau-5 AL/QLr.hebau-5 AL,QYr.hebau-7 DL,QYr.hebau-4 BS,QYr.hebau-6 DL,and QYr.hebau-2 AS are likely to be new.An SSR marker for QYr.hebau-7 DL was developed and validated in a diverse wheat panel from China,suggesting effectiveness in different genetic backgrounds.These QTL with closely linked SNP and SSR markers could be useful for marker-assisted selection in wheat breeding programs targeting durable resistance to both diseases.

文摘Indole-3-carbinol(I3C),an important anticancer compound found in broccoli,has attracted considerable attention.The rapid extraction and accurate analysis of I3C in the pharmaceutical industry in broccoli is challenging as I3C is unstable at low pH and high temperature.In this study,a rapid,accurate,and lowcost ultrasound-assisted dispersive-filter extraction(UADFE)technique based on poly(deep eutectic solvent)-graphene oxide(PDES-GO)adsorbent was developed for the isolation and analysis of I3C in broccoli for the first time.PDES-GO with multiple adsorption interactions and a fast mass transfer rate was synthesized to accelerate adsorption and desorption.UADFE was developed by combining dispersive solid-phase extraction(DSPE)and filter solid-phase extraction(FSPE)to realize rapid extraction and separation.Based on the above two strategies,the proposed PDES-GO-UADFE method coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)allowed the rapid(15-16 min),accurate(84.3%-96.4%),and low-cost(adsorbent:3.00 mg)analysis of I3C in broccoli and was superior to solid-phase extraction,DSPE,and FSPE methods.The proposed method showed remarkable linearity(r=0.9998;range:0.0840-48.0 mg/g),low limit of quantification(0.0840 mg/g),and high precision(relative standard deviation<5.6%).Therefore,the PDES-GO-UADFE-HPLC method shows significant potential in the field of pharmaceutical analysis for the separation and analysis of anti-cancer compounds in complex plant samples.
文摘Culture is a result of the accumulation of human society; language is the important carrier of culture. Infiltration of Western culture and the widely use of English seriously hinder the globalization of the Chinese culture and it results in "cultural aphasia" phenomenon. After having studied foreign language for several years, many foreign language learners still cannot express Chinese traditional culture correctly in international communication. This is mainly due to the neglect of Chinese culture in the process of foreign language teaching. With the development of globalization, the communication between different cultures has become more and more frequent It is necessary to pay more attention to the output of native language culture as well as the input of target language culture. As the main places of cultivating high-level talents in China, colleges and universities are focusing on how to change this phenomenon in the foreign language teaching reform. This paper begins with the introduction of "cultural aphasia" phenomenon in China, then analyzes the reasons, finally proposes suggestions and teaching strategies to overcome the culture aphasia in cross-cultural communication.

The concepts of 3-Lie coalgebras and 3-Lie bialgebras are given. The structures of such categories of algebras and the relationships with 3-Lie algebras are studied. And the classification of 4-dimensional 3-Lie coalgebras and 3-dimensional 3-Lie bialgebras over an algebraically closed field of char- acteristic zero are provided.

Investigations made in our study show that the environmental English public signs are very important. They can offer directions for foreigners who can’t understand Chinese well because they have these three functions: indication, suggestion and prohibition. In order to help Xiong’an New Area play its “eco card”, the translators are supposed to attach great importance to the translation of environmental English public signs.

文摘Peter Matthiessen is widely regarded as a serious, disciplined author who wrote about wild nature, vanishing cultures, and human society. He was a dedicated naturalist from early on, and the concern for nature informed his work from the beginning of his career. This paper analyses Matthiessen’s major works from the perspective of ecocriticism, revealing his ecological ideas on natural ecology, social ecology and spiritual ecology respectively. For Matthiessen, the modern environmental crisis is inseparable from social and spiritual problems. He criticizes the anthropocentric and imperial points of view, sparing no effort to pursue justice, harmony and wholeness both in his literary imagination and real life.
文摘With the expansion of the scale of our hospital robot laboratory, equipment use, reserves are increasing, manual management equipment information has been unable to adapt to daily management, such as data record error rate increased, the number of experiments increased, equipment loss and maintenance is not clearly defined. In order to ensure the safety and accuracy of the equipment, a system of equipment management systems was developed as a result of the conversion to the use of management systems for the recording and storage of information. The design of this system is a perfect robot laboratory equipment management system based on the development of web framework technology for equipment management functions. The back end of this system uses the Java language, the SSM framework as the main body, the database is built by MySQL relational database, the front-end page uses JSP, Bootstrap, jQuery and other technologies, and uses Eclipse project construction tools for system development. After a period of trial operation, the level of laboratory equipment management has been significantly improved.
文摘In this paper, based on the existing research results, we obtain the unary extension 3-Lie algebras by one-dimensional extension of the known Lie algebra L. For two known 3-Lie algebras <em>H</em>, <em>M</em>, the (<i>μ</i>, <i>ρ</i>, <i>β</i>)-extension of <em>H</em> through <em>M</em> is given, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the (<i>μ</i>, <i>ρ</i>, <i>β</i>)-extension algebra of <em>H</em> through <em>M</em> being 3-Lie algebra are obtained, and the structural characteristics and properties of these two kinds of extended 3-Lie algebras are given.

文摘The chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) and mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) of 16 Populus species (Section Leuce) and their F1 generation were detected using PCR-RFLP technique. The results show that cpDNA in the F1 generation of 22 hybrid combinations was inherited maternally, which supported the conclusions of the study of plasmid cytology. The mtDNA fragments amplified by PCR were consistent with the restriction maps in all hybrid combinations and no polymorphism was detected, indicating that the Section Leuce is highly conserved in mitochondrial gene sequences. These results provided direct evidence of maternal chloroplast inheritance in Populus tomentosa, P. bolleana, P. davidiana, P. adenopoda, P. tomentosa × P. bolleana, P. alba × P. glandulosa and P. alba × P. tomentosa.
