This study presents a novel approach to enhance silicon anode performance through barium titanate(BTO)incorporation,with the establishment of a force-electric coupling model.By introducing piezoelectric BTO into silic...This study presents a novel approach to enhance silicon anode performance through barium titanate(BTO)incorporation,with the establishment of a force-electric coupling model.By introducing piezoelectric BTO into silicon matrices,we successfully improved both the mechanical stability and electrochemical kinetics of the anode.The developed force-electric coupling model explains how BTO mitigates stress accumulation during lithiation while optimizing the kinetics of Li^(+)and electron transfer.Experimental verification and multiphysical simulation indicate that Si@BTO effectively eliminates structural degradation during the cycling process and significantly reduces the charge transfer resistance.The force-electric coupling mechanism further facilitates stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formation.When paired with LiFePO_(4)cathodes,Si@BTO maintains 76% capacity retention after 500 cycles at a 10 C rate.This work establishes a basic force-electric coupling model framework and offers insights into the development of advanced silicon anode batteries with exceptional performance.展开更多

Thus, the conventional bi-cross limited combustion control method is no longer applicable to the object. This paper makes use of neutral network algorithm to adjust the static operating point. On this basis, fuzzy control strategy is used for the furnace temperature control. The actual application result shows that the control strategy is effective to solve the problem of the combustion control for regenerative furnace.展开更多

The aging effect on the structureand wear resistance of the cobalt-based PTA coating was also studied. The results show that theas-welded coating consists of cobalt-based solid solution with face-centered cubic structure andhexagonal (Cr,Fe)_7C_3. There are a lot of stacking faults existing in the cobalt-based solidsolution. After aging at 600 deg C for 60 h, the microstructure becomes coarse, and another carbide(Cr,Fe)_(23)C_6 precipitates. As a result, the wear mass loss of the aged sample is higher than thatof the as-welded sample.展开更多

The results show that the damage in nodular cast iron occurs when the applied stress is more than a certain extent, and the damage variable increases with stress. The evolutional law of damage variable as a function of stress was obtained. The damage threshold of nodular cast iron increases with nodularity, but it is below the yield strength, which provides reference significance to the design of machinery structure and the choice of materials. The critical damage variable is not related to the nodularity, which is about 0 060-0 068.展开更多

The results showed that 1% increment in solution loss of coke reduces coke strength by 0.6%...The effects of gas composition, temperature, ore to coke ratio and prereduction rate of ore on coke degradation were studied. The results showed that 1% increment in solution loss of coke reduces coke strength by 0.6%, and the coke degradation is accelerated with the temperature. The higher the temperature, the more coke surface is involved in reactions, and the less negative effect on coke strength is. Hydrogen exerts stronger effect on coke degradation than CO at high temperature. The coke degradation is decreased with the reduction of ore to coke ratio and increase of ore prereduction rate.展开更多

The molecular structure of the present cavitand compound was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound (C56H70N2O9) crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pnma with a = 19.5060(15), b = 19.8136(15), c = 12.9508(10) ?, V = 5005.3(7) ?3, Z = 4, Mr = 915.14, Dc = 1.214 g/cm3, F(000) = 1968, μ = 0.081 mm?1, S = 1.012, the final R = 0.0789 and wR = 0.1488 for 2298 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and 322 variable parameters. The structure exhibits a rigid bowl-cavity with an available functional hydroxyl group. The bowl of cavitand contains a CH3CN solvent molecule, and the depth of the bowl-shaped cavity is ca. 2.42 ?.展开更多

Results show that all the three agents could improved both densification and mehanical properties markedly, compared to that of non-agent specimens and the effect of the composite of boron acid solid powders and microfine SiO 2 is the best. The oxidation resistance increased with the addition of agents, which is supported by densification. Microstructures showed that agent powders could fill pores or produce liquid phases at high temperature, therefore, improve the sintering of the ramming mix.展开更多
Boehmite sol is synthesized via sol-gel process using Al 2(SO 4) 3·18H 2O and (CH 2) 6N 4 as starting materials, then adding silica sol into boehmite sol to prepare mullite precursor gels. XRD studies are ...Boehmite sol is synthesized via sol-gel process using Al 2(SO 4) 3·18H 2O and (CH 2) 6N 4 as starting materials, then adding silica sol into boehmite sol to prepare mullite precursor gels. XRD studies are performed to characterize the gels. It is found that the gel can be transformed into mullite when calcined at 1100℃ and completed at 1300℃. Corundum-mullite firebricks with different additions of the mullite precursor gel are made by mixing, semi-dry pressing and then sintering at 1520℃. Apparent porosity, bulk density, flexural strength and thermal shock resistance are measured. Results show that the mullite gel can improve densification and strength of corundum-mullite firebricks, especially enhance the thermal shock resistance. SEM micrographs show that the gel added can be formed into needlelike and elongated mullite in the matrix, whose micromorphology can enhance the strength and thermal shock resistance of the samples.展开更多
