Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in operating room for gastric cancer patients in anesthesia recovery period. Methods: From June 2021 to December 2021, 78 patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery in our hospital were selected for research. Combined with the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (providing routine nursing care in operating room) and the observation group (providing nursing intervention in operating room) with 39 patients in each group respectively. The body temperature of the two groups during operation, during abdominal closure and after operation, the time of leaving anesthesia room, extubation, postoperative wakefulness and hospitalization, degree of satisfaction with nursing work was compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the body temperature in the observation group tended to be more normal during operation, during abdominal closure and after operation (P 0.05). The time of leaving anesthesia room, extubation, postoperative wakefulness and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P 0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group with nursing work was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention in operating room is effective for gastric cancer patients in anesthesia recovery period, which can maintain their perioperative temperature stability, promote their postoperative recovery and enhance their satisfaction with nursing work. It is worth adopting. 展开更多

Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of operating room nursing intervention to prevent incision infection after total knee replacement. Methods: from October 24, 2019 to October 24, 2020, 70 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were randomly selected as subjects. According to the different nursing methods of each group, these patients were divided into routine nursing group and operating room nursing group, with 35 people in each group. The incidence of incision infection was compared between the two groups. Results: after the nursing intervention, in terms of the total satisfaction rate of nursing, the satisfaction rate of the operating room nursing group was higher (P < 0.05), and the incision infection rate of patients in the early rehabilitation nursing group was lower than that in the routine group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the routine group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Discussion: the implementation of operating room nursing intervention for patients after total knee arthroplasty can effectively prevent incision infection, reduce patients' physical and mental discomfort, and let patients leave the hospital as soon as possible, with obvious advantages. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of formulating the operating room nursing work procedure sheet for elderly lung cancer patients in thoracoscopic radical surgery. Methods: A total of 85 elderly patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were included as the study population for this research. They were divided into a study group of 42 cases and a regular group of 43 cases. The regular group of elderly patients received routine nursing care, while the study group of elderly patients was provided with the operating room nursing care work procedure sheet. The surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, time to mobilization, and postoperative complication rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: Compared to the regular group, the study group had significantly shorter surgical duration and time to mobilization, as well as less intraoperative blood loss (P < 0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the study group (4.76%) was significantly lower than that in the regular group (19.05%) (P Conclusion: Formulating the operating room nursing work procedure sheet for elderly lung cancer patients can effectively improve surgical efficiency, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote patient prognosis in thoracoscopic radical surgery. Therefore, this model is worth promoting and adopting in clinical practice. 展开更多

To investigate the application of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia combined with volume therapy in high-risk elderly patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Methods: a total of 50 patients were included in this study, all of whom were high-risk elderly orthopedic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January, 2019 to December, 2019. According to the principle of odd-even distribution, the patients were divided into control group (25 cases) and experimental group (25 cases). Patients in the former group received epidural anesthesia, and patients in the latter group received combined lumbar epidural anesthesia combined with volume therapy. The anesthetic effect of the two groups was observed. Results: compared with the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, the anesthetic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.00% lower than that of the control group 28.00% (P<0.05). Conclusion: lumboid epidural anesthesia combined with volume therapy is helpful to improve anesthesia effect, reduce the risk of perioperative adverse reactions, and help patients recover. 展开更多

Objective: to study the effect of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in surgical anesthesia. Methods: clinical data of 96 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively collected, all of whom received general anesthesia. Patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n=48) who received invasive intraoperative arterial blood pressure monitoring, and reference group (n=48) who received noninvasive intraoperative arterial blood pressure monitoring. Observation of intraoperative blood pressure monitoring, intraoperative anesthesia use, frequency of additional vasoactive drugs, operation termination rate, intraoperative blood volume insufficiency, hypoxemia, carbon dioxide retention, electrolyte, acid-base imbalance overall incidence, blood pressure monitoring results satisfaction. Results: there was no statistical difference in intraoperative SBP, DBP and MAP monitoring results between the two groups, P < 0.05;The anesthesia use times (1.02±0.31), the frequency of vasoactive drug addition times (1.01±0.16), the operation termination rate (0.00%), hypovolemia, hypoxemia, carbon dioxide retention, electrolyte, acid-base imbalance total incidence (4.65%) of the experimental group were lower than that of the reference group. The satisfaction of intraoperative blood pressure monitoring results in the experimental group (97.67%) was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in surgical anesthesia can timely, accurately and dynamically reflect the patient's hemodynamic status, and provide guarantee for the smooth operation. 展开更多
