Objective:The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of flotation therapy combined with psychological resilience training in improving emotional regulation and sleep quality in patients recovering f...Objective:The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of flotation therapy combined with psychological resilience training in improving emotional regulation and sleep quality in patients recovering from viral infections and to assess the application of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of“form and spirit co-nourishing”in modern healthcare interventions.Methods:A total of 20 patients recovering from viral infections with anxiety and sleep disturbances were randomly assigned to the experimental group(n=10)and the control group(n=10).The experimental group received a combination of resilience training,targeting five key areas:physiological regulation,cognitive restructuring,emotional management,self-efficacy,and social support,alongside flotation therapy,with 45-min weekly sessions.The control group received conventional medical treatment.Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale,while sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,both before and after the intervention.Results:Compared with intervention before,the resilience level of the experimental group significantly increased after the intervention(P<0.001),while no notable changes were detected in the control group(P>0.05);the experimental group demonstrated significantly lower anxiety level and sleep disorder level and higher resilience level compared to the control group after the intervention(all P<0.001).Conclusion:The combined use of flotation therapy and resilience training,grounded in the TCM principle of“form and spirit co-nourishing,”significantly improves emotional regulation and sleep quality in patients recovering from viral infections.This integrative approach supports both physical and psychological healing,aligning with the TCM holistic treatment model,and offers a promising avenue for modern mental health interventions.展开更多
In recent years,“cultural tightness-looseness”refers to the strength of social norms and tolerance for deviant behaviors perceived by individuals in society,and team cultural tightness applied at the organizational ...In recent years,“cultural tightness-looseness”refers to the strength of social norms and tolerance for deviant behaviors perceived by individuals in society,and team cultural tightness applied at the organizational level represents the strength of team norms.According to the cultural tightness-looseness theory,this study explores the influence of team cultural tightness on employee creative behavior,as well as the moderating role of transformational leadership and the mediating role of work engagement.A questionnaire method was used to survey five enterprise organizations in China through three stages,and 288 paired questionnaires were finally obtained from leaders and employees.The results found that team cultural tightness has a significant negative effect on employee creative behavior through the mediating effect of work engagement.In other words,the more the team culture in the workplace tends to be loose,the more it stimulates employee work engagement,which in turn promotes employee creative behavior.In addition,transformational leadership played a significant positive moderating role in the model.Under the influence of transformational leadership style,the negative impact of team cultural tightness on employee work engagement and creative behavior can be mitigated.The study enriches the understanding of the influence and action mechanism of the cultural tightness-looseness theory on employee creative behavior.In future research,the action mechanism of team cultural tightness interacting with different leadership styles to influence employee creative behavior will be explored more deeply.展开更多
In the context of a global public health crisis,such as COVID-19,developing interventions to improve population health behav-iors has emerged as a pivotal element of health management strategies.The efficacy of variou...In the context of a global public health crisis,such as COVID-19,developing interventions to improve population health behav-iors has emerged as a pivotal element of health management strategies.The efficacy of various interventions implemented during this period has varied,and the impact of different variables on these intervention outcomes remains to be fully elucidated.This study screened 57 papers(n=47,264)by searching electronic databases and revealed the optimal intervention through pairwise meta-analysis and network meta-analysis,as well as the changes in intervention effectiveness under different conditions.Our research findings indicate that interventions for preventive health behaviors and health-promoting behaviors have significant effects.For preventive health behaviors,the intervention method of health education and low-risk information framework under information intervention was the optimal intervention.For health-promoting behaviors,the exercise intervention and the prosocial information framework with information intervention were the optimal interventions.Accordingly,future research should focus on the in-depth exploration of specific interventions to establish and improve the effectiveness of interventions.展开更多
