通过物理混合的方法制备了石墨烯(Graphene Nanoplatelets,简称“GNP”)与碳纳米管(Carbon Nanotubes,简称“CNT”)质量比为2∶1、1∶1、1∶2的石墨烯/碳纳米管(GNP/CNT)复合结构体,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对... 通过物理混合的方法制备了石墨烯(Graphene Nanoplatelets,简称“GNP”)与碳纳米管(Carbon Nanotubes,简称“CNT”)质量比为2∶1、1∶1、1∶2的石墨烯/碳纳米管(GNP/CNT)复合结构体,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其形貌进行了表征,结果表明:质量比为1∶1的复合结构体中CNT分布较均匀。通过Raman光谱、电阻率测试、沉降试验对其结构、导电性、分散性进行了表征,结果表明在GNP和CNT质量比为1∶1条件下制备的GNP/CNT复合结构体具有较小的缺陷密度、较小的电阻率和较好的分散性。通过环氧树脂(EP)真空浸渍的方法制备了GNP/CNT/EP复合薄膜,并利用矢量网络分析仪对其在2 GHz~18 GHz频率范围内进行了测试,研究了薄膜厚度、GNP和CNT质量比对屏蔽性能的影响,结果表明:GNP和CNT质量比为1∶1条件下制备的复合薄膜在带宽10 GHz频段内具有15 dB~20 dB的屏蔽效能,且电磁屏蔽效能主要为吸收损耗,可实现电磁波的绿色防护;在较宽频段内增加厚度可提升屏蔽效能。 展开更多

先以泡沫镍(NF)为基底,采用浸渍法制备了碳纳米管/泡沫镍(CNTs/NF)复合电极,然后通过电泳沉积法在复合电极表面沉积一层石墨烯得到还原氧化石墨烯/CNTs/NF(rGO/CNTs/NF)复合材料,最后去除NF得到rGO/CNTs复合材料,并通过扫描电镜、X射线... 先以泡沫镍(NF)为基底,采用浸渍法制备了碳纳米管/泡沫镍(CNTs/NF)复合电极,然后通过电泳沉积法在复合电极表面沉积一层石墨烯得到还原氧化石墨烯/CNTs/NF(rGO/CNTs/NF)复合材料,最后去除NF得到rGO/CNTs复合材料,并通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、拉曼光谱对其形貌、物相、结构进行表征。在此基础上制备了rGO/CNTs/环氧树脂(rGO/CNTs/EP)复合涂层样品,研究了复合涂层表面在高压静电充电条件下的电荷耗散特性以及沿面闪络特性。结果表明:电化学沉积过程中还原了氧化石墨烯(GO)得到了rGO/CNTs复合材料;rGO/CNTs/EP复合涂层表面电阻率随填料的增加而减小;在高压静电充电后,涂层表面电荷随时间衰减,且衰减速率随rGO/CNTs添加量的增加而增大;复合涂层的闪络电压较EP涂层低,且随填料的增加而降低,而在积聚静电后略有提升。 展开更多

非均相TiCl4/MgCl2-AlR3型Ziegler-Natta(非均相Z-N)催化剂是聚烯烃工业最重要的催化剂,经烷基铝活化的非均相Z-N催化剂具有复杂的活性中心结构,改变聚合温度、聚合时间、烷基铝种类及浓度等均会影响活性中心结构与催化性能.本文研究了... 非均相TiCl4/MgCl2-AlR3型Ziegler-Natta(非均相Z-N)催化剂是聚烯烃工业最重要的催化剂,经烷基铝活化的非均相Z-N催化剂具有复杂的活性中心结构,改变聚合温度、聚合时间、烷基铝种类及浓度等均会影响活性中心结构与催化性能.本文研究了不同聚合温度下TiCl4/MgCl2-AlEt3(三乙基铝)催化丁二烯(Bd)和异戊二烯(Ip)的共聚合动力学,研究发现,随着聚合时间的延长,聚合活性先升高然后降低,在50℃聚合活性最高.采用核磁共振波谱(1H NMR)、紫外荧光定硫仪和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)研究了共聚物的微观结构、活性中心数和分子量及其分布,发现随着聚合时间的延长及聚合温度的升高,活性中心数、共聚物中反式-1,4-结构、分子量及分子量分布均发生不同规律的变化.本文研究结果可为进一步理解非均相Z-N催化剂在不同聚合温度下催化共轭二烯烃聚合的动力学及其关键影响因素提供参考. 展开更多

Upon activation, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) receptor can engage apoptotic or survival pathways. Inhibition of macromolecular synthesis is known to sensitize cells to TNF-α-induced cell death. It is believed that this sensitization is due to the transcriptional blockade of genes regulated by NF-κB. Nevertheless, such evidence has remained elusive in the nervous system. Here, we show that TNF-α cannot normally induce apoptosis in PC12 cells or cortical neurons. However, cells treated with Actinomycin D (ActD) become susceptible to TNF-α-induced cell death through the activation of caspase-8, generation of tBid and activation of caspase-9 and -3. Analysis of several proteins involved in TNF-α receptor signaling showed no significant downregulation of NF-κB target genes, such as IAPs or FLIP, under such conditions. However, Bcl-XL protein levels, but not those of Bcl-2, Bax and Bak, are reduced by ActD or TNF-α/ ActD treatments. Moreover, Bcl-xL overexpression fully protects cells against TNF-α/ActD-induced cell death. When endogenous levels of Bcl-XL are specifically downregulated by lentiviral-based RNAi, cells no longer require ActD to be sensitive to TNF-α-triggered apoptosis. Furthermore, Bcl-xL downregulation does not affect TNF-α-mediated NF-κB activation. Altogether, our results demonstrate that Bcl-XL, and not Bci-2, FLIP or IAPs, acts as the endogenous regulator of neuronal resistance/sensitivity to TNF-α-induced apoptosis in an NF-κB-independent manner. 展开更多
