Magnesium phosphate cements(MPC)have shown promising applications in many fields,but high raw material prices hinder their development.The production of salt lake MPC(SLMPC)from magnesium slag(MS),a byproduct of lithi...Magnesium phosphate cements(MPC)have shown promising applications in many fields,but high raw material prices hinder their development.The production of salt lake MPC(SLMPC)from magnesium slag(MS),a byproduct of lithium extraction from salt lakes,offers significant environmental and economic advantages.In this study,a low-cost magnesia raw material was obtained through the calcination of MS,which was subsequently utilized in conjunction with KH_(2)PO_(4) to prepare SLMPC.The changes in hydration products,microscopic morphology,solution pH value,and TG content during the SLMPC curing process,and the hydration kinetics equation and model were used to study the hydration processes of SLMPC.The results show that the outcome indicates that the SLMPC system entered the accelerated reaction stage within 6 min after mixing,where the highest heat release rate was 6.29 J·g^(-1)·min^(-1),the maximum heat release was 205.3 J·g^(-1),and the main hydration product appeared at 50-60 min.The hydration behavior of SLMPC exhibits similarities to that of traditional MPC.Specifically,the acceleration phase is governed by an autocatalytic reaction,the deceleration phase is influenced by both autocatalytic reactions and diffusion processes,and the stabilization phase is predominantly controlled by diffusion mechanisms.This paper aims to establish the theoretical foundation for the industrial application of MS and the cost-effective production of MPC.展开更多

Autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT)and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)therapy represent pivotal treatments for hematologic malignancies,each with distinct strengths and limitations.ASCT reduces tumor bu...Autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT)and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)therapy represent pivotal treatments for hematologic malignancies,each with distinct strengths and limitations.ASCT reduces tumor burden through myeloablative conditioning but remains susceptible to relapse,while CAR-T therapy precisely targets malignant cells but encounters challenges,including cytokine release syndrome(CRS),immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome(ICANS),and limited persistence.Emerging evidence suggests that combining ASCT with CAR-T therapy yields synergistic effects.ASCT reshapes the immune microenvironment,lowers immunosuppressive cells and CRS risk,while CAR-T eliminates residual disease and promotes immune recovery.Clinical trials in relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas and multiple myeloma demonstrate complete remission rates(CRR)of 72%-100%and two-year progression-free survival(PFS)rates of 59%-83%,with severe CRS/ICANS incidences below 10%.However,the precise mechanisms underlying this synergy,optimal timing of CAR-T infusion after ASCT,and ideal dosing regimens require further definition.Future research should prioritize large-scale,randomized controlled trials and establish standardized protocols for toxicity management to maximize therapeutic benefits.By integrating the complementary strengths of ASCT and CAR-T,this combination strategy represents a promising approach for improving outcomes in high-risk hematologic malignancies;however,additional studies are necessary to validate its efficacy and expand its clinical applicability.展开更多

Field tests using LSSM to stabilize and green sa...The principle and technique were reported here to produce lignin-based sand stabilizing material (LSSM) using extracted lignin from black liquor of straw paper mills. Field tests using LSSM to stabilize and green sand dunes were started in 2002. The field experiment was carded out in August 2005 when the newly formed plant community was 3 years old. The results from the comprehensive field experiment demonstrated that unlike polyvinyl acetate or foamed asphalt commonly used for dune stabilization, LSSM was plant- friendly material and could be used in combination with seeding and planting of desert species. With the help of LSSM, the desert species (i.e., Agriophyllum squarrosum (L.) Moq. and Artemisia desertorum Spreng. etc.) could be used to form community in 2-3 yeas and to stabilize sand dune effectively. The newly formed community was sustainable under an extremely dry climate condition. The organic matter and total nitrogen in the soil increased significantly as the community were formed, while the change in P and K contents in the soil was negligible.展开更多

Exercise training alters the expression levels of large amounts ofmiRNAs in the heart. In addition, circulating miRNAs appear to be regulated by exercise training. In this review, we will summarize recent advances in the regulation of miRNAs during physical exercise intervention in various cardiovascular diseases, including pathologic cardiac hypertrophy, myocardial fibrosis, ischemia-reperfusion injury, myocardial infarction, and heart failure. The regulatory role of circulating miRNAs after exercise training was also reviewed. METHODS: Tolerance towards human...AIM: To determine whether normal genetically immunocompetent rodent hosts could be manipulated to accept human hepatocyte transplants with long term survival without immunosuppression. METHODS: Tolerance towards human hepatocytes was established by injection of primary human hepatocytes or Huh7 human hepatoma cells into the peritoneal cavities of fetal rats. Corresponding cells were subsequently transplanted into newborn rats via intrasplenic injection within 24h after birth. RESULTS: Mixed lymphocyte assays showed that spleen cells from non-tolerized rats were stimulated to proliferate when exposed to human hepatocytes, while cells from tolerized rats were not. Injections made between 15 d and 17 d of gestation produced optimal tolerization. Transplanted human hepatocytes in rat livers were visualized by immunohistochemical staining of human albumin. By dot blotting of genomic DNA in livers of tolerized rats 16 weeks after hepatocyte transplantation, it was found that approximately 2.5 X 10(5) human hepatocytes survived per rat liver. Human albumin mRNA was detected in rat livers by RT-PCR for 15 wk, and human albumin protein was also detectable in rat serum. CONCLUSION: Tolerization of an immuno-competent rat can permit transplantation, and survival of functional human hepatocytes.展开更多
目的 探讨提高胰腺癌治愈性切除相关因素和获得更佳疗效。方法 中国抗癌协会胰腺癌专业委员会回顾性分析了8省2市14大医院的1990年一2000年诊治的2340例胰腺病例。多因素生存分析采用Cox比例风险模型找出可能影响胰腺癌病人预后的独立...目的 探讨提高胰腺癌治愈性切除相关因素和获得更佳疗效。方法 中国抗癌协会胰腺癌专业委员会回顾性分析了8省2市14大医院的1990年一2000年诊治的2340例胰腺病例。多因素生存分析采用Cox比例风险模型找出可能影响胰腺癌病人预后的独立因素。单因素生存分析用寿命表法计算,以生存曲线描述生存率,并进行Gehan比分检验。结果 COX单因素分析表明在a=0.05水平上有意义的有年龄、职业、病程、肿瘤部位、手术方式、术后胰瘘、术后肝衰、化疗、TNM分期、免疫治疗、有无肝转移、肠系膜上血管有无侵犯等变量。COX多因素分析表明在a=0.05水平上有意义的有患者年龄、手术方式、术后胰瘘、术后肝衰、化疗、免疫治疗等变量,这些变量为影响胰腺癌预后的独立因素。根治性手术者相对于未手术者,以及化疗、免疫治疗均为保护性因素。其中40岁以上的占了92.91%,40岁以下的仅占7.09%。胰头癌根治性手术组中位生存时间为17.11个月,1年、3年和5年生存率分别为54.36%、13.47%、8.47%。结论 有必要将40岁以上的人群视为高危人群,能及时发现早期病例。各种综合治疗措施的结合都将有助于改善胰腺癌患者的生活质量和延长生存期。 Objective To investigate the factors related to curable resection and efficacy of pancreatic cancer.Methods A uniform questionnaire for national survey on clinical epidemiology of pancreatic cancer was designed by Committee of Pancreatic Cancer, CACA from January 1, 1990 to December 31, 2000. A total of 2340 cases were included. Survival analysis was conducted for selected cases with complete data. Cox regression was used to screen out single and multiple risk factors. Cumulative survival rate was calculated by life table and Gehan score test.Results COX single factor analysis revealed that significant variables at α = 0.05 level included age, occupation, duration of disease, location of neoplasm, operation type, postoperative pancreatic fistula, postoperative hepatic failure, chemotherapy, TNM stage, immunotherapy, liver metastasis, invasion of superior mesenteric vessel. COX multifactor analysis demonstrated that significant variables at α= 0.05 level were age, surgical procedures, postoperative pancreatic fistula, postoperative hepatic failure,chemotherapy, immunotherapy. These were independent factors for the prognosis of pancreas carcinoma. Among these factors, age less than 70 years, radical operation, chemotherapy and immunotherapy were all protective factors. 92.91% of the patients were more than 40 years of age. Only 7.09% of those were less than 40. The median survival time of group of radical resection of carcinoma in head of pancreas was 17.11 months and the 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates were 54.36% , 13.47% , 8.47% respectively.Conclusion For early diagnosis, an effective way to screen population older than 40 years is really an effective way to detect patients early and promptly. And comprehensive therapy is conducive to better quality of life and longer survival time of pancreatic Cancer。展开更多

The 3He/4He ratios of eclog...: The 3He/4He ratios of most eclogites from the Dabie-Sulu terrane range from 0.056 to 0.67 Ra; the data points fall into the mixing part of the crust and the mantle in the 3He-4He diagram. The 3He/4He ratios of eclogites are obviously correlated with the types of their surrounding rocks. The helium isotope composition of the eclogites from the Bixiling complex possesses characters of mantle-derived rocks with the 3He/4He ratio being 5.6 Ra. The 4He concentration of the eclogites exhibits visible inverse correlation with the δ18O value of the quartz in the eclogites from the Sulu area. The δ18O values of the eclogites change synchronously with those of the country rocks. Those results suggest that protoliths of the eclogites were basic-ultrabasic rock bodies or veins intruding into the continental crust in the early stage; strong exchange and hybridization between the basic-ultrabasic rocks and continental rocks and the atmospheric water during the intrusion led to abrupt increase of the 3He/4He ratios, δ18O values and Nd(0) values of the intrusive bodies or veins, which show characters of continental rocks. This indicates that the eclogites are autochthonous.展开更多

Purpose: The aims of this study were to assess differences of limb symmetry index (LSI) in strength- and coordination-related tasks between high-level, competitive, noninjured ski racers of different age-related pe...Purpose: The aims of this study were to assess differences of limb symmetry index (LSI) in strength- and coordination-related tasks between high-level, competitive, noninjured ski racers of different age-related performance levels and to prospectively assess limb differences as a possible risk factor for traumatic and overuse injury in youth ski racers. Methods: The study (Study 1) included 285 high-level competitive ski racers (125 females, 160 males) of 3 age-related performance levels and based on the school system: 95 youth (10-14 years, secondary modem school), 107 adolescent (15-19 years, grammar school), and 83 elite athletes (20-34 years). To investigate the second aim (Study 2), 67 of the 95 youth athletes were included and any traumatic or overuse injuries were prospectively recorded over 2 seasons. All athletes performed 4 unilateral tests (strength related: one-leg counter movement jump (OL-CMJ) and one-leg isometric/isokinetic press strength test (OL-ILS); coordination related: one-leg stability test (OL-ST) and one-leg speedy jump test (OL-SJ)). The LSI was calculated by dividing the dominant leg by the nondominant leg and multiplying by 100. Kruskal-Wallis H tests and binary logistic regression analyses were conducted. Results: There were significant differences between the LSI of the 3 age-related performance-level groups only in the strength-related tests: the OL-CMJ (X^2(2, 285) = 9.09; p = 0.01) and the OL-ILS (X^2(2,285) = 14.79; p 〈 0.01). The LSI for OL-ILS was found to be a significant risk factor for traumatic injury in youth ski racers (Wald = 7.08; p 〈 0.01). No significant risk factors were found for overuse injuries. Conclusion: Younger athletes display slightly greater LSI values only in the strength-related tests. The cut-off value of limb differences of 〈 10% for return to sport decisions seems to be appropriate for elite athletes, but for youth and adolescent athletes it has to be critically discussed. It seems to be necessary to define thresholds based on specific performance tasks (strength vs. coordination related) rather than on generalizations, and age-related performance levels must be considered. AIM: To examine and compare the effects of subjective and objective social isolation on behavioral health in elderly adults.METHODS: A systematic search of Pub Med was performed for original research articles from pee...AIM: To examine and compare the effects of subjective and objective social isolation on behavioral health in elderly adults.METHODS: A systematic search of Pub Med was performed for original research articles from peerreviewed journals examining one of the following topics: "Social isolation and sleep disturbance", "social isolation and depression", or "social isolation and fatigue in older adults". Studies were selected following the criteria established based on the aim of this review. Data were extracted from the articles by two independent reviewers. Due to the heterogeneity in study designs and outcome measures of the included studies, qualitative and narrative analyses were conducted.RESULTS: The set criteria were used to select a total of 16 studies for the review. Of the 16, 13 were crosssectional studies. The characteristics of study populations were identified as follows. A total of 12 studies randomly selected subjects irrespective of pre-existing health conditions. Consequently, an unspecified number of the study subjects had chronic diseases in the studies compared. In addition, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of studies in this review were diverse, and included subjects living in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Both subjective and objective types of social isolation increased behavioral symptoms, such as sleep disturbance, depressive symptoms, and fatigue in older adults. Furthermore, a few recent studies reported stronger effects of subjective social isolation than objective social isolation on sleep disturbance and depressive symptoms.CONCLUSION: Social isolation affects behavioral health in older adults. Compared to the objective social isolation, subjective social isolation contributes more significantly to sleep disturbance and depression.展开更多

A new mineral,jichengite ideally 3CuIr_2S_4·(Ni,Fe)_9S_8,was found as a constituent of placer concentrates at a branch of the Luanhe River,about 220 km NNE of Beijing.Its associated minerals are chromite,magnetit...A new mineral,jichengite ideally 3CuIr_2S_4·(Ni,Fe)_9S_8,was found as a constituent of placer concentrates at a branch of the Luanhe River,about 220 km NNE of Beijing.Its associated minerals are chromite,magnetite,ilmenite,zircon,native gold,iridium,ferrian platinum and osmium.The placer is distributed at places around ultrabasic rock,which hosts chromite orebodies,from which PGM originated.Jichengite occurs commonly as massive or granular aggregates.No perfect morphology of jichengite was observed.It is steel gray and opaque with metallic luster and black streak.It has a Mohs hardness of 5,VHN(d) urn 21.65,H_m 4.465,Hv = 268.1 N/um^2.It is brittle and weakly magnetic. 文摘Magnesium phosphate cements(MPC)have shown promising applications in many fields,but high raw material prices hinder their development.The production of salt lake MPC(SLMPC)from magnesium slag(MS),a byproduct of lithium extraction from salt lakes,offers significant environmental and economic advantages.In this study,a low-cost magnesia raw material was obtained through the calcination of MS,which was subsequently utilized in conjunction with KH_(2)PO_(4) to prepare SLMPC.The changes in hydration products,microscopic morphology,solution pH value,and TG content during the SLMPC curing process,and the hydration kinetics equation and model were used to study the hydration processes of SLMPC.The results show that the outcome indicates that the SLMPC system entered the accelerated reaction stage within 6 min after mixing,where the highest heat release rate was 6.29 J·g^(-1)·min^(-1),the maximum heat release was 205.3 J·g^(-1),and the main hydration product appeared at 50-60 min.The hydration behavior of SLMPC exhibits similarities to that of traditional MPC.Specifically,the acceleration phase is governed by an autocatalytic reaction,the deceleration phase is influenced by both autocatalytic reactions and diffusion processes,and the stabilization phase is predominantly controlled by diffusion mechanisms.This paper aims to establish the theoretical foundation for the industrial application of MS and the cost-effective production of MPC.

文摘Autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT)and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)therapy represent pivotal treatments for hematologic malignancies,each with distinct strengths and limitations.ASCT reduces tumor burden through myeloablative conditioning but remains susceptible to relapse,while CAR-T therapy precisely targets malignant cells but encounters challenges,including cytokine release syndrome(CRS),immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome(ICANS),and limited persistence.Emerging evidence suggests that combining ASCT with CAR-T therapy yields synergistic effects.ASCT reshapes the immune microenvironment,lowers immunosuppressive cells and CRS risk,while CAR-T eliminates residual disease and promotes immune recovery.Clinical trials in relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas and multiple myeloma demonstrate complete remission rates(CRR)of 72%-100%and two-year progression-free survival(PFS)rates of 59%-83%,with severe CRS/ICANS incidences below 10%.However,the precise mechanisms underlying this synergy,optimal timing of CAR-T infusion after ASCT,and ideal dosing regimens require further definition.Future research should prioritize large-scale,randomized controlled trials and establish standardized protocols for toxicity management to maximize therapeutic benefits.By integrating the complementary strengths of ASCT and CAR-T,this combination strategy represents a promising approach for improving outcomes in high-risk hematologic malignancies;however,additional studies are necessary to validate its efficacy and expand its clinical applicability.

文摘The principle and technique were reported here to produce lignin-based sand stabilizing material (LSSM) using extracted lignin from black liquor of straw paper mills. Field tests using LSSM to stabilize and green sand dunes were started in 2002. The field experiment was carded out in August 2005 when the newly formed plant community was 3 years old. The results from the comprehensive field experiment demonstrated that unlike polyvinyl acetate or foamed asphalt commonly used for dune stabilization, LSSM was plant- friendly material and could be used in combination with seeding and planting of desert species. With the help of LSSM, the desert species (i.e., Agriophyllum squarrosum (L.) Moq. and Artemisia desertorum Spreng. etc.) could be used to form community in 2-3 yeas and to stabilize sand dune effectively. The newly formed community was sustainable under an extremely dry climate condition. The organic matter and total nitrogen in the soil increased significantly as the community were formed, while the change in P and K contents in the soil was negligible.

文摘Silicon(Si)is a promising anode material for lithium‐ion batteries(LIBs)owing to its tremendously high theoretical storage capacity(4200 mAh g−1),which has the potential to elevate the energy of LIBs.However,Si anodes exhibit severe volume change during lithiation/delithiation processes,resulting in anode pulverization and delamination with detrimental growth of solid electrolyte interface layers.As a result,the cycling stability of Si anodes is insufficient for commercialization in LIBs.Polymeric binders can play critical roles in Si anodes by affecting their cycling stability,although they occupy a small portion of the electrodes.This review introduces crucial factors influencing polymeric binders'properties and the electrochemical performance of Si anodes.In particular,we emphasize the structure–property relationships of binders in the context of molecular design strategy,functional groups,types of interactions,and functionalities of binders.Furthermore,binders with additional functionalities,such as electrical conductivity and self‐healability,are extensively discussed,with an emphasis on the binder design principle.

文摘Exercise training is beneficial to the cardiovascular system. MicroRNAs (miRNAs, miRs) are a class of conserved non-coding RNAs and play a wide-ranging role in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression. Exercise training alters the expression levels of large amounts ofmiRNAs in the heart. In addition, circulating miRNAs appear to be regulated by exercise training. In this review, we will summarize recent advances in the regulation of miRNAs during physical exercise intervention in various cardiovascular diseases, including pathologic cardiac hypertrophy, myocardial fibrosis, ischemia-reperfusion injury, myocardial infarction, and heart failure. The regulatory role of circulating miRNAs after exercise training was also reviewed. In conclusion, miRNAs might be a valuable target for treatment of cardiovascular diseases and have great potential as biomarkers for assessment of physical performance.2018 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Shanghai University of Sport. 文摘AIM: To determine whether normal genetically immunocompetent rodent hosts could be manipulated to accept human hepatocyte transplants with long term survival without immunosuppression. METHODS: Tolerance towards human hepatocytes was established by injection of primary human hepatocytes or Huh7 human hepatoma cells into the peritoneal cavities of fetal rats. Corresponding cells were subsequently transplanted into newborn rats via intrasplenic injection within 24h after birth. RESULTS: Mixed lymphocyte assays showed that spleen cells from non-tolerized rats were stimulated to proliferate when exposed to human hepatocytes, while cells from tolerized rats were not. Injections made between 15 d and 17 d of gestation produced optimal tolerization. Transplanted human hepatocytes in rat livers were visualized by immunohistochemical staining of human albumin. By dot blotting of genomic DNA in livers of tolerized rats 16 weeks after hepatocyte transplantation, it was found that approximately 2.5 X 10(5) human hepatocytes survived per rat liver. Human albumin mRNA was detected in rat livers by RT-PCR for 15 wk, and human albumin protein was also detectable in rat serum. CONCLUSION: Tolerization of an immuno-competent rat can permit transplantation, and survival of functional human hepatocytes.
文摘目的 探讨提高胰腺癌治愈性切除相关因素和获得更佳疗效。方法 中国抗癌协会胰腺癌专业委员会回顾性分析了8省2市14大医院的1990年一2000年诊治的2340例胰腺病例。多因素生存分析采用Cox比例风险模型找出可能影响胰腺癌病人预后的独立因素。单因素生存分析用寿命表法计算,以生存曲线描述生存率,并进行Gehan比分检验。结果 COX单因素分析表明在a=0.05水平上有意义的有年龄、职业、病程、肿瘤部位、手术方式、术后胰瘘、术后肝衰、化疗、TNM分期、免疫治疗、有无肝转移、肠系膜上血管有无侵犯等变量。COX多因素分析表明在a=0.05水平上有意义的有患者年龄、手术方式、术后胰瘘、术后肝衰、化疗、免疫治疗等变量,这些变量为影响胰腺癌预后的独立因素。根治性手术者相对于未手术者,以及化疗、免疫治疗均为保护性因素。其中40岁以上的占了92.91%,40岁以下的仅占7.09%。胰头癌根治性手术组中位生存时间为17.11个月,1年、3年和5年生存率分别为54.36%、13.47%、8.47%。结论 有必要将40岁以上的人群视为高危人群,能及时发现早期病例。各种综合治疗措施的结合都将有助于改善胰腺癌患者的生活质量和延长生存期。 Objective To investigate the factors related to curable resection and efficacy of pancreatic cancer.Methods A uniform questionnaire for national survey on clinical epidemiology of pancreatic cancer was designed by Committee of Pancreatic Cancer, CACA from January 1, 1990 to December 31, 2000. A total of 2340 cases were included. Survival analysis was conducted for selected cases with complete data. Cox regression was used to screen out single and multiple risk factors. Cumulative survival rate was calculated by life table and Gehan score test.Results COX single factor analysis revealed that significant variables at α = 0.05 level included age, occupation, duration of disease, location of neoplasm, operation type, postoperative pancreatic fistula, postoperative hepatic failure, chemotherapy, TNM stage, immunotherapy, liver metastasis, invasion of superior mesenteric vessel. COX multifactor analysis demonstrated that significant variables at α= 0.05 level were age, surgical procedures, postoperative pancreatic fistula, postoperative hepatic failure,chemotherapy, immunotherapy. These were independent factors for the prognosis of pancreas carcinoma. Among these factors, age less than 70 years, radical operation, chemotherapy and immunotherapy were all protective factors. 92.91% of the patients were more than 40 years of age. Only 7.09% of those were less than 40. The median survival time of group of radical resection of carcinoma in head of pancreas was 17.11 months and the 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates were 54.36% , 13.47% , 8.47% respectively.Conclusion For early diagnosis, an effective way to screen population older than 40 years is really an effective way to detect patients early and promptly. And comprehensive therapy is conducive to better quality of life and longer survival time of pancreatic Cancer。
文摘: The 3He/4He ratios of most eclogites from the Dabie-Sulu terrane range from 0.056 to 0.67 Ra; the data points fall into the mixing part of the crust and the mantle in the 3He-4He diagram. The 3He/4He ratios of eclogites are obviously correlated with the types of their surrounding rocks. The helium isotope composition of the eclogites from the Bixiling complex possesses characters of mantle-derived rocks with the 3He/4He ratio being 5.6 Ra. The 4He concentration of the eclogites exhibits visible inverse correlation with the δ18O value of the quartz in the eclogites from the Sulu area. The δ18O values of the eclogites change synchronously with those of the country rocks. Those results suggest that protoliths of the eclogites were basic-ultrabasic rock bodies or veins intruding into the continental crust in the early stage; strong exchange and hybridization between the basic-ultrabasic rocks and continental rocks and the atmospheric water during the intrusion led to abrupt increase of the 3He/4He ratios, δ18O values and Nd(0) values of the intrusive bodies or veins, which show characters of continental rocks. This indicates that the eclogites are autochthonous.
文摘The therapeutic effect of herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase/ganciclovir (HSV-tk/GCV) system on hepatocellular carcinoma was studied in this experiment. The tk-containing retroviral recombinants were used to infect hepatoma cells (BEL-7402) and the cells were treated with ganciclovir (0-1000 microg/ml). The results showed that HSV-tk gene could be efficiently transferred in vitro into hepatoma cells and stably expressed. 文摘Purpose: The aims of this study were to assess differences of limb symmetry index (LSI) in strength- and coordination-related tasks between high-level, competitive, noninjured ski racers of different age-related performance levels and to prospectively assess limb differences as a possible risk factor for traumatic and overuse injury in youth ski racers. Methods: The study (Study 1) included 285 high-level competitive ski racers (125 females, 160 males) of 3 age-related performance levels and based on the school system: 95 youth (10-14 years, secondary modem school), 107 adolescent (15-19 years, grammar school), and 83 elite athletes (20-34 years). To investigate the second aim (Study 2), 67 of the 95 youth athletes were included and any traumatic or overuse injuries were prospectively recorded over 2 seasons. All athletes performed 4 unilateral tests (strength related: one-leg counter movement jump (OL-CMJ) and one-leg isometric/isokinetic press strength test (OL-ILS); coordination related: one-leg stability test (OL-ST) and one-leg speedy jump test (OL-SJ)). The LSI was calculated by dividing the dominant leg by the nondominant leg and multiplying by 100. Kruskal-Wallis H tests and binary logistic regression analyses were conducted. Results: There were significant differences between the LSI of the 3 age-related performance-level groups only in the strength-related tests: the OL-CMJ (X^2(2, 285) = 9.09; p = 0.01) and the OL-ILS (X^2(2,285) = 14.79; p 〈 0.01). The LSI for OL-ILS was found to be a significant risk factor for traumatic injury in youth ski racers (Wald = 7.08; p 〈 0.01). No significant risk factors were found for overuse injuries. Conclusion: Younger athletes display slightly greater LSI values only in the strength-related tests. The cut-off value of limb differences of 〈 10% for return to sport decisions seems to be appropriate for elite athletes, but for youth and adolescent athletes it has to be critically discussed. It seems to be necessary to define thresholds based on specific performance tasks (strength vs. coordination related) rather than on generalizations, and age-related performance levels must be considered. 文摘AIM: To examine and compare the effects of subjective and objective social isolation on behavioral health in elderly adults.METHODS: A systematic search of Pub Med was performed for original research articles from peerreviewed journals examining one of the following topics: "Social isolation and sleep disturbance", "social isolation and depression", or "social isolation and fatigue in older adults". Studies were selected following the criteria established based on the aim of this review. Data were extracted from the articles by two independent reviewers. Due to the heterogeneity in study designs and outcome measures of the included studies, qualitative and narrative analyses were conducted.RESULTS: The set criteria were used to select a total of 16 studies for the review. Of the 16, 13 were crosssectional studies. The characteristics of study populations were identified as follows. A total of 12 studies randomly selected subjects irrespective of pre-existing health conditions. Consequently, an unspecified number of the study subjects had chronic diseases in the studies compared. In addition, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of studies in this review were diverse, and included subjects living in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Both subjective and objective types of social isolation increased behavioral symptoms, such as sleep disturbance, depressive symptoms, and fatigue in older adults. Furthermore, a few recent studies reported stronger effects of subjective social isolation than objective social isolation on sleep disturbance and depressive symptoms.CONCLUSION: Social isolation affects behavioral health in older adults. Compared to the objective social isolation, subjective social isolation contributes more significantly to sleep disturbance and depression.

The adjacent vertex distinguishing acyclic edge chromatic number of G, denoted by X'Aa(G), is the minimal number of colors in an adjacent vertex distinguishing acyclic edge coloring of G. If a graph G has an adjacent vertex distinguishing acyclic edge coloring, then G is called adjacent vertex distinguishing acyclic. In this paper, we obtain adjacent vertex-distinguishing acyclic edge coloring of some graphs and put forward some conjectures.

文摘A new mineral,jichengite ideally 3CuIr_2S_4·(Ni,Fe)_9S_8,was found as a constituent of placer concentrates at a branch of the Luanhe River,about 220 km NNE of Beijing.Its associated minerals are chromite,magnetite,ilmenite,zircon,native gold,iridium,ferrian platinum and osmium.The placer is distributed at places around ultrabasic rock,which hosts chromite orebodies,from which PGM originated.Jichengite occurs commonly as massive or granular aggregates.No perfect morphology of jichengite was observed.It is steel gray and opaque with metallic luster and black streak.It has a Mohs hardness of 5,VHN(d) urn 21.65,H_m 4.465,Hv = 268.1 N/um^2.It is brittle and weakly magnetic. Cleavage {010} is rarely observed.No fracture was observed.Density could not be measured because of its too small grain size.Density(calc.) is 7.003 g/cm^3.Reflect light is reddish-brown,without internal reflections.Anisotropism is distinct with grayish or yellowish white in crossed nicols and bluish violetcopper red in uncrossed nicols.Jichengite shows weak pleochroism and strong bireflectance.The reflectance values in air at the Standard Commission on Ore Mineralogy wavelengths are:38.9,34.3 at 470 nm,38.9,34.5 at 546 nm,39.1,35.3 at 590 nm,39.2,36.8 at 650 nm,parallel-axial extinction.The six strongest lines in the X-ray powder-diffraction pattern[d in A,(I),(hkl)]are:3.00(100)(116),2.80(50) (205),2.48.(50)(208),1.916(40)(2,1,10),1.765(60)(220),1.753(50)(2,0,16).Five chemical analyses carried out,yielding the following results:S 25.76(25.49-5.97),Fe 10.03(9.78-10.31),Co 0.78 (0.75-0.81),Ni 12.48(12.32-12.85),Cu 4.77(4.69-4.83),Ir 46.98(46.14-47.89),sum 100.80wt%,which produced a formula(Cu_(1.556)Fe_(0.976))_(2.532)(Ir_(5.063)S_(10.126))·(Fe_(2.7451)Ni_(4.404)Co_(0.273))_(7.422)S_(6.517).The ideal formula is X_(10)Ir_5S_(17.5),which was calculated by single crystal structure analyses,where X=Cu(Ⅱ)+Fe(Ⅱ)+Ni(Ⅱ) +Co(Ⅱ).The single crystal data were collected using a diffractometer with Mo Kαradiation and a graphite monochromate.The crystal system is trigonal with space group R3m and unit cell parameters a=7.0745(14) A,c=34.267(10) A(The superstructure not found),and the final R Indices[with 564 observed reflections,I>2sigma(Ⅰ)]are R_1=0.0495,wR_2=0.1349.The specimens are deposited in the Geological Museum of China.
