This analysis focuses on PIM interference under multi-band multi-signal input in mobile communication system.Unlike single band system that only odd order PIM(especially 3rd order) should be concerned,in multi-band multi-signal case,both odd and even order PIM could be interference source because of more complicated intermodulation,more IMPs generated and more receive bands.Especially,the 2nd order PIM may interfere more serious to receiving channel for its strong magnitude.In duplex indoor distribute system,the PIM interference is a potential problem to GSM900,DCS1800,CDMA,and even 3G system wireless services,because the PIM frequencies may fall in receive bands and interfere to the receiving channels.In radio system design and wireless channel assignment,precautions must be taken to minimize the PIM level and to avoid interfere to receiving channels.For practical use,the lower order possible PIM interference to 2G and 3G systems is calculated. 展开更多

The application of Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code in the anti-interference systems has drawn an increasing attention, due to its admiring performance which is very close to the theory limit. This paper focuses on a LDPC encoded slow frequency hopping (SFH) communication system with partial-band interference. Firstly, a modified soft- decision algorithm based on the utilization of interference information is proposed, and its performance is compared with some other soft-decision methods. Secondly, with numerical simulation, the influence of code rate, code length and the number of symbols per hops on the performance of the system with partial band noise interference is illustrated and examined in detail. Considering the great influence of hops per symbol on the performance, interleaver should be used and its influence on the performance is further examined by simulation. Finally, some constructive advises for the design of LDPC coded SFH system are given. Simulation results show that, with a reasonable design, the SFH system with LDPC code could achieve a desirable performance. 展开更多

This letter presents two preprocessing techniques for narrow-band interference (NBI) rejection in Time- Division-Duplex (TDD) CDMA systems. In the proposed methods, at the transmitter, by using Karhaunen-Loeve Transform and Discrete Fourier Transform, the transmitted power is set to zero in the directions of the eigenvectors that will be severely contaminated by NBI; and therefore less part of the transmitted energy will be polluted by NBI in channel. The processing is transferred from receiver to transmitter, and thus the complexity of the receiver is significantly reduced. It is assumed that channel state information can be estimated at the transmitter because in symmetric TDD systems each receiver in turn also acts as a transmitter. 展开更多

Fault-related resonance frequency band extraction-based demodulation methods are widely used for bearing diagnostics.However,due to the high peaks of strong gear meshing interference,the classical band selection methods have poor performance and cannot work well for bearing fault type detection.As such,the CVRgram-based bearing fault diagnosis method is proposed in this paper.In the proposed method,inspired by the conditional variance(CV)index and root mean square(RMS),a novel index,named the CV/root mean square(CVR),is first proposed.The CVR index has high robustness for the interference of non-Gaussian or Gaussian noise and has the ability to determine the center frequency of the weak bearing fault-related resonance frequency band under strong interference.Secondly,motived by the Kurtogram,the CVRgram algorithm is developed for adaptively determining the optimal filtering parameters.Finally,the CVRgram-based bearing fault diagnosis method under strong gear meshing interference is proposed.The performance of the CVRgram-based method is verified by both the simulation signal and the experiment signal.The comparison analysis with the Kurtogram,Protrugram,and CVgram-based method shows that the proposed technique has a much better ability for bearing fault detection under strong noise interference. 展开更多

This paper analyses frequency tracking characteristics of a complex-coefficient adaptive infinite-impulse response (IIR) notch filter used for suppression of narrow-band interference (NBI) with a randomly-varying frequency in a quadriphase shift keying (QPSK) modulated direct-sequence code-division multiple-access (DS-CDMA) communication system. The QPSK DS-CDMA signals are transmitted over a frequency non-selective Rayleigh fading channel. The analysis is based on a first-order real-coefficient difference equation with respect to steady-state instantaneous frequency tracking error from which a closed-form expression that relates frequency tracking mean square error (MSE) with number of DS-CDMA active users and NBI power is obtained. Closed-form expressions for optimum notch bandwidth coefficient and step size constant that minimize the frequency tracking MSE are also derived. Computer simulations are included to substantiate the accuracy of the analyses. 展开更多

为解决复杂多变干扰环境下多频带通信质量受干扰信号显著影响且难以获得理想滤除效果的问题,研究基于深度学习算法的多频带通信干扰信号滤除方法。基于联合平移不变空间模型,分析多频带通信系统的信号特性,构建多频带通信模型。从多频... 为解决复杂多变干扰环境下多频带通信质量受干扰信号显著影响且难以获得理想滤除效果的问题,研究基于深度学习算法的多频带通信干扰信号滤除方法。基于联合平移不变空间模型,分析多频带通信系统的信号特性,构建多频带通信模型。从多频带模型中采集通信信号作为输入数据,输入到深度残差神经网络中进行处理。在神经网络架构中,卷积层采用滑动窗口机制,通过卷积操作生成干扰信号的特征图,将这些特征图传递至残差单元。残差单元对干扰信号进行全局特征映射,并将映射后的处理结果传递至全连接层。在全连接层,通过softmax函数对特征映射结果进行归一化处理,并利用L2损失函数优化网络训练过程。利用训练完成的深度残差神经网络,实现对多频带通信中干扰信号的有效滤除。实验结果表明,该方法不仅能够有效滤除干扰信号,而且滤除后的信噪比高达12 dB以上,同时噪声衰减因子保持在0.7以上。 展开更多

The effects of bandwidth limitation, nonlinearityity distortion and adjacent channel interference (ACI) in Ka-band satellite channel corrupted by additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) are taken into account. The analytical expressions of the HER of coherent MPSK and MQAM signal are obtained and shown to be in good agreement with the simulation results. 展开更多

A novel dual-band antenna is proposed for mitigating the multi-path interference in the global navigation satellite system(GNSS) applications. The radiation patches consist of a shortedannular-ring reduced-surface-wave(SAR-RSW) element and an inverted-shorted-annular-ring reduced-surface-wave(ISAR-RSW)element. One key feature of the design is the proximity-coupled probe feeds to increase impedance bandwidth. The other is the defected ground structure band rejection filters to suppress the interaction effect between the SAR-RSW and the ISAR-RSW elements. In addition, trans-directional couplers are used to obtain tight coupling. Measurement results indicate that the antenna has a larger than 10 d B return loss bandwidth and a less than 3 d B axial-ratio(AR) bandwidth in the range of(1.164 – 1.255) GHz and(1.552 – 1.610) GHz. The gain of the passive antenna in the whole operating band is more than 7 d Bi. 展开更多

Narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IoT)has been proposed to support deep coverage(in building)and extended geographic coverage of IoT.In this paper,a power control scheme for maximizing energy efficiency(EE)of narrowband physical uplink shared channel(NPUSCH)with the guard band is proposed.First,we form the optimization problem based on the signal model with the interferences of narrowband physical random access channel(NPRACH)which are caused by the non-orthogonality of NPUSCH and NPRACH.Then,a method of reserving guard bands is proposed to reduce these interferences.Based on it,an efficient iterative power control algorithm is derived to solve the optimization problem,which adopts fractional programming.Numerical simulation results show that NPUSCH with the guard band has better performance in EE than that without the guard band. 展开更多

A Novel Receiving Method for Baseband DSSS Signal based on Phase Domain Processing

In this paper, the phase characteristic disturbance model for baseband direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signal in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) environment is established, and the probability density function (PDF) of phase characteristic disturbance is obtained. Then a novel receiver model for baseband DSSS signal based on maximum likelihood (ML) criterion is proposed. The simulation results show that, comparing with correlation scheme, the performance of the proposed method for baseband DSSS signal is 1dB worse in AWGN environment. However, if there is narrow interference in the AWGN environment, the proposed method will show better performance up to 2.5dB, and it has good adaptive resistance to narrowband interference located in different frequency points. This method could be used as an alterative communication scheme for military circumstance when existing strong narrowband interference of various frequencies. 展开更多

To solve the inter carrier interference (ICI) elimination problem of an M-band wavelet multi-carrier modulation system, this paper analyzes the principle of the ICI caused by the Doppler frequency shift and its mathematical expression based on the M-band wavelet multi-carrier modulation system model. Through the analysis of the mathematical expression and combining with the perfect reconstruction conditions of the filter banks, we propose the design conditions of an M-band filter to reduce and eliminate the ICI. The impulse response model of the filter design conditions and an iterative algorithm is also established. The simulation results show that the proposed ICI reduction and elimination methods can effectively improve the system performance. 展开更多

Elimination of the impact of vessels on ocean wave height inversion with X-band wave monitoring radar

Directional wave spectra and integrated wave parameters can be derived from X-band radar sea surface images.A vessel on the sea surface has a significant influence on wave parameter inversions that can be seen as intensive backscatter speckles in X-band wave monitoring radar sea surface images.A novel algorithm to eliminate the interference of vessels in ocean wave height inversions from X-band wave monitoring radar is proposed.This algorithm is based on the characteristics of the interference.The principal components(PCs) of a sea surface image sequence are extracted using empirical orthogonal function(EOF)analysis.The standard deviation of the PCs is then used to identify vessel interference within the image sequence.To mitigate the interference,a suppression method based on a frequency domain geometric model is applied.The algorithm framework has been applied to OSMAR-X,a wave monitoring system developed by Wuhan University,based on nautical X-band radar.Several sea surface images captured on vessels by OSMAR-X are processed using the method proposed in this paper.Inversion schemes are validated by comparisons with data from in situ wave buoys.The root-mean-square error between the significant wave heights(SWH) retrieved from original interference radar images and those measured by the buoy is reduced by 0.25 m.The determinations of surface gravity wave parameters,in particular SWH,confirm the applicability of the proposed method. 展开更多

该文研究针对U6G频段同时同频全双工阵列中的近场耦合自干扰开展了近360万次的大规模测量。在室外环境下,采用模拟波束赋形相控阵平台测量了收发波束间以及收发阵元间的耦合自干扰信道,给出了U6G全双工阵列系统面临的潜在自干扰水平,分... 该文研究针对U6G频段同时同频全双工阵列中的近场耦合自干扰开展了近360万次的大规模测量。在室外环境下,采用模拟波束赋形相控阵平台测量了收发波束间以及收发阵元间的耦合自干扰信道,给出了U6G全双工阵列系统面临的潜在自干扰水平,分析了阵列天线收发隔离度的角度和物理空间分布特征,并揭示了波束间耦合与阵元间耦合的内在联系。测量分析结果表明,收发波束间隔离度分布呈现出较强的空间对称性和方向性。此外,在相同收发阵元间距下存在着多种隔离度映射,无法被传统球面波模型准确描述。特别地,通过为无方向性的阵元间耦合信道赋予波束赋形权重,能够重现波束间自干扰耦合特性并准确预测阵列收发隔离度。 展开更多

在异频共口径天线中,由于各频段天线距离较近,高频天线会受到严重的散射干扰。为解决此问题,设计了一款基于多谐振效应的宽带频率选择表面(frequency selective surface,FSS)透波结构,并将此结构应用于一种工作于S/C频段的共口径天线中... 在异频共口径天线中,由于各频段天线距离较近,高频天线会受到严重的散射干扰。为解决此问题,设计了一款基于多谐振效应的宽带频率选择表面(frequency selective surface,FSS)透波结构,并将此结构应用于一种工作于S/C频段的共口径天线中。通过加载上述宽带透波结构,可以在不影响低频天线自身性能的同时,有效消除低频天线对高频天线的散射遮挡。经过仿真与实测验证,该宽带FSS结构在3.3~4.2 GHz范围内具有良好的透波性能,可以有效改善高频天线单元的方向图畸变情况,并且在高频天线工作频带内改善其阻抗匹配,提高增益。 展开更多

针对空间电磁干扰态势感知问题,提出并设计一种四陷波可重构超宽带天线。天线由中空矩形贴片和带T形缝隙的缺陷地结构组成,通过四种陷波结构(辐射贴片内的T形枝节、背部的卷曲C形谐振环与双倒J形缝隙以及馈线旁的C形开口谐振环)滤除带... 针对空间电磁干扰态势感知问题,提出并设计一种四陷波可重构超宽带天线。天线由中空矩形贴片和带T形缝隙的缺陷地结构组成,通过四种陷波结构(辐射贴片内的T形枝节、背部的卷曲C形谐振环与双倒J形缝隙以及馈线旁的C形开口谐振环)滤除带内干扰。使用传输线等效电路模型对陷波结构的可重构特性进行了设计。天线尺寸为36mm×30mm×1.575mm,工作频段为2.5~11.4GHz。天线共具有16种工作状态,可对3.2~4.1GHz、4.6~5.4GHz、5.7~6.1GHz和7.3~8.2GHz进行按需抑制。可重构超宽带天线为动态频谱环境下的电磁环境监测系统提供了新型硬件,在认知无线电、频谱感知等领域也具有一定的应用价值。 展开更多
