白云鄂博Wu dyke碳酸岩脉及围岩的岩相特征和年龄特征综合探讨

白云鄂博矿床是世界上最大的稀土矿床之一,Wu dyke为矿床东部最典型的一条碳酸岩脉,其相关年龄跨度较大.采用薄片全扫描、TIMA(TESCAN Intergrated Mineral Analyzer)全扫描、微量元素对其进行岩相学分析,并对其围岩石英砾岩薄片中的锆... 白云鄂博矿床是世界上最大的稀土矿床之一,Wu dyke为矿床东部最典型的一条碳酸岩脉,其相关年龄跨度较大.采用薄片全扫描、TIMA(TESCAN Intergrated Mineral Analyzer)全扫描、微量元素对其进行岩相学分析,并对其围岩石英砾岩薄片中的锆石进行了原位U-Pb分析.岩相学分析表明石英砾岩中的锆石按分布特征具3种类型,大部分锆石分布在石英和正长石的接触部位,且周边均有伴有霓石和钠长石;部分锆石分布在石英中,其中部分锆石周边有钠长石和霓石颗粒;少部分锆石分布在正长石中,锆石周边亦有钠长石和霓石.石英砾岩中锆石具有~2.5 Ga和~1.9 Ga两个主要峰值年龄,~2.3 Ga次要峰值年龄,最小锆石年龄1844±18 Ma可能约束了白云鄂博群都拉哈拉组的最大沉积年龄;3种分布特征的锆石均含有1.8~2.5 Ga的年龄.Wu dyke碳酸岩脉形成于1.4~1.3 Ga之间,在脉体侵位时从碳酸岩岩浆中结晶出来锆石.Wu dyke碳酸岩脉及围岩锆石年龄的研究说明,碳酸岩脉中混染了大量围岩锆石.在~0.4 Ga期间,Wu dyke碳酸岩脉中和矿区附近部分锆石边缘得到了再生长,部分锆石核部遭受了交代作用.碳酸岩脉中~0.2 Ga的锆石可能是由与二叠纪花岗岩侵位有关的接触变质作用中的热液流体结晶和/或已有锆石和白云石的交代反应而成. 展开更多

Numerical Simulation of the Model Ice Flexural Strength Based on Tsai-Wu Failure Criterion

In the past few decades,the navigation performance of ships and structures in ice-covered waters has not been fully studied,especially the influence of ice mechanical properties on icebreaking ability.Ice bending strength is a key ice parameter for predicting ship ice loads,and accurate ice bending strength is also the key to scaling model tests results to real ship.However,numerical simulation studies on model ice bending strength of ice tanks are often neglected.In this paper,an explicit finite element method model is used to simulate the ice cantilever beam test,and the failure load and bending strength of the ice are obtained.In this model,the Tsai-Wu failure criterion is used as the material constitutive model,and the required simulation parameters are obtained from the model ice test in ice tank.Parameter sensitivity analysis shows that the cantilever beam size of the model ice has a significant effect on the flexural strength.The results show that proper rounding at the root of the cantilever beam is beneficial to reduce stress concentration and obtain more accurate bending strength;the thickness,width and length of the cantilever beam should conform to a certain ratio,and consistent with the ITTC recommended reference.Therefore,the results of this study can promote model ice experiments and numerical studies and provide ice strength data support for ship design and polar ship maneuvering. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the modified Gui Fu Ling Wu Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)of the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type.Methods:A total of 100 DN patients admitted to Changyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between August 2023 and March 2024 were included in the study.Patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each comprising 50 cases,using a computerized random number generator.The control group received kallikrein treatment,while the study group received a combination of kallikrein and the modified Gui Fu Ling Wu Decoction.Blood glucose control,renal function,and inflammatory markers were assessed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose and renal function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,24-hour urinary protein,urinary microalbumin,serum creatinine,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6 levels significantly decreased in both groups,with the study group showing superior results compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Gui Fu Ling Wu Decoction and kallikrein for treating spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type DN significantly improves blood glucose control,enhances renal function,and reduces inflammatory responses. 展开更多

This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the theory and methods for differentiating and treating insomnia in Bu Ju Ji by Wu Cheng,a physician of the Qing Dynasty.By systematically sorting out the origin of Wu Cheng’s academic thoughts,this study explores his unique perspective on differentiating and treating insomnia,analyzes the compatibility rules of his core formulas and herbs,and reveals the characteristics of his medication use as well as its guiding value for later clinical practice.Research shows that Wu Cheng integrated the principles of the I Ching(Book of Changes)with medical theories to construct a theoretical system for consumptive diseases.In the differentiation and treatment of insomnia,he emphasized the dynamic balance of zang-fu organs,Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,with special attention to the impact of spleen-Yin deficiency on insomnia.He thus formed distinctive academic features,including treating both deficiency and excess,taking into account both Qi and blood,and regulating the spleen to protect the body’s defense system.In terms of medication,he was skilled in using herbs that are sweet and warm in nature for tonification,harmonizing Qi and blood,and invigorating the spleen to nourish Yin.These insights hold significant reference value for modern TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)in the treatment of insomnia. 展开更多

In the context of Western medicine,Xin(心heart),Gan(肝liver),Pi(脾spleen),Fei(肺lung),and Shen(肾kidney)are five specific organs,while in ancient Chinese medicine,they are five kinds of Zang Xiang(藏象visceral manifestation),often referred to as Wu Zang(五藏five zang-organs),representing five interrelated structural-functional systems.There are both differences and connections between visceral manifestations and organs,which are reflected in the theories of Wu Zang.The specific connotation of Wu Zang are determined by the specific context in which they are located.With the accumulation of practice,the Wu Zang of the human body structures and functions,as well as the relationship between the Wu Zang have been in constant development and change.The encounter of Chinese and Western medicine in the 19th century dramatically changed the connotation of Wu Zang,from emphasizing visceral manifestations and neglecting substance to an organs-oriented perspective.This article examines how the encounter of Chinese and Western medicine in China influenced Chinese medicine.By analyzing three key aspects:(1)the interpretation of Wu Zang in pre-16th century texts;(2)the evolution and dissemination of Western medicine during the Ming and Qing dynasties;(3)the shifting conceptualization of Wu Zang in late Qing medical literature—the study elucidates the transformative impact of this cross-cultural medical encounter on the theory and practice of Chinese medicine. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Lung cancer(LC)combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common combination of comorbidities.Anti-inflammation and modulation of oxidative/antioxidative imbalance may prevent COPD-induced LC,and are also crucial to the treatment of LC combined with COPD.Modern studies have shown that Tao Hong Si Wu Tang(THSW)has vasodilatory,anti-inflammatory,anti-fatigue,anti-shock,immunoregulatory,lipid-reducing,micronutrient-supplementing,and anti-allergy effects.AIM To observe the effects of THSW on COPD and LC in mice.METHODS A total of 100 specific pathogen-free C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into five groups:Blank control group(group A),model control group(group B),THSW group(group C),IL-6 group(group D),and THSW+IL-6 group(group E),with 20 mice in each group.A COPD mouse model was established using fumigation plus lipopolysaccharide intra-airway drip,and an LC model was replicated by in situ inoculation using the Lewis cell method.RESULTS The blank control group exhibited a clear alveolar structure.The model control and IL-6 groups had thickened alveolar walls,with smaller alveolar lumens,interstitial edema,and several inflammatory infiltrating cells.Histopathological changes in the lungs of the THSW and THSW+IL-6 groups were less than those of the model control group.The serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels and IL-6R,JAK,p-JAK,STAT1/3,p-STAT1/3,FOXO,p-FOXO,and IL-7R expression levels in lung tissues of mice in the rest of the groups were significantly higher than those of the blank control group(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group,the IL-6 group demonstrated significantly higher levels for the abovementioned proteins in the serum and lung tissues(P<0.01),and the THSW group had significantly higher serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels and IL-7R expression levels in lung tissues(P<0.01)but significantly decreased IL-6R,JAK,p-JAK,STAT1/3,p-STAT1/3,FOXO,p-FOXO,and IL-7R levels(P<0.01).CONCLUSION THSW reduces the serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels in the mouse model with anti-inflammatory effects.Its antiinflammatory mechanism lies in inhibiting the overactivation of the JAK/STAT1/3 signaling pathway. 展开更多

“[ã^(44) kã^(44) paʔ^(5) lã44 tã^(53)]”(Chinese characters transcription“昂更八冷打”)is an colloquial expression in Tongxiang dialect of Suzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou Sub-branch,Taihu Branch,Wu.It describes an awkward... “[ã^(44) kã^(44) paʔ^(5) lã44 tã^(53)]”(Chinese characters transcription“昂更八冷打”)is an colloquial expression in Tongxiang dialect of Suzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou Sub-branch,Taihu Branch,Wu.It describes an awkward state with unfinished tasks.Its similar expressions can be found in other regions of Taihu Branch,including Yixing,Changzhou,Shaoxing and Ningbo,usually serving as“all”,while the expression“[hÃɲ^(33) paʔ^(3) lÃɲ^(33) tÃɲ^(31)]”(“亨八冷打”)in Shanghai Sub-branch indicates“the remaining parts”when used alone.“[hÃɲ^(33) paʔ^(3) lÃɲ^(33) tÃɲ^(31)]”stands for“all”only when followed by a word with meaning of“adding together”.In this paper,it is concluded and deduced from other similar morphemes that the contradictory connotations are related to an“inner split”process of an original word.Considering similar morphemes in other Chinese dialects(including Cantonese,Hakka,Jianghuai and Min),the following analysis proposes three possible original expressions and correlating trajectories of this inner phonetic-semantic split process,and selects a most credible way based on the rhyming dictionary and previous reconstructive models of ancient Chinese phonology.This presumptive analysis indicates that a broader“split and derivate”process generating new morphemes exists widely in Sinitic dialects as a natural company of phonetic features in Chinese language flow. 展开更多

为了解从北京地区急性呼吸道感染儿童中发现的WU多瘤病毒的基因组编码特征,并对其进行基因序列多样性分析,应用针对基因组5'端非编码区、衣壳蛋白VP1、VP2编码基因以及LTAg编码基因的引物对,从已确证为WU病毒阳性的来自北京地区急... 为了解从北京地区急性呼吸道感染儿童中发现的WU多瘤病毒的基因组编码特征,并对其进行基因序列多样性分析,应用针对基因组5'端非编码区、衣壳蛋白VP1、VP2编码基因以及LTAg编码基因的引物对,从已确证为WU病毒阳性的来自北京地区急性呼吸道感染儿童的编号为BJF5276的临床标本中经聚合酶链反应扩增得到预期的基因片段,直接测序后将序列拼接得到全基因组序列,进而推导其基因组编码特征;随后从其它21例已确证为WU多瘤病毒阳性的急性呼吸道感染儿童标本中扩增得到衣壳蛋白VP2编码区基因,进行基因序列测定以及基因序列多样性分析。得到了WU病毒BJF5276全基因组序列。序列分析结果显示WU病毒BJF5276基因组序列全长为5229bp,共有5个主要的CDS(Coding domain sequences),分别编码衣壳蛋白VP2、VP3、VP1,并以其互补序列为模板,编码STAg和LTAg;所得到的22例VP2蛋白编码区基因序列同源性比较结果显示病毒VP2基因编码区序列与GenBank中已有的64个序列之间同源性很高;Mega4.0NJ进化树(Neighbor-joiningtree)分析显示这22个VP2基因序列分属于不同的基因进化簇,其中20个序列属于进化簇I中的Ia,另外2个序列属于进化簇III,其中的一个序列在IIIb基因进化簇中,另外一个序列独立成簇,不属于现有的IIIa或IIIb,暂时将其命名为IIIc。本研究结果提示北京地区的WU病毒具有多瘤病毒科的基因组编码特性;序列非常保守,有分属于不同基因进化簇的WU病毒在北京地区流行,与文献报道的以Ib流行为主所不同的是北京地区的WU病毒以Ia为主,且有新的基因进化簇出现。 展开更多

WU polyomavirus,which was firstly discovered in 2007,is a new human polyomavirus belonging to Polyomaviridae and containing circular double-stranded genomic DNA.In this study,the 278 clinical sputum specimens from children under 5 years old were collected from Wenzhou Medical College affiliated Wenling First Hospital,Zhejiang Province.Based on identification assay of WU polyomavirus previously reported,a WU polyomavirus was identified from clinical samples successfully,the positive rate was 0.4%.The sequences of PCR products were identical to that of VP2 gene and large T antigen gene derived from WU polyomavirus reported.The above results strongly suggested that the WU polyomavirus isolated was firstly found in Chinese children with acute lower respiratory tract infections.This study provides a firm basis for further research of WU polyomavirus. 展开更多

WUS基因在植物再生过程中具有重要作用。为初步了解GmWUS的功能,基于已公布的大豆基因组数据对该基因进行了相关生物信息学分析,表明GmWUS和At WUS蛋白在酸性区域存在较大差异,而其他结构域较保守。从大豆茎尖克隆到GmWUSa的全长序列,该基因亚细胞表达定位于细胞核,表明它可能是一种同源异型域转录因子。q PCR检测种子萌发过程中子叶GmWUS的表达变化,发现GmWUSa和GmWUSb表达量均随萌发天数上升,但GmWUSa在后期表达量下降。丛生芽诱导期间,子叶节处GmWUS的表达呈现出一种先增后减的近似周期规律,表明GmWUS可能参与了丛生芽的分化和再生。比较GmWUSa和GmWUSb的表达变化趋势,推测两基因的功能可能在时间上互补。本文的结果有助于研究GmWUS在大豆再生过程的作用,解释丛生芽的形成机制和作为过表达GmWUS基因增强大豆再生能力、提高转化效率的依据。 展开更多

目的了解深圳市急性呼吸道感染儿童WU多瘤病毒(WU polyomavirus,WUPoyV)感染特点及临床特征。方法收集深圳市两家医院急性呼吸道感染住院儿童咽拭子或鼻咽分泌物标本,采用PCR检测WUPoyV及9种常见呼吸道病毒,分析WUPoyV感染特点及临床表... 目的了解深圳市急性呼吸道感染儿童WU多瘤病毒(WU polyomavirus,WUPoyV)感染特点及临床特征。方法收集深圳市两家医院急性呼吸道感染住院儿童咽拭子或鼻咽分泌物标本,采用PCR检测WUPoyV及9种常见呼吸道病毒,分析WUPoyV感染特点及临床表现。结果共收集2 025例患儿标本(年龄15d^14岁),10种病毒至少1种阳性971例(阳性率为47.95%)。检出WUPoyV 39例,阳性率1.93%,其中26例(66.67%)为单纯WUPoyV感染,13例(33.33%)为WUPoyV与其他病毒混合感染,感染者平均年龄23.3月,92.31%的患儿<4岁。WUPoyV感染全年均有发生,3~5月为发病高峰。WUPoyV感染症状主要表现为咳嗽、喘息、发热等,X线胸片检查主要为支气管肺炎或细支气管炎表现,临床症状和体征与其他呼吸道病毒感染相似;单纯感染与混合感染症状无明显差别。结论WUPoyV感染以<4岁儿童组常见,全年均可发生;春末夏初多见,其临床表现与普通的支气管肺炎和支气管炎类似,深圳市小儿呼吸道感染可能部分与WUPoyV有关。 展开更多

【目的】研究根系黏聚力Wu氏模型的修正系数,可提高Wu氏模型的精确度,进而提高造林边坡稳定性评价的准确性。【方法】针对Wu氏模型对根系黏聚力的高估问题,以刺槐和侧柏根系为研究对象,应用复合材料学的连续破坏理论,阐述根系的渐进失... 【目的】研究根系黏聚力Wu氏模型的修正系数,可提高Wu氏模型的精确度,进而提高造林边坡稳定性评价的准确性。【方法】针对Wu氏模型对根系黏聚力的高估问题,以刺槐和侧柏根系为研究对象,应用复合材料学的连续破坏理论,阐述根系的渐进失效过程,提出基于连续断裂过程的根系黏聚力Wu氏模型修正系数,即断裂修正系数,并研究不同算法间修正系数的差异性以及修正系数与根截面积比之间的关系。【结果】根系断裂修正系数随算法(P<0.001)、树种(P<0.001)和土层深度(P<0.001)的变化而有显著差异;位移控制式算法引入的修正系数显著高于由拉力控制式算法引入的修正系数(P<0.001);断裂修正系数随深度的增加而增加,表层30 cm内的修正系数显著低于深层根系(P<0.001);根截面积比与断裂修正系数的负相关性存在阈值,当根截面积比小于阈值时(刺槐0.14,侧柏0.11),断裂修正系数随着根截面积比的增加而减少;当根截面积比大于阈值时,断裂修正系数的根截面积比效应不显著。【结论】根系断裂修正系数随算法和树种不同而变化,随土壤深度增加而增大,且在根截面积比阈值范围内(刺槐0.14,侧柏0.11)与根截面积比呈负相关关系。研究结论能为评价造林边坡的稳定性、揭示植物护坡的力学机理提供理论基础,并为水土保持工程植物措施的选择提供科学依据。 展开更多
