Research on ideological and political education in public basic courses of colleges and universities has been recognized as a crucial means of enhancing the quality of higher education and promoting the comprehensive development of students.By constructing an implementation framework for ideological and political education based on the“integrated core and three wings”model,this study explores the multi-classroom integration approach under the“characteristic wing,”in which ideological and political education is embedded into public basic courses.The objective is to improve students’ideological and political qualities,fostering their development as socialist builders and successors with well-rounded growth in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.The practical foundation of the research is first analyzed,followed by an elaboration on the implementation method of the“integrated core and three wings”approach in ideological and political education within public basic courses.Reflections on the implementation process of multi-classroom ideological and political education are provided,along with suggestions for improvement. 展开更多

Against the backdrop of intensified global cultural collisions and ideological competition,deeply integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture(ETCC)into university ideological and political courses(IPCs)has become an imperative of our times.Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s methodology of“Two Integrations,”this paper examines the pathways for this integration from three dimensions:value,theory,and practice.The value dimension emphasizes fostering moral conviction and strengthening the spiritual foundation to meet needs such as safeguarding cultural security,preserving the spiritual lineage,and constructing a spiritual framework.The theoretical dimension reveals the mutually constitutive breakthroughs between Marxism and traditional Chinese dialectical thinking,encompassing methodological complementarity,logical coherence of values,and discursive system innovation.The practical dimension involves constructing a comprehensive educational ecosystem by localizing teaching content,modernizing traditional resources,and fostering inter-platform collaborative education,thereby internalizing the value of traditional culture.These three dimensions synergize and co-constitute each other,collectively providing methodological support and practical paradigms for cultivating cultural confidence among youth and forging a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation. 展开更多

This study explores the integration path of ideological and political education in the course Design Thinking and Expression of environmental art design,aiming to enhance students’innovative thinking,social responsibility,and awareness of sustainable development.Based on the core philosophy of design thinking(people-oriented,problem-solving,and interdisciplinary collaboration)and the elements of ideological and political education in courses(moral education,cultural confidence,sustainable development,and social equity),the study proposes implementation paths for optimizing course objectives,adjusting course content,innovating teaching methods,and optimizing the evaluation system.Through project-based learning,situational teaching,and interdisciplinary collaboration,combined with practical cases such as historical district renewal,environmental design for rural revitalization,and green commercial space design,it has been verified that the effective integration of ideological and political elements in courses can enhance students’cultural identity,sense of social responsibility,and design innovation ability.This study provides theoretical support and practical demonstration for the ideological and political reform of environmental art design courses.In the future,interdisciplinary collaboration can be further deepened,social practice applications can be expanded,the evaluation system can be improved,and the systematic development of ideological and political courses can be promoted. 展开更多

Against the backdrop of inter-civilization exchanges and globalization,Beijing International Studies University has addressed the issues of“Sino-Western dual opposition”,“single classroom-based practice”,and“superficial interdisciplinary integration”in the traditional Basic Music Theory Course.With the goal of“integrating Chinese and foreign musical rhythms and cultivating humanistic envoys”,the university has conducted six years of exploration to build a cross-cultural practice system.By reconstructing a three-dimensional curriculum system of“Chinese foundation+Western theory+global diversity”,establishing a three-level practical platform of“classroom-campus-society”,deepening the interdisciplinary integration of“music+foreign languages/communication”,and adopting the“experience-collaboration-creation”three-stage teaching method,the course has transformed from mere music knowledge imparting to cross-cultural competence cultivation.After the reform,students have significantly improved their multicultural awareness and practical abilities,won multiple awards in competitions,and their multilingual musical works have been widely disseminated by the media.Additionally,the course has provided talent support for the“Belt and Road Initiative”and the construction of Beijing’s“Four Centers”.However,challenges remain,such as insufficient development of digital resources and an imperfect teaching evaluation system.In the future,efforts will be made to promote the integration of“music+digital intelligence”and optimize the evaluation system. 展开更多

The organ and system-centered integrated curriculum has become a mainstream model of international medical education and an exploring model of Chinese medical education. However,there is no report on whether or how to integrate teaching contents of biological disciplines under this model in Chinese medical schools. Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine offers an integrated course named molecule,cell and tissue,which combines biochemistry,molecular biology,and cell biology with histology and physiology. This course not only reflects the integration of basic medicine and biology,but also focuses on molecular and cellular basis of structures and functions of human organs and systems. The course Molecule,Cell and Tissue breaks the boundaries of disciplines, provides integrated contents by deleting repeated contents,forms integrated key knowledge points,builds a reasonable integrated teaching team,modifies teaching methods,and adopts student-centered teaching models such as group report,co-teaching by teacher and students,and team-based learning. After 5 years of practice,this course has achieved satisfying teaching effect and can provide ideas and reference for the reform of Chinese basic medical education. 展开更多

However,professional nurses of integrated Chinese and western medicine are still deficient extremely. The target of talent cultivation,based on the theory of "focusing on humanism,expanding diathesis,and enhancing practice to highlight the accommodation and integration of nurses of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine",is to cultivate competent,practical and interdisciplinary senior nursing talents with strong professional basis,skilled operations,rich humanistic literacy,and sharp innovative spirit who not only master modern nursing knowledge and skills,but also can perform comprehensive nursing under the guidance of TCM theory of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and nursing. This study,through investigating and analyzing the settings of3-year nursing professional courses in about 20 senior medical colleges,including senior nursing education of TCM,reformed the development of professional nursing courses of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the establishment of educational materials according to the course settings and educational work modes,so as to analyze the current status of nursing education of integrated Chinese and western medicine,determine course targets,and establish course system and educational work modes. 展开更多

This paper aims at summarizing the experience of offering the integrated course of general pathology and pathophysiology for eight-year clinical medicine program, providing references for further improving the teaching quality,and laying a foundation for expanding the course to five-year clinical medicine program. Teaching contents of the integrated course of general pathology and pathophysiology focus on the crossing and integration of relevant discipline knowledge and properly integrating the traditional pathological knowledge,which emphasizes morphological changes of human body,with the pathophysiological knowledge,which emphasizes functional and metabolic changes of human body. It is helpful for breaking the boundaries of disciplines and enabling students to understand the laws of occurrence and development of diseases as a whole.The teaching model has been improved by introducing new teaching methods such as PBL,so as to avoid the shortcomings of traditional teaching method. The innovation consciousness,spirit of active learning,and critical thinking of students are trained via discussions of clinical cases,so as to lay a solid foundation for the learning of subsequent clinical courses and academic research in the future. In summary,integrated course benefits the overall optimization of the structure of medical courses,promotes the improvement of teaching quality,and can be expanded to five-year clinical medicine program in the future. 展开更多

Purpose:To analyze the application path of the integration of clinical medicine integrated courses with the elements of ideology and politics under the theory of“Sanquan Education,”and to provide references for the promotion of educational reform in medical schools.Methods:60 clinical medicine undergraduates at Jiamusi University in 2018 and 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects.On the basis of the analysis of students’characteristics and pre-study content,the students were divided into the integration group and the traditional group,each with 30 students.Students in the integration group carried out clinical medicine integrated class with the integration of ideological and political elements.Students in the traditional group carried out the traditional clinical medicine integrated class.Classroom evaluation scales,anonymous questionnaires,and interviews were used to conduct research,collect data,and compare and observe the application effects.Results:After carrying out different modes of clinical medicine integrated courses,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class in the integration group were higher than those in the traditional group in terms of teaching satisfaction,comprehensive quality,basic knowledge test,and case analysis scores through questionnaire analysis(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the effect of ideological education,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class of the integration group were higher than the traditional group in terms of the acceptance of doctor-patient communication,the correct rate of mastering the history of the discipline,and the correct rate of mastering the frontiers and policies(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the integration of clinical medicine integrated course and ideological and political elements,we can help students establish correct values while teaching them professional knowledge,improve the implementation of moral education in medical schools,cultivate excellent medical workers with high morality and firm beliefs for the society,and realize the fundamental educational task of establishing morality and educating people in medical schools in the context of“Sanquan Education.” 展开更多
