Purpose:To analyze the application path of the integration of clinical medicine integrated courses with the elements of ideology and politics under the theory of“Sanquan Education,”and to provide references for the ...Purpose:To analyze the application path of the integration of clinical medicine integrated courses with the elements of ideology and politics under the theory of“Sanquan Education,”and to provide references for the promotion of educational reform in medical schools.Methods:60 clinical medicine undergraduates at Jiamusi University in 2018 and 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects.On the basis of the analysis of students’characteristics and pre-study content,the students were divided into the integration group and the traditional group,each with 30 students.Students in the integration group carried out clinical medicine integrated class with the integration of ideological and political elements.Students in the traditional group carried out the traditional clinical medicine integrated class.Classroom evaluation scales,anonymous questionnaires,and interviews were used to conduct research,collect data,and compare and observe the application effects.Results:After carrying out different modes of clinical medicine integrated courses,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class in the integration group were higher than those in the traditional group in terms of teaching satisfaction,comprehensive quality,basic knowledge test,and case analysis scores through questionnaire analysis(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the effect of ideological education,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class of the integration group were higher than the traditional group in terms of the acceptance of doctor-patient communication,the correct rate of mastering the history of the discipline,and the correct rate of mastering the frontiers and policies(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the integration of clinical medicine integrated course and ideological and political elements,we can help students establish correct values while teaching them professional knowledge,improve the implementation of moral education in medical schools,cultivate excellent medical workers with high morality and firm beliefs for the society,and realize the fundamental educational task of establishing morality and educating people in medical schools in the context of“Sanquan Education.”展开更多

Teaching contents of the integrated course of general pathology and pathophysiology focus on the crossing and integration of relevant discipline knowledge and properly integrating the traditional pathological knowledge,which emphasizes morphological changes of human body,with the pathophysiological knowledge,which emphasizes functional and metabolic changes of human body. It is helpful for breaking the boundaries of disciplines and enabling students to understand the laws of occurrence and development of diseases as a whole.The teaching model has been improved by introducing new teaching methods such as PBL,so as to avoid the shortcomings of traditional teaching method. 文摘Purpose:To analyze the application path of the integration of clinical medicine integrated courses with the elements of ideology and politics under the theory of“Sanquan Education,”and to provide references for the promotion of educational reform in medical schools.Methods:60 clinical medicine undergraduates at Jiamusi University in 2018 and 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects.On the basis of the analysis of students’characteristics and pre-study content,the students were divided into the integration group and the traditional group,each with 30 students.Students in the integration group carried out clinical medicine integrated class with the integration of ideological and political elements.Students in the traditional group carried out the traditional clinical medicine integrated class.Classroom evaluation scales,anonymous questionnaires,and interviews were used to conduct research,collect data,and compare and observe the application effects.Results:After carrying out different modes of clinical medicine integrated courses,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class in the integration group were higher than those in the traditional group in terms of teaching satisfaction,comprehensive quality,basic knowledge test,and case analysis scores through questionnaire analysis(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the effect of ideological education,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class of the integration group were higher than the traditional group in terms of the acceptance of doctor-patient communication,the correct rate of mastering the history of the discipline,and the correct rate of mastering the frontiers and policies(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the integration of clinical medicine integrated course and ideological and political elements,we can help students establish correct values while teaching them professional knowledge,improve the implementation of moral education in medical schools,cultivate excellent medical workers with high morality and firm beliefs for the society,and realize the fundamental educational task of establishing morality and educating people in medical schools in the context of“Sanquan Education.”
文摘The core education function of higher vocational colleges is to train technical talents with high quality,so as to meet the needs of talents in the development stage of our society.Under the guidance of talent training,higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to establishing an all-round and three-dimensional education model,and promote innovation of higher vocational education on the basis of this.It is also a way to promote the innovation of higher vocational education to vigorously promote the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode in the construction of education mode.Through the construction of“post,course,competition,certificate”mode,the education mode of higher vocational colleges is gradually improved,so as to strengthen the effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of the integrated education mode of the electronic information engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges,so as to help improve the talent training level of higher vocational colleges.

文摘In the context of the deep integration of digitalization and innovation and entrepreneurship education,this study focuses on the characteristics of schools and courses,investigates students’expectations and needs for ideological and political elements,and deeply explores ideological and political cases such as the Beidahuang spirit,Daqing spirit,model worker spirit,and role models around them.It explores the integration practice of“curriculum ideological and political”in extracurricular tutoring teaching of engineering graphics,aiming to guide students to establish patriotism,love for schools,knowledge of agriculture,and love for agriculture,and effectively enhance the coordinated development of students’graphic skills and ideological and political literacy.Practice has shown that integrating ideological and political resources,incorporating ideological and political elements into curriculum content and practical activities,can effectively enhance the collaborative development of students’graphic skills and ideological and political literacy.At the same time,it provides new ideas and references for expanding ideological and political education to extracurricular tutoring courses.

文摘Against the dual background of deepening the construction of new liberal arts and implementing the"Double Ten Thousand Plan"for first-class undergraduate courses,local universities urgently need to explore distinctive curriculum construction paths.Based on the requirements of the new liberal arts connotation,this paper constructs a three-dimensional integrated framework of"value guidance,ability driven,and knowledge foundation",and takes the construction of the"Finance"course at Yangtze University as a typical case for research.When systematically analyzing the"Finance"course in the school,a three-dimensional integrated curriculum reform practice is implemented by reshaping the three-level curriculum objectives of"state-society-individual",developing teaching content that integrates"modularization-localization-cutting-edge",using the"O-PRAISE"situational teaching method,and constructing a diversified collaborative evaluation system.A first-class curriculum construction model for local universities has been summarized,which involves five collaborative approaches:"localization"of target positioning,"integration"of content construction,"contextualization"of method implementation,"value-added"evaluation orientation,and"synergy"of resource guarantee.The aim is to provide theoretical paradigms and practical solutions for similar universities to learn from,effectively solving practical difficulties such as the disconnect between value shaping and knowledge transmission,and the mismatch between talent cultivation and local needs in curriculum construction.

文摘Vocational education plays a vital role in the development of skilled technical professionals and the advancement of the economy.However,the emphasis on campus education often neglects the importance of external training,hindering the overall development of vocational education.This study aims to address this issue by exploring the design and development of small modular courses that integrate training and education in vocational colleges,focusing on the mechanics course as a case study.The research methods employed in this study include an in-depth analysis of enterprise training needs,the development of digital teaching resources utilizing the finite element method(FEM),and the implementation of a small modular course integrating education and training.The data analysis reveals positive outcomes in terms of learners’comprehension and engagement with complex mechanics formulas through the use of stress nephograms and other digital resources.This research provides a new perspective on curriculum design and offers insights into the integration of training and education in vocational colleges.The findings underscore the significance of incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and digital resources in enhancing the quality and relevance of vocational education,ultimately contributing to the cultivation of skilled professionals and the growth of the vocational education sector.

文摘The organ and system-centered integrated curriculum has become a mainstream model of international medical education and an exploring model of Chinese medical education. However,there is no report on whether or how to integrate teaching contents of biological disciplines under this model in Chinese medical schools. Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine offers an integrated course named molecule,cell and tissue,which combines biochemistry,molecular biology,and cell biology with histology and physiology. This course not only reflects the integration of basic medicine and biology,but also focuses on molecular and cellular basis of structures and functions of human organs and systems. The course Molecule,Cell and Tissue breaks the boundaries of disciplines, provides integrated contents by deleting repeated contents,forms integrated key knowledge points,builds a reasonable integrated teaching team,modifies teaching methods,and adopts student-centered teaching models such as group report,co-teaching by teacher and students,and team-based learning. After 5 years of practice,this course has achieved satisfying teaching effect and can provide ideas and reference for the reform of Chinese basic medical education.

文摘Basic Medicine Faculty of Shanghai Jiao Tong University organically integrates basic medicine courses relevant to the central nervous system(including anatomy,physiology,pathology,and pharmacology)and clinical medicine courses(including imaging and diagnostics)into the nervous system module according to course arrangement of domestic and abroad medical schools and has offered to students of eight-year clinical medicine program since 2009.This paper summarizes experiences of the teaching team of nervous system course in nearly six years,explores the development and optimization of the integrated nervous system course from perspectives of arrangement of teaching contents,development of the teaching team,reform of teaching models,and optimization of teaching resources,and considers existing problems and countermeasures during the course development,so as to provide strategic guidance for further optimization and perfection of the integrated nervous system course.

文摘The course of medical microbiology and parasitology is integrated with medical microbiology and human parasitology. It is an important basic medical course. Efficient utilization of existing teaching resources and promotion of further integration are actual requirements of the teaching reform. Integration experience of this course in recent years are summarized in this paper,from the aspects of teaching modes,teaching resources,evaluation system,and management measures,we concluded how to construct and optimize this course. We also focus on the encountered problems and countermeasures in the construction of the curriculum in this paper,so as to provide strategic guidance for the further development of medical microbiology and parasitology.
文摘Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11 thCentral Committee of the Communist Party of China( CPC),with the promotion and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the pace of TCM nursing work has been accelerated in nationwide,and a group of integrated Chinese and western medicine nurses have been cultivated preliminarily. However,professional nurses of integrated Chinese and western medicine are still deficient extremely. The target of talent cultivation,based on the theory of "focusing on humanism,expanding diathesis,and enhancing practice to highlight the accommodation and integration of nurses of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine",is to cultivate competent,practical and interdisciplinary senior nursing talents with strong professional basis,skilled operations,rich humanistic literacy,and sharp innovative spirit who not only master modern nursing knowledge and skills,but also can perform comprehensive nursing under the guidance of TCM theory of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and nursing. This study,through investigating and analyzing the settings of3-year nursing professional courses in about 20 senior medical colleges,including senior nursing education of TCM,reformed the development of professional nursing courses of integrated Chinese and western medicine and the establishment of educational materials according to the course settings and educational work modes,so as to analyze the current status of nursing education of integrated Chinese and western medicine,determine course targets,and establish course system and educational work modes.

文摘This paper aims at summarizing the experience of offering the integrated course of general pathology and pathophysiology for eight-year clinical medicine program, providing references for further improving the teaching quality,and laying a foundation for expanding the course to five-year clinical medicine program. Teaching contents of the integrated course of general pathology and pathophysiology focus on the crossing and integration of relevant discipline knowledge and properly integrating the traditional pathological knowledge,which emphasizes morphological changes of human body,with the pathophysiological knowledge,which emphasizes functional and metabolic changes of human body. It is helpful for breaking the boundaries of disciplines and enabling students to understand the laws of occurrence and development of diseases as a whole.The teaching model has been improved by introducing new teaching methods such as PBL,so as to avoid the shortcomings of traditional teaching method. The innovation consciousness,spirit of active learning,and critical thinking of students are trained via discussions of clinical cases,so as to lay a solid foundation for the learning of subsequent clinical courses and academic research in the future. In summary,integrated course benefits the overall optimization of the structure of medical courses,promotes the improvement of teaching quality,and can be expanded to five-year clinical medicine program in the future.

文摘Integrated diagnosis,treatment and whole-course management model of major depressive disorder(MDD)is an integrated drug-psychological-physical comprehensive treatment model based on rapid biological-psychological-social evaluation for treating patients with major depressive disorder.This paper comprehensively evaluates the clinical efficacy and biochemical indexes of patients,and carries out symptom evaluation,problem classification,disease diagnosis and etiological analysis of visitors from the three dimensions about physiology,psychology and society.Then,according to the symptoms and causes of different dimensions,this paper formulates personalized drug,psychological and physical therapy programs,and constantly optimizes and adjusts the treatment plan in the treatment process,so as to cure both the symptoms and the root causes,providing a reliable strategy for the treatment of clinical MDD,and establishing a standardized characteristic model for further promotion and application of this technology.At present,the project has been used in the member units of Taihe Medical Group and Shiyan City and its surrounding areas,the market response is good,and will be gradually promoted to the whole country in the later stage.
