A Study on the Work Process-Based Practical Training Model for Basic Nursing Skills in Vocational Colleges

Objective:To explore and analyze the work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges and its implementation effects.Methods:A total of 82 nursing students from our school were selected for the study,which was conducted from April 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table method,the students were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 41 students.The control group received conventional practical training teaching,while the observation group followed the work process-based practical training model for basic nursing skills.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of assessment scores showed that the observation group performed significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of teaching satisfaction also indicated that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The work process-based practical training teaching model for basic nursing skills in vocational colleges can improve students’assessment scores and enhance teaching satisfaction,demonstrating its value for wider application. 展开更多

The massive electronic data from a computer numerical control(CNC) system during the work processes of a CNC machine tool is the main source of the big data on which a CPS model is established. In this work-process model, a method based on instruction domain is applied to analyze the electronic big data, and a quantitative description of the numerical control(NC) processes is built according to the G code of the processes. Utilizing the instruction domain, a work-process CPS model is established on the basis of the accurate, real-time mapping of the manufacturing tasks, resources, and status of the CNC machine tool. Using such models, case studies are conducted on intelligent-machining applications, such as the optimization of NC processing parameters and the health assurance of CNC machine tools. 展开更多

In this paper, a unified internal state variable(ISV) model for predicting microstructure evolution during hot working process of AZ80 magnesium alloy was developed. A novel aspect of the proposed model is that the interactive effects of material hardening, recovery and dynamic recrystallization(DRX) on the characteristic deformation behavior were considered by incorporating the evolution laws of viscoplastic flow, dislocation activities, DRX nucleation and boundary migration in a coupled manner. The model parameters were calibrated based on the experimental data analysis and genetic algorithm(GA) based objective optimization. The predicted flow stress, DRX fraction and average grain size match well with experimental results. The proposed model was embedded in the finite element(FE) software DEFORM-3 D via user defined subroutine to simulate the hot compression and equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE) processes. The heterogeneous microstructure distributions at different deformation zones and the dislocation density evolution with competitive deformation mechanisms were captured.This study can provide a theoretical solution for the hot working problems of magnesium alloy. 展开更多

The true stress-strain curves of as-cast 7075 aluminum alloy have been obtained by isothermal compression tests at temperatures of 300 500 ~C and strain rates of 0.01 10 s i. The plastic flow instability map is established based on Gegel B and Murthy instability criteria because the deformed compression samples suggest that the combination of the above two instability criteria has more comprehensive crack prediction ability. And the processing map based on Dynamic Mate- rial Model (DMM) of as-cast 7075 aluminum alloy has been developed through a superposition of the established instability map and power dissipation map. In terms of microstructure of the deformed samples and whether plastic flow is stable or not, the processing map can be divided into five areas: stable area with as-cast grain, stable area with homogeneous grain resulting from dynamic recovery, instability area with as-cast grain, instability area with the second phase and instability area with mixed grains. In consideration of microstructure characteristics in the above five areas of the processing map, the stable area with homogeneous grain resulting from dynamic recovery, namely the temperatures at 425465 ℃ and the strain rates at 0.01^-1 s^-1, is suggested to be suitable processing window for the as-cast 7075 aluminum alloy. 展开更多

For Gu-Ag alloy, an important parameter called workability in the forming process of materials can be evaluated by processing maps yielded from the stress-strain data generated by hot compression tests at temperatures of 700-850 °C and strain rates of 0.01-10 s-1. And at the true strain of 0.15, 0.35 and 0.55, respectively, the responses of strain-rate sensitivity, power dissipation efficiency and instability parameter to temperature and strain rate were studied. Instability maps and power dissipation maps were superimposed to form processing maps, which reveal the determinate regions where individual metallurgical processes occur and the limiting conditions of flow instability regions. Furthermore, the optimal processing parameters for bulk metal working are identified clearly by the processing maps. 展开更多

The hot deformation characteristics of ductile iron are studied in the temperature range of 973 to 1273K and strain rate range of 0.001 to 1 s-1 by using hot compression tests.Processing maps for hot working are developed on the basis of the variations of efficiency of power dissipation with temperature and strain rate.The results reveal that the flow stress of ductile iron is sensitive to strain rate.In the processing map under strain of 0.7,a domain is centered at 1273 K and 1 s-1,and the maximum efficiency is more than 36%.According to the maps,the zone with the temperature range of 1173 to 1273 K and strain rate range of 0.1 to 1 s-1 may be considered as the optimum region for hot working. 展开更多

The heat and work of quantum thermodynamic processes with quantum coherence

Energy is often partitioned into heat and work by two independent paths corresponding to the change in the eigenenergies or the probability distributions of a quantum system. The discrepancies of the heat and work for various quantum thermodynamic processes have not been well characterized in literature. Here we show how the work in quantum machines is differentially related to the isochoric, isothermal, and adiabatic processes. We prove that the energy exchanges during the quantum isochoric and isothermal processes are simply depending on the change in the eigenenergies or the probability distributions. However, for a time-dependent system in a non-adiabatic quantum evolution, the transitions between the different quantum states representing the quantum coherence can affect the essential thermodynamic properties, and thus the general definitions of the heat and work should be clarified with respect to the microscopic generic time-dependent system. By integrating the coherence effects in the exactly-solvable dynamics of quantum-spin precession, the internal energy is rigorously transferred as the work in the thermodynamic adiabatic process. The present study demonstrates that the quantum adiabatic process is sufficient but not necessary for the thermodynamic adiabatic process. 展开更多

Work Organization at Farm Level: A Process-Led Approach to Understand Land Use Changes

In the French Alps, some grasslands have been abandoned, others are invaded by scrub whereas they are still used by farmers What are the relationships between land use changes and other changes at farm level that lead to scrub invasion? We hypothesize that they are linked by two work organization processes: process of changes (changes in the household and farm) leading to less intensive land use; and annual processes (sequences of activities during the year) and their repetition from one year to another, leading to insufficient land maintenance. In this paper, we present a study carried out in the Northern French Alps, based on surveys with livestock farmers. It appears that land use changes are often the consequence of other changes made to address work problems, and land use sequences are defined according to workforce and prioritization of tasks. This highlights the importance of considering farmers as workers in order to evaluate land use changes at the farm level and to link them to the human dimension within farming systems. 展开更多

Aimed at being difficult to control in parameters of forming process, the paper explored the humanoid based intelligence control strategy. In the paper, it made the anatomy in control puzzle resulted in uncertainty such as chemical component of plastic cement etc., summarized up the characteristic of cybernetics in forming process, researched on the humanoid based intelligence control strategy, and constructed the control algorithm of forming process in plastic cement work-piece. Taking the process experiment of temperature and pressure control as an example, it validated the good dynamic and static control quality through simulation of control algorithm constructed in this paper. 岗位数字化是当前中国劳动力市场转型的重要特征,同时也引发了社会对相关从业者劳动过程和劳动权益的广泛关注。本文选取2016—2018年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)与职业信息网络(O*NET)数据,构建涵盖工作时间长度和强度的过度劳动指标,实... 岗位数字化是当前中国劳动力市场转型的重要特征,同时也引发了社会对相关从业者劳动过程和劳动权益的广泛关注。本文选取2016—2018年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)与职业信息网络(O*NET)数据,构建涵盖工作时间长度和强度的过度劳动指标,实证检验岗位数字化对雇员过度劳动的影响及劳动控制的作用机制。研究结果表明,岗位数字化使雇员面临着高时长、高强度的过度劳动困境。机制分析发现,岗位数字化通过在劳动过程中强化对雇员的劳动控制导致过度劳动,而以绩效为导向的计酬机制是最重要的传导渠道。异质性分析结果表明,青年和高技能群体普遍存在数字化过度劳动现象,而大型企业和高内卷行业却呈现出低强度过度劳动的趋势。进一步研究发现,岗位数字化提升了雇员的加班概率,甚至形成了过度劳动的准制度化模式。本文的研究为构建和谐劳动关系、平衡数字技术进步与劳动权益保障提供了政策启示。 展开更多

为了解决传统双爪循环泵啮合性差和工作过程复杂的问题,本文提出一种新型偏心圆弧型双爪转子,建立其几何模型,并推导其型线方程。采用偏心圆弧及其共轭曲线构建出光滑的双爪转子,进而得到一种用于氢气循环的爪式压缩机,分析其工作过程... 为了解决传统双爪循环泵啮合性差和工作过程复杂的问题,本文提出一种新型偏心圆弧型双爪转子,建立其几何模型,并推导其型线方程。采用偏心圆弧及其共轭曲线构建出光滑的双爪转子,进而得到一种用于氢气循环的爪式压缩机,分析其工作过程。通过数值模拟,研究了新型爪式压缩机的流场变化规律,并与现有爪式压缩机进行了对比。研究结果表明:所提出的新型双爪转子能够实现全光滑啮合,解决了传统双爪转子的尖点问题,增强了转子与壳体之间的密封效果。同时,通过合理的排气口设计,消除了余隙容积,提高了爪式压缩机的综合性能,对于爪式压缩机的发展和氢燃料电池系统性能的提高具有重要意义。 展开更多
