Evaluation of Integer Programming Solvers to Improve the Efficiency of Individual Work Planning

This study proposes a novel approach to optimizing individual work schedules for book digitization using mixed-integer programming (MIP). By leveraging the power of MIP solvers, we aimed to minimize the overall digitization time while considering various constraints and process dependencies. The book digitization process involves three key steps: cutting, scanning, and binding. Each step has specific requirements and limitations such as the number of pages that can be processed simultaneously and potential bottlenecks. To address these complexities, we formulate the problem as a one-machine job shop scheduling problem with additional constraints to capture the unique characteristics of book digitization. We conducted a series of experiments to evaluate the performance of our proposed approach. By comparing the optimized schedules with the baseline approach, we demonstrated significant reductions in the overall processing time. In addition, we analyzed the impact of different weighting schemes on the optimization results, highlighting the importance of identifying and prioritizing critical processes. Our findings suggest that MIP-based optimization can be a valuable tool for improving the efficiency of individual work schedules, even in seemingly simple tasks, such as book digitization. Classifying and ranking the huge amounts of landscape planning works of urban wetland park is always difficult due to the multi-functions (ecological, leisure, educational and disaster prevention) of the urban wetland park. Therefore, an optimizing rank system is urgently needed. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) models were used to rank the planning works of 30 urban wetland park based on four mainly factors, which included landscape ecological planning, landscape planning, ecological planning and economic planning. The study indicated that the AHP- TOPSIS model had good discrimination in the classification and ranking of landscape planning works of urban wetland park and it was also applicable to the planning works of other urban greenbelts. 展开更多

煤矿智能化的核心是综采工作面的智能化,综采工作面智能化的关键是数字化。为了提高综采工作面的智能化水平,提出了“采煤就是采数据”的煤矿综采工作面智能化开采学术思想,凝练了数字工作面构建、精准截割、设备位姿检测与控制、设备... 煤矿智能化的核心是综采工作面的智能化,综采工作面智能化的关键是数字化。为了提高综采工作面的智能化水平,提出了“采煤就是采数据”的煤矿综采工作面智能化开采学术思想,凝练了数字工作面构建、精准截割、设备位姿检测与控制、设备群速度控制和设备群协同控制等五大关键技术,阐述了基于五大关键技术的学术思想内涵,构建了基于数字工作面智能开采的学术思想体系架构。针对综采工作面数字煤层构建问题,融合数字煤层数据、设备群数据等,利用空间插值算法、数字孪生技术等构建数字工作面,构建了包括数字煤层数据、历史截割位姿和速度数据、采煤量数据、设备群协同数据等的数据库,阐述了多源数据融合的数字工作面动态更新方法,提高数字工作面模型的精度;针对综采工作面精准截割问题,阐述了融合数字煤层驱动的截割轨迹规划数据和历史截割位姿数据的轨迹规划方法,以及基于规划轨迹数据的智能插补轨迹跟踪控制方法,利用人工智能算法对规划截割轨迹数据和轨迹跟踪控制的位姿插补数据进行迭代优化,提高截割轨迹规划和轨迹跟踪控制精度;针对综采工作面设备位姿检测与控制问题,阐述了基于多传感器融合数据的工作面装备位姿精准检测方法,以及基于神经网络算法的位姿控制方法,通过位姿感知数据和位姿控制数据的深度融合与迭代优化,实现综采工作面设备群位姿的精准检测与控制;针对综采工作面设备群速度控制问题,提出力−电耦合的截割载荷测量方法,以及基于人工智能寻优算法的速度智能控制方法,融合截割载荷数据和采煤量数据,利用人工智能寻优算法决策最优的牵引速度、截割速度、运煤速度,实现基于设备群速度匹配的高效智能截割控制;针对综采工作面设备群协同控制问题,阐述了基于人工智能算法的设备群主从协同控制方法,以采煤机位姿与速度控制数据作为主导者,刮板输送机和液压支架控制数据作为跟随者,利用人工智能神经网络算法求解最优的设备群位移与速度协同控制参数,实现设备群智能高效安全作业。“采煤就是采数据”五大关键技术已经在煤矿中得到应用,验证了学术思想的可行性。“采煤就是采数据”的学术思想为突破煤炭智能开采的关键技术难题奠定了理论基础。 展开更多

But this comes with certain challenges regarding safety, reliability, cost, legal framework, regulations, etc. however, of all the concern safety and reliability are of utmost importance for researchers and engineers. The current research is focused on the movement of the autonomous vehicle in the work zone. The work zone is one of the most challenging areas for the autonomous vehicle to drive from. This is because the work zones are very dynamic, and all the construction activities are specific to the site condition and cannot always be predefined. The study provides a concept of how pavement marking can be used for smooth <span style="font-family:Verdana;">movement through the complicated work zone. In this study, various pav</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">ement marking signs have been designed as a concept considering the standard colors and striping width being used in the Manual of Uniform Traffic control device (MUTCD). The study assumes that the movement of the autonomous vehicle will not be exclusive and that it will move with the driver driven vehicle. It is expected that autonomous vehicles will require special pavement marking and signage for smooth movement through the work zone. These pavement marking and signage will eventually become part of standard Traffic Control Plans (TCP) and Maintenance of Traffic Plans (MOT). 为探究飞行学员的安全作风形成机理,基于计划行为理论,引入组织安全文化作为扩展变量,构建飞行学员的安全作风形成机理假设模型;编制并向160名飞行学员发放行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、行为意愿、安全作风表现和组织安全文化6个... 为探究飞行学员的安全作风形成机理,基于计划行为理论,引入组织安全文化作为扩展变量,构建飞行学员的安全作风形成机理假设模型;编制并向160名飞行学员发放行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、行为意愿、安全作风表现和组织安全文化6个问卷调查,通过直接路径效应、间接路径效应和调节效应分析验证理论模型的可行性。结果表明:飞行学员的行为意愿显著正向影响其安全作风表现,而行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制对安全作风表现的影响主要通过行为意愿进行传递,其中主观规范和知觉行为控制也可通过行为态度间接正向影响行为意愿,并最终对安全作风表现产生正向影响;组织安全文化在行为意愿对安全作风影响中起正向调节作用。增强飞行学员的高度安全责任意识,严格要求遵章守纪、按章操作,不断推动安全文化融入民航院校,能够帮助飞行学员提升安全作风水平,从根本上保障飞行安全。 展开更多

目的:构建甲状腺癌手术病人重返工作多维干预方案,为促进病人重返工作回归社会提供参考。方法:以福格行为模型为理论指导,通过理论分析、文献研究、临床调研、小组讨论形成方案初稿。采用德尔菲法对19名相关领域专家进行2轮函询,形成甲... 目的:构建甲状腺癌手术病人重返工作多维干预方案,为促进病人重返工作回归社会提供参考。方法:以福格行为模型为理论指导,通过理论分析、文献研究、临床调研、小组讨论形成方案初稿。采用德尔菲法对19名相关领域专家进行2轮函询,形成甲状腺癌手术病人重返工作多维干预方案终稿。结果:2轮函询专家积极性均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.879,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.198,0.172(均P<0.001)。最终形成包括4项一级指标、10项二级指标、32项三级指标的甲状腺癌手术病人重返工作多维干预方案。结论:构建的甲状腺癌手术病人重返工作多维干预方案具有科学性和可靠性,可为甲状腺癌病人术后重返工作的社会康复护理提供参考。 展开更多
