Potentially explosive atmosphere can occur not only in the production systems of the food,energy,chemical and petrochemical industries but also in the production processes of the mining industry.Gases,vapours,mists and dusts arise can escape in an uncontrolled way during production,processing,transportation and storage of flammable substances.In combination with oxygen,they create explosive atmospheres that,if ignited,lead to an explosion causing catastrophic damage to peopled lives and property.To protect against the results of hazardous dust-gas mixtures explosions in a confined work space,where employees can stay,various control and protection mechanisms are used in the form of an active explosion-proof system.The article presents the results of tests on an active system for limiting the effects of ignition of gas and/or dust based on a highly efficient explosion suppression system-equipped with an ignition detection system,high-pressure fire extinguisher and a power supply and trigger system.Smokeless powder was used as the explosive charge and sodium bicarbonate as the suppressive material.Tests of the effectiveness of the active explosion suppression system were carried out on two devices:a small-size dry dust collector and a zone extinguishing system adapted for direct explosion suppression in closed working spaces.In both cases,the explosion suppression process took place through the action of extinguishing powder blown out of the fire extinguisher after membrane perforation by compressed combustion products. 展开更多

One of the effective options for energy saving in terms of heat costs for the formation of routine thermal conditions of working areas of large-sized industrial premises is the replacement of traditional convective(water)heating systems with systems,the main part of which are gas infrared emitters.But the mass introduction of such systems based on emitters was held back until recently by the lack of scientific and technical foundations for ensuring not only the routine thermal conditions of local working areas,but also ensuring acceptable concentrations of carbon dioxide,which is formed during the operation of a gas emitter.Solving the latter problem by the method of experimental selection of heating and air exchange modes is practically impossible due to the multivariate nature of possible solutions to this problem.Therefore,the purpose of the work is to analyze the results of theoretical studies of the possibility of ensuring an acceptable level of carbon dioxide concentrations in local working areas during the operation of gas infrared emitters and an air exchange system.Numerical modeling of heat and mass transfer processes under such conditions was performed in a fairly wide range of the main significant factors:air flow rate in the air exchange system from 0.01 to 0.04 kg/s,the position of the air inlet and outlet channels relative to the radiator and the local workplace(height from 0.3 to 4.1 m).It was found that by varying the numerical values of these factors,it is possible to ensure carbon dioxide concentrations in the local working area within the permissible limits of up to 1400 ppm. 展开更多

To improve energy conversion efficiency, optimization of the working fluids in organic Rankine cycles(ORCs) was explored in the range of low-temperature heat sources. The concept of unit-heat-exchange-area(UHEA) net power, embodying the cost/performance ratio of an ORC system, was proposed as a new indicator to judge the suitability of ORC working fluids on a given condition. The heat exchange area was computed by an improved evaporator model without fixing the minimum temperature difference between working fluid and hot fluid, and the flow pattern transition during heat exchange was also taken into account. The maximum UHEA net powers obtained show that dry organic fluids are more suitable for ORCs than wet organic fluids to recover low-temperature heat. The organic fluid 1-butene is recommended if the inlet temperature of hot fluid is 353.15-363.15 K or443.15-453.15 K, heptane is more suitable at 373.15-423.15 K, and R245 ca is a good option at 483.15-503.15 K. 展开更多

In order to occupy less or no farmland, many mining areas are constructing or intend to erect new buildings (structures) on the ground sites above the worked-out areas. The long-term safety of the new buildings is of great importance. This matter should be, therefore, handled with great care. Following an analysis of the different conditions of the worked-out areas, and the characteristics of the failure of different types of worked-out areas and their overlying strata, the cause for the occurrence of residual deformation of the surface above the worked-out area was explained. The techniques for (evaluating) the stability of ground site for erecting new buildings above worked-out area, and the technical measures for protecting such buildings were proposed. China is witnessing a very complicated economic development environment.Migrant workers'working patterns will directly affect their income level and the realization of many economic and social development goals.This paper collects relevant data from three places:Shanghai,Lanzhou and Chengdu for empirical research whose results show that determinants of migrant worker's willing working time in urban areas mainly include the“income-consumption difference”,“urban-rural consumption difference”and their“urban income and expenditure uncertainty”.These factors directly affect their effective working time in the city,and determine their choice of choosing corresponding work patterns.From the significant differences of these factors,we can see that migrant workers in China is still struggling to solve their material needs under the pressure of livelihood,and less attention is paid to their spiritual needs and the pursuit of quality of life. 展开更多

In view of its negative effect, we put forward several countermeasures from the perspective of social work intervention, such as improving farmers' overall qualities, promoting effective implementation of social security system, and correcting believers' understanding of Christianity. Using rural survey data for the year 2009,we provide evidence of work choices of rural laborers in ecologically vulnerable areas in North China,and model these choices as a function of characteristics of individuals,households,and land endowments.The findings reveal large differences between males and females,and between non-farm employment and part-time farming engagement Land scarcity is still an important driving factor in non-farming participation of rural laborers in the study area;and in the current case of land productivity and the total amount of land,there are still surplus rural labor forces in the study area.Diversification of livelihood reduces the pressure on land,thus facilitating ecosystem conservation.So,the paper concludes with the argument that establishing coordination mechanisms among non-farm employment of rural laborers,agricultural production,and restoration of ecosystems are essential for mitigating the conflicts of ecological security,agricultural production,and rural development in mis area. 展开更多

Analysis of the Physical State and Operation of Hydraulic Infrastructure in the Konni Irrigated Area before Rehabilitation

In Niger, irrigated agriculture constitutes the main alternative for meeting family needs. It is within this framework that the state and its partners have adopted strategies to promote irrigated production sites. This study was carried out on the Konni irrigated perimeter, the objective of which is to analyze the physical state of hydraulic infrastructures and their operation before the rehabilitation of the said perimeter. The methodology adopted consisted, first of all, of documentary research focused on data relating to this scope and our theme to properly guide the collection of data in the field. The field phase was then followed with an observation of hydraulic infrastructures one by one in order to assess their condition. Thus, the collected data was processed and analyzed. The results of this study show a notable deterioration of hydraulic infrastructure which affected the operating yield of the study area, with the development of barely 700 ha out of 1226 ha planned by the basic study for off-season production (57%). Bathymetric measurements showed that the volume of sediment that accumulated in the Zongo Dam is 1.2 million m3, which reduces its initial capacity from 12 million m3 to 10.8 million m3 after 43 years of service. The expansion joints of the feed canal are all in poor condition. 90% of the total length of the tertiary canals are degraded, 82.32% of the panels of the main canal C are degraded and 17.68% are cracked. All crossing structures are blocked between the RN1 and the Zongo dam. Based on this critical situation, it would be essential to consider rehabilitation work on all infrastructure in order to restore the hydraulic and even agronomic performance of the Konni irrigated area. 展开更多

大型近水平煤田采用露天开采时,为实现安全高效生产、尽快回收投资成本,通常采取分区开采方式。因此在旧采区即将到界之前,必然要考虑新旧采区过渡接续的问题。露天煤矿采区转向方案的制定关系到转向期间产能的顺利接续,直接影响到矿山... 大型近水平煤田采用露天开采时,为实现安全高效生产、尽快回收投资成本,通常采取分区开采方式。因此在旧采区即将到界之前,必然要考虑新旧采区过渡接续的问题。露天煤矿采区转向方案的制定关系到转向期间产能的顺利接续,直接影响到矿山的经济效益。针对实际生产中,部分矿山受限于征地制度、开采强度及复杂地质条件等问题,迫使露天煤矿采区提前转向,研究通过调节转向期间局部工作线长度、推进速度等关键参数,优化转向期间的剥采方案,保证矿山接续顺利。白音华一号露天煤矿由于采场北帮东侧发生严重变形影响,为保障产能接续顺利,首采区被迫提前向二采区转向。但二采区征地范围有限,缓帮工作线无法全线展开,导致原有开采程序发生变化。为保证白音华一号露天煤矿首采区向二采区转向过渡接续顺利完成,提出了一种改进L形工作线采区转向过渡接续方式,并在此基础上明确不同工作线长度与推进度的约束关系。通过工程模拟推演,确定了白音华一号露天煤矿首采区向二采区转向过渡期为6a;转向期间可采煤量7294.07万t,剥离量43141.29万m^(3),生产剥采比5.91 m^(3)/t。成果为白音华一号露天煤矿首采区向二采区转向提供了充分的技术支持,并为复杂工程地质条件下露天采区转向过渡接续提供了相关经验。 展开更多

针对交通瓦斯隧道现有标准存在的设防标准偏高、建设成本较高和不适用于高海拔地区等问题,结合数值模拟和理论分析进行研究。通过建立数值模型分析平均风速和瓦斯体积分数在空间上的动态变化,提出风速安全系数和瓦斯体积分数安全系数,... 针对交通瓦斯隧道现有标准存在的设防标准偏高、建设成本较高和不适用于高海拔地区等问题,结合数值模拟和理论分析进行研究。通过建立数值模型分析平均风速和瓦斯体积分数在空间上的动态变化,提出风速安全系数和瓦斯体积分数安全系数,并确定了稳定回风流断面的位置。对高海拔环境条件进行模拟,揭示不同海拔对瓦斯爆炸特性、爆炸极限和瓦斯体积分数的影响机制,通过引入基于海拔的瓦斯爆炸极限影响系数和瓦斯体积分数影响系数,建立平原瓦斯隧道与高海拔瓦斯隧道之间的关联模型。研究主要成果为:1)针对现行交通隧道瓦斯工区分级标准,改进分级标准值的计算公式,提出考虑不同隧道回风流断面面积大小的分级标准;2)优化瓦斯涌出不均衡系数取值,并将其与风速安全系数和瓦斯体积分数安全系数引入现行施工阶段绝对瓦斯涌出量实测值计算公式,提出修正后的实测值计算公式;3)针对高海拔瓦斯隧道,提出适用于不同海拔的瓦斯工区分级标准值计算公式和分级标准。 展开更多

针对珠三角与粤东西北发展不平衡问题,广东农村科技特派员制度立足于广东不同区域对农业科技需求差异,2021年创新性地提出“省市科技管理部门+派出单位+对接主体”的工作机制模式。以2021年广东省科技厅认定的901个农村科技特派员团队... 针对珠三角与粤东西北发展不平衡问题,广东农村科技特派员制度立足于广东不同区域对农业科技需求差异,2021年创新性地提出“省市科技管理部门+派出单位+对接主体”的工作机制模式。以2021年广东省科技厅认定的901个农村科技特派员团队为研究样本,采用客观赋权法-熵权综合评价法,实证检验农村科技特派员对广东省13个地级市产生的帮扶绩效和作用机制。结果表明:影响农村科技特派员政策实施综合绩效的最重要的两个指标是引进资金数、培训农户或技术人员数;不同地区农村科技特派员政策实施的工作绩效差异较大,粤北地区综合表现最优。基于研究结果,提出建立一套科学合理的农村科技特派员绩效评估指标体系,健全一套可操作性强、切实有效的农村科技特派员激励机制,拓宽农村科技特派员来源渠道,推动建立利益共享的长效帮扶工作机制等对策建议。 展开更多

随着我国乡村振兴战略的全面推进,乡村内生动力激发成为这一战略实施的关键。尤其是随着山区县域乡镇社工站快速铺开,日趋“空心化”的偏远乡村所面临的人群和区域双重弱势日益突出。偏远乡村的内生动力挖掘成为乡村振兴亟待解决的难题... 随着我国乡村振兴战略的全面推进,乡村内生动力激发成为这一战略实施的关键。尤其是随着山区县域乡镇社工站快速铺开,日趋“空心化”的偏远乡村所面临的人群和区域双重弱势日益突出。偏远乡村的内生动力挖掘成为乡村振兴亟待解决的难题。尽管西方的新内生发展模式已经注意到内生性和外生性因素结合的必要性,但是并没有对两者如何结合做出清晰解释。为此,有必要就山区县域乡镇社工站助力偏远乡村内生动力生产过程进行研究,以便找到偏远乡村振兴的实践路径及其学理依据。通过对泉州市D县两个乡镇社工站为期一年的个案研究发现,偏远乡村同时面临人群和区域双重弱势。其内生动力的生产依赖“人群—区域”双层内外互促机制建设,即在协助弱势人群增进彼此内外互促过程中引入社会力量,盘活区域资源,并拓展人群在区域层面的内外互促机制。这表明内生动力生产需要超越内外二元对立的哲学视角,把人视为具有自觉意识并且能够带动内外互促的行动主体,从而生产可持续的内生动力。 展开更多

残膜回收机有效作业面积监测系统设计研究

为便于新疆棉田残膜回收的精准作业收费和补贴,设计了一种残膜回收机有效作业面积监测系统。通过仿真试验对比锁相放大器降噪前后残膜回收机作业时经纬度数据,得出锁相滤波对于噪声环境有较好的抗干扰性能;采用高斯投影正算方法将降噪... 为便于新疆棉田残膜回收的精准作业收费和补贴,设计了一种残膜回收机有效作业面积监测系统。通过仿真试验对比锁相放大器降噪前后残膜回收机作业时经纬度数据,得出锁相滤波对于噪声环境有较好的抗干扰性能;采用高斯投影正算方法将降噪后经纬度数据转化为平面坐标,得出1.5°带的高斯投影的相对误差相较于3°带降低了0.01%。同时,利用卡尔曼滤波算法和构成角方法筛选有效作业轨迹,使用缓冲区法计算重复作业面积,最终利用轨迹算法精准获取残膜回收机有效作业面积,得出所设计的残膜回收机有效作业面积监测系统对于大块农田测量时相对误差为2.6%,对于小块农田测量时相对误差为3.3%。研究结果表明:所设计的残膜回收机有效作业面积监测系统可以精确计算出残膜回收机的有效作业面积,为残膜回收机作业质量评估提供了一定的理论基础。 展开更多

航天器工作区色彩对航天员情绪影响研究

目的明确航天器工作区色彩对航天员情绪的影响。方法在航天背景下,利用PAD情绪感知模型作为基础,色彩环境为变量的色彩情绪感知研究,通过主观评价和脑电信号检测同步测量的方式进行研究。结果从主观结果来说,男女受试者均认为红色环境... 目的明确航天器工作区色彩对航天员情绪的影响。方法在航天背景下,利用PAD情绪感知模型作为基础,色彩环境为变量的色彩情绪感知研究,通过主观评价和脑电信号检测同步测量的方式进行研究。结果从主观结果来说,男女受试者均认为红色环境愉悦度较差,浅灰色较好,白色次之,白色环境下唤醒度较高。男性受试者在浅灰色环境下情绪的优势度较好,红色环境较差。女性在对优势度的主观评价中,这5种颜色结果无较大差异性,但浅灰色得分较高。从客观结果看,对愉悦度而言,男女受试者均在白色环境下感受较好,浅灰色次之,对红色的愉悦感受较差。唤醒度层面,男女受试者均在红色和绿色的环境中有较高的负面情绪,白色环境唤醒度较低即情绪感受较好。男女均为在白色环境下的优势度较高,浅灰色和深灰色次之。在红色环境中优势度较差。结论白色和浅灰色较适合作为航天器工作区设计主要使用的色彩。此结果可用做航天器工作区色彩设计样本库及参考,同时适用于通过色彩调节心理感受的其他环境色彩设计。 展开更多
