AIM:To investigate the short-term effects of commercially available eyelid-cleaning wipes on film parameters.METHODS:This study enrolled 48 healthy participants aged 20-35y(both males and females).Clinical assessment included the Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)questionnaire,non-invasive tear break-up time(NITBUT),tear meniscus height(TMH),and lipid layer pattern(LLP).Based on these initial results,participants were categorized as either non-dry eye or dry eye.Participants in each group were randomly allocated to either Blephaclean■or Systane■treatments.Changes in NITBUT,TMH,and LLP levels before and after lid wipe treatment were assessed.RESULTS:The dry eye group exhibited significantly higher OSDI scores and lower NITBUT and TMH levels than in the non-dry eye group(P<0.001).Following the application of eyelid wipes(Systane■wipes),dry eye subjects experienced a significant improvement in NITBUT levels(P=0.0014)compared to the non-dry eye individuals.Although the remaining participants showed a marginal increase in TMH and NITBUT levels,these changes did not achieve statistical significance(P>0.05).Similarly,the LLP levels were significantly improved with Systane■(P<0.001)post-treatment compared to individuals in the non-dry eye group.However,the dry eye subjects showed higher posttreatment LLP levels than the untreated group(P<0.02).CONCLUSION:The short-term effects of Systane®eyelid wipes on tear film parameters suggest their effectiveness in dry eye disease.Nonetheless,further exploration of their long-term impact is essential to justify their cost effectiveness and efficacy in treating both aqueous deficiency and evaporative dryness. 展开更多

目的建立人类白细胞抗原(HLA)组织配型实验室常规DNA污染监测试验体系,预防和消除可能会干扰检测准确性的PCR产物或基因组DNA的污染。方法设计含多种阴阳性对照和各关键监测点的完整反应链,针对HLA-Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类基因扩增区域内的非多态区... 目的建立人类白细胞抗原(HLA)组织配型实验室常规DNA污染监测试验体系,预防和消除可能会干扰检测准确性的PCR产物或基因组DNA的污染。方法设计含多种阴阳性对照和各关键监测点的完整反应链,针对HLA-Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类基因扩增区域内的非多态区进行引物特异性PCR,琼脂糖凝胶电泳测定扩增产物;对被污染监测点进行局部灭活处理后对相应监测点重新采样进行灭活验证;同时采取不定期抽查监测与定期全面监测相结合的方式确保实验过程零污染。结果灭活处理及整改后,所监测HLA基因分型实验过程中的核酸抽提区、PCR加样区、PCR扩增区、下游产物处理区4个区域的主要监测点污染监测结果均合格。结论该研究建立的以Wipe Test为核心的DNA防污染监测实验体系能够有效监测和灭活验证可能会干扰检测准确性的PCR产物或基因组DNA的污染,是HLA组织配型实验室质量控制管理程序的重要组成部分。 展开更多

The macroblock type information of P-frames is used to extract TS regions. An improved TS region accumulation technique is performed for detecting and verifying wipe transitions. Objective:To analyze the effect of sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection methods on the management and use of medical equipment in hospitals.Methods:From February 2023 to August 2023,80 anorectal surgery medical instruments and equipment were randomly sampled as observation samples,and they were grouped using the random number table method(40 instruments in each group).One group was managed with sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(observation group),and the other group was managed with medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(control group).The degree of contamination on the surface of instruments and equipment and the staff satisfaction of both groups was noted and compared.Results:After cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)value of the surface contamination of the sample instruments and equipment decreased significantly(P<0.05);and after cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)of the observation group’s instruments and equipment decreased significantly,and the value was lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05);the results of the nursing job satisfaction questionnaire showed that the scores of each survey item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method into the management and use of medical equipment not only improves the disinfection of medical instruments but also improves the job satisfaction of nursing staff.Therefore,this method should be popularized. 展开更多

两种消毒方法对ICU高频接触物体表面消毒效果比较

目的比较微酸性次氯酸电解水(SAEW)与双链季铵盐消毒湿巾对重症监护病房(ICU)高频接触物体表面的清洁消毒效果。方法选取2024年5月12日至6月2日浙江省人民医院越城院区ICU内的高频接触物体表面160个,随机分为SAEW组和双链季铵盐消毒湿巾... 目的比较微酸性次氯酸电解水(SAEW)与双链季铵盐消毒湿巾对重症监护病房(ICU)高频接触物体表面的清洁消毒效果。方法选取2024年5月12日至6月2日浙江省人民医院越城院区ICU内的高频接触物体表面160个,随机分为SAEW组和双链季铵盐消毒湿巾组,每组80个。检测并比较两组消毒后5 min、4 h、8 h的细菌菌落数及消毒合格率。结果消毒后5 min、4 h、8 h时,两组的菌落计数差异均无统计学意义(P值分别为0.412、0.161、0.326);消毒合格率在5 min、4 h、8 h分别为:SAEW组96.25%、75.00%、67.50%,双链季铵盐消毒湿巾组95.00%、71.25%、55.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.434、0.593、0.105)。结论SAEW与双链季铵盐消毒湿巾对ICU高频接触物体表面的消毒效果相当,均能有效维持物体表面低污染状态。 展开更多

A new separation method, wiped molecular distillation (WMD), was applied and experimental work was carried out to study the effect of operation parameters such as distillation temperature, pressure, feed flow rate, wiped speed and the separation stages on purifying the raw material containing 95% 3-hydroxypropionitrile (HPN). It was an excellent result that the mass concentration of HPN in the final product can be more than 99.5% under the optimistic operation conditions. The high purity cannot be achieved with normal separating method includ- ing rectification and extraction in practice. As for the raw material, a function of HPN purity in distillate was plotted with distillation temperature and pressure in experiment ranges. According to the experiment data obtained and the theory in molecular distillation, the distillation speed of HPN and separation efficiency were computed. It was concluded that the distillation speed of HPN and the separation efficiency were satisfying for industrial production. 展开更多

Velocity field of evaporating liquid film in a wiped molecular distillator was simulated with a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, and two turbulent models treating near-wall flow were compared. Differences between wiped and other molecular distillations were intro-duced to explain why turbulent model should be used in this simulation. Three assumptions were made in order to simplify simulating processes. In rotating coordinate system, fixed other settings, the above two turbulent models were used, and the volume of fluid (VOF) multiphase model was also applied to tracking the liquid-gas surface. Both of the simulating results are basically iden-tical with real situation and were compared in several aspects. It was concluded that both of the turbulent models are suitable in this simulation. 展开更多

目的:研究眶隔脂肪联合眶上缘外侧眼轮匝肌下脂肪(ROOF)部分去除矫正上睑臃肿的美学效果和安全性。方法:选取2018年3月-2023年3月在笔者医院就诊行眶隔脂肪联合眶上缘外侧ROOF部分去除术的103例上睑臃肿就医者。记录手术改善效果、并发... 目的:研究眶隔脂肪联合眶上缘外侧眼轮匝肌下脂肪(ROOF)部分去除矫正上睑臃肿的美学效果和安全性。方法:选取2018年3月-2023年3月在笔者医院就诊行眶隔脂肪联合眶上缘外侧ROOF部分去除术的103例上睑臃肿就医者。记录手术改善效果、并发症发生情况以及治疗前后美学效果评估。结果:所有就医者均一期愈合,上睑臃肿情况显著改善;术后2例局部血肿、1例自述上睑中外侧偶发轻度疼痛、3例就医者眶上神经外侧支支配区域出现一过性麻木症状,上述症状均自行消失;治疗后,就医者的眼部外观满意度、上睑外观满意度较治疗前显著上升,外观压力评分较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眶隔脂肪联合眶上缘外侧ROOF部分去除在上睑臃肿矫正中具有较好疗效且安全可靠,并能获得满意的美学效果。 展开更多

【目的】在现代智能家居领域中,清洁机器人逐渐成为提升生活质量的关键设备。然而,现有的清洁设备在对楼梯和跨楼层进行清洁时仍面临着挑战。为了克服这些限制,设计出一款多形态爬楼扫拖一体化机器人,其能自动适应复杂的家庭和商业环境... 【目的】在现代智能家居领域中,清洁机器人逐渐成为提升生活质量的关键设备。然而,现有的清洁设备在对楼梯和跨楼层进行清洁时仍面临着挑战。为了克服这些限制,设计出一款多形态爬楼扫拖一体化机器人,其能自动适应复杂的家庭和商业环境,实现高效且全面的清洁。【方法】通过分析多形态爬楼扫拖一体化机器人在楼梯上的运动方式,构建机器人三维结构模型,并利用SolidWorks软件对三臂边刷和拖布传动叶片进行有限元分析。【结果】通过集成视觉识别技术、智能路径规划及创新重心偏移和攀爬机制,不仅能提高机器人的清洁效率,还能增强操作的便利性和安全性。通过对比结构件的等效应力和位移量,发现数值均在允许范围内,符合设计要求,确保了机器人结构的合理性和零件强度。【结论】该设计有望推动清洁机器人技术的发展,且在市场上具有广阔的应用潜力。 展开更多

提出一种通过擦拭取样估算某核电厂厂房气溶胶浓度的简易方法,该方法考虑了难测核素^(63)Ni以及仪表测量面积、擦拭取样纸和大流量空气取样滤纸面积差异的修正。结合测量分析氡及其子体在大流量空气取样滤纸上沉积部分的平均半衰期,给... 提出一种通过擦拭取样估算某核电厂厂房气溶胶浓度的简易方法,该方法考虑了难测核素^(63)Ni以及仪表测量面积、擦拭取样纸和大流量空气取样滤纸面积差异的修正。结合测量分析氡及其子体在大流量空气取样滤纸上沉积部分的平均半衰期,给出了大流量空气取样测量结果的修正方法。主要结论有:(1)擦拭取样测得的核素谱与厂房气溶胶取样所测核素谱一致性较好;(2)难测核素^(63)Ni对估算结果影响在1%~4%左右;(3)该核电厂房单位混合导出空气浓度(1DAC_(mix))在1.62×10^(3)~3.02×10^(3)Bq/m^(3)之间;(4)在给定测量条件下,使用表面污染监测仪6150AD5+AD17以及CF-901-DIGITAL/230,估算得到该核电厂气溶胶浓度为1DAC_(mix)时,对应气溶胶取样滤纸的测量值在14~66 s^(-1)之间;(5)在设定的取样时间和取样流量下,氡及其子体的平均半衰期在6~12 min之间。其他核电厂可以参考该方法估算典型混合DAC_(mix)及其与表面污染测量值之间的关系,以及指导设定大流量空气取样气溶胶污染判定阈值。 展开更多
