目的建立人类白细胞抗原(HLA)组织配型实验室常规DNA污染监测试验体系,预防和消除可能会干扰检测准确性的PCR产物或基因组DNA的污染。方法设计含多种阴阳性对照和各关键监测点的完整反应链,针对HLA-Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类基因扩增区域内的非多态区... 目的建立人类白细胞抗原(HLA)组织配型实验室常规DNA污染监测试验体系,预防和消除可能会干扰检测准确性的PCR产物或基因组DNA的污染。方法设计含多种阴阳性对照和各关键监测点的完整反应链,针对HLA-Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类基因扩增区域内的非多态区进行引物特异性PCR,琼脂糖凝胶电泳测定扩增产物;对被污染监测点进行局部灭活处理后对相应监测点重新采样进行灭活验证;同时采取不定期抽查监测与定期全面监测相结合的方式确保实验过程零污染。结果灭活处理及整改后,所监测HLA基因分型实验过程中的核酸抽提区、PCR加样区、PCR扩增区、下游产物处理区4个区域的主要监测点污染监测结果均合格。结论该研究建立的以Wipe Test为核心的DNA防污染监测实验体系能够有效监测和灭活验证可能会干扰检测准确性的PCR产物或基因组DNA的污染,是HLA组织配型实验室质量控制管理程序的重要组成部分。 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the short-term effects of commercially available eyelid-cleaning wipes on film parameters.METHODS:This study enrolled 48 healthy participants aged 20-35y(both males and females).Clinical assessment included the Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)questionnaire,non-invasive tear break-up time(NITBUT),tear meniscus height(TMH),and lipid layer pattern(LLP).Based on these initial results,participants were categorized as either non-dry eye or dry eye.Participants in each group were randomly allocated to either Blephaclean■or Systane■treatments.Changes in NITBUT,TMH,and LLP levels before and after lid wipe treatment were assessed.RESULTS:The dry eye group exhibited significantly higher OSDI scores and lower NITBUT and TMH levels than in the non-dry eye group(P<0.001).Following the application of eyelid wipes(Systane■wipes),dry eye subjects experienced a significant improvement in NITBUT levels(P=0.0014)compared to the non-dry eye individuals.Although the remaining participants showed a marginal increase in TMH and NITBUT levels,these changes did not achieve statistical significance(P>0.05).Similarly,the LLP levels were significantly improved with Systane■(P<0.001)post-treatment compared to individuals in the non-dry eye group.However,the dry eye subjects showed higher posttreatment LLP levels than the untreated group(P<0.02).CONCLUSION:The short-term effects of Systane®eyelid wipes on tear film parameters suggest their effectiveness in dry eye disease.Nonetheless,further exploration of their long-term impact is essential to justify their cost effectiveness and efficacy in treating both aqueous deficiency and evaporative dryness. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the effect of sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection methods on the management and use of medical equipment in hospitals.Methods:From February 2023 to August 2023,80 anorectal surgery medical instruments and equipment were randomly sampled as observation samples,and they were grouped using the random number table method(40 instruments in each group).One group was managed with sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(observation group),and the other group was managed with medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(control group).The degree of contamination on the surface of instruments and equipment and the staff satisfaction of both groups was noted and compared.Results:After cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)value of the surface contamination of the sample instruments and equipment decreased significantly(P<0.05);and after cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)of the observation group’s instruments and equipment decreased significantly,and the value was lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05);the results of the nursing job satisfaction questionnaire showed that the scores of each survey item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method into the management and use of medical equipment not only improves the disinfection of medical instruments but also improves the job satisfaction of nursing staff.Therefore,this method should be popularized. 展开更多

全国318家医疗机构消毒湿巾使用现状调查

目的了解全国医疗机构消毒湿巾产品管理及使用现状,发现存在的主要问题。方法于2021年6月1—30日采用方便抽样法在全国抽取318家医疗机构,通过问卷星进行线上调查,收集医疗机构临床消毒湿巾使用情况,并针对所使用消毒湿巾的类别、杀灭... 目的了解全国医疗机构消毒湿巾产品管理及使用现状,发现存在的主要问题。方法于2021年6月1—30日采用方便抽样法在全国抽取318家医疗机构,通过问卷星进行线上调查,收集医疗机构临床消毒湿巾使用情况,并针对所使用消毒湿巾的类别、杀灭微生物类别、不同地区、不同级别医疗机构和重点部门的消毒湿巾的使用情况进行研究分析。结果共收到318家医疗机构的调查问卷,使用消毒湿巾产品的医疗机构占比达66.04%,其中三级医疗机构使用率最高,为79.57%,不同级别医疗机构使用率有明显差异(P<0.05)。所用消毒湿巾属中低消毒水平,集中在重点科室使用。使用管理方面,制订消毒湿巾使用标准操作规程的医疗机构占比仅为28.91%,使用后进行效果评价的仅占48.57%。结论医疗机构消毒湿巾使用率显著提升且集中于感染高风险科室,但当前使用以低水平产品为主,中高水平消毒湿巾应用不足;存在标准操作程序制订率低、消毒效果监测不足等管理短板。 展开更多

A new separation method, wiped molecular distillation (WMD), was applied and experimental work was carried out to study the effect of operation parameters such as distillation temperature, pressure, feed flow rate, wiped speed and the separation stages on purifying the raw material containing 95% 3-hydroxypropionitrile (HPN). It was an excellent result that the mass concentration of HPN in the final product can be more than 99.5% under the optimistic operation conditions. The high purity cannot be achieved with normal separating method includ- ing rectification and extraction in practice. As for the raw material, a function of HPN purity in distillate was plotted with distillation temperature and pressure in experiment ranges. According to the experiment data obtained and the theory in molecular distillation, the distillation speed of HPN and separation efficiency were computed. It was concluded that the distillation speed of HPN and the separation efficiency were satisfying for industrial production. 展开更多

Differences between wiped and other molecular distillations were intro-duced to explain why turbulent model should be used in this simulation. Three assumptions were made in order to simplify simulating processes. In rotating coordinate system, fixed other settings, the above two turbulent models were used, and the volume of fluid (VOF) multiphase model was also applied to tracking the liquid-gas surface. Both of the simulating results are basically iden-tical with real situation and were compared in several aspects. It was concluded that both of the turbulent models are suitable in this simulation. 展开更多

可冲散擦拭材料常在湿法成网后经化学黏合或水刺加固而制成。但湿法成网和水刺加固耗水量较大,且多数化学黏合剂会造成严重的环境污染,因此节水的发泡成网工艺成为行业的研究热点。本研究采用发泡成网工艺,以秸秆纤维、木浆纤维和天丝... 可冲散擦拭材料常在湿法成网后经化学黏合或水刺加固而制成。但湿法成网和水刺加固耗水量较大,且多数化学黏合剂会造成严重的环境污染,因此节水的发泡成网工艺成为行业的研究热点。本研究采用发泡成网工艺,以秸秆纤维、木浆纤维和天丝纤维为原料,分别采用加入湿强剂聚酰胺聚胺表氯醇(PAE)和热熔纤维的增强方法,制备可冲散擦拭材料。比较PAE和热熔纤维制备的可冲散擦拭材料的性能发现:热熔/秸秆纤维试样的湿态强力更佳,同时具有一定的吸水性和透气性。综合考虑可冲散擦拭材料性能、制备成本及环保等因素,确定热熔/秸秆纤维试样中热熔纤维质量分数以30%为宜。在此条件下,热熔/秸秆纤维试样的湿态强力可达9.8 N,符合可冲散擦拭材料的湿强要求;透气率在126.3 mm/s;吸水率为814.7%;可分散百分比为72.3%,满足标准对可冲散产品可分散百分比的要求。研究结果以期为耐用型可冲散擦拭材料的研发提供新思路。 展开更多

急性复杂性阑尾炎腹腔镜术中不同腹腔处理方法的对照研究

目的:探讨急性复杂性阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术中不同腹腔处理方法的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2020年1月至2024年1月行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的169例急性复杂性阑尾炎患者的临床资料,其中56例行腹腔冲洗(冲洗组)、68例行腹腔纱布擦拭(纱布组)... 目的:探讨急性复杂性阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术中不同腹腔处理方法的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2020年1月至2024年1月行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的169例急性复杂性阑尾炎患者的临床资料,其中56例行腹腔冲洗(冲洗组)、68例行腹腔纱布擦拭(纱布组)、45例腹腔冲洗联合纱布擦拭(联合组),收集并分析患者术前、术中及术后临床资料。结果:3组患者性别、年龄、BMI、术前白细胞计数、术前中性粒细胞百分比差异均无统计学意义;冲洗组、纱布组、联合组手术时间差异有统计学意义[(67.00±22.47)min vs.(59.66±16.53)min vs.(74.64±19.17)min,P<0.001],阑尾最大直径、术中阑尾坏疽情况、阑尾根部处理方式、腹腔引流管放置情况、术后住院时间、术后炎症指标恢复时间、住院总费用、术后体温峰值差异均无统计学意义。结论:急性复杂性阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术中三种方法均可安全、有效地清洁腹腔,纱布擦拭法手术时间短于腹腔冲洗及腹腔冲洗联合纱布擦拭法,在提高手术效率方面更具优势。 展开更多

目的 通过网状Meta分析比较一次性消毒湿巾擦拭与其他消毒方式在医疗机构物体表面中的消毒效果。方法 2名研究人员独立检索中英文数据库,检索截止时间为2024年4月15日,根据纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献并提取数据,结局指标为消毒合格率,... 目的 通过网状Meta分析比较一次性消毒湿巾擦拭与其他消毒方式在医疗机构物体表面中的消毒效果。方法 2名研究人员独立检索中英文数据库,检索截止时间为2024年4月15日,根据纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献并提取数据,结局指标为消毒合格率,使用STATA软件进行网状Meta分析。结果 共纳入25篇研究。网状Meta分析结果显示,消毒后30 min,500 mg/L含氯消毒剂擦拭消毒合格率比75%乙醇擦拭高(OR=2.10,95%CI=1.16~3.82;P<0.05),其他不同成分消毒湿巾间及消毒方式间合格率差异无统计学意义,如季铵盐消毒湿巾对比500 mg/L含氯消毒剂擦拭(OR=1.36,95%CI=0.78~2.40;P>0.05)。在消毒后1和2 h的采样结果中,所有消毒方式的消毒合格率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 不同成分消毒湿巾与含氯消毒剂擦拭、75%乙醇擦拭等不同消毒方式相比无显著差异,能达到医疗机构中物体表面消毒效果要求。 展开更多

目的比较微酸性次氯酸电解水(SAEW)与双链季铵盐消毒湿巾对重症监护病房(ICU)高频接触物体表面的清洁消毒效果。方法选取2024年5月12日至6月2日浙江省人民医院越城院区ICU内的高频接触物体表面160个,随机分为SAEW组和双链季铵盐消毒湿巾... 目的比较微酸性次氯酸电解水(SAEW)与双链季铵盐消毒湿巾对重症监护病房(ICU)高频接触物体表面的清洁消毒效果。方法选取2024年5月12日至6月2日浙江省人民医院越城院区ICU内的高频接触物体表面160个,随机分为SAEW组和双链季铵盐消毒湿巾组,每组80个。检测并比较两组消毒后5 min、4 h、8 h的细菌菌落数及消毒合格率。结果消毒后5 min、4 h、8 h时,两组的菌落计数差异均无统计学意义(P值分别为0.412、0.161、0.326);消毒合格率在5 min、4 h、8 h分别为:SAEW组96.25%、75.00%、67.50%,双链季铵盐消毒湿巾组95.00%、71.25%、55.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.434、0.593、0.105)。结论SAEW与双链季铵盐消毒湿巾对ICU高频接触物体表面的消毒效果相当,均能有效维持物体表面低污染状态。 展开更多
