Methods: The clinical statistical analysis of the control group was set to explore the curative effect of western medicine and combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating vertigo caused by wind-phlegm disturbance. 100 patients (50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the experimental group) were selected from our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022. The control group and the experimental group were treated with western medicine and the combination of Chinese and western medicine respectively to explore the curative effect. Results: Through the statistical analysis of the control group and the experimental group, it is concluded that the effective rate of the experimental group treated with combination of Chinese and western medicine is higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the TCD of the two groups was significantly better than that before treatment, and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating vertigo caused by wind-phlegm disturbance is better than that of western medicine alone, and the clinical symptoms are relieved and the indexes are optimized, which is worthy of clinical application.展开更多
