The edge rolling has been widely used in the roughing stand of hot strip mill to control the width of the slab. However, the edge rolling and consequent hori- zontal rolling will cause a significant width change in the head part and tail part of the slab, which have to be trimmed before the finishing stands. Based on the width reduction deformation curve of the head and tail along the longitudinal direction of slab, the short stroke control (SSC) technology has been developed to overcome this problem. The finite element method has been used to simulate the unsteady edge rolling process. Three short stroke control curves have been compared in order to obtain the best width control result. The optimized short stroke control curve has been ap- plied to the automatic width control system of industrial hot rolling mill, and good performance is obtained. 展开更多

An active disturbance rejection controller is proposed in this paper to deal with the nonlinear problem of hydraulic servo system in order to preserve last response and small overshoot of control system. The active disturbance rejection (ADR) controller is composed of nonlinear tracking differentiator (TD), extended state observer (ESO) and nonlinear feedback (NF) law. An example of the hydraulic edger system case study is investigated to show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed nonlinear controller, especially, in the circumstance of foreign disturbance and working condition variation, compared with classic PI controller. 展开更多

This paper presents a width controller,a dead time controller,a discontinuous current mode(DCM) controller and a frequency skipping modulation(FSM) controller for a high frequency high efficiency buck DC-DC converter. To improve the efficiency over a wide load range,especially at high switching frequency,the dead time controller and width controller are applied to enhance the high load efficiency,while the DCM controller and FSM controller are proposed to increase the light load efficiency.The proposed DC-DC converter controllers have been designed and fabricated in the Chartered 0.35μm CMOS process,and the measured results show that the efficiency of the buck DC-DC converter is above 80%over a wide load current range from 8 to 570 mA,and the peak efficiency is 86%at 10 MHz switching frequency. 展开更多

A neuron self-learning PSD controller for backside width of weld pool in pulsed GTAW with wire filler was designed. The PSD control arithmetic was analyzed, simulating experiment by MATLAB software was done, and the validating experiments on varied heat sink workpiece and varied gap workpiece were successfully implemented. The study results show that the neuron self-learning PSD control method can attain a perfect control effect under different set values and conditions, and is suitable for the welding process with the varied structure and coefficients of control model. 展开更多

Research works on width compensation and correction were carried out in order to eliminate the effects of the PVPC ( plan view pattern control) on width accuracy of plate mill. The thickness correction calculation formula was derived for compensation the width deviation caused by PVPC function, and the formula is unified under the thinning and thickening conditions. In order to improve the width calculation accuracy, width spread calculation process was modified with dividing one large reduction pass to several small reduction calculation steps. The thickness wedge was simplified to rectangle based on the volume constant principle, and the width spread model for PVPC was constructed. The width compensation and correction for the PVPC functions are used for the online control process, and the Product dimension accuracy is improved. With the decrease of Crop losses, the Droduct yield was increased with 0. 2%. 展开更多

The surface dielectric barrier discharge (SDBD) plasma actuator has shown great promise as an aerodynamic flow control device. In this paper, the encapsulated electrode width of a SDBD actuator is changed to study the airflow acceleration behavior. The effects of encapsulated electrode width on the actuator performance are experimentally investigated by measuring the dielectric layer surface potential, time-averaged ionic wind velocity and thrust force. Experimental results show that the airflow velocity and thrust force increase with the encapsulated electrode width. The results can be attributed to the distinct plasma distribution at different encapsulated electrode widths. 展开更多

The weld pool shape control by intelligent strategy was studied. In order to improve the ability of self-learning and self-adaptation of the ordinary fuzzy control, a self-learning fuzzy neural network controller (FNNC) for backside width of weld pool in pulsed gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) with wire filler was designed. In FNNC, the fuzzy system was expressed by an equivalence neural network, the membership functions and inference rulers were decided through the learning of the neural network. Then, the FNNC control arithmetic was analyzed, simulating experiment was done, and the validating experiments on varied heat sink workpiece and varied gap workpiece were implemented. The maximum error between the real value and the given one was 0.39mm, the mean error was 0.014mm, and the root-mean-square was 0.14mm. The real backside width was maintained around the given value. The results show that the self-learning fuzzy neural network control strategy can achieve a perfect control effect under different set values and conditions, and is suitable for the welding process with the varied structure and coefficients of control model. 展开更多

A new mathematical model of the kinetic kill vehicle is proposed, the linear quadratic regulator technique is used to design the optimal attitude controller, and the pulse-width pulse-frequency modulator is used to shape the continuous control command to pulse or on-off signals to meet the requirements of the reaction thrusters. The methods to select the appropriate parameters of pulse-width pulse-frequency are presented in detail. Numerical simulations show that the performance of the LQR/PWPF approach can achieve good control performance such as pseudo-linear operation, high accuracy, and fast enough tracking speed. 展开更多

热连轧SSP减宽过程轧件变形渗透性及断面形状变化规律研究

在热连轧机组定宽机减宽过程中,不同减宽量条件下轧件的狗骨断面形状不同,经平辊轧制后狗骨回复量的差异较大,从而影响了宽度控制效果。因此,研究粗轧减宽过程中金属的流动规律对改善后续平轧宽度控制有重要意义,可以为后续轧制过程的... 在热连轧机组定宽机减宽过程中,不同减宽量条件下轧件的狗骨断面形状不同,经平辊轧制后狗骨回复量的差异较大,从而影响了宽度控制效果。因此,研究粗轧减宽过程中金属的流动规律对改善后续平轧宽度控制有重要意义,可以为后续轧制过程的高精度控制提供理论基础。本文研究了轧件不同侧压量、初始厚度及轧件的变形抗力梯度对轧件大塑性变形过程中金属流动规律的影响,利用ANSYS/WorkBench建立了SSP定宽过程有限元模型,分析了各参数对狗骨断面峰值、中部变形区及狗骨变形区的影响规律,建立了狗骨形状预测模型,分析了轧件减宽过程应力应变变化规律,获得了轧件变形抗力梯度对平轧后轧件自由宽展的影响规律。研究结果表明:有限元模拟数据与现场数据相比,轧件狗骨峰值、中部厚度、狗骨变形区长度和狗骨变形后区长度的误差分别为1.82%、0.65%、1.43%和1.94%,验证了有限元模型的准确性;预测模型数据与实际数据相比,轧件狗骨断面峰值、狗骨变形区长度的预测精度从96.31%、96.53%提升至98.68%、98.32%,中部厚度和狗骨变形区长度的预测精度达到98.57%和98.62%,验证了预测模型的有效性;分析得出轧件的变形抗力梯度对应力分布影响较小,与应力大小呈正相关关系,变形抗力越大,宽度应变越大,变形渗透量越大,平轧后的自由宽展越小。 展开更多

Two-dimensional/one-dimensional(2D/1D)heterostructures as a new type of heterostructure have been studied for their unusual properties and promising applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices.However,the studies of 2D/1D heterostructures are mainly focused on vertical heterostructures,such as MoS_(2) nanosheet-carbon nanotubes.The research on lateral 2D/1D heterostructures with a tunable width of 1D material is still scarce.In this study,bidirectional flow chemical vapor deposition(CVD)was used to accurately control the width of the WS_(2)/WSe2(WS_(2)/MoS_(2))heterostructures by controlling reacting time.WSe2 and MoS_(2) with different widths were epitaxially grown at the edge of WS_(2),respectively.Optical microscope,atomic force microscope(AFM),and scanning electron microscope(SEM)images show the morphology and width of the heterostructures.These results show that the width of the heterostructures can be as low as 10 nm by using this method.The interface of the heterostructure is clear and smooth,which is suitable for application.This report offers a new method for the growth of 1D nanowires,and lays the foundation for the future study of the physical and chemical properties of 2D/1D lateral heterostructures. 展开更多

直流侧中点电位电压偏移是多电平中性点钳位型变流器的主要缺点。以单相三电平NPC整流器为研究对象,以实现直流侧中点电位无漂移为控制目标,以传统的单相三电平单极性载波脉宽调制方法为基础,首先提出一种基于零序电压分量注入的载... 直流侧中点电位电压偏移是多电平中性点钳位型变流器的主要缺点。以单相三电平NPC整流器为研究对象,以实现直流侧中点电位无漂移为控制目标,以传统的单相三电平单极性载波脉宽调制方法为基础,首先提出一种基于零序电压分量注入的载波脉宽调制算法;然后在此基础上给出基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波脉宽调制算法;并给出这2种方法的零序电压分量的设计方案;最后,对这2种方法进行了详细的理论分析、计算机仿真和1kW样机实验对比验证。研究结果表明:所提出的2种算法都能有效实现直流侧中点电位平衡控制,其中基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波调制算法的中点电位控制具有更快动态响应速度,且其网侧电流的高次谐波主要分布在开关频率附近;而基于零序电压分量注入的载波调制算法的网侧电流高次谐波主要分布在2倍开关频率附近。但是在一个调制信号周期内,基于零序电压分量极限值注入的载波调制算法的开关切换次数比基于零序电压分量注入的载波调制算法低25%左右。 展开更多

三相脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器是交流微电网中十分重要的功率转换装置。然而,微电网中的直流负载扰动是未知的,滤波电容参数也是非精确的,这会直接影响整流器的控制性能。为此,文中提出一种三相PWM整流器离散模... 三相脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器是交流微电网中十分重要的功率转换装置。然而,微电网中的直流负载扰动是未知的,滤波电容参数也是非精确的,这会直接影响整流器的控制性能。为此,文中提出一种三相PWM整流器离散模型参考自适应控制(model reference adaptive control,MRAC)方法,在直流负载扰动和滤波电容参数未知的情况下实现三相PWM整流器的高性能运行。首先,建立三相PWM整流器离散模型,并基于MRAC理论设计电压环离散自适应控制器、负载和滤波电容参数自适应律。通过所设计的自适应律实时调整自适应控制器中的负载和滤波电容参数,不仅可以有效提高三相PWM整流器输出电压的跟踪精度,还能够显著增强整流器对负载扰动和滤波电容参数的鲁棒性。然后,结合离散Lyapunov稳定性理论证明控制器的稳定性和收敛性。最后,仿真验证所提方法的有效性。实验结果表明,所设计的自适应律可以精确估计负载、滤波电容参数。与双环比例积分(proportion integral,PI)控制相比,所提控制具有更短的负载调节时间、更小的电压跌落量和网侧电流总谐波失真(total harmonic distortion,THD),对负载扰动自适应能力强,同时对滤波电容参数也具有强鲁棒性。 展开更多

倾斜软煤层沿空掘巷围岩控制技术

以某矿7103倾斜软煤层工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟结合现场实测的方法,系统研究6 m、8 m、10 m煤柱宽度下的沿空巷道围岩应力演化规律与破坏机制,确定合理的煤柱宽度并设计针对性的支护方案。模拟结果表明,8 m宽的煤柱的围岩应力由... 以某矿7103倾斜软煤层工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟结合现场实测的方法,系统研究6 m、8 m、10 m煤柱宽度下的沿空巷道围岩应力演化规律与破坏机制,确定合理的煤柱宽度并设计针对性的支护方案。模拟结果表明,8 m宽的煤柱的围岩应力由实体煤帮与沿空区段煤柱共同承载,可有效降低实体煤帮应力高峰区的面积与应力峰值,兼顾承载能力与经济效益。基于此,设计锚杆索联合支护方案。经现场验证,煤柱帮最大变形量为115 mm,实体煤帮最大变形量为74 mm,顶板下沉量为46 mm,均处于合理区间,实现了倾斜软煤层沿空掘巷围岩稳定控制,降低了巷道维护成本,为类似条件下的沿空掘巷工程提供了技术参考。 展开更多
