This study develops an Enhanced Threshold Based Energy Detection approach(ETBED)for spectrum sensing in a cognitive radio network.The threshold identification method is implemented in the received signal at the secondary user based on the square law.The proposed method is implemented with the signal transmission of multiple outputs-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing.Additionally,the proposed method is considered the dynamic detection threshold adjustments and energy identification spectrum sensing technique in cognitive radio systems.In the dynamic threshold,the signal ratio-based threshold is fixed.The threshold is computed by considering the Modified Black Widow Optimization Algorithm(MBWO).So,the proposed methodology is a combination of dynamic threshold detection and MBWO.The general threshold-based detection technique has different limitations such as the inability optimal signal threshold for determining the presence of the primary user signal.These limitations undermine the sensing accuracy of the energy identification technique.Hence,the ETBED technique is developed to enhance the energy efficiency of cognitive radio networks.The projected approach is executed and analyzed with performance and comparison analysis.The proposed method is contrasted with the conventional techniques of theWhale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)and GreyWolf Optimization(GWO).It indicated superior results,achieving a high average throughput of 2.2 Mbps and an energy efficiency of 3.8,outperforming conventional techniques. 展开更多

Widowhood Practice in Eastern Nigeria: A Comparative Study of Imo and Anambra States

Incidentally, it has its own challenges. When a young man or woman gets to a certain age and he/she is not married, society frowns at it. Thus, many couples enter into marriage relationships with a lot of excitements and expectations. However, losing one's spouse to death robs one of all these excitements and expectations and exposes the bereaved spouse to some dehumanizing challenges. These challenges are mostly experienced by women in the Eastern Region of Nigeria. These women are subjected to dehumanizing practices which are socially accepted in the region. This paper attempts a comparative study of some of the practices imposed on widows in Eastern Nigeria. A sample of 200 participants was purposively selected from two states in the Eastern Region of Nigeria. The study adopted the qualitative research method. Thus, the analysis was made using descriptive method. The study showed that these inhuman traditional practices in Eastern Nigeria are initiated and perpetrated by the kinsmen (Umunna and Umuada). It also showed that the widowhood treatment is meted out on all widows, but the severity or less severity of these treatments are dependent on the socio-economic and other attributes of the widow. Finally, recommendations were made, which include the need to protect the fundamental rights of widows and their children. 展开更多

The optimizationfield has grown tremendously,and new optimization techniques are developed based on statistics and evolutionary procedures.There-fore,it is necessary to identify a suitable optimization technique for a particular application.In this work,Black Widow Optimization(BWO)algorithm is intro-duced to minimize the cost functions in order to optimize the Multi-Area Economic Dispatch(MAED).The BWO is implemented for two different-scale test systems,comprising 16 and 40 units with three and four areas.The performance of BWO is compared with the available optimization techniques in the literature to demonstrate the strategy’s efficacy.Results show that the optimized cost for four areas with 16 units is found to be 7336.76$/h,whereas it is 121,589$/h for four areas with 40 units using BWO.It is also noted that optimization algo-rithms other than BWO require higher cost value.The best-optimized solution for emission is achieved at 9.2784e+06 tones/h,and it is observed that there is a considerable difference between the worst and the best values.Also,the suggested technique is implemented for large-scale test systems successfully with high precision,and rapid convergence occurs in MAED. 展开更多

Real-Time Ship Roll Prediction via a Novel Stochastic Trainer-Based Feedforward Neural Network

Enhancing the accuracy of real-time ship roll prediction is crucial for maritime safety and operational efficiency.To address the challenge of accurately predicting the ship roll status with nonlinear time-varying dynamic characteristics,a real-time ship roll prediction scheme is proposed on the basis of a data preprocessing strategy and a novel stochastic trainer-based feedforward neural network.The sliding data window serves as a ship time-varying dynamic observer to enhance model prediction stability.The variational mode decomposition method extracts effective information on ship roll motion and reduces the non-stationary characteristics of the series.The energy entropy method reconstructs the mode components into high-frequency,medium-frequency,and low-frequency series to reduce model complexity.An improved black widow optimization algorithm trainer-based feedforward neural network with enhanced local optimal avoidance predicts the high-frequency component,enabling accurate tracking of abrupt signals.Additionally,the deterministic algorithm trainer-based neural network,characterized by rapid processing speed,predicts the remaining two mode components.Thus,real-time ship roll forecasting can be achieved through the reconstruction of mode component prediction results.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed hybrid prediction scheme for ship roll motion are demonstrated through the measured data of a full-scale ship trial.The proposed prediction scheme achieves real-time ship roll prediction with superior prediction accuracy. 展开更多

考虑头程运输中断的海外仓选址-库存研究

基于BWO-SVM的无损检测电涡流传感器温度补偿模型研究

电涡流传感器广泛应用于铁道检测,但温度变化会导致灵敏度和零位漂移,进而影响传感器精度。为此,提出了一种基于黑寡妇优化(BWO)-支持向量机(SVM)的温度补偿模型。该模型通过对SVM核函数参数与惩罚因子进行全局优化,克服了传统模型易陷... 电涡流传感器广泛应用于铁道检测,但温度变化会导致灵敏度和零位漂移,进而影响传感器精度。为此,提出了一种基于黑寡妇优化(BWO)-支持向量机(SVM)的温度补偿模型。该模型通过对SVM核函数参数与惩罚因子进行全局优化,克服了传统模型易陷入局部最优的不足。通过二维标定试验获取不同温度下电涡流位移传感器数据,分别建立BWO-SVM、果蝇优化算法-最小二乘支持向量机(FOA-LSSVM)和改进遗传算法优化反向传播(GA-BP)温度补偿模型并进行对比分析。试验结果表明,BWO-SVM温度补偿模型将传感器的灵敏度温度系数从1.58×10^(-2)/℃降至3.28×10^(-4)/℃、零位温度系数从1.54×10^(-2)/℃降至2.96×10^(-4)/℃。与FOA-LSSVM和GA-BP温度补偿模型相比,BWO-SVM温度补偿模型在复杂环境下表现出更强的稳健性和适应性。该研究不仅为铁道基础设施的健康监测与维护提供了一种有效的智能温度补偿模型,也为其他领域的非线性漂移补偿场景提供了可行思路。 展开更多

A distributed generation network could be a hybrid power system that includes wind-diesel power generation based on induction generators(IGs)and synchronous generators(SGs).The main advantage of these systems is the possibility of using renewable energy in their structures.The most important challenge is to design the voltage-control loop with the frequency-control loop to obtain optimal responses for voltage and frequency deviations.In this work,the voltage-control loop is designed by an automatic voltage regulator.A linear model of the hybrid system has also been developed with coordinated voltage and frequency control.Dynamic frequency response and voltage deviations are compared for different load disturbances and different reactive loads.The gains of the SG and the static volt-ampere reactive compensator(SVC)controllers in the IG terminal are calculated using the Black Widow Optimization(BWO)algorithm to insure low frequency and voltage deviations.The BWO optimization algorithm is one of the newest and most powerful optimization methods to have been introduced so far.The results showed that the BWO algorithm has a good speed in solving the proposed objective function.A 22%improvement in time adjustment was observed in the use of an optimal SVC.Also,an 18%improvement was observed in the transitory values. 展开更多

针对常规扰动观测法中存在的搜索速度慢、跟踪精度低、稳态振荡大等问题,提出一种基于黑寡妇优化算法改进的模糊变步长扰动观测法,构建微生物燃料电池的最大功率点跟踪控制系统,实现微生物燃料电池的最大功率跟踪控制。黑寡妇优化算法... 针对常规扰动观测法中存在的搜索速度慢、跟踪精度低、稳态振荡大等问题,提出一种基于黑寡妇优化算法改进的模糊变步长扰动观测法,构建微生物燃料电池的最大功率点跟踪控制系统,实现微生物燃料电池的最大功率跟踪控制。黑寡妇优化算法对模糊逻辑控制器的主要参数进行实时寻优,以提高模糊控制器的控制精度和适应能力;模糊控制器根据功率和电压变化情况实时调节扰动观测法的搜索步长,PWM调节器根据模糊控制器的输出指令对Boost变换器的占空比进行调整,使微生物燃料电池的内外电阻达到实时匹配。仿真运行结果显示,基于黑寡妇优化算法的模糊变步长扰动观测法的最大功率点跟踪速度较常规扰动观测法和变步长扰动观测法分别加快了71.7%和64.6%,跟踪误差分别减少了5.9%和5.0%。黑寡妇优化算法改进的模糊扰动观测算法大大加快了响应速度,提高了跟踪精度,减少了稳态振荡,并能有效抑制扰动信号的影响,是实现微生物燃料电池最大功率跟踪的有效方法。 展开更多

On May 10, 1950, 147 men were abducted by the KMT army on its way to Taiwan. Since a majority of the men were already married, overnight, their wives became "widows," and most would remain so for the rest of their lives. Consequently, Tongbo village became more widely known as Widow Village. The first objective of this paper is to document the tragic experiences of men and women in Tongbo village, focusing on these forced separations in 1950, the possibility of reunion after 1987, and the struggle to cope with the difficulties in between. The second objective of this paper is to argue that while heartbreaking, the experiences of this village are not extraordinary in the context of the Chinese Civil War. What made the men and women in Tongbo extraordinary is not their collective suffering, but how these villagers suffered less, not more, than in many other places, because of the actions of three key figures. 展开更多

使用全国老龄健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,实证研究居住安排对高龄鳏寡老年人生活满意度的影响。结果表明:相较于与子代同住,独居和机构养老会降低高龄鳏寡老年人的生活满意度,且对农村以及有2个及以上子女的高龄鳏寡老年人的影响... 使用全国老龄健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,实证研究居住安排对高龄鳏寡老年人生活满意度的影响。结果表明:相较于与子代同住,独居和机构养老会降低高龄鳏寡老年人的生活满意度,且对农村以及有2个及以上子女的高龄鳏寡老年人的影响尤为明显。独居对高龄鳏寡老年人的精神慰藉、医疗服务可及性和日常照料产生不利影响,而机构养老的高龄鳏寡老人存在精神慰藉较少的问题。同时,社区养老服务的项目数量较少、助老效果较差。据此提出以下建议:增加社区养老服务供给,提高服务质量,充分发挥其助老作用;培育和发展养老产业,满足日益增长的养老需要;关爱独居高龄鳏寡老年人,提高其生活满意度和幸福感。 展开更多

清顺治初年,统治者为提倡旗人孀妇守节,借鉴了明代优养军官武职孀妇之制,建立了以发放银米为主要举措的旗人孀妇养赡制度。与明代相比,清代旗人孀妇养赡的范围有所扩大,养赡的方式也更为多样,这些都得益于清廷恩养旗人的根本原则,以及... 清顺治初年,统治者为提倡旗人孀妇守节,借鉴了明代优养军官武职孀妇之制,建立了以发放银米为主要举措的旗人孀妇养赡制度。与明代相比,清代旗人孀妇养赡的范围有所扩大,养赡的方式也更为多样,这些都得益于清廷恩养旗人的根本原则,以及对旗人特有的各种制度资源的调配。该制度改善了旗人孀妇的处境,促使贞节内化为孀妇自身的道德观念,免除了八旗官兵作战的后顾之忧,进而巩固了清王朝的统治根基。但旗人孀妇养赡制度也有其局限性,孀妇物质生活的宽裕易引起族人的觊觎导致经济纠纷,领取方式、饷册与裁汰机制方面的漏洞致使冒支冒领钱粮现象频发,造成了资源的严重浪费,这是八旗生计问题难以得到根本解决的重要原因。 展开更多

《民法典》背景下主动承担赡养责任的丧偶媳婿遗产利益获取规则重构

现行《民法典》沿用原《继承法》的条款,将尽了主要赡养义务的丧偶媳婿作为第一顺序的法定继承人。但从实施该条款的安全性、公平性及时代背景来考虑,当前再沿用传统的做法将会产生一定的隐患。媳婿作为姻亲,在丧偶后,婚姻关系即告终结... 现行《民法典》沿用原《继承法》的条款,将尽了主要赡养义务的丧偶媳婿作为第一顺序的法定继承人。但从实施该条款的安全性、公平性及时代背景来考虑,当前再沿用传统的做法将会产生一定的隐患。媳婿作为姻亲,在丧偶后,婚姻关系即告终结,其本应排除在继承体系之外,沿用原规定,将有可能造成丧偶媳婿因多次结婚并丧偶而获得多个家庭的第一顺序继承人身份、对其他继承人造成不公平的现象,不利于社会的稳定和法治的良好运行。可考虑在现有体系下,将丧偶媳婿主动承担赡养责任的行为分类,从无因管理和遗赠扶养两方面来综合设置丧偶媳婿获得被继承人遗产的规则。 展开更多
