The ba- sic content and the five implementation steps were described, and the implementation method and the program of every step were introduced. Some rules for the implementation of the whole process confirmation management in coal mine safety pro- duction were explained, such as during the process of preproduction, before descent, descent, after descent, walking in the roadway, post-operation, shift, and hoisting after work. The results show that the guardians and the executors should both con- firm the implementation, which can improve the workers' attention and self-awareness to avoid errors in detail and reduce the "three violations" phenomenon. To ensure the effect of the whole process confirmation management, relevant departments should designate a person-in-charge in the specific work in all stages, make a work plan, and strengthen the internal evaluation.展开更多

Methods: the nursing management of the disinfection supply room in our hospital from April 2019 to July 2022 was retrospectively analyzed, including routine nursing management (control phase) from April 2019 to December 2020 and whole-course quality control (research phase) from January 2021 to July 2022. The management quality of medical devices in the disinfection supply room, the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the disinfection supply room and the quality of nursing service in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: in the research stage, the scores of all aspects of medical device management quality were higher than those of the control group. in the research stage, the excellent and good rate of nursing service satisfaction in the disinfection supply room was higher than that of the control group. in the research group, the scores of all aspects of nursing service quality in the disinfection supply room were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p 0.05). It is necessary to gradually establish perfect laws, regulations and physique, expand the team, innovate management continuously, and carry out all-round and whole-process management control. While gradually increasing the intensity of traffic engineering construction, the urgency and importance of engineering investment control are constantly emerging. Therefore, for relevant staff, great attention should be paid to the problems existing in the process of investment determination and control, and efforts should be made to explore effective solutions. In order to provide reference for the actual whole process of engineering cost control and ensure the rationality and effectiveness of cost control, the cost control measures in the three main stages of design, bidding and construction in highway engineering construction are proposed above.
文摘The former scientific application of the whole-process cost control management model in government-invested projects is beneficial to scientific response to the problems existing in cost control and engineering construction and to the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of both parties to the contract. Due to the short application time of this model, there are still many links to be improved in practice. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes and studies the whole-process cost management model of government-invested projects, explores the causes of the problems, finds out effective measures, gradually adjusts and solves the problems, optimizes the cost management model, and then realizes the rational allocation of resources. Next, the article discusses the whole process cost management of government investment projects.
