Objective To investigate the relationship between human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection and peripheral blood CD14+CD16+monocytes in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD),and to elucidate the mechanism of path...Objective To investigate the relationship between human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection and peripheral blood CD14+CD16+monocytes in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD),and to elucidate the mechanism of pathogenesis in CHD by analyzing the correlation between infection,inflammation,and CHD,to provide a basis for the prevention,evaluation,and treatment of the disease.Methods In total,192 patients with CHD were divided into three groups:latent CHD,angina pectoris,and myocardial infarction.HCMV-IgM and-IgG antibodies were assessed using ELISA;CD14+CD16+monocytes were counted using a five-type automated hematology analyzer;mononuclear cells were assessed using fluorescence-activated cell sorting;and an automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the levels of triglyceride,cholesterol,high-and low-density lipoprotein cholesterols,lipoprotein,hs-CRp and Hcy.Results The positive rates of HCMV-IgM and-IgG were significantly higher in the CHD groups than in the control group.HCMV infection affects lipid metabolism to promote immune and inflammatory responses.Conclusion HCMV infection has a specific correlation with the occurrence and development of CHD.The expression of CD14+CD16+mononuclear cells in the CHD group was increased accordingly and correlated with acute HCMV infection.Thus,HCMV antibody as well as peripheral blood CD14+CD16+mononuclear cells can be used to monitor the occurrence and development of CHD.展开更多
The aspectual system of Chinese has been the focus of research in recent years.Over a long period of time,special aspect markers“Zhe(着)”“Le(了)”“Guo(过)”in modern Chinese are produced under the grammaticized pr...The aspectual system of Chinese has been the focus of research in recent years.Over a long period of time,special aspect markers“Zhe(着)”“Le(了)”“Guo(过)”in modern Chinese are produced under the grammaticized process.However,the function and the expression of aspect markers in Chinese dialects are different from those in Mandarin,which are reflected in:(1)they often have their own special aspect markers;(2)the function of aspect markers is somewhat overlapping.The purpose of this study is to describe the experiential aspects in Weifang dialect,in which the presenting pattern of“Guo1”and“Guo2”have remarkable specialties.The special feature is that the marker“Guo”is disappeared and replaced by other aspect markers.Specifically,“Guo1”is replaced by“Le1”,and“Guo2”is replaced by“Hui(回)”and“Lai(来)”,where“Lai”sometimes needs to co-occur with“Hui”in the sentence.This study will provide more clarity on the manifestation of the experiential aspect“Guo2”,and analyze the appear condition,syntactic property and the function of“Hui”and“Lai”.展开更多

This study investigates the alignment between undergraduate programs in Weifang City and the requirements of the industry,along with key competencies valued by employers.Utilizing a quantitative descriptive research d...This study investigates the alignment between undergraduate programs in Weifang City and the requirements of the industry,along with key competencies valued by employers.Utilizing a quantitative descriptive research design,data was collected from 370 participants,including faculty members,industry professionals,administrative staff,employers,students,and alumni.The findings reveal a positive perception of current undergraduate programs,highlighting their relevance,practical skills development,engagement of faculty with the industry,and fruitful collaborations with various sectors.Employers exhibited moderate consideration for technical proficiency,soft skills,industry-relevant experience,and professional attitude when hiring graduates.Higher education institutions displayed moderate efforts in enhancing industry-based congruence,particularly in curriculum adaptation,practical learning opportunities,and career services.Various factors,including industry input,labor market analysis,collaboration with professional associations,and economic strategies,were found to moderately influence the alignment between education and industry needs.Despite the positive aspects,the study identified gaps and challenges,such as curriculum disparities and limited collaboration,emphasizing the need for strategic interventions.Policy recommendations were proposed to enhance alignment,including fostering strong university-industry collaborations,mandating internships,faculty development,and promoting student-industry awareness.In conclusion,this study provides valuable insights for educational institutions,industry partners,policymakers,students,and future researchers,aiming to improve the congruence between undergraduate education and industry requirements in Weifang City and beyond.展开更多
