Aim at improving the stability of the Short-circuiting Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW-S) process for the enhanced speed usage, effects of current waveform parameters during short-term on the welding stability have been investigated by experimental method. The welding power source used for the research is an inverter with a special current waveform control. It is shown that the spatter decreases at first then increases with each increase of the low current period, current increase rate and the maximum current limit. The test results are provided for welding of 1 mm and 3 mm mild steel at speed of 1.2 m/min. The stable GMA W-S process under high speed welding condition has been achieved by optimizing the parameters. 展开更多

Collocated multiple input multiple output(MIMO)radar,which has agile multi-beam working mode,can offer enhanced multiple targets tracking(MTT)ability.In detail,it can illuminate different targets simultaneously with multi-beam or one wide beam among multi-beam,providing greater degree of freedom in system resource control.An adaptive time-space resource and waveform control optimization model for the collocated MIMO radar with simultaneous multi-beam is proposed in this paper.The aim of the proposed scheme is to improve the overall tracking accuracy and meanwhile minimize the resource consumption under the guarantee of effective targets detection.A resource and waveform control algorithm which integrates the genetic algorithm(GA)is proposed to solve the optimization problem.The optimal transmitting waveform parameters,system sampling period,sub-array number,binary radar tracking parameterχ_i(t_k),transmitting energy and multi-beam direction vector combination are chosen adaptively,where the first one realizes the waveform control and the latter five realize the timespace resource allocation.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method. 展开更多

In the simulation model, the feedback signals of current and voltage are taken respectively at the different phase in a short circuit periodic time and applied to the PWM (pulse width modulation) module in a model of inverter power source to control the output of power source. The simulation operation about the dynamic process of CO2 short-circuiting transfer welding is implemented on the founded simulation model with a peak arc current of 400 A and a peak voltage of 35 V, producing the dynamic arc waveforms which can embody the effect of inverter harmonic wave. To overcome the shortcomings of conventional plasma arc welding ( PAW), the ' controlled pulse key-holing' strategy is proposed and the keyhole PAW experiment system is developed. 'The efflux plasma voltage signal is detected in realtime to characterize the keyhole size and dimension. The welding current waveform for controlled pulse key-holing strategy is implemented, and two slow-decreasing slopes are added at the dropping point from peak current to base current to further reduce both heat input and arc force so that the controllability of keyhole dynamics is improved. Two kinds of PAW tests are conducted, anti the different parameters of the controlled pulse current and the relevant efflux plasma voltage are measured in real-time to investigate ihe effects of welding current waveform parameters on the key-holing condition. 展开更多

Theoretical modeling of airways pressure waveform for dual-controlled ventilation with physiological pattern and linear respiratory mechanics

The present paper describes the theoretical treatment performed for the geometrical optimization of advanced and improved-shape waveforms as airways pressure excitation for controlled breathings in dual-controlled ventilation applied to anaesthetized or severe brain injured patients, the respiratory mechanics of which can be assumed linear. Advanced means insensitive to patient breathing activity as well as to ventilator settings while improved-shape intends in comparison to conventional square waveform for a progressive approaching towards physiological transpulmonary pressure and respiratory airflow waveforms. Such functional features along with the best ventilation control for the specific therapeutic requirements of each patient can be achieved through the implementation of both diagnostic and compensation procedures effectively carried out by the Advance Lung Ventilation System (ALVS) already successfully tested for square waveform as airways pressure excitation. Triangular and trapezoidal waveforms have been considered as airways pressure excitation. The results shows that the latter fits completely the requirements for a physiological pattern of endoalveolar pressure and respiratory airflow waveforms, while the former exhibits a lower physiological behaviour but it is anyhow periodically recommended for performing adequately the powerful diagnostic procedure. 展开更多

Electro-hydraulic vibration equipment(EHVE)is widely used in vibration environment simulation tests,such as vehicles,weapons,ships,aerospace,nuclear industries and seismic waves replication,etc.,due to its large output power,displacement and thrust,as well as good workload adaptation and multi-controllable parameters.Based on the domestic and overseas development of high-frequency EHVE,dividing them into servo-valve controlled vibration equipment and rotary-valve controlled vibration equipment.The research status and progress of high-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration control technology(EHVCT)are discussed,from the perspective of vibration waveform control and vibration controller.The problems of current electro-hydraulic vibration system bandwidth and waveform distortion control,stability control,offset control and complex vibration waveform generation in high-frequency vibration conditions are pointed out.Combining the existing rotary-valve controlled high-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration method,a new twin-valve independently controlled high-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration method is proposed to break through the limitations of current electro-hydraulic vibration technology in terms of system frequency bandwidth and waveform distortion.The new method can realize independent adjustment and control of vibration waveform frequency,amplitude and offset under high-frequency vibration conditions,and provide a new idea for accurate simulation of high-frequency vibration waveform. 展开更多

Harmonic excitation of linear respiratory mechanics for physiological dual controlled ventilation

The theoretical approach along with the rationale of harmonic excitation modality (HEM) applied as optimal dual controlled ventilation (DCV) to anaesthetized or severe brain injured patients, whose respiretory mechanics can be properly assumed steady and linear, are presented and discussed. The design criteria of an improved version of the Advanced Lung Ventilation System (ALVS), including HEM in its functional features, are described in details. In particular, the elimination of any undesiderable artificial distortion affecting the respiratory and ventilation pattern waveforms is achieved by maintaining continuous forever the airflow inside the ventilation circuit, ensuring also the highest level of safety for patient in any condition. In such a way, the full-time compatibility of controlled breathings with spontaneous breathing activity of patient during continuous positive airways pressure (CPAP) or bilevel positive airways pressure (BiPAP) ventilation modalities and during assisted/controlled ventilation(A/CV), includeing also synchronized or triggered ventilation modalities, is an intrinsic innovative feature of the system available for clinical application. As expected and according to the clinical requirements, HEM provides for physiological respiratory and ventilation pattern waveforms together with optimal “breath to breath” feedback control of lung volume driven by an improved diagnostic measurement procedure, whose outputs are also vital for adapting all the preset ventilation parameters to the current value of the respiratory parameters of patient. The results produced by software simulations concerning both adult and neonatal patients in different clinical conditions are completely consistent with those obtained by the theoretical treatment, showing that HEM reaches the best performances from both clinical and engineering points of view. 展开更多

近年来,众多勘探开发实例彰显出火山岩油气藏巨大的勘探潜力。长岭断陷的中基性火山岩更是展现出极为独特的地质特征,其横向分布广泛,纵向呈现多期叠置的复杂态势,火山机构内部结构错综复杂,储层的非均质性极为强烈。利用准确的低频模... 近年来,众多勘探开发实例彰显出火山岩油气藏巨大的勘探潜力。长岭断陷的中基性火山岩更是展现出极为独特的地质特征,其横向分布广泛,纵向呈现多期叠置的复杂态势,火山机构内部结构错综复杂,储层的非均质性极为强烈。利用准确的低频模型对储层相控反演加以约束,成为制约火山岩油气藏高效开发利用的核心关键所在。本文将地震数据作为主变量,倾角导向等时地层格架作为第一协同变量,以岩相指示曲线作为第二协同变量,利用多变量协同克里金方法进行插值得到低频模型,优选波形指示模拟得到高分辨率火山岩相体。再利用岩相先验控制构建物性参数和弹性参数联合采样空间,基于贝叶斯-序贯高斯模拟方法实现对火山岩储层的物性预测。本方法充分整合现有条件下不同维度的数据,有效降低了预测结果的多解性,支撑龙凤山地区火山岩部署井位8口,物性预测平均吻合率为81.4%,充分证明了本方法的可靠性与有效性。 展开更多

C储气库地质特征再认识与扩容潜力分析

为了明确C储气库钻后地质特征、库容变化规律及扩容潜力,利用新钻井岩心相、测井相、地震相、动态资料及库容核定结果,实现地质特征再认识,确定扩容量及下一步调整措施,提高储气库应急调峰能力。研究表明:(1)结合岩心观察和测井相识别,... 为了明确C储气库钻后地质特征、库容变化规律及扩容潜力,利用新钻井岩心相、测井相、地震相、动态资料及库容核定结果,实现地质特征再认识,确定扩容量及下一步调整措施,提高储气库应急调峰能力。研究表明:(1)结合岩心观察和测井相识别,C储气库下白垩统姚家组一段泥岩多呈棕红色,为水上富氧暴露环境,发育曲流河相;(2)利用岩心沉积结构特征与地震反演技术预测砂体有效厚度为2.8~12.0m,以3.7~8.3m为主,CK2井区域有效厚度由3.5m增加至9.3m,重新核算后库容增加0.84×10^(8)m^(3);(3)利用不稳定试井方法及物质平衡法,测算C储气库直井井控半径为264m,水平井井控半径为424m,仍有0.59×10^(8)m^(3)有效库存量未得到合理动用,可采取核心区新钻加密井的方式,提高储气库动用效率。分析认为,储气库运行多年后仍需加强地质再认识,精细描述气库地质特征,采用多种方法研究库容变化规律,明确扩容潜力空间,提出切实可行的技术措施以提高储气库运行效率,该研究成果对于同类储气库的运行调整与高效调峰均具有参考意义。 展开更多

永磁同步电动机由于效率高、传动消耗小、噪音低、谐波少、结构简单、运行可靠、产生的电磁转矩精度高,常用于航空航天、轨道交通、人工智能、无人机等对调速性能要求较高的场合。其定子绕组与异步电动机定子绕组相同,转子采用永久磁钢... 永磁同步电动机由于效率高、传动消耗小、噪音低、谐波少、结构简单、运行可靠、产生的电磁转矩精度高,常用于航空航天、轨道交通、人工智能、无人机等对调速性能要求较高的场合。其定子绕组与异步电动机定子绕组相同,转子采用永久磁钢,磁通恒定,对控制而言,电压方程、磁链方程和转矩方程都较异步电动机简单。论文首先在建立三相永磁同步电动机的动态数学模型之前做如下假设,忽略铁心饱和、涡流和磁滞损耗,忽略转子永久磁钢电导率,且定子侧相绕组中感应电动势及磁动势波形为正弦波。其次建立了二极面装式电压空间矢量PWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation)的三相永磁同步电动机矢量控制系统,后续进行了基于Matlab/Simulink的建模与仿真,搭建了仿真平台。得到了在不同的给定转速及负载下,电机速度、电磁转矩及各相电流的变化趋势与波形。 展开更多

渤海N区作为中国渤海湾盆地重要的油气勘探区,其变质岩潜山油气藏又是重点研究目标。渤海N区变质岩潜山储层在纵向上的分布和储集类型具有明显变化,具有分带特征,横向非均质性强,连续性差,是一种典型的复杂潜山储层。针对此类储层,常规... 渤海N区作为中国渤海湾盆地重要的油气勘探区,其变质岩潜山油气藏又是重点研究目标。渤海N区变质岩潜山储层在纵向上的分布和储集类型具有明显变化,具有分带特征,横向非均质性强,连续性差,是一种典型的复杂潜山储层。针对此类储层,常规反演方法的结果对储层的平面展布和纵向分带刻画与地质规律不符,反演效果差。基于传统随机反演方法,引入相控思想,提出一种基于平面分区与纵向分带控制的相控随机反演方法。该方法首先采用波形聚类分析将研究区分为若干平面相似区,然后基于测井分带特征进行纵向分带,最后综合平面分区特征和纵向分带特征约束建模过程、精确随机反演的概率分布范围。针对渤海N区的实际应用表明该技术的反演结果与地质规律相吻合,准确地刻画出了变质岩潜山储层在横向和纵向上的变化规律,为此类复杂潜山油气藏勘探开发提出了一种有效的解决方案,具有重要的实践指导意义。 展开更多

近年来,随着电子设备能力的迅速提升,给机载火控雷达带来了更为紧迫的抗干扰和低截获能力需求,雷达波形设计也需要进一步发展。传统的狭义波形通常只包含时域、频域、相位域维度的调制,抗干扰和低截获能力相对较差。文章提出一种新的空... 近年来,随着电子设备能力的迅速提升,给机载火控雷达带来了更为紧迫的抗干扰和低截获能力需求,雷达波形设计也需要进一步发展。传统的狭义波形通常只包含时域、频域、相位域维度的调制,抗干扰和低截获能力相对较差。文章提出一种新的空时离散波形,扩展雷达波形在空域扫描和驻留方式的维度,赋予雷达波形设计更高的自由度。针对空时离散波形设计与处理问题,建立空时离散扫描模型,提出一种基于脉冲抽取的栅瓣对消方法;基于抖动参数和组间间隔建立离散扫描波形优化模型,通过波形参数优化降低多普勒信号旁瓣。仿真结果表明,空时离散波形相较于传统序贯扫描波形具有更少的空域扫描驻留时间,提出的波形优化算法能够提升主旁瓣比15 dB以上,实现机载火控雷达更好的抗干扰和低截获性能。 展开更多
