Motion simulation and performance analysis of mechanism are important methods for analyzing assembly quality after finishing assembly simulation in virtual assembly environment. However, most simulation systems have no function of mechanism motion simulation due to the randomicity of mechanism and lack of universal mechanism modeling method. In order to realize the simulation of any mechanism after finishing assembly simulation in a virtual environment, a new universal mechanism modeling method is presented. Two main models are contained in the mechanism model: information model and mathematical model. Firstly, the information model of mechanism is proposed to describe the data structure of mechanism which contains bottom geometry data, information of constraint, link, kinematic pair and physical data. Because the object of mechanism simulation is the assembly, which is assembled during the process of assembly simulation, the information of mechanism can be obtained automatically through mechanism automatic search method. Secondly, mathematical model of mechanism is presented. The mathematical model uses mathematical method to express the mechanism. In order to realize the automatic expression of any random mechanism, basic constraint library is presented, consequently random mechanism can be described based on the basic constraint library. Finally, two examples are introduced to validate the method in the prototype system named VAPP(Virtual Assembly Process Planning). The validation result shows that the mechanism modeling provides a universal modeling method for mechanism motion simulation in virtual assembly environment. This research has important effect on the development both of mechanism motion simulation and virtual assembly. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem of high-precision interception of air-maneuvering targets with impact time constraints,this paper proposes a novel guidance law based on a nonlinear virtual relative model in which the origin is attached to the target.In this way,the original maneuvering target is transformed into a stationary one.A polynomial function of the guidance command in the range domain with two unknown coefficients is introduced into the virtual model,one of the coefficients is determined to achieve the impact time constraint,and the other is determined to satisfy a newly defined virtual look angle constraint.For meeting the terminal constraints simultaneously,the guidance command can finally be obtained.The resulting solution is represented as a combination of proportional navigation guidance-like term which is aimed to meet the zero miss distance constraint,a bias term for impact time control by adjusting the length of the homing trajectory,and an additional term for target maneuvers.Numerous simulations demonstrate that the proposed law achieves an acceptable impact time error for various initial conditions against different types of maneuvering targets and shows more effective performance in comparison with those of other existing guidance laws. 展开更多

In order to solve the problem of real-time soft tissue torsion simulation in virtual surgeries,a torsion model based on coil spring is proposed to actualize real-time interactions and applications in virtual surgeries. The proposed model is composed of several connected coil springs in series. The sum of torsion deformation on every coil is equivalent to the soft tissue surface deformation. The calculation of the model is simple because the method for calculating the torsion deformation for each coil spring is the same. The virtual surgery simulation system is established on PHANTOM OMNI haptic device based on the Open GL 3 D graphic interface and VC + + software,and it is used to simulate the torsion deformation of virtual legs and arms. Experimental results show that the proposed model can effectively simulate the torsion deformation of soft tissue while being of real-time performance and simplicity,which can well meet requirements of virtual operation simulations. 展开更多

This research attempts to devise a multistage and multiproduct short-term integrative production plan that can dynamically change based on the order priority and virtual occupancy for application in steel plants. Considering factors such as the delivery time, varietal compatibility between different products, production capacity of variety per hour, minimum or maximum batch size, and transfer time, we propose an available production capacity network with varietal compatibility and virtual occupancy for enhancing production plan implementation and quick adjustment in the case of dynamic production changes. Here available means the remaining production capacity after virtual occupancy.To quickly build an available production capacity network and increase the speed of algorithm solving, constraint selection and cutting methods with order priority were used for model solving. Finally, the genetic algorithm improved with local search was used to optimize the proposed production plan and significantly reduce the order delay rate. The validity of the proposed model and algorithm was numerically verified by simulating actual production practices. The simulation results demonstrate that the model and improved algorithm result in an effective production plan. 展开更多

Assembly process planning(APP) for complicated products is a time-consuming and difficult work with conventional method. Virtual assembly process planning(VAPP) provides engineers a new and efficiency way. Previous studies in VAPP are almost isolated and dispersive, and have not established a whole understanding and discussed key realization techniques of VAPP from a systemic and integrated view. The integrated virtual assembly process planning(IVAPP) system is a new virtual reality based engineering application, which offers engineers an efficient, intuitive, immersive and integrated method for assembly process planning in a virtual environment. Based on analysis the information integration requirement of VAPP, the architecture of IVAPP is proposed. Through the integrated structure, IVAPP system can realize information integration and workflow controlling. In order to mode/the assembly process in IVAPP, a hierarchical assembly task list(HATL) is presented, in which different assembly tasks for assembling different components are organized into a hierarchical list. A process-oriented automatic geometrical constraint recognition algorithm(AGCR) is proposed, so that geometrical constraints between components can be automatically recognized during the process of interactive assembling. At the same time, a progressive hierarchical reasoning(PHR) model is discussed. AGCR and PHR will greatly reduce the interactive workload. A discrete control node model(DCNM) for cable harness assembly planning in IVAPP is detailed. DCNM converts a cable harness into continuous flexed line segments connected by a series of section center points, and designs can realize cable harness planning through controlling those control nodes. Mechanical assemblies (such as transmission case and engine of automobile) are used to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method and algorithms. The application of IVAPP system reveals advantages over the traditional assembly process planning method in shortening the time-consumed in assembly planning and in minimizing the handling difficulty, excessive reorientation and dissimilarity of assembly operations. 展开更多

It has been widely used in supporting detailed design and variational design. However, it cannot support early stage design and is not easy-to--use becauseit demands fully detailed input description of a design. To solve these problems,researchers attempt to incorporate virtual reality techniques into geometric modeling systems. This paper presents a novel approach for interactive constraint-basedsolid modeling in a virtual reality environment. The approach allows the designerto construct and edit a constraint-based solid model by direct 3D manipulations,and ensures the created solid model to be precise by recognizing and solving geometric constraints. To effectively support 3D manipulations and change propagation,a new constraint-based solid model is adopted. In the model, besides the normalconstituents of the typical constraint-based solid model, some new attributes likeshape control points, location pattern and explicit shape constraints of a primitiveare defined. Guided by the location pattern, our algorithms for recognizing andsolving location constraints are real-time. 展开更多

The key realization techniques of virtual assembly process planning (VAPP) system are analyzed, including virtual assembly model, real-time collision detection, automatic constraint recognition algorithm, cable harness assembly process planning and visual assembly process plan at the workshop. A virtual assembly model based on hierarchical assembly task list (HATL) is put forward, in which assembly tasks are defined to express component assembling operations and are sequentially and hierarchically organized according to different subassemblies, which can perfectly model the construction process of product, And a multi-layer automatic geometry constraint recognition algorithm of how to identify assmbly constraint relations in the virtual environment is proposed, then a four-layer collision detection algorithm is discussed. A VAPP system is built and some simple mechanical assemblies are used to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method and algorithms. 展开更多

结构语义特征约束的地震灾害AR场景精准建模方法

地震灾害具有突发性强、环境复杂等特点,增强现实(augmented reality,AR)场景建模对地震灾害应急救援具有重要意义。现有AR场景建模方法在地震灾害场景下存在特征提取不准确、虚实融合建模精度低的问题,难以实现环境复杂的地震灾害现场A... 地震灾害具有突发性强、环境复杂等特点,增强现实(augmented reality,AR)场景建模对地震灾害应急救援具有重要意义。现有AR场景建模方法在地震灾害场景下存在特征提取不准确、虚实融合建模精度低的问题,难以实现环境复杂的地震灾害现场AR场景精准建模。因此,提出结构语义特征约束的地震灾害AR场景精准建模方法,首先,剖析地震灾害场景特征,构建地震灾害现场结构语义特征库;其次,提出结构语义约束的地震灾害虚实特征提取方法,提高虚实图像特征提取精准度;然后,基于虚实特征提取结果进行地震灾害AR场景虚实建模;最后,选择受损建筑作为实验案例进行分析。实验结果表明,结构语义约束的地震灾害虚实特征提取方法F1分数达90%,优化后的AR场景配准误差较直接建模方法降低了80%。所提方法实现了地震灾害AR场景的精准建模,为地震灾害应急救援提供了数字化场景支撑。 展开更多

文生图问题是人工智能技术中的一个重要分支,常用于服装设计、纹样绘制等场景。然而,现有算法的直接文生图方法难以对生成服装图像的款式、颜色花纹等信息进行精准控制。为此,本文提出了一种基于扩散模型的两阶段图像生成方法,将服装图... 文生图问题是人工智能技术中的一个重要分支,常用于服装设计、纹样绘制等场景。然而,现有算法的直接文生图方法难以对生成服装图像的款式、颜色花纹等信息进行精准控制。为此,本文提出了一种基于扩散模型的两阶段图像生成方法,将服装图像的生成任务分离为款式-颜色纹理2个阶段,使模型能够更加准确捕捉文本信息中的款式信息与颜色信息。在第1阶段中,利用LoRA微调Stable Diffusion模型,基于文本信息生成精确的边缘线稿草图以表达服装款式信息;第2阶段结合ControlNet模型,将生成的线稿草图与文本中的颜色花纹信息融合,生成最终图像。同时,本研究设计了款式颜色信息过滤模型,将款式和颜色信息与普通信息分离,并赋予两者较大权重,从而增强模型对有效信息的捕捉能力。为了验证两阶段方法的有效性,通过FID(弗雷谢起始距离)、PSNR(结构相似指数)和SSIM(峰值信噪比)等指标进行客观评价。结果表明,采用该两阶段方法生成的服装图像在款式、颜色花纹和细节处理上显著优于其他方法。 展开更多

考虑风险的人机协作异步并行拆卸序列规划方法

在人机协作异步并行拆卸过程中,工作区域重叠会导致机器人或操作人员工作暂停或发生碰撞,造成人身伤害等潜在风险,为此,将避免工作区域冲突作为大型复杂产品人机协作异步并行拆卸的约束,提出了一种基于混合遗传树种优化算法(HG-TSOA)的... 在人机协作异步并行拆卸过程中,工作区域重叠会导致机器人或操作人员工作暂停或发生碰撞,造成人身伤害等潜在风险,为此,将避免工作区域冲突作为大型复杂产品人机协作异步并行拆卸的约束,提出了一种基于混合遗传树种优化算法(HG-TSOA)的人机协作异步并行拆卸序列规划方法。首先,构建了多约束拆卸混合图模型,用于描述产品零部件间的拆卸优先级、装配约束和不同拆卸操作者(人或机器人)之间工作区域的冲突约束;设计了两段式染色体编码方法,实现了多约束拆卸混合图到染色体的映射目的;然后,以拆卸时间最短和操作者空闲时间最少为目标构建了适应度函数,为避免早熟,在选择、交叉、变异等进化算子的基础上,设计了跃迁算子,利用随机扰动扩散机制帮助算法跳出局部最优,并引入了树种优化算法的边界检查机制,确保最优解的可行性;最后,以帕萨特B5发动机为研究对象,对HG-TSOA进行了应用研究,验证了算法的有效性。研究结果表明:操作者数量为3和5时,基于HG-TSOA的人机协作异步并行拆卸序列规划方法获得的最佳拆卸时间分别为2477 s和2410 s,比同步并行拆卸时间分别少了197 s和90 s,比遗传算法(GA)获得同步并行拆卸序列对应的拆卸时间少了284 s和114 s,且具有规避工作区域冲突风险、收敛速度快、搜索范围广等特点。 展开更多

针对虚拟试衣中的服装压力舒适性难以评估的问题,提出一种基于虚拟皮肤模型的压力仿真算法。在虚拟环境中对皮肤、织物及其接触行为进行建模:采用粒子弹簧系统构建织物模型,建立模拟参数与织物力学性质之间的映射,利用体积约束和形态约... 针对虚拟试衣中的服装压力舒适性难以评估的问题,提出一种基于虚拟皮肤模型的压力仿真算法。在虚拟环境中对皮肤、织物及其接触行为进行建模:采用粒子弹簧系统构建织物模型,建立模拟参数与织物力学性质之间的映射,利用体积约束和形态约束仿真皮肤弹性,实现基于梯度变化的皮肤形态响应,通过动量重分配机制处理皮肤与织物的接触行为,模拟皮肤受力状态并计算出实时压力,最后开展服装人体实验对模型进行了验证。研究发现:皮肤模型的保形因子α对虚拟压力有直接影响,随α值增大,各个测量位点上模拟压力同步增大表现为先接近真实值、后逐渐背离;在不同测量位点上,虚拟压力接近真实压力时对应的α值有所不同,胸高点上对应值最小、肩高点上对应值最大,反映了人体不同部位上皮肤个性差异;在采用单一α值的情况下,虚拟压力与真实压力误差为17.72%,采用混合α值表现人体不同部位的皮肤差异,经过改进和优化相对误差降至8.92%。 展开更多
