With the rapid integration of renewable energy sources,modern power systems are increasingly challenged by heightened volatility and uncertainty.Doubly-fed variable-speed pumped storage units(DFVS-PSUs)have emerged as...With the rapid integration of renewable energy sources,modern power systems are increasingly challenged by heightened volatility and uncertainty.Doubly-fed variable-speed pumped storage units(DFVS-PSUs)have emerged as promising technologies for mitigating grid oscillations and enhancing system flexibility.However,the excitation converters in DFVS-PSUs are prone to significant issues such as elevated common-mode voltage(CMV)and neutral-point voltage(NPV)fluctuations,which can lead to electromagnetic interference and degrade transient performance.To address these challenges,an optimized virtual space vector pulse width modulation(OVSVPWM)strategy is proposed,aiming to suppress CMV and NPV simultaneously through coordinated multi-objective control.Specifically,a dynamic feedback mechanism is introduced to adjust the balancing factor of basic vectors in the synthesized virtual small vector in real-time,achieving autonomous balancing of the NPV.To address the excessive switching actions introduced by the OVSVPWM strategy,a phase duty ratio-based sequence reconstruction method is adopted,which reduces the total number of switching actions to half of the original.A zero-level buffering scheme is employed to reconstruct the single-phase voltage-level output sequence,achieving peak CMV suppression down to udc/6.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy significantly improves electromagnetic compatibility and operational stability while maintaining high power quality.展开更多

Urban open spaces(UOS)play a crucial role in enhancing city livability and resident well-being,yet there remains a gap in utilizing social media to analyze changes in UOS utilization across different COVID(Corona Viru...Urban open spaces(UOS)play a crucial role in enhancing city livability and resident well-being,yet there remains a gap in utilizing social media to analyze changes in UOS utilization across different COVID(Corona Virus Disease)-19 phases.Our research applied Sina Weibo data to scrutinize UOS engagement across pre-pandemic(2019),pandemic(2021),and post-pandemic(2023)periods in Lanzhou City,China,revealing evolving spatiotemporal patterns and highlighting the pandemic's impact on UOS usage.Initially,scenic mountains and urban parks dominated visitor preferences in 2019.However,during the pandemic,there was a trend towards destinations that combined elements of tourism,business,entertainment,and culture,reflecting a growing appetite for diverse experiences.Despite this shift,the post-pandemic period did not see a complete return to pre-pandemic travel patterns,with a noticeable decline in visits to traditional green open spaces during lockdowns.We identified key attractions in main urban areas,highlighting geographical variations in tourism and Cultural Ecosystem Services(CES)distribution that warrant further attention.The post-pandemic landscape reveals a resurging interest in green-blue spaces and nature-focused tourism,highlighting a continued preference for cultural and natural experiences,and emphasizing the need to harmonize development with the preservation of natural and cultural heritage.This study introduces the use of social media data across pandemic phases to guide UOS management,offering insights for creating resilient,multifunctional urban spaces that address public needs and enhance community well-being.展开更多

The presence of the debris in the Earth’s orbit poses a significant risk to human activity in outer space.This debris population continues to grow due to ground launches,the loss of external parts from space ships,an...The presence of the debris in the Earth’s orbit poses a significant risk to human activity in outer space.This debris population continues to grow due to ground launches,the loss of external parts from space ships,and uncontrollable collisions between objects.A computationally feasible continuum model for the growth of the debris population and its spatial distribution is therefore critical.Here we propose a diffusion-collision model for the evolution of the debris density in the low-Earth orbit and its dependence on the ground-launch policy.We parametrize this model and test it against data from publicly available object catalogs to examine timescales for the uncontrolled growth.Finally,we consider sensible launch policies and cleanup strategies and how they reduce the future risk of collisions with active satellites or space ships.展开更多
This study introduces the Orbit Weighting Scheme(OWS),a novel approach aimed at enhancing the precision and efficiency of Vector Space information retrieval(IR)models,which have traditionally relied on weighting schem...This study introduces the Orbit Weighting Scheme(OWS),a novel approach aimed at enhancing the precision and efficiency of Vector Space information retrieval(IR)models,which have traditionally relied on weighting schemes like tf-idf and BM25.These conventional methods often struggle with accurately capturing document relevance,leading to inefficiencies in both retrieval performance and index size management.OWS proposes a dynamic weighting mechanism that evaluates the significance of terms based on their orbital position within the vector space,emphasizing term relationships and distribution patterns overlooked by existing models.Our research focuses on evaluating OWS’s impact on model accuracy using Information Retrieval metrics like Recall,Precision,InterpolatedAverage Precision(IAP),andMeanAverage Precision(MAP).Additionally,we assessOWS’s effectiveness in reducing the inverted index size,crucial for model efficiency.We compare OWS-based retrieval models against others using different schemes,including tf-idf variations and BM25Delta.Results reveal OWS’s superiority,achieving a 54%Recall and 81%MAP,and a notable 38%reduction in the inverted index size.This highlights OWS’s potential in optimizing retrieval processes and underscores the need for further research in this underrepresented area to fully leverage OWS’s capabilities in information retrieval methodologies.展开更多

First, a PCTL (Probability-Coordinate Transformation Layer) is designed to represent the mapping relationship between the probability output of the capsule network and the star point sub-pixel coordinates. Then, Coordconv Layer is introduced to implement explicit encoding of space information and the probability is used as the centroid weight to achieve the conversion between probability and star point sub-pixel coordinates, which improves the network’s ability to perceive star point positions. Finally, based on the dynamic imaging principle of star sensors and the characteristics of near-space environment, a star map dataset for algorithm training and testing is constructed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the MAE (Mean Absolute Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) of the star point positioning by 36.1% and 41.7% respectively compared with the traditional algorithm. The research results can provide important theory and technical support for the scheme design, index demonstration, test and evaluation of large dynamic star sensors in near space.展开更多

Secondly, studies on rendezvous trajectory optimization are commented from three aspects: the linear rendez- vous, the nonlinear two-body rendezvous, and the perturbed and constrained rendezvous. Thirdly, studies on relative navigation are briefly reviewed, and then close-range control methods including automated control, manual control, and telecontrol are analyzed. Fourthly, advances in rendezvous trajectory safety and robust analysis are surveyed, and their applications in trajectory optimization are discussed. The controller is capable of contro...A dynamics-based adaptive control approach is proposed for a planar dual-arm space robot in the presence of closed-loop constraints and uncertain inertial parameters of the payload. The controller is capable of controlling the po- sition and attitude of both the satellite base and the payload grasped by the manipulator end effectors. The equations of motion in reduced-order form for the constrained system are derived by incorporating the constraint equations in terms of accelerations into Kane's equations of the unconstrained system. Model analysis shows that the resulting equations perfectly meet the requirement of adaptive controller design. Consequently, by using an indirect approach, an adaptive control scheme is proposed to accomplish position/attitude trajectory tracking control with the uncertain parameters be- ing estimated on-line. The actuator redundancy due to the closed-loop constraints is utilized to minimize a weighted norm of the joint torques. Global asymptotic stability is proven by using Lyapunov's method, and simulation results are also presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多

The dynamic model of the tethered system is derived and simplified to a dimensionless form. Further, a decoupled PD controller is proposed, and the local stability of the controller is analyzed by linearization technique. Parametric studies of the dynamics and de-spin control of a massive target are conducted to characterize the dynamic process of de-spin with the proposed control law. It is shown that the massive target can be de-span by a single and small space tug with limited thrust within finite time. The thrust tangent with the tether de-spins the target while the thrust normal to the tether prevents the tether from winding up the target. The tether length has a positive contribution to the de-spin of a target. The longer tether leads to a faster de-spin process.展开更多

The flexible tether is modeled as a series of lumped masses and viscoelastic dampers so that a finite multi- degree-of-freedom nonlinear system is obtained. The stability of equilibrium positions of the nonlinear system is then analyzed via a simplified two-degree-freedom model in an orbital reference frame. In-plane motions of the tethered satellite system are studied numerically, taking the space environments into account. A large number of numerical simulations show that the flexible tethered satellite system displays nonlinear dynamic characteristics, such as bifurcations, quasi-periodic oscillations, and chaotic motions.展开更多

Combining the momentum conservation principle, the impact dynamics and effect between the space manipulator end-effector and satellite of the cap- ture process are analyzed with the momentum impulse method. Focusing on the unstable motion of space manipulator due to the above impact effect, a robust adaptive compound control algorithm is designed to suppress the above unstable motion. As a result of environmental degradation,urban green space has become a key issue for urban sustainable development.This paper takes Liaoyang City in Northeast China as an example to develop green space planning using...As a result of environmental degradation,urban green space has become a key issue for urban sustainable development.This paper takes Liaoyang City in Northeast China as an example to develop green space planning using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model,landscape ecological principles and Geographical Information System (GIS).Based on the influencing factors of topography,building density and orientation,Shou Mountain,Longding Mountain and the Taizi River were selected as the urban ventilation paths to promote wind and oxygen circulation.Oxygen concentration around the green spaces gradually decreased with wind speed increase and wind direction change.There were obvious negative correlation relationships between the oxygen dispersion concentration and urban layout factors such as the building plot ratio and building density.Comparison with the field measurements found that there was significant correlation relationship between simulated oxygen concentration and field measurements (R 2=0.6415,p<0.001),moreover,simulation precision was higher than 92%,which indicated CFD model was effective for urban oxygen concentration simulation.Only less than 10% areas in Liaoyang City proper needed more green space urgently to improve oxygen concentration,mainly concentrated in Baitai and west Wensheng districts.Based on land-scape ecology principle,green space planning at different spatial scales were proposed to create a green space network system for Liaoyang City,including features such as green wedges,green belts and parks.Totally,about 2012 ha of green space need to be constructed as oxygen sources and ventilation paths.Compared with the current green space pattern,proposed green space planning could improve oxygen concentration obviously.The CFD model and research results in this paper could provide an effective way and theory support for sustainable development of urban green space.展开更多

It is a typical pattern recognition problem and can be dealt with machine learning algorithms. Standard system call datasets were employed to train these algorithms. However, advancements in operating systems made these datasets outdated and un-relevant. Australian Defence Force Academy Linux Dataset (ADFA-LD) and Australian Defence Force Academy Windows Dataset (ADFA-WD) are new generation system calls datasets that contain labelled system call traces for modern exploits and attacks on various applications. In this paper, we evaluate performance of Modified Vector Space Representation technique on ADFA-LD and ADFA-WD datasets using various classification algorithms. Our experimental results show that our method performs well and it helps accurately distinguishing process behaviour through system calls.展开更多

文摘The presence of the debris in the Earth’s orbit poses a significant risk to human activity in outer space.This debris population continues to grow due to ground launches,the loss of external parts from space ships,and uncontrollable collisions between objects.A computationally feasible continuum model for the growth of the debris population and its spatial distribution is therefore critical.Here we propose a diffusion-collision model for the evolution of the debris density in the low-Earth orbit and its dependence on the ground-launch policy.We parametrize this model and test it against data from publicly available object catalogs to examine timescales for the uncontrolled growth.Finally,we consider sensible launch policies and cleanup strategies and how they reduce the future risk of collisions with active satellites or space ships.
文摘This study introduces the Orbit Weighting Scheme(OWS),a novel approach aimed at enhancing the precision and efficiency of Vector Space information retrieval(IR)models,which have traditionally relied on weighting schemes like tf-idf and BM25.These conventional methods often struggle with accurately capturing document relevance,leading to inefficiencies in both retrieval performance and index size management.OWS proposes a dynamic weighting mechanism that evaluates the significance of terms based on their orbital position within the vector space,emphasizing term relationships and distribution patterns overlooked by existing models.Our research focuses on evaluating OWS’s impact on model accuracy using Information Retrieval metrics like Recall,Precision,InterpolatedAverage Precision(IAP),andMeanAverage Precision(MAP).Additionally,we assessOWS’s effectiveness in reducing the inverted index size,crucial for model efficiency.We compare OWS-based retrieval models against others using different schemes,including tf-idf variations and BM25Delta.Results reveal OWS’s superiority,achieving a 54%Recall and 81%MAP,and a notable 38%reduction in the inverted index size.This highlights OWS’s potential in optimizing retrieval processes and underscores the need for further research in this underrepresented area to fully leverage OWS’s capabilities in information retrieval methodologies.
文摘In order to solve the problem that the star point positioning accuracy of the star sensor in near space is decreased due to atmospheric background stray light and rapid maneuvering of platform, this paper proposes a star point positioning algorithm based on the capsule network whose input and output are both vectors. First, a PCTL (Probability-Coordinate Transformation Layer) is designed to represent the mapping relationship between the probability output of the capsule network and the star point sub-pixel coordinates. Then, Coordconv Layer is introduced to implement explicit encoding of space information and the probability is used as the centroid weight to achieve the conversion between probability and star point sub-pixel coordinates, which improves the network’s ability to perceive star point positions. Finally, based on the dynamic imaging principle of star sensors and the characteristics of near-space environment, a star map dataset for algorithm training and testing is constructed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the MAE (Mean Absolute Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) of the star point positioning by 36.1% and 41.7% respectively compared with the traditional algorithm. The research results can provide important theory and technical support for the scheme design, index demonstration, test and evaluation of large dynamic star sensors in near space.

As applications, some equilibrium existence theorems for a system of generalized vector equilibrium problems were proved in noncompact product G-convex spaces. These theorems unify, improve and generalize some important known results in literature.

文摘Rendezvous orbital dynamics and control (RODC) is a key technology for operating space rendezvous and docking missions. This paper surveys the studies on RODC. Firstly, the basic relative dynamics equation set is introduced and its improved versions are evaluated. Secondly, studies on rendezvous trajectory optimization are commented from three aspects: the linear rendez- vous, the nonlinear two-body rendezvous, and the perturbed and constrained rendezvous. Thirdly, studies on relative navigation are briefly reviewed, and then close-range control methods including automated control, manual control, and telecontrol are analyzed. Fourthly, advances in rendezvous trajectory safety and robust analysis are surveyed, and their applications in trajectory optimization are discussed. Finally, conclusions are drawn and prospects of studies on RODC are presented.

文摘A dynamics-based adaptive control approach is proposed for a planar dual-arm space robot in the presence of closed-loop constraints and uncertain inertial parameters of the payload. The controller is capable of controlling the po- sition and attitude of both the satellite base and the payload grasped by the manipulator end effectors. The equations of motion in reduced-order form for the constrained system are derived by incorporating the constraint equations in terms of accelerations into Kane's equations of the unconstrained system. Model analysis shows that the resulting equations perfectly meet the requirement of adaptive controller design. Consequently, by using an indirect approach, an adaptive control scheme is proposed to accomplish position/attitude trajectory tracking control with the uncertain parameters be- ing estimated on-line. The actuator redundancy due to the closed-loop constraints is utilized to minimize a weighted norm of the joint torques. Global asymptotic stability is proven by using Lyapunov's method, and simulation results are also presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

文摘This paper investigates the dynamics and de-spin control of a massive target by a single tethered space tug in the post-capture phase. The dynamic model of the tethered system is derived and simplified to a dimensionless form. Further, a decoupled PD controller is proposed, and the local stability of the controller is analyzed by linearization technique. Parametric studies of the dynamics and de-spin control of a massive target are conducted to characterize the dynamic process of de-spin with the proposed control law. It is shown that the massive target can be de-span by a single and small space tug with limited thrust within finite time. The thrust tangent with the tether de-spins the target while the thrust normal to the tether prevents the tether from winding up the target. The tether length has a positive contribution to the de-spin of a target. The longer tether leads to a faster de-spin process.

文摘The paper studies the nonlinear dynamics of a flexible tethered satellite system subject to space environments, such as the J2 perturbation, the air drag force, the solar pressure, the heating effect, and the orbital eccentricity. The flexible tether is modeled as a series of lumped masses and viscoelastic dampers so that a finite multi- degree-of-freedom nonlinear system is obtained. The stability of equilibrium positions of the nonlinear system is then analyzed via a simplified two-degree-freedom model in an orbital reference frame. In-plane motions of the tethered satellite system are studied numerically, taking the space environments into account. A large number of numerical simulations show that the flexible tethered satellite system displays nonlinear dynamic characteristics, such as bifurcations, quasi-periodic oscillations, and chaotic motions.

文摘The impact dynamics, impact effect, and post-impact unstable motion sup- pression of free-floating space manipulator capturing a satellite on orbit are analyzed. Firstly, the dynamics equation of free-floating space manipulator is derived using the sec- ond Lagrangian equation. Combining the momentum conservation principle, the impact dynamics and effect between the space manipulator end-effector and satellite of the cap- ture process are analyzed with the momentum impulse method. Focusing on the unstable motion of space manipulator due to the above impact effect, a robust adaptive compound control algorithm is designed to suppress the above unstable motion. There is no need to control the free-floating base position to save the jet fuel. Finally, the simulation is proposed to show the impact effect and verify the validity of the control algorithm.

文摘As a result of environmental degradation,urban green space has become a key issue for urban sustainable development.This paper takes Liaoyang City in Northeast China as an example to develop green space planning using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model,landscape ecological principles and Geographical Information System (GIS).Based on the influencing factors of topography,building density and orientation,Shou Mountain,Longding Mountain and the Taizi River were selected as the urban ventilation paths to promote wind and oxygen circulation.Oxygen concentration around the green spaces gradually decreased with wind speed increase and wind direction change.There were obvious negative correlation relationships between the oxygen dispersion concentration and urban layout factors such as the building plot ratio and building density.Comparison with the field measurements found that there was significant correlation relationship between simulated oxygen concentration and field measurements (R 2=0.6415,p<0.001),moreover,simulation precision was higher than 92%,which indicated CFD model was effective for urban oxygen concentration simulation.Only less than 10% areas in Liaoyang City proper needed more green space urgently to improve oxygen concentration,mainly concentrated in Baitai and west Wensheng districts.Based on land-scape ecology principle,green space planning at different spatial scales were proposed to create a green space network system for Liaoyang City,including features such as green wedges,green belts and parks.Totally,about 2012 ha of green space need to be constructed as oxygen sources and ventilation paths.Compared with the current green space pattern,proposed green space planning could improve oxygen concentration obviously.The CFD model and research results in this paper could provide an effective way and theory support for sustainable development of urban green space.

文摘In this paper, the conservation laws of generalized Birkhoff system in event space are studied by using the method of integrating factors. Firstly, the generalized Pfaff-Birkhoff principle and the generalized Birkhoff equations are established, and the definition of the integrating factors for the system is given. Secondly, based on the concept of integrating factors, the conservation theorems and their inverse for the generalized Birkhoff system in the event space are presented in detail, and the relation between the conservation laws and the integrating factors of the system is obtained and the generalized Killing equations for the determination of the integrating factors are given. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.

文摘A nonlinear dynamic modeling method for primary mirror of Flower-like Deployable Space Telescope(F-DST)undergoing large deployment motion is proposed in this paper.To ensure pointing accuracy and attitude stability of the paraboloidal primary mirror,the mirror is discretized into equal thickness shell elements by considering shell curvature.And the material nonlinear constitutive relation of flexible mirror is acquired using Absolute Nodal Coordinate Formulation(ANCF).Furthermore,the primary mirror of F-DST can be regarded as a clustered multi-body system,and its dynamic equations of elastic deformation and deployment motion are established by virtual work principle.Finally,the deployment motion of primary mirror by different driving conditions are simulated,the results show that the vibrations of mirrors that driven by elastic hinge device are more than that driven by servo motor.In addition,single sub-mirror deployment process will perturb the pointing accuracy of primary mirror,and the multiple sub-mirrors simultaneously deploying will seriously affect all the sub-mirrors surface accuracy because of the coupling effect.Thus,there are theoretical value and practical significance for the controlling surface accuracy and attitude accuracy of space telescope.
文摘Predicting anomalous behaviour of a running process using system call trace is a common practice among security community and it is still an active research area. It is a typical pattern recognition problem and can be dealt with machine learning algorithms. Standard system call datasets were employed to train these algorithms. However, advancements in operating systems made these datasets outdated and un-relevant. Australian Defence Force Academy Linux Dataset (ADFA-LD) and Australian Defence Force Academy Windows Dataset (ADFA-WD) are new generation system calls datasets that contain labelled system call traces for modern exploits and attacks on various applications. In this paper, we evaluate performance of Modified Vector Space Representation technique on ADFA-LD and ADFA-WD datasets using various classification algorithms. Our experimental results show that our method performs well and it helps accurately distinguishing process behaviour through system calls.
