An effective approach for optimizing the rotor contour for variable reluctance(VR)resolver is presented.Using this approach,the procedure for optimizing the rotor is divided into two parts:the establishment of initial shape curve,and then computation for the optimization.In order to simplify the process of the former,a shape function is constructed.And the latter is carried out by Taguchi optimization method and finite element method(FEM).An example of a 3-10 VR resolver is used to present the procedure of the optimization,and the testing results confirmed the effectivity of the approach. 展开更多

目的探讨高清弥散多次激发弥散加权成像(Resolve)序列对头颅磁共振检查(MRI)图像质量的影响。方法以本院收治行头颅检查患者80例为研究对象作回顾性研究,均接受头颅MRI及弥散加权成像(DWI)检查,DWI扫描采用单次激发平面回波(SSEPI)及Res... 目的探讨高清弥散多次激发弥散加权成像(Resolve)序列对头颅磁共振检查(MRI)图像质量的影响。方法以本院收治行头颅检查患者80例为研究对象作回顾性研究,均接受头颅MRI及弥散加权成像(DWI)检查,DWI扫描采用单次激发平面回波(SSEPI)及Resolve序列,比较SS-EPI、Resolve序列的图像质量。结果相比于SS-EPI-DWI序列,Resolve序列所获图像质量主观指标中伪影、图像变形程度、病灶清晰度、病灶周围结构清晰及总体得分均更高(P<0.05);与SS-EPI-DWI序列相比,除ADC外,Resolve序列所获图像质量客观指标中SNR、RR及CR均更高(P<0.05)。结论在头颅磁共振检查中,应用高清弥散Resolve序列进行DWI检查所获图像质量较好,具有较佳临床应用价值。 展开更多

Nonlinear energy transfer is represented through eddy viscosity and stochastic forcing within the framework of resolvent analysis.Previous investigations estimate the contribution of eddy-viscosity-enhanced resolvent opera-tor to nonlinear energy transfer.The present article estimates the contribution of stochastic forcing to nonlinear energy transfer and demonstrates that the contribution of stochastic forcing cannot be ignored.These results are achieved by numerically comparing the eddy-viscosity-enhanced resolvent operator and stochastic forcing with nonlinear energy transfer in turbulent channel flows.Furthermore,the numerical results indicate that composite resolvent operators can improve the prediction of nonlinear energy transfer. 展开更多

Alkoxy radicals bearing cyclic substituents are oxidation intermediates of important hydrocarbon compounds in atmospheric chemistry and pharmacology.Spectroscopic study can provide diagnostic methods for monitoring these radicals in reactions and investigating their structure-reactivity effect.In this work,vibrationally resolved laser-induced fluorescence(LIF)spectrum of the 3-cyclohexyl-1-propoxy radical was obtained in supersonic jet condition.Low energy conformers G′_(1)T_(2)G_(3)and T_(1)T_(2)G_(3)were identified as the spectral carriers.A red shift of the spectrum compared to that of the straight chain alkoxy radical with same number of carbon atoms suggested that the cyclohexyl ring was a slightly better electron donor than the linear alkyl group.Studies also showed that theαandβC cyclohexyl substitutions significantly weakened theβC-C bonds of the radicals,and conversely,the strength of the C-C bonds on cyclohexyl ring decreased as its distance from the O radical decreased.When cyclohexyl substitution occurred atγC,the stability of the 3-cyclohexyl-1-propoxy radical became comparable to that of straight chain alkoxy radicals. 展开更多

Recent advances in spatially resolved transcriptomics(SRT)have provided new opportunities for characterizing spatial structures of various tissues.Graph-based geometric deep learning has gained widespread adoption for spatial domain identification tasks.Currently,most methods define adjacency relation between cells or spots by their spatial distance in SRT data,which overlooks key biological interactions like gene expression similarities,and leads to inaccuracies in spatial domain identification.To tackle this challenge,we propose a novel method,SpaGRA(https://github.com/sunxue-yy/SpaGRA),for automatic multi-relationship construction based on graph augmentation.SpaGRA uses spatial distance as prior knowledge and dynamically adjusts edge weights with multi-head graph attention networks(GATs).This helps SpaGRA to uncover diverse node relationships and enhance message passing in geometric contrastive learning.Additionally,SpaGRA uses these multi-view relationships to construct negative samples,addressing sampling bias posed by random selection.Experimental results show that SpaGRA presents superior domain identification performance on multiple datasets generated from different protocols.Using SpaGRA,we analyze the functional regions in the mouse hypothalamus,identify key genes related to heart development in mouse embryos,and observe cancer-associated fibroblasts enveloping cancer cells in the latest Visium HD data.Overall,SpaGRA can effectively characterize spatial structures across diverse SRT datasets. 展开更多

Silicene,a silicon analog of graphene,holds promise for next-generation electronics due to its tunable bandgap and larger spin-orbit coupling.Despite extensive efforts to synthesize and characterize silicene on metal substrates,bondresolved imaging of its atomic structure has remained elusive.Here,we report the fabrication and bond-resolved characterization of silicene on Au(111)substrate.Three silicene phases tuned by surface reconstruction and annealing temperatures are achieved.Using CO-terminated scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)tips,we resolve these silicene phases with atomic precision,determining their bond lengths,local strain,and geometric configurations.Furthermore,we correlate these structural features with their electronic properties,revealing the effect of strain and substrate interactions on the electronic properties of silicene.This work establishes silicene's intrinsic bonding topology and resolves longstanding controversies in silicene research. 展开更多

目的应用T_(2)mapping及RESOLVE-DWI定量分析腮腺肿瘤特征,探讨T_(2)值、表观弥散系数(ADC)值及二者联合鉴别诊断腮腺肿瘤的价值。方法2018年6月—2021年7月郑州大学第一附属医院诊治腮腺肿瘤患者166例,其中多形性腺瘤76例,Warthin瘤29... 目的应用T_(2)mapping及RESOLVE-DWI定量分析腮腺肿瘤特征,探讨T_(2)值、表观弥散系数(ADC)值及二者联合鉴别诊断腮腺肿瘤的价值。方法2018年6月—2021年7月郑州大学第一附属医院诊治腮腺肿瘤患者166例,其中多形性腺瘤76例,Warthin瘤29例,基底细胞腺瘤11例,恶性肿瘤50例,治疗前均行T_(2)mapping及RESOLVE-DWI检查,测量4类肿瘤T_(2)值、ADC值并进行比较;绘制ROC曲线,评估T_(2)值、ADC值及二者联合鉴别诊断腮腺肿瘤的效能,AUC比较采用DeLong检验。结果(1)2名医师测量腮腺肿瘤T_(2)值、ADC值一致性较好(ICC=0.940,95%CI:0.919~0.956,P<0.001;ICC=0.919,95%CI:0.670~0.966,P<0.001)。(2)Warthin瘤、基底细胞腺瘤、恶性肿瘤T_(2)值[(87.38±31.30)、(113.50±22.97)、(97.13±43.37)ms]及ADC值[(0.72±0.10)×10^(-3)、(1.14±0.23)×10^(-3)、(0.94±0.35)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s]均低于多形性腺瘤[(143.26±51.65)ms、(1.40±0.30)×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s](P<0.05);基底细胞腺瘤T_(2)值高于Warthin瘤(P<0.05),恶性肿瘤T_(2)值与Warthin瘤、基底细胞腺瘤比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);基底细胞腺瘤、恶性肿瘤ADC值均高于Warthin瘤(P<0.05),恶性肿瘤ADC值与基底细胞腺瘤比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)T_(2)值、ADC值及二者联合鉴别诊断腮腺多形性腺瘤与Warthin瘤的AUC分别为0.893(95%CI:0.817~0.945,P<0.001)、0.999(95%CI:0.963~1.000,P<0.001)、0.999(95%CI:0.964~1.000,P<0.001),多形性腺瘤与基底细胞腺瘤的AUC分别为0.691(95%CI:0.583~0.786,P=0.008)、0.728(95%CI:0.622~0.818,P=0.004)、0.725(95%CI:0.619~0.815,P=0.006),多形性腺瘤与恶性肿瘤的AUC分别为0.839(95%CI:0.763~0.898,P<0.001)、0.867(95%CI:0.795~0.921,P<0.001)、0.885(95%CI:0.816~0.935,P<0.001),Warthin瘤与基底细胞腺瘤的AUC分别为0.865(95%CI:0.720~0.952,P<0.001)、0.966(95%CI:0.854~0.998,P<0.001)、0.959(95%CI:0.844~0.997,P<0.001),Warthin瘤与恶性肿瘤的AUC分别为0.631(95%CI:0.515~0.737,P=0.044)、0.695(95%CI:0.581~0.794,P=0.001)、0.693(95%CI:0.579~0.792,P=0.001)。ADC值和二者联合鉴别诊断腮腺多形性腺瘤与Warthin瘤的AUC均大于T_(2)值(Z=2.336,P=0.020;Z=2.348,P=0.019),ADC值与二者联合的AUC比较差异无统计学意义(Z=0.707,P=0.480);T_(2)值、ADC值及二者联合鉴别诊断腮腺多形性腺瘤与基底细胞腺瘤、多形性腺瘤与恶性肿瘤、Warthin瘤与基底细胞腺瘤、Warthin瘤与恶性肿瘤的AUC两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论T_(2)mapping、RESOLVE-DWI可定量评估腮腺肿瘤特征,T_(2)值、ADC值及二者联合鉴别诊断腮腺肿瘤的效能基本相当,其中鉴别多形性腺瘤与Warthin瘤的效能最高。 展开更多

The photodissociation dynamics of 2-iodotoluene following excitation at 266 nm have been investigated employing femtosecond time-resolved mass spectrometry. The photofragments are detected by multiphoton ionization using an intense laser field centered at 800 nm. A dissociation time of 3804-50 fs was measured from the rising time of the co-fragments of toluene radical (C7H7) and iodine atom (I), which is attributed to the averaged time needed for the C-I bond breaking for the simultaneously excited nσ and ππ* states by 266 nm pump light. In addition, a probe light centered at 298.23 nm corresponding to resonance wavelength of ground-state iodine atom is used to selectively ionize ground-state iodine atoms generated from the dissociation of initially populated hσ* and ππ* states. And a rise time of 4004-50 fs is extracted from the fitting of time-dependent I+ transient, which is in agreement with the dissociation time obtained by multiphoton ionization with 800 nm, suggesting that the main dissociative products are ground-state iodine atoms. 展开更多

目的:探讨高清弥散Resolve序列与常规弥散序列在头颅检查中的价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月在本院行头颅磁共振成像(MRI)检查的34例患者为研究对象,均行单次激发平面回波(SS-EPI)及读出方向分段采样(Resolve)序列扫描,比较SS-EPI... 目的:探讨高清弥散Resolve序列与常规弥散序列在头颅检查中的价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月在本院行头颅磁共振成像(MRI)检查的34例患者为研究对象,均行单次激发平面回波(SS-EPI)及读出方向分段采样(Resolve)序列扫描,比较SS-EPI及Resolve序列的图像质量、信噪比(SNR)、表观弥散系数(ADC)、相对分辨率(RR)及对比分辨率(CR)。结果:Resolve DWI图像伪影、图像变形程度、病灶清晰度、周围结构清晰度及总体评价得分均高于SS-EPI,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Resolve DWI的SNR检测值低于SS-EPI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Resolve DWI的病灶区域RR及CR检测值均高于SS-EPI,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Resolve DWI 图像伪影少、图像变形率低、病灶及周围组织结构清晰、图像分辨率高,在头颅检查中应用价值更高。 展开更多
