Taking university hospit...Objective: to solve the problems of nonstandard drug management in primary medical institutions and the waste of drugs and funds caused by a large number of drugs exceeding their expiry dates. Taking university hospitals as an example, based on the previous management experience, the method of drug expiry date management is improved to achieve accurate control. Methods: with the help of Excels powerful data statistics and analysis capabilities and the functions of IF and TODAY functions, the effective combination of qualitative early warning and accurate early warning of drug expiry date was achieved. The macro recording function in Excel is used to realize the automatic sorting function of the warning information of the drug validity period. Results: after the implementation of the Excel validity period warning information management method, the quantity of drugs exceeding the validity period can be effectively reduced, the working efficiency of the management personnel is improved, and the errors in the work are reduced, and the decision-making basis can be provided for the purchase of drugs and the reasonable placement of drugs in the near term. Conclusion: with the help of Excel information management method in the period of validity management of drugs in primary medical institutions, safety accidents can be effectively reduced, medication safety of patients can be ensured, and doctor-patient relationship can be relieved.展开更多
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the“expiration manager”mini program in managing the validity of ward items.The program was used to manage frequently and infrequently used consumables...The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the“expiration manager”mini program in managing the validity of ward items.The program was used to manage frequently and infrequently used consumables by setting up an automatic reminder function.The item failure rate and the time required for nurses to conduct counts over 6 months before and after implementation were compared,as well as evaluated system availability using the System Usability scale(SUS).Results showed that after implementing the mini program,both the item failure rate and non-recognition rate significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the inspection pass rate significantly increased(P<0.05),and the monthly inventory time was reduced(P<0.05).The SUS evaluation yielded a total score of 74.38±11.73,with learnability at 80.21±20.27 and availability at 72.92±11.18,all indicating good user acceptance.In conclusion,the“expiration manager”mini program can effectively improve the efficiency of item expiration management,reduce the risk of expiration,and save inspection time,thereby demonstrating high user acceptance and promising potential for wider adoption.展开更多

Under IMF statistical framework, by using E-G two-step method in co-integration test and Granger causality test and empirically testing of the gross tax revenue and classified tax revenue in Australian, Canada, France, America, Britain these five countries, we can find that most indicators in most countries do not confirm to Wagner＇ s law. With the growth of GDP, tax revenue as a percentage of GDP rises periodically but not permanently. This period can be called the validity period of Wagner＇ s law in financial scale.展开更多
