By using factor analysis and validation analysis, extracted control factors of schedule management from data have been made in large coal mine construction companies. Some control factors have a greater influence on the schedule management which are the system factor, measures factor, economic controlling factor, behavioral factor, process factor, organization factor, thus the enterprise schedule management system should include the terms of the above factors.展开更多

Methods: A validated French version of the GHQ-12 was used and transformed to remind of the occupational context. A sample of 1014 workers completed the GHQW. Internal consis- tency was assessed by Cronbach’s α coefficient. The factorial structure was extracted with an exploratory factorial analysis (EFA). Results: The EFA run on the data yield to a one- factor structure explaining 60.5% of the total variance of the scale. The Cronbach’s alpha showed a very good internal consistency of the scale (α = 0.94). Conclusion: The findings support that the GHQW is a reliable and valid instrument for measuring work-related psychological distress in workers. This work-related version could find some applications in epide-miological research at work, in the study of psychosocial risk factors and in the occupational health physi- cian’s daily activity.展开更多

The original 52-items Scale showed a high overall internal consistency. Four of the six subscales were associated with good values of the Cronbach’s α coefficient, whereas two subscales had lower values. Hence corrected item-total correlation was calculated and 26 items that decreased the scale’s reliability were deleted. The remaining 26 items were first subjected to Principal Component Analysis that suggested a conceptually meaningful five-factor model. This result was further supported by the first-order confirmatory factor analysis, in which all the factor loadings were statistically significant. The internal consistency and the composite reliability for the reduced version of the Scale and its subscales have shown a good reliability for the measurement models. The multidimensionality of the scale was also confirmed by a second-order factor model.展开更多

The reference evapotranspiration, calculated with the internationally accepted Penman-Monteith equation proposed by FAO, was considered. The results show that the influence of radiation, which provides energy for evaporation, is the strongest factor and that the influence of global radiation alone is very strong. Taking into account that radiation was measured under rather limited conditions in space and time, global radiation was calculated using the Hargreaves method based on temperature. Accordingly, we have defined a formula based on temperature-based global radiation and verified the data obtained with the Penman-Monteith formula calculated for 14 meteorological stations. The verification gave good results, therefore the method can be used for practical purposes in the subhumid conditions of Hungary based on the data of the nearest meteorological station.展开更多
