Ease of use is one of the main criteria that customers consider when making a purchase decision.To provide a pleasant experience to the customers,offering products or services consisting of advanced features and funct...Ease of use is one of the main criteria that customers consider when making a purchase decision.To provide a pleasant experience to the customers,offering products or services consisting of advanced features and functions is no longer enough,due to the existing competition in the global market.In reality,the ease of use of any product is influenced by the conditions of the product and the familiarity of the user.This study examines the influence of the familiarity and the product conditions on the ease of use of a product.This only explains how the conditions of the product and the familiarity of the user,influence on the ease of use of a product when the usage hours of a product increases.A case study would be conducted to validate the results.The results of this study indicate that in the case where both the product conditions and the familiarity has been varied,the ease of use of the product has been increased from 0.229 to 0.380 gradually within the 10 weeks period.Through these results valuable guidance could be obtained by the manufacturers to identify how the ease of use level of a product deviates from the standard level when the usage hours of the product would increase.展开更多
The goal of this paper is to spot out factors affecting the intention to use mobile payment service plan in Vietnam.This study attempts to analyze the impact of various variables extracted from mobility,convenience,co...The goal of this paper is to spot out factors affecting the intention to use mobile payment service plan in Vietnam.This study attempts to analyze the impact of various variables extracted from mobility,convenience,compatibility,M-payment knowledge,ease to use,usefulness,risk,,trust,and safe to use on intention to use mobile payment.Quantitative questionnaire is used to measure responses of participants.The statistical analysis method employed in this study is to apply Structural Equation Modeling to test all hypotheses.The results indicate that the strong predictors of the intention to use M-payment are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.All respondents show that they do not care about risk when they have intention to use mobile payment services.Convenience of mobility,compatibility,and mobile payment knowledge have impacts on ease to use and usefulness.Among of them,compatibility has the most significant impact o11 ease to use and usefulness in the opinion of those surveyed.Specially,it proved that trust of safe to use has no significant impact on usefulness,but instead has direct impact on intension to use mobile payment services.The outcomes of this research have important connotations for the improvement and development of mobile payment services in Vietnam.Therefore,at the end of this paper,some suggestions based on research results are given for the future development of mobile payment service business in Vietnam.展开更多
With the rise of metaverse-related technologies and industries,user interface design(UID)has become increasingly important in enhancing user experience and engagement.This study focuses on the metaverse platform ZEPET...With the rise of metaverse-related technologies and industries,user interface design(UID)has become increasingly important in enhancing user experience and engagement.This study focuses on the metaverse platform ZEPETO World,using the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)as the theoretical framework to investigate the effects of UID elements on users’perceived ease of use(PEOU),perceived usefulness(PU),and behavioral intention(BI)through empirical analysis.A total of 204 valid questionnaires were collected,and multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the theoretical model.The results indicate that typography and responsiveness are the key factors significantly affecting the perceived variables,followed by color and layout.As an essential component of UID elements,aesthetics has no significant direct impact in this technical environment.Additionally,perceived ease of use has a stronger influence on user behavioral intention than perceived usefulness.This study extends the applicability of the TAM model in the metaverse virtual environment and provides both theoretical and practical guidance for the optimization of user interfaces on metaverse platforms.展开更多

Moreover, even though the cloud computing has many obstacles which need to be solved, but the enterprises always embrace the cloud. Many enterprises tend to adopt the cloud computing paradigm in order to get its leverage in successful and benefits. With the development of cloud computing technology, there is a growing orientation to move the ERP from inside boundaries of organizations into the cloud computing technologies. In addition, there were many studies that covered the cloud ERP without concentrating on acceptance the end user for this technology. Thus, this study comes to increase the understanding the attitude of the end user for cloud ERP technology. The main aim of this study is to investigate the employees’ attitude towards use of cloud ERP. The conceptual research framework of cloud ERP is prepared based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). The employees of Queen Rania Center (QRC) in Jordanian Education Ministry used the cloud ERP system which implemented according to this study. The questionnaires are distributed online to the sample.
