Methods: 180 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group. The control group received routine management. The observation group implemented safety management. The management effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the incidence rate of unsafe events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction scores of observation group were better than control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the unsafe factors in obstetrics and gynecology nursing include system, nursing staff, patients and family members, etc. The implementation of safety management can effectively prevent the occurrence of risk events, improve the quality of care and raise the level of care.展开更多

Methods: in the process of the study, mainly from June 2020 to August 2021 this period to obstetrics and gynecology patients 148 cases, in the 148 patients in the process of nursing study, mainly use two different care of nursing unsafe factors, and combined with two care methods show their advantages, choose reasonable nursing mode for patients. Before the nursing study of the 148 patients selected, the cause of the patients was first identified to ensure that the patients were in line with the content of the nursing study. We should also make certain contact with the patients or their families to ensure that the patients and their families know the purpose of the study. As the medical staff involved in the study, in the process of studying the nursing methods of patients, they summarized the unsafe factors to some extent, analyzed them, and put forward targeted solutions. Results: through the use of routine nursing methods and personalized nursing, we found that these two methods will have a certain effect on patients in obstetrics and gynecology, but relatively speaking, the use of personalized nursing methods can avoid the adverse factors existing in the nursing process to the greatest extent.
