Clinical Application of Patient Participation Health Model in the Health Management of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Methods: A total of 124 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital... Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of the patient participation health model in the health management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 124 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly assigned to either the control group (64 patients) or the intervention group (60 patients). Patients in the control group received routine health management, while those in the intervention group were managed using a patient-participation health model with progressive, stage-based interventions. Outcomes were assessed based on blood glucose control, disease awareness, and self-management behaviors. Adverse reactions during health management were closely monitored in both groups. Results: Patients in the intervention group showed significantly better outcomes in blood glucose control, disease awareness, and self-management behaviors compared to the control group. Conclusion: The patient participation health model demonstrated significant clinical value, effectively enhancing self-management abilities, improving glycemic control, and increasing disease awareness. This model is recommended for widespread adoption in the health management of type 2 diabetes to achieve better therapeutic outcomes and improve patient quality of life. 展开更多

Plant bacterial diseases have infiicted substantial economic losses in global crop,fruit,and vegetable production.The conventional methods for managing these diseases typically rely on the application of antibiotics.However,these antibiotics often target the growth factors of the pathogenic bacteria,leading to the accumulation and emergence of drug-resistant strains,which exacerbates antibiotic resistance.Innovative methods are urgently needed to treat and prevent the toxicity caused by these pathogenic bacteria.Targeting virulence mechanisms in pathogens is a globally recognized and effective strategy for mitigating bacterial resistance.TypeⅢsecretion system(T3SS)serves as a crucial virulence determinant in Gram-negative pathogens,and its non-essentials for pathogen growth renders it an ideal target.Targeting the T3SS holds significant potential to alleviate selective pressure for resistance mutations in pathogens.Therefore,targeting T3SS in pathogenic bacteria,while preserving their growth,has emerged as a novel avenue for the development of antimicrobial drugs.In recent years,a multitude of small molecular inhibitors targeting T3SS have been identified.This article offers a comprehensive review of T3SS inhibitors in plant pathogens,while also presenting the latest research advancements in this research direction. 展开更多

Role of landscape plants in mine greening has been gradually acknowledged and its application has been attached more and more importance. Through investigating and analyzing environmental conditions, soil, water quality, weather of mines in Chengde, as well as studying growth habits and rate, acid and alkali resistance, anti-pollution property of landscape plants, specific application of landscape plants in creating green mines are investigated in this study, and relevant statistics are sorted out to summarize functions of landscape plants in the greening of mines as well as selection and application of different plants in different parts of mines, which well demonstrates the progresses achieved by Chengde City in its construction of green mines. Scientific selection and application of landscape plants are emphasized to fully develop their functions and improve the utilization efficiency, the significance of applying landscape plants in the construction of green mines in Chengde is pointed out, and several suggestions are proposed in view of existing problems in the present construction, which will provide scientific support for the selection and application of landscape plants in urban areas, industrial areas, mines or other industrial cities with similar environmental conditions. 展开更多

In order to improve the efficiency of regression testing in web application,the control flow graph and the greedy algorithm are adopted.This paper considers a web page as a basic unit and introduces a test case selection method for web application regression testing based on the control flow graph.This method is safe enough to the test case selection.On the base of features of request sequence in web application,the minimization technique and the priority of test cases are taken into consideration in the process of execution of test cases in regression testing for web application.The improved greedy algorithm is also raised resulting in optimization of execution of test cases.The experiments indicate that the number of test cases which need to be retested is reduced,and the efficiency of execution of test cases is also improved. 展开更多

The grain protein content(GPC)is the key parameter for wheat grain nutritional quality.This study conducted a resampling GWAS analysis using 406 wheat accessions across eight environments,and identified four previously reported GPC QTLs.An analysis of 87 landraces and 259 modern cultivars revealed the loss of superior GPC haplotypes,especially in Chinese cultivars.These haplotypes were preferentially adopted in different agroecological zones and had broad effects on wheat yield and agronomic traits.Most GPC QTLs did not significantly reduce yield,suggesting that high GPC can be achieved without a yield penalty.The results of this study provide a reference for future GPC breeding in wheat using the four identified QTLs. 展开更多

A theoretical method for selecting strip rolling mill type that considered shape control ability was established using the figure alteration range that was worked by the alteration track of vector expressing strip's cross section (crown) to express the shape control ability of rolling mill. With the mathematical models and simulation software that were developed by the authors' own models, four types of mills were aimed, including HCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC (high crown) -mill), HCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill), UCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender) and UCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender), and the shape and crown control ability of every mill type was analyzed and compared. An appropriate arrangement mode of tandem mill was brought forward. The results show that UCMW mill is a perfect choice for controlling shape and crown, and the area of control characteristics curve of UCMW (or UCM) is twice than that of HCM, but UCM mill is also a good choice for its simple frame. In other word, the shape and crown controlling ability of UCMW mill is better than that of UCM mill, but the frame of UCM mill is simpler than that of UCMW mill. As for the final type of mill, should be synthetically decided by thinking over fund and equipment technology. 展开更多

By the method mentioned above, the confidence interval and the sampling errors of the relevant mean value differences of Daqing Oilfield S block’s 150 wells, according to the mean value differences of the liquid producing capacity per day, the oil production per day, the submergence depth of the 10 sampling test wells, in which before and after a new type of gas anchor were laid down, were calculated. The calculation results show that a new type of gas anchor has a better effect of increasing oil production of oil well and enhancing pump efficiency. Through the real value differences analysis of the liquid producing capacity per day, the oil production per day, the submergence depth of 150 wells mentioned above, in which before and after a new type of gas anchor were laid down, it was verified. By using the confidence interval and the sampling errors of the liquid producing capacity per day, the oil production per day, the submergence depth mentioned above, in which before and after a new type of gas anchor were laid down, the application effects of a new type of gas anchor could be evaluated. And a mathematical statistics method of evaluation application effects of a new type of gas anchor is presented. 展开更多

Based on the characteristics of large flow rate , low head , short annual operation time , and high reliability of the city flood-control pumping stations , a new-type shaft tubular pumping system featuring a shaft suction box and a siphon-type discharge passage with a vacuum breaker as the cutoff device was developed , which possesses such advantages as simple structure , reliable cutoff , and high energy performance.Taking some pumping stations as the case studies , in the light of the specified operation conditions , the hydraulic optimal design of the shaft-type tubular pumping system was determined and the optimized shape of the system was recommended.The performance prediction based on the computational fluid dynamics methodology was determined and the model test verification was conducted.The results show that the predicted data agree with the experimental head and efficiency so that both methods can be used to determine the performance of a real pumping station.Finally , the in-situ measurements of a pumping station during the commissioning period further verified that the shaft-type tubular pumping station with a siphon discharge passage is of higher efficiency , more reliable and stable. 展开更多

Association between glucose levels of children with type 1 diabetes and parental economic status in mobile health application

BACKGROUND The glycemic control of children with type 1 diabetes(T1D)may be influenced by the economic status of their parents.AIM To investigate the association between parental economic status and blood glucose levels of children with T1D using a mobile health application.METHODS Data from children with T1D in China's largest T1D online community,Tang-TangQuan■.Blood glucose levels were uploaded every three months and parental economic status was evaluated based on annual household income.Children were divided into three groups:Low-income(<30000 Yuan),middle-income(30000-100000 Yuan),and high-income(>100000 yuan)(1 Yuan=0.145 United States Dollar approximately).Blood glucose levels were compared among the groups and associations were explored using Spearman’s correlation analysis and multivariable logistic regression.RESULTS From September 2015 to August 2022,1406 eligible children with T1D were included(779 female,55.4%).Median age was 8.1 years(Q1-Q3:4.6-11.6)and duration of T1D was 0.06 years(0.02-0.44).Participants were divided into three groups:Low-income(n=320),middle-income(n=724),and high-income(n=362).Baseline hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)levels were comparable among the three groups(P=0.072).However,at month 36,the low-income group had the highest HbA1c levels(P=0.036).Within three years after registration,glucose levels increased significantly in the low-income group but not in the middle-income and high-income groups.Parental economic status was negatively correlated with pre-dinner glucose(r=-0.272,P=0.012).After adjustment for confounders,parental economic status remained a significant factor related to pre-dinner glucose levels(odds ratio=13.02,95%CI:1.99 to 126.05,P=0.002).CONCLUSION The blood glucose levels of children with T1D were negatively associated with parental economic status.It is suggested that parental economic status should be taken into consideration in the management of T1D for children. 展开更多

GST-π was purified from human placenta and its antiserum was raised in rabbits. The antibody IgC was purified and degraded into Fab' fragment which was conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) using N-succinimidyl-4-(N-maleimido-methyl) cyclo-hexane-1-carboxylate (SMCC) as crosslinking reagent to produce Fab'-HRP conjugate. A sandwich ELISA was established for the microquantitative determination of GST-π. The sensitivity was 11 pg/tube, which was far more sensitive than the radioimmunoassay so far reported. Using this method, the serum GST-π of 41 cases normal adult was found to be 1.06±0.94 ng/ml. The upper limit of the normal value was 2.6 ng/ml. In 30 cases of primary hepatocarcinoma, the level of serum GST-π was 24.4± 17.4 ng/ml, which was 23 times higher than the normal average value (P<0.01). The positive rate was 90%. In contrast, serum GST-π in 25 cases of chronic hepatitis was determined to be 1.74±1.16 ng/ml, which was not significantly different from the normal value (P>0.05). In many IIoT architectures,various devices connect to the edge cloud via gateway systems.For data processing,numerous data are delivered to the edge cloud.Delivering data to an appropriate edge cloud is critical to improve IIoT service efficiency.There are two types of costs for this kind of IoT network:a communication cost and a computing cost.For service efficiency,the communication cost of data transmission should be minimized,and the computing cost in the edge cloud should be also minimized.Therefore,in this paper,the communication cost for data transmission is defined as the delay factor,and the computing cost in the edge cloud is defined as the waiting time of the computing intensity.The proposed method selects an edge cloud that minimizes the total cost of the communication and computing costs.That is,a device chooses a routing path to the selected edge cloud based on the costs.The proposed method controls the data flows in a mesh-structured network and appropriately distributes the data processing load.The performance of the proposed method is validated through extensive computer simulation.When the transition probability from good to bad is 0.3 and the transition probability from bad to good is 0.7 in wireless and edge cloud states,the proposed method reduced both the average delay and the service pause counts to about 25%of the existing method. 展开更多

The power and arrangement of the burners are analyzed. Their impacts on slagging on heating surfaces and the carbon contents in the ash and cinders are also discussed. Thermal parameters of furnace are recommended for boilers of 600 MW and 1 000 MW firing slagging coal in the design.
