This paper presents nonlinear bearing forces of a roller bearing under four-dimensional loads and establishes 4-DOF dynamics equations of a rotor roller bearing system. The methods of Newmark-β and of Newton-Laphson are used to solve the nonlinear equations. The dynamics behaviors of a rigid rotor system are studied through the bifurcation, the Poincar è maps, the spectrum diagrams and the axis orbit of responses of the system. The results show that the system is liable to undergo instability caused by the quasi-periodic bifurcation, the periodic-doubling bifurcation and chaos routes as the rotational speed increases. Clearances, outer race waviness, inner race waviness, roller waviness, damping, radial forces and unbalanced forces-all these bring a significant influence to bear on the system stability. As the clearance increases, the dynamics behaviors become complicated with the number and the scale of instable regions becoming larger. The vibration frequencies induced by the roller bearing waviness and the orders of the waviness might cause severe vibrations. The system is able to eliminate non-periodic vibration by reasonable choice and optimization of the parameters.展开更多

The method is called dynamic surface control. Traditional backstepping algorithms require repeated differentiations of the modelled nonlinearities. The addition of n first order low pass filters allows the algorithm to be implemented without differentiating any model nonlinearities, thus ending the complexity arising due to the 'explosion of terms' that makes other methods difficult to implement in practice. The combined robust adaptive backstepping/first order filter system is proved to be semiglobally asymptotically stable for sufficiently fast filters by a singular perturbation approach. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the controller designed by the method.展开更多

By extending the Lotka_Volterra model from the viewpoint of biomechanics, it developed new models of two_dimensional nonlinear autonomous and nonautonomous dynamic systems, with its equilibrium point's stability and the existence and stability of its periodical solutions analyzed, and did numerical simulation experiments on its dynamics course. The results show that efficiency of interaction between two populations, time_varying effort, and change direction of action coefficient and reaction coefficient have important influences on the stability of dynamic system, that too large or too small interspecific interaction efficiency and contrary change direction of action coefficient and reaction coefficient may result in the nonstability of the system, and thus it is difficult for two populations to coexist, and that time_varying active force contributes to system stability.展开更多

We analyze the dynamic behavior of the rotor system with the coupled effects of the nonlinear oil film force, the nonlinear seal force, and the mass eccentricity of the disk. The equations of the motion are solved effectively using the fourth order Runge-Kutta method in MATLAB. A novel adaptive fuzzy dynamic surface model is built to approximate the uncertain nonlinear functions by only one fuzzy logic system. The approximation capability of this model is proved and the model is implemented to solve the problem that too many approximators are used in the controller design of uncertain nonlinear systems. A new adaptive neural network (NN) dynamic surface controller (DSC) is developed. Some assumptions on uncertain time delays, which were required to be satisfied in previous works, are removed by introducing a novel indirect neural network algorithm into dynamic surface control framework. Also, the designed controller is independent of the time delays. Moreover, the dynamic compensation terms are introduced to facilitate the controller design. It is shown that the closed-loop tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of zero. Finally, a chaotic circuit system is initially bench tested to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

By doing so, a profile of nonlinear oil film force of single-pad journal bearings is established. According to the structure of combination journal bearings, nonlinear oil film force of combination journal bearing is obtained by retrieval, interpolation and assembly techniques. 文摘The flutter characteristics of an actuator-fin system are investigated with structural nonlinearity and dynamic stiffness of the electric motor. The component mode substitution method is used to establish the nonlinear governing equations in time domain and frequency domain based on the fundamental dynamic equations of the electric motor and decelerator. The existing describing function method and a proposed iterative method are used to obtain the flutter characteristics containing preload freeplay nonlinearity when the control command is zero.A comparison between the results of frequency domain and those of time domain is studied.Simulations are carried out when the control command is not zero and further analysis is conducted when the freeplay angle is changed. The results show that structural nonlinearity and dynamic stiffness have a significant influence on the flutter characteristics.Limit cycle oscillations(LCOs)are observed within linear flutter boundary. The response of the actuator-fin system is related to the initial disturbance. In the nonlinear condition, the amplitude of the control command has an influence on the flutter characteristics.

文摘The robust global stabilization problem of a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with input unmodeled dynamics is considered using output feedback, where the uncertain nonlinear terms satisfy a far more relaxed condition than the existing triangulartype condition. Under the assumption that the input unmodeled dynamics is minimum-phase and of relative degree zero, a dynamic output compensator is explicitly constructed based on the nonseparation principle. An example illustrates the usefulness of the proposed method.

文摘This paper presents a solution to tracking control problem for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown parameters ana uncertain time-varying delays. Finally, a chaotic circuit system is initially bench tested to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘A new robust control method of a nonlinear flight dynamic system with aerodynamic coefficients and external disturbance has been proposed. The proposed control system is a combination of the dynamic surface control(DSC)and the nonlinear disturbance observer(NDO).DSC technique provides the ability to overcome the″explosion of complexity″problem in backstepping control.NDO is adopted to observe the uncertainties in nonlinear flight dynamic system. It has been proved that the proposed design method can guarantee uniformly ultimately boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop system by Lyapunov stability theorem. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed controller provides better performance than the traditional nonlinear controller.

文摘Based on the Reynolds equation with Reynolds boundary conditions, the Castelli method was employed to solve the Reynolds equation for oil lubrication upon bearings. By doing so, a profile of nonlinear oil film force of single-pad journal bearings is established. According to the structure of combination journal bearings, nonlinear oil film force of combination journal bearing is obtained by retrieval, interpolation and assembly techniques. As for symmetrical flexible Jeffcott rotor systems supported by combination journal bearings, the nonlinear motions of the center of the rotor are calculated by the self-adaptive Runge-Kutta method and Poincar6 mapping with different rotational speeds. The numerical results show that the system performance is slightly better when the pivot ratio changes from 0.5 to 0.6, and reveals nonlinear phenomena of periodic, period-doubing, quasi-periodic motion, etc.

文摘In this paper, an adaptive dynamic control scheme based on a fuzzy neural network is presented, that presents utilizes both feed-forward and feedback controller elements. The former of the two elements comprises a neural network with both identification and control role, and the latter is a fuzzy neural algorithm, which is introduced to provide additional control enhancement. The feedforward controller provides only coarse control, whereas the feedback controller can generate on-line conditional proposition rule automatically to improve the overall control action. These properties make the design very versatile and applicable to a range of industrial applications.
