Arrhenius relationship and two-step scheme in AF hyperdynamics simulation of diffusion of Mg/Zn interface 被引量:1

The accelerating factor (AF) method is a simple and appropriate way to investigate the atomic long-time deep diffusion at solid-solid interface. In the framework of AF hyperdynamics (HD) simulation, the relationship between the diffusion coefficient along the direction of z-axis which is normal to the Mg/Zn interface and temperature was investigated, and the AF's impact on the diffusion constant (D0) and activation energy (Q^*) was studied. Then, two steps were taken to simulate the atomic diffusion process and the formation of new phases: one for acceleration and the other for equilibration. The results show that: the Arrhenius equation works well for the description of Dz with different accelerating factors; the AF has no effect on the diffusion constant Do in the case of no phase transition; and the relationship between Q* and Q conforms to Q^*=Q/A. Then, the new Arrhenius equation for AFHD is successfully constructed as Dz=Doexp[-Q/(ART)]. Meanwhile, the authentic equilibrium conformations at any dynamic moment can only be reproduced by the equilibration simulation of the HD-simulated configurations. Two-step-processed(TSP)inverted p-i-n perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have demonstrated significant promise in tandem applications.However,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of TSP p-i-n PSCs rarely exceeds 24%.Here,we demonstrate that TSP perovskite films exhibit a vertically gradient distribution of residual PbI_(2)clusters,which form Schottky heterojunctions with the perovskite,leading to substantial interfacial energy-level mismatches within NiO_(x)-based TSP p-i-n PSCs.These limitations were effectively addressed via a vertical interfacial engineering enabled by dual-interface modification incorporating tin trifluoromethanesulfonate(Sn(OTF)_(2))and 4-Fluorophenylethylamine chloride(F-PEA)at the NiO_(x)/perovskite and perovskite/C60 interfaces,respectively.The functional Sn(OTF)_(2)not only enhances the conductivity of NiO_(x)films but also suppresses ion migration,while inducing the formation of a Pb-Sn mixed perovskite interlayer that precisely regulates the energy level at the NiO_(x)/perovskite interface.Complementally,F-PEA post-treatment effectively converts surface residual PbI_(2)clusters into a 2D perovskite capping layer,which simultaneously passivates surface defects and enhances energy-level alignment at the perovskite/C60 interface.Consequently,the optimized NiO_(x)-based TSP p-i-n PSCs achieve a notable PCE of 25.6%with superior operational stability.This study elucidates the underlying mechanisms limiting the efficiency of TSP p-i-n PSCs,while establishing design principles for these devices targeting 26%efficiency. 展开更多

Ponzi Scheme Detection for Smart Contracts Based on Oversampling

As blockchain technology rapidly evolves,smart contracts have seen widespread adoption in financial transactions and beyond.However,the growing prevalence of malicious Ponzi scheme contracts presents serious security threats to blockchain ecosystems.Although numerous detection techniques have been proposed,existing methods suffer from significant limitations,such as class imbalance and insufficient modeling of transaction-related semantic features.To address these challenges,this paper proposes an oversampling-based detection framework for Ponzi smart contracts.We enhance the Adaptive Synthetic Sampling(ADASYN)algorithm by incorporating sample proximity to decision boundaries and ensuring realistic sample distributions.This enhancement facilitates the generation of high-quality minority class samples and effectively mitigates class imbalance.In addition,we design a Contract Transaction Graph(CTG)construction algorithm to preserve key transactional semantics through feature extraction from contract code.A graph neural network(GNN)is then applied for classification.This study employs a publicly available dataset from the XBlock platform,consisting of 318 verified Ponzi contracts and 6498 benign contracts.Sourced from real Ethereum deployments,the dataset reflects diverse application scenarios and captures the varied characteristics of Ponzi schemes.Experimental results demonstrate that our approach achieves an accuracy of 96%,a recall of 92%,and an F1-score of 94%in detecting Ponzi contracts,outperforming state-of-the-art methods. 展开更多

Powder-Fueled Water Ramjet Engine(PFWRE)is the most promising powerplant in underwater high-speed propulsion.However,the effect of powder injection mode on its performance and the mechanism of this effect are not well understood.In this paper,a computational framework for multiphase combustion flow is developed and validated.Further,the effects of different injection schemes on flow combustion characteristics and engine performance are evaluated via simulation.Our findings indicate that the dominant recirculation zone in front of the primary water inlet delivers water vapor to the combustor head,providing the necessary oxidant for the ignition and combustion of Al particles.Changing the injection parameters directly affects the flame zone distribution and the ability of the recirculation zone to deliver water vapor,leading to variations in particle ignition delay.The engine combustion efficiency and specific impulse efficiency exhibit a negative correlation with injection height,peaking before declining with increased injection angle.It is shown that particle mixing degree and particle dispersion degree are closely related to engine performance.Enhanced particle mixing in front of the primary water inlet and particle dispersion behind the secondary water inlet are considered favorable approaches to improve engine performance,which promotes the particle combustion process and improves the heat-work conversion efficiency. 展开更多

Improvement of Low-cloud Simulations with a Revised Cloud Microphysics Scheme in an Atmospheric General Circulation Model

Clouds play an important role in global atmospheric energy and water vapor budgets, and the low cloud simulations suffer from large biases in many atmospheric general circulation models. In this study, cloud microphysical processes such as raindrop evaporation and cloud water accretion in a double-moment six-class cloud microphysics scheme were revised to enhance the simulation of low clouds using the Global-Regional Integrated Forecast System(GRIST)model. The validation of the revised scheme using a single-column version of the GRIST demonstrated a reasonable reduction in liquid water biases. The revised parameterization simulated medium-and low-level cloud fractions that were in better agreement with the observations than the original scheme. Long-term global simulations indicate the mitigation of the originally overestimated low-level cloud fraction and cloud-water mixing ratio in mid-to high-latitude regions,primarily owing to enhanced accretion processes and weakened raindrop evaporation. The reduced low clouds with the revised scheme showed better consistency with satellite observations, particularly at mid-and high-latitudes. Further improvements can be observed in the simulated cloud shortwave radiative forcing and vertical distribution of total cloud cover. Annual precipitation in mid-latitude regions has also improved, particularly over the oceans, with significantly increased large-scale and decreased convective precipitation. 展开更多

In this paper,we present a finite volume trigonometric weighted essentially non-oscillatory(TWENO)scheme to solve nonlinear degenerate parabolic equations that may exhibit non-smooth solutions.The present method is developed using the trigonometric scheme,which is based on zero,first,and second moments,and the direct discontinuous Galerkin(DDG)flux is used to discretize the diffusion term.Moreover,the DDG method directly applies the weak form of the parabolic equation to each computational cell,which can better capture the characteristics of the solution,especially the discontinuous solution.Meanwhile,the third-order TVD-Runge-Kutta method is applied for temporal discretization.Finally,the effectiveness and stability of the method constructed in this paper are evaluated through numerical tests. 展开更多

The proposed scheme is much less time consuming than present shape-preserving or non-oscillatory advection transport schemes and produces results which are comparable to the results obtained from the present more complicated schemes. In this paper, a new numerical scheme of Total Variation Diminishing (TVD) MacCormack type for MagnetoHydroDynamic (MHD) equations is proposed by taking into account of the characteristics such as convergence, stability, resolution. This new scheme is established by solving the MHD equations with a TVD modified MacCormack scheme for the purpose of developing a scheme of quick convergence as well as of TVD property. To show the validation, simplicity and practicability of the scheme for modelling MHD problems, a self-similar Cauchy problem with the discontinuous initial data consisting of constant states, and the collision of two fast MHD shocks, and two-dimensional Orszag and Tang's MHD vortex problem are discussed with the numerical results conforming to the existing results obtained by the Roe type TVD, the high-order Godunov scheme,and Weighted Essentially Non-Oscillatory (WENO) scheme. The numerical tests show that this two-step TVD MacCormack numerical scheme for MHD system is of robust operation in the presence of very strong waves, thin shock fronts, thin contact and slip surface discontinuities. 展开更多

An Eulerian flux-form advection scheme, called the Two-step Shape-Preserving Advection Scheme (TSPAS), was generalized and implemented on a spherical icosahedral hexagonal grid (also referred to as a geodesic grid) to solve the transport equation. The C grid discretization was used for the spatial discretization. To implement TSPAS on an unstructured grid, the original finite-difference scheme was further generalized. The two-step integration utilizes a combination of two separate schemes (a low-order monotone scheme and a high-order scheme that typically cannot ensure monotonicity) to calculate the fluxes at the cell walls (one scheme corresponds to one cell wall). The choice between these two schemes for each edge depends on a pre-updated scalar value using slightly increased fluxes. After the determination of an appropriate scheme, the final integration at a target cell is achieved by summing the fluxes that are computed by the different schemes. The conservative and shape-preserving properties of the generalized scheme are demonstrated. Numerical experiments are conducted at several horizontal resolutions. TSPAS is compared with the Flux Corrected Transport (FCT) approach to demonstrate the differences between the two methods, and several transport tests are performed to examine the accuracy, efficiency and robustness of the two schemes. 展开更多

Tin(Sn)-lead(Pb)mixed halide perovskites have attracted widespread interest due to their wider re-sponse wavelength and lower toxicity than lead halide perovskites,Among the preparation methods,the two-step method more easily controls the crystallization rate and is suitable for preparing large-area per-ovskite devices.However,the residual low-conductivity iodide layer in the two-step method can affect carrier transport and device stability,and the different crystallization rates of Sn-and Pb-based per-ovskites may result in poor film quality.Therefore,Sn-Pb mixed perovskites are mainly prepared by a one-step method.Herein,a MAPb_(0.5)Sn_(0.5)I_(3)-based self-powered photodetector without a hole transport layer is fabricated by a two-step method.By adjusting the concentration of the ascorbic acid(AA)addi-tive,the final perovskite film exhibited a pure phase without residues,and the optimal device exhibited a high responsivity(0.276 A W^(-1)),large specific detectivity(2.38×10^(12) Jones),and enhanced stability.This enhancement is mainly attributed to the inhibition of Sn2+oxidation,the control of crystal growth,and the sufficient reaction between organic ammonium salts and bottom halides due to the AA-induced pore structure. 展开更多

A custom micro-arc oxidation(MAO)apparatus is employed to produce coatings under optimized constant voltage–current two-step power supply mode.Various analytical techniques,including scanning electron microscopy,confocal laser microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and electrochemical analysis,are employed to characterize MAO coatings at different stages of preparation.MAO has MgO,hydroxyapatite,Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2),and Mg2SiO4 phases.Its microstructure of the coating is characterized by"multiple breakdowns,pores within pores",and"repaired blind pores".The porosity and the uniformity of MAO coating first declines in the constant voltage mode,then augments while the discharge phenomenon takes place,and finally decreases in the repair stage.These analyses reveal a four-stage growth pattern for MAO coatings:anodic oxidation stage,micro-arc oxidation stage,breakdown stage,and repairing stage.During anodic oxidation and MAO stages,inward growth prevails,while the breakdown stage sees outward and accelerated growth.Simultaneous inward and outward growth in the repair stage results in a denser,more uniform coating with increased thickness and improved corrosion resistance. 展开更多

Three-dimensional stability of two-step slope with crack considering temperature effect on unsaturated soil 被引量:1

In existing studies, most slope stability analyses concentrate on conditions with constant temperature, assuming the slope is intact, and employ the Mohr-Coulomb (M-C) failure criterion for saturated soil to characterize the strength of the backfill. However, the actual working temperature of slopes varies, and natural phenomena such as rainfall and groundwater infiltration commonly result in unsaturated soil conditions, with cracks typically present in cohesive slopes. This study introduces a novel approach for assessing the stability of unsaturated soil stepped slopes under varying temperatures, incorporating the effects of open and vertical cracks. Utilizing the kinematic approach and gravity increase method, we developed a three-dimensional (3D) rotational wedge failure mechanism to simulate slope collapse, enhancing the traditional two-dimensional analyses. We integrated temperature-dependent functions and nonlinear shear strength equations to evaluate the impact of temperature on four typical unsaturated soil types. A particle swarm optimization algorithm was employed to calculate the safety factor, ensuring our method’s accuracy by comparing it with existing studies. The results indicate that considering 3D effects yields a higher safety factor, while cracks reduce slope stability. Each unsaturated soil exhibits a distinctive temperature response curve, highlighting the importance of understanding soil types in the design phase. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery are at high risk for hypothermia-related complications.This study explores the efficacy of periop-erative composite insulation interventions in maintaining normothermia and reducing postoperative risks in this vulnerable group.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of perioperative composite insulation in older patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery.METHODS We selected 100 older patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer at Huzhou Central Hospital from September 2023 to April 2024.Using a random number table,patients were divided into a control group and inter-vention group of 50 patients each.After returning to the regular ward,the con-ventional group received traditional insulation intervention measures,while the intervention group received composite insulation nursing intervention.We ob-served and recorded postoperative blood pressure and heart rate changes,as well as postoperative anesthesia recovery time and incidence of complications.RESULTS The statistical results showed significant differences(P<0.05)in heart rate changes and systolic blood pressure between the two groups.There was a sig-nificant change in heart rate between the groups immediately after surgery and at 15 and 30 minutes after surgery(P<0.05).The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 15 and 30 minutes after surgery(P<0.05).The rewarming time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,and the overall incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery,a composite insulation intervention during the perioperative period can maintain body temperature,reduce postoperative stress,and significantly reduce the incidence of hypothermia and related complications. 展开更多

High-performance graphite materials have important roles in aerospace and nuclear reactor technologies because of their outstanding chemical stability and high-temperature performance.Their traditional production method relies on repeated impregnation-carbonization and graphitization,and is plagued by lengthy preparation cycles and high energy consumption.Phase transition-assisted self-pressurized selfsintering technology can rapidly produce high-strength graphite materials,but the fracture strain of the graphite materials produced is poor.To solve this problem,this study used a two-step sintering method to uniformly introduce micro-nano pores into natural graphite-based bulk graphite,achieving improved fracture strain of the samples without reducing their density and mechanical properties.Using natural graphite powder,micron-diamond,and nano-diamond as raw materials,and by precisely controlling the staged pressure release process,the degree of diamond phase transition expansion was effectively regulated.The strain-to-failure of the graphite samples reached 1.2%,a 35%increase compared to samples produced by fullpressure sintering.Meanwhile,their flexural strength exceeded 110 MPa,and their density was over 1.9 g/cm^(3).The process therefore produced both a high strength and a high fracture strain.The interface evolution and toughening mechanism during the two-step sintering process were investigated.It is believed that the micro-nano pores formed have two roles:as stress concentrators they induce yielding by shear and as multi-crack propagation paths they significantly lengthen the crack propagation path.The two-step sintering phase transition strategy introduces pores and provides a new approach for increasing the fracture strain of brittle materials. 展开更多

Here, we demonstrate a mobile light communication system using a time-division multiplexing(TDM) scheme to achieve bidirectional data transmission via the same optical channel.Two identical blue MQW diodes are defined by software as a transmitter or a receiver. To address the light alignment issue, an image identification module integrated with a gimbal stabilizer is used to automatically detect the locations of moving targets;thus, underwater audio communication is realized via a mobile blue-light TDM communication mode. This approach not only uses a single link but also integrates mobile nodes in a practical network. 展开更多

ADER-WAF Schemes for the Homogeneous One-Dimensional Shallow Water Equations

Toro and V.A. Titarev. The linear stability criterion for the model equation for the ADER-WAF schemes is CCFL≤1, where CCFLdenotes the Courant-Friedrichs-Lewy (CFL) coefficient. Toro and Titarev employed CCFL=0.95for their experiments. Nonetheless, we noted that the experiments conducted in this study with CCFL=0.95produced solutions exhibiting spurious oscillations, particularly in the high-order ADER-WAF schemes. The homogeneous one-dimensional (1D) non-linear Shallow Water Equations (SWEs) are the subject of these experiments, specifically the solution of the Riemann Problem (RP) associated with the SWEs. The investigation was conducted on four test problems to evaluate the ADER-WAF schemes of second, third, fourth, and fifth order of accuracy. Each test problem constitutes a RP characterized by different wave patterns in its solution. This research has two primary objectives. We begin by illustrating the procedure for implementing the ADER-WAF schemes for the SWEs, providing the required relations. Afterward, following comprehensive testing, we present the range for the CFL coefficient for each test that yields solutions with diminished or eliminated spurious oscillations. 展开更多

In this paper,we develop a fourth-order conservative wavelet-based shock-capturing scheme.The scheme is constructed by combining a wavelet collocation upwind method with the monotonic tangent of hyperbola for interface capturing(THINC)technique.We employ boundary variation diminishing(BVD)reconstruction to enhance the scheme’s effectiveness in handling shocks.First,we prove that wavelet collocation upwind schemes based on interpolating wavelets can be reformulated into a conservative form within the framework of wavelet theory,forming the foundation of the proposed scheme.The new fourthorder accurate scheme possesses significantly better spectral resolution than the fifth-and even seventh-order WENO-Z(weighted essentially non-oscillatory)schemes over the entire wave-number range.Moreover,the inherent low-pass filtering property of the wavelet bases allows them to filter high-frequency numerical oscillations,endowing the wavelet upwind scheme with robustness and accuracy in solving problems under extreme conditions.Notably,due to the wavelet multiresolution approximation,the proposed scheme possesses a distinctive shape-preserving property absent in the WENO-Z schemes and the fifth-order schemes with BVD reconstruction based on polynomials.Furthermore,compared to the fifth-order scheme with BVD reconstruction based on polynomials—which is significantly superior to the WENO schemes—the proposed scheme further enhances the ability to capture discontinuities. 展开更多
