Our results show that entanglement sudden death (ESD) is a general phenomenon and it usually takes place in a qubit-qutrit system interacting with various noisy channels, not only the ease with dephasing and depolarizing channels observed by others. ESD can only be avoided for some initially entangled states under some particular noisy channels. Moreover, the environment affects the entanglement and the coherence of the system in very different ways.展开更多

We propose a novel approach to generate and manipulate topological Floquet bound states in the continuum(BICs)via a class of systems constructed by coupling two identical periodically driven one-dimensional Su-Schrief...We propose a novel approach to generate and manipulate topological Floquet bound states in the continuum(BICs)via a class of systems constructed by coupling two identical periodically driven one-dimensional Su-Schrieffer-Heeger chains.The formation of topological Floquet BICs can be adjusted only by tuning the driving amplitude or frequency,regardless of whether the static system has BICs or not.The interchain bias can only change the localization property of topological Floquet BICs,and a bigger bias can lead to transforming topological Floquet BICs into bound states out of the continuum(BOCs).But it does not change the topological properties of these topological Floquet states.Based on the repulsion effect of edge states,we propose to detect occurrence of topological Floquet BICs and transition point between topological Floquet BICs and BOCs using quantum walk.Our work provided a convenient and realistic approach for the experimental realization and manipulation of BICs in a single-particle quantum system.展开更多

We can also identify the state for which discord takes a maximal value for a given decoherence factor, and present a strong bound on quantum entanglement-quantum discord. In contrast, a striking result will be obtained that the quantum discord is not always stronger than the entanglement of formation in the case of decoherence. Furthermore, we also theoretically study the variation trend of the monogamy of quantum correlations for the three-particle W-class state under the phase flip channel, and find that the three-particle W-class state could transform from polygamous into monogamous, owing to the decoherence.展开更多

Here we reconsider the features of the W-class state and the quantum teleportation process via the W-class state. We show that, by introducing a unitary operation, the quantum teleportation can be achieved deterministically by making two-particle and one-particle measurements. Fundamental principles of liberty and property found in the United States of America’s (“US”) legal system, from its origins to recent US Supreme Court decisions, continue to positively benefit holders of real estate in the Southern US, through a deep-rooted public policy of supporting private property rights and rural economic development. This stable rule of law enhances the long-term adaptability and sustainability of timberland as an asset class. This article is a commentary. It combines legal research methodology with the observations and conclusions of the authors. Its purpose is to demonstrate that the existence of alienable, documentable ownership, and related property rights create inherent stability and security. These principles form the basis of a culture that is defined by the rule of law and is “open for business.” This business mindset is particularly prevalent in the Southern US.展开更多

Using thi...This paper presents a framework that can be used to formalize the specification-based single-class test generation process. Object-Z is used to describe both software requirements and the proposed framework. Using this framework, test engineers can automatically get the testing process model during the test generation process. With this model, properties of test cases ( such as relationship between test cases and methods can easily be captured. Furthermore, with the framework, the test process model can be updated automatically with the test generation process. The properties of test cases can then be updated correspondingly. It will greatly facilitate the regression testing. The main contribution of this paper is that it provides an approach to formalizing testing process by extending existing framework to class testing, and a way to represent test cases as multi-part, multi-step, multi-level artifacts.展开更多
