Soil quality evaluation of typical ecological restoration slopes

Evaluating soil quality(SQ)is crucial for ensuring the long-term stability of restored slope ecosystems,yet selecting efficient assessment methods remains challenging.The aim of this study was to develop a targeted SQ evaluation system to compare the differences in the effectiveness of ecological restoration methods for slopes.We analysed the characteristics of 18 soil physicochemical and biological indices within a total data set(TDS)for five restored slopes with distinct ecological restoration techniques and three untreated slopes(as the control)in Yichang,China.Principal component analysis,entropy weight method,and Norm were employed to identify a minimum data set(MDS)and four soil quality index(SQI)models,linear unweighted(SQI_(L-A)),linear weighted(SQI_(L-W)),nonlinear unweighted(SQI_(NL-A)),and nonlinear weighted(SQI_(NL-W)),were used to comprehensively evaluate the MDS-based SQ.The results revealed that(1)MDS,consisting of microbial biomass carbon(MBC),microbial biomass phosphorus(MBP),microbial biomass quotient(qMBC),catalase(CAT),and bulk density(BD),effectively characterized the SQ of the ecological restoration slopes;(2)the SQI_(NL-W)model demonstrated superior discrimination among different ecological restoration slopes,with a significantly greater coefficient of determination(R^(2)=0.881,P<0.01)than other SQI models;and(3)all five ecological restoration techniques effectively improved SQ of slope to varying degrees,elevating it from low to high levels,with the vegetative cement-soil eco-restoration&vegetation concrete eco-restoration technique demonstrating the best effect(SQI_(NL-W)=0.627).Our study developed a practical SQ evaluation system based on the validated MDS and the most suitable SQI model(SQI_(NL-W)).This system enables reliable assessment on the effectiveness of restoration techniques. 展开更多

The construction of human settlements plays a vital role in achieving sustainable development goals.With the growing population,both urban and rural planning—as well as the development of human settlements—on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China have received increasing attention.This study proposed a comprehensive framework to assess the quality of human settlements and identify their limiting factors of Nyingchi City,southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China.The framework integrated a region-specific evaluation system tailored to the plateau’s unique characteristics and utilized multi-source data collected through field-based questionnaires and remote sensing.Analytical methods employed include the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC)weighting method,difference analysis for evaluating spatial and categorical variations,and a novel approach introduced in this study for identifying limiting factors.In August 2021,a questionnaire-based survey was conducted in the southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,yielding 823 valid responses.The average evaluation score for human settlement quality(HSQ)was(6.96±0.94),indicating that settlement conditions were approaching the satisfaction threshold.Notably,the score for the health dimension was(6.28±1.41),reflecting relatively underdeveloped health services in the region.From the perspective of spatial patterns,despite its favorable natural conditions,the HSQ in Medog County was relatively backward,reflecting uncoordinated development that warrants attention.Significant differences were observed in the perceptions of human settlements among different groups in terms of ethnicity,income,and educational background.Low ratings for income and employment conditions represented a major limitation to the local HSQ.The development of human settlements in the southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau still needs further promotion due to population disparities and the challenges of creating a healthy environment in high-altitude regions.The results are valuable for improving human settlements in plateau regions,which can help make targeted policy recommendations. 展开更多

Smart grid puts forward higher requirements for power quality.Power quality evaluation can provide a decision-making basis for quality improvement.Based on power quality monitoring data,a grey target method is proposed for power quality evaluation.The grey target is composed of power quality evaluation standard and power quality monitoring data to be evaluated.Combining with the characteristics of each power quality evaluation index,the target center of the whole grey target system is found.Then,the power quality monitoring data to be evaluated and the power quality standard mode are compared and analyzed to construct the power quality grey correlation difference information space.Finally,the target center coefficient and target degree of power quality are calculated to realize the comprehensive evaluation of power quality,and the evaluation grade of power quality monitoring data to be evaluated is obtained.Compared with the evaluation results of the existing literature,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified,which shows that grey target theory is reasonable in the comprehensive evaluation of power quality. 展开更多

Rational evaluation of data quality is an effective way to identify data problem in time, and the quality of data after this evaluation is satisfactory with the requirement of decision maker. A fuzzy neural network based research method of data quality evaluation is proposed. First, the criteria for the evaluation of data quality are selected to construct the fuzzy sets of evaluating grades, and then by using the learning ability of NN, the objective evaluation of membership is carried out, which can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality. This research has been used in the platform of 'data report of national compulsory education outlay guarantee' from the Chinese Ministry of Education. This method can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality worldwide, and the data quality situation can be found out more completely, objectively, and in better time by using the method. 展开更多

In 2012,China's first national shale gas demonstrations areas were set up in the Sichuan Basin.After 10 years'construction and practice,the giant marine shale gas area of 10×10^(12) m^(3) level is built up in the Sichuan Basin,and shale gas steps into a new stage of large-scale benefit exploration and development.In order to systematically summarize the achievements in shale gas exploration and development and provide guidance and reference for the exploration and development of deep shale gas and shale oil&gas in other areas,this paper systematically summarizes the main characteristics,development models and key identification and evaluation technologies for quality reservoirs of Wufeng Formation-Longmaxi Formation shale gas by analyzing the electric property,lithofacies,reservoir parameters and microscopic porosity of key wells in the basin.And the following research results are obtained.First,biogenetic siliceous shale,calcareous shale and mixed shale are main lithofacies types in quality shale gas reservoirs,and they are formed in the environment of semi-deep and deep water continental shelf.Their lateral distribution is controlled by the paleogeomorphology and their vertical development is influenced by provenance,redox condition and paleo productivity.They are 25-90 m thick.Second,in the quality shale gas reservoirs develop organic pores,inorganic pore and microfractures(including lamina/bedding fractures),among which,organic pore is one of the main reservoir spaces and microfracture is not only indispensable reservoir space,but also production pathway.The reservoir space of shale gas is overall micro-nano pore,and macropores play an important role in shale gas enrichment.Third,three development models of quality reservoir are established,including sedimentary type,diagenesis type and reworking type.The sedimentary type is the foundation.Multiple quality reservoirs are developed in the high U/Th interval of graptolite belt at the bottom of Longmaxi Formation,and their thickness is mainly controlled by paleogeomorphology and especially greater in the depression area.The diagenesis type is divided into three forms,i.e.,syngenetic-early diagenetic rigid support,middle-late diagenetic mineral-organic matter transformation,and overpressure relief compaction.The reworking type is dominated by quality reservoirs with microfractures.Fourth,the core technologies for identifying and evaluating quality shale gas reservoir include large-size core and rock slice observation,high-accuracy rock mineral identification,experimental gas content test and simulation,SEM microscopic characterization,3D microscopic pore reconstruction,comprehensive geophysical interpretation and prediction and big data analysis.In conclusion,nearly 10 years'research and practice achievements in demonstration area construction can deepen the understanding on domestic quality shale gas reservoirs,promote the effective development of the theories and technologies related to shale gas reservoirs,improve the prediction accuracy of shale gas sweet spot zones/intervals,and expand the shale gas exploration and development achievements of demonstration areas. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Mortality and cause of death data are fundamental to health policy development.Civil Registration and Vital Statistics systems are the ideal data source,but the system is still under development in Indonesia.A national Sample Registration System(SRS)has provided nationally representative mortality data from 128 subdistricts since 2014.Verbal autopsy(VA)is used in the SRS to obtain causes of death.The quality of VA data must be evaluated as part of the SRS data quality assessment.AIM To assess the strength of evidence used in the assignment of Ischaemic Heart Disease(IHD)as causes of death from VA.METHODS The sample frame for this study is the 4,070 deaths that had IHD assigned as the underlying cause in the SRS 2016 database.From these,400 cases were randomly selected.A data extraction form and data entry template were designed to collect relevant data about IHD from VA questionnaires.A standardised categorisation was designed to assess the strength of evidence used to infer IHD as a cause of death.A pilot test of 50 cases was carried out.IBM SPSS software was used in this study.RESULTS Strong evidence of IHD as a cause of death was assigned based on surgery for coronary heart disease,chest pain and two out of:sudden death,history of heart disease,medical diagnosis of heart disease,or terminal shortness of breath.More than half(53%)of the questionnaires contained strong evidence.For deaths outside health facilities,VA questionnaires for male deaths contained acceptable evidence in significantly higher proportions as compared to those for female deaths.(P<0.001).Nearly half of all IHD deaths were concentrated in the 50-69 year age group(48.40%),and a further 36.10%were aged 70 years or more.Nearly two-thirds of the deceased were male(58.40%).Smoking behaviour was found in 44.11%of IHD deaths,but this figure was 73.82%among males.CONCLUSION More than half of the VA questionnaires from the study sample were found to contain strong evidence to infer IHD as the cause of death.Results from medical records such as electrocardiograms,coronary angiographies,and load tests could have improved the strength of evidence and contributed to IHD cause of death diagnosis. 展开更多

Preserving the soil quality of the siltated back area in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin is the key to the sustainable ecological development of the Yellow River Basin.Soil quality has gradually become an important part of the ecological landscape construction,so the evaluation of soil quality in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is helpful for the rational utilization of soil resources,and can effectively guide the actual development and construction of the silt back area.After collecting the siltated soil under three different utilization modes in the Gaoqing County section of the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin,16 soil physical and chemical properties were used as evaluation indexes.The principal component analysis method was used to combine the correlations between the indexes,and the suitable soil indexes were selected to establish a minimum data set for comprehensively evaluating the soil quality of the silt back soil.The results show three key aspects of this system.(1)The minimum dataset for the quality evaluation of siltated soil in the siltation area of the lower reaches of the Yellow River comprised six indexes:capillary water holding capacity,available phosphorus,water content,water-stable macroaggregate content,available potassium and alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen.The soil quality index SQi-MDS was 0.421,the overall soil quality level was low,and the soil nutrient content was generally"nitrogen deficiency and potassium deficiency".(2)The linear fiting R^(2)=0.82737 between the full dataset and the minimum dataset indicated a positive correlation,so the minimum dataset can accurately evaluate the quality of the soil in the silt back area.(3)The soil quality index values of bare land,forest land and cultivated land were 0.321,0.581 and 0.360,respectively,with the highest soil quality in forest land and the lowest soil quality in bare land.The findings of this paper can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the rational utilization and sustainable development of sedimentary soil in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. 展开更多

目前工程力学行为和安全分析方法仍不能满足实际需求,照搬已有人工智能方法不能从根本上满足工程对输出结果稳定性和可靠性的严格要求。针对这一问题,通过模拟专家思维和决策过程,将以力学分析方法为代表的“机理”和多源信息同化后的... 目前工程力学行为和安全分析方法仍不能满足实际需求,照搬已有人工智能方法不能从根本上满足工程对输出结果稳定性和可靠性的严格要求。针对这一问题,通过模拟专家思维和决策过程,将以力学分析方法为代表的“机理”和多源信息同化后的“数据”实时耦合,以工程的力学分析模型为核心建立了多源数据同化-质量评价方法、机理-数据耦合驱动的人工智能方法和跨工程协同分析方法等3个主要方法,逐层递进提出工程域人工智能理论,构建新一代的工程智能体,实现从“人工智能单向赋能工程”到“人工智能与工程一体化构建”的质变。针对堰塞坝、边坡和风力发电机群等重要工程建立人工智能系统,开展工程服役性能演化预测分析。实际应用表明,工程域人工智能理论突破工程领域数据数量偏少、质量参差不齐、多源且关联弱等问题的制约,克服力学分析方法难以考虑工程及环境复杂条件、工程材料结构参数难以精准测定等困难,实现工程变形溯源、行为预报、风险预警、调控预演等功能,为工程安全及其高效运行提供科学技术支撑。 展开更多

目的构建可量化评价真实世界数据质量的指标。方法计算机检索PubMed、Europe PMC、WanFang Data、CNKI文献数据库,以及13个国际学术组织和国家/地区监管机构的官方网站,根据事先制定的纳入排除标准筛选有关真实世界数据质量评价的文献... 目的构建可量化评价真实世界数据质量的指标。方法计算机检索PubMed、Europe PMC、WanFang Data、CNKI文献数据库,以及13个国际学术组织和国家/地区监管机构的官方网站,根据事先制定的纳入排除标准筛选有关真实世界数据质量评价的文献、指南和标准。通过主题归纳和内容总结,提炼文献和指南的核心要素,构建指标内容,并通过专家咨询法进行修改和完善。结果最终纳入35篇文献,结合团队经验,构建基于前瞻性研究收集数据的数据管理流程和基于回顾性研究收集数据的数据治理流程,并制定数据质量评价指标,将数据的原始质量、过程质量和结果质量作为3个一级指标,按照临床研究的时间顺序进行维度划分,数据管理部分得到15个二级指标,43个三级指标,数据治理部分得到13个二级指标,29个三级指标。结论基于文献分析和专家咨询法建立的指标具有一定的科学性和可行性,可为监管部门、申办方和学者开展真实世界数据质量评价提供一定的参考。 展开更多

土壤质量评价是精细化农业生产和土地科学管理的关键依据,对保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义。为明确黄土丘陵区耕地土壤质量,以黄土高原南缘韩城市为研究区,采集土壤表层(0~20 cm) 134个土壤样品,测定了涵盖土壤物理、养分和环境特征的2... 土壤质量评价是精细化农业生产和土地科学管理的关键依据,对保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义。为明确黄土丘陵区耕地土壤质量,以黄土高原南缘韩城市为研究区,采集土壤表层(0~20 cm) 134个土壤样品,测定了涵盖土壤物理、养分和环境特征的27项指标,基于主成分分析和Norm原则构建最小数据集(Minimum data set,MDS)同时结合土壤质量指数(Soil quality index,SQI)法和地统计分析,对研究区土壤质量进行评价。结果表明:研究区土壤偏碱性(pH平均值为8.31),质地属于粘壤土,土壤环境处于轻度生态风险,环境质量良好,土壤养分中碱解氮含量较缺乏,有机碳和有效磷含量处于适中水平,全磷和速效钾含量较为丰富。黄土高原南缘韩城地区土壤质量评价最小数据集由土壤含水率、比重、毛管孔隙度、有机碳含量、锌含量、镍含量和粗砂粒含量7项指标构成其中有机碳含量在土壤质量评价指标中权重最大,即有机碳含量为控制该区域土壤质量的关键因子。最小数据集土壤质量指数(SQI-MDS)均值(0.522)与全量数据集土壤质量指数(SQI-TDS)均值(0.537)相差较小,在土壤质量分级上均属于同一等级。SQI-MDS的变化区间和变异系数均高于SQI-TDS,且SQI-MDS与SQI-TDS拟合决定系数R2为0.812。因此基于最小数据集的土壤质量评价法在该区域具有更好的适用性,且评价准确度较高。半变异函数为高斯函数时,预测精度最高土壤质量在空间上呈现一定的分布规律,靠近河流区域,土壤质量指数越高,土壤质量越好。最小数据集和土壤质量指数评价法相结合可以准确高效全面反地映土壤质量,为解决土壤质量评价过程中土壤指标多、测试成本高和计算复杂等问题提供了新方法。 展开更多

煤炭作为我国重要的基础能源,其生产数据的准确性和可靠性对于国家能源战略制定、行业监管和企业经营管理至关重要。然而,当前煤炭生产企业统计数据质量仍存在数据失真、报送不及时、指标口径不一致等问题,严重制约了数据的有效利用。... 煤炭作为我国重要的基础能源,其生产数据的准确性和可靠性对于国家能源战略制定、行业监管和企业经营管理至关重要。然而,当前煤炭生产企业统计数据质量仍存在数据失真、报送不及时、指标口径不一致等问题,严重制约了数据的有效利用。为解决上述问题,本文以煤炭生产企业为研究对象,围绕统计数据质量控制与评估体系展开研究。首先,阐述了统计数据质量的概念、特征和理论基础,分析了影响煤炭企业统计数据质量的关键因素。其次,构建了包含组织架构、制度规范、技术手段和人员培训在内的煤炭企业统计数据质量控制体系,并针对数据采集、处理、存储、分析和发布等关键环节提出了具体的质量控制措施。再次,建立了涵盖准确性、及时性、完整性、一致性和可解释性等维度的煤炭企业统计数据质量评估指标体系,并采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建了质量评估模型。 展开更多

大数据发展对新质生产力的影响研究

新质生产力代表先进生产力的质态跃升,是推动经济高质量发展的关键支撑。大数据快速发展为生产力能级跃升提供了技术支撑和要素保障,成为培育壮大新质生产力的关键动能。文章基于2015—2023年全国30个省份的面板数据,构建大数据发展和... 新质生产力代表先进生产力的质态跃升,是推动经济高质量发展的关键支撑。大数据快速发展为生产力能级跃升提供了技术支撑和要素保障,成为培育壮大新质生产力的关键动能。文章基于2015—2023年全国30个省份的面板数据,构建大数据发展和新质生产力发展评价指标体系,深入分析大数据发展对新质生产力的影响效应。研究结果表明:大数据发展对新质生产力具有显著的正向促进作用,这一结论经过内生性检验和稳健性检验后依然成立。异质性分析结果表明:大数据发展对新质生产力的正向影响在我国东部地区、科技水平高、金融发展水平高及产业结构良好地区更加显著。研究结论为加快大数据发展,培育壮大新质生产力,推动经济社会高质量发展提供了理论参考和政策启示。 展开更多
