The concept of two-direction refinable functions and two-direction wavelets is introduced.We investigate the existence of distributional(or L2-stable) solutions of the two-direction refinement equation: φ(x)=∑p+kφ(mx-k)+∑p-kφ(k-mx) where m ≥ 2 is an integer. Based on the positive mask {pk+} and negative mask {p-k}, the conditions that guarantee the above equation has compactly distributional solutions or L2-stable solutions are established. Furthermore, the condition that the L2-stable solution of the above equation can generate a two-direction MRA is given. The support interval of φ(x) is discussed amply. The definition of orthogonal two-direction refinable function and orthogonal two-direction wavelets is presented, and the orthogonality criteria for two-direction refinable functions are established. An algorithm for constructing orthogonal two-direction refinable functions and their two-direction wavelets is presented. Another construction algorithm for two-direction L2-refinable functions, which have nonnegative symbol masks and possess high approximation order and regularity, is presented. Assuming the material properties varying with an exponential law both in the thick- ness and radial directions, axisymmetric bending of two-directional functionally graded circular and annular plates is studied using the semi-analytical numerical method in this paper. The deflections and stresses of the plates are presented. Numerical results show the well accuracy and convergence of the method. Compared with the finite element method, the semi-analytical nu- merical method is with great advantage in the computational efficiency. Moreover, study on ax- isymmetric bending of two-directional functionally graded annular plate shows that such plates have better performance than those made of isotropic homogeneous materials or one-directional functionally graded materials. Two-directional functionally graded material is a potential alternative to the one-directional functionally graded material. And the integrated design of materials and structures can really be achieved in two-directional functionally graded materials. 展开更多

We give a sufficient condition for a two-direction refinable function belonging to L^2(R^s). Then, two theorems are given for constructing biorthogonal (orthogonal) two-direction refinable functions in L^2(R^s) and their biorthogonal (orthogonal) two-direction wavelets, respectively. From the constructed biorthogonal (orthogonal) two-direction wavelets, symmetric biorthogonal (orthogonal) multiwaveles in L^2(R^s) can be obtained easily. Applying the projection method to biorthogonal (orthogonal) two-direction wavelets in L^2(R^s), we can get dual (tight) two-direction wavelet frames in L^2(R^m), where m ≤ s. From the projected dual (tight) two-direction wavelet frames in L^2(R^m), symmetric dual (tight) frames in L^2(R^m) can be obtained easily. In this paper, a new displacement based high-order shear deformation theory is introduced for the static response of functionally graded sandwich plate. Unlike any other theory, the number of unknown functions involved is only four, as against five in case of other shear deformation theories. The theory presented is variationally consistent, has strong similarity with classical plate theory in many aspects, does not require shear correction factor, and gives rise to transverse shear stress variation such that the transverse shear stresses vary parabolically across the thickness satisfying shear stress free surface conditions. Two common types of functionally graded sandwich plates, namely, the sandwich with fimctionally graded facesheet and homogeneous core and the sandwich with homogeneous facesheet and functionally graded core, are considered. Governing equations are derived from the principle of virtual displacements. The closed-form solution of a simply supported rectangular plate subjected to sinu- soidal loading has been obtained by using the Navier method. The validity of the present theory is investigated by comparing some of the present results with those of the classical, the first-order and the other higher-order theories. It can be concluded that the proposed theory is accurate and simple in solving the static bending behavior of functionally graded sandwich plates. 展开更多

脑卒中合并肺部感染老年患者精细化护理模式构建分析

目的分析脑卒中合并肺部感染老年患者病原菌分布及耐药性,并探讨基于护理团队策略下构建的精细化护理模式应用效果。方法选择2022年1月-2025年3月进入本院的92例脑卒中合并肺部感染老年患者作为研究对象,采集所有患者的痰液标本行病原... 目的分析脑卒中合并肺部感染老年患者病原菌分布及耐药性,并探讨基于护理团队策略下构建的精细化护理模式应用效果。方法选择2022年1月-2025年3月进入本院的92例脑卒中合并肺部感染老年患者作为研究对象,采集所有患者的痰液标本行病原菌培养,分析病原菌分布及耐药性情况。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(46例),予以常规抗感染与护理;研究组(46例),在对照组基础上予以护理团队策略下精细化护理模式,两组均护理至出院。对比两组肺部感染指标、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气高峰流量(PEFR)、第1s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))]、动脉血气指标[氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、氧合指数(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))]、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、护理满意度。结果92例患者共检测出的病原菌包括革兰阴性菌77株,包括肺炎克雷伯菌(27株,29.35%)、鲍曼不动杆菌(18株,19.57%)、铜绿假单胞菌(17株,18.48%)、奇异变形杆菌(6株,6.52%)、流感嗜血杆菌(4株,4.35%)、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(3株,3.26%)、罗尔斯通菌(2株,2.17%);革兰阳性菌15株,包括金黄色葡萄球菌(8株,8.70%)、肺炎双球菌(6株,6.52%)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(1株,1.09%)。药敏结果显示,肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢唑啉、头孢呋辛的耐药率均超过50.00%,对于亚胺培南的耐药率超过40.00%;鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢唑啉、头孢呋辛、头孢他啶和头孢吡肟的耐药率均超过55.00%;铜绿假单胞菌对头孢唑啉的耐药率超过50.00%;金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌对克林霉素、红霉素、左氧氟沙星的耐药率均为0.00%。研究组肺部感染症状消失时间、体温复常时间、白细胞复常时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后PaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后FEV_(1)、FVC、PEFR、护理满意度评分均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。研究组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论老年脑卒中合并肺部感染患者病原菌以耐药革兰阴性菌为主,临床应参考药敏结果精准用药,开展护理团队策略下精细化护理模式能有效改善血气指标及肺功能,利于缓解患者负性情绪,加速康复进程,患者护理满意度更高。 展开更多

目的分析精细化护理联合间歇氧驱动湿化干预对ICU气管切开患者呼吸功能及并发症的影响。方法选取吉安市中心人民医院ICU病房收治的气管切开术患者62例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=31)、研究组(n=31)。对照组予以常... 目的分析精细化护理联合间歇氧驱动湿化干预对ICU气管切开患者呼吸功能及并发症的影响。方法选取吉安市中心人民医院ICU病房收治的气管切开术患者62例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=31)、研究组(n=31)。对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组予以精细化护理联合间歇氧驱动湿化干预。比较两组痰液黏稠度、不良反应(刺激性咳嗽、痰痂形成、气道黏膜损伤、肺部感染)发生率、舒适度(GCQ评分)、呼吸功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、一秒率(FEV_(1)/FVC)、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]、护理满意度。结果研究组Ⅰ度痰液黏稠度比例高于对照组,而Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痰液黏稠度比例低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的29.03%(P<0.05);护理后,两组GCQ各维度评分均高于护理前,且研究组GCQ各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PaO_(2)水平均高于护理前,而PaCO_(2)水平均低于护理前,且研究组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PaO_(2)水平均高于对照组,而PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的74.19%(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理联合间歇氧驱动湿化干预在ICU气管切开患者中的应用效果确切,可有效降低患者的排痰黏稠度及不良反应发生率,提高患者舒适度、满意度及呼吸功能,值得临床应用。 展开更多

The theoretical implementation aspects of scattered field prediction and angular glint calculation in near-field region are proposed in this work.First of all,a more refined expression of the Green function is developed.In this representation,an expansion center is adopted within the neighborhood of the sources.Then a high-frequency electromagnetic scattering evaluation algorithm is formulated,combining the refined physical optics(PO)and equivalent edge current(EEC)algorithm.The modified method not only retains the conciseness and efficiency of the standard code but also can be directly used in the near field(NF)scattering estimation.Afterwards,two basic concepts of the angular glint are briefly introduced and formulated.The proposed procedure makes preparation for the computation of NF linear deviation.Numerical examples demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the NF scattering prediction algorithm.The angular glint characteristics in near-field scenarios are also presented and analyzed in the final section. 展开更多

海口国际湿地城市认证前后湿地生态功能变化评估

湿地生态系统服务功能是国际湿地城市发挥重要价值的关键所在。目前有关国际湿地城市创建前后湿地生态评估的研究多聚焦于类型、面积的变化,而对其生态系统服务功能的时空演变及政策驱动关注相对较少。为此,以“类型-功能-政策”为研究... 湿地生态系统服务功能是国际湿地城市发挥重要价值的关键所在。目前有关国际湿地城市创建前后湿地生态评估的研究多聚焦于类型、面积的变化,而对其生态系统服务功能的时空演变及政策驱动关注相对较少。为此,以“类型-功能-政策”为研究框架,以城市湿地精细化分类结果(10m空间分辨率,13种湿地类型)为基础,在识别和量化湿地类型和面积变化的基础上,进一步借助InVEST模型评估海口国际湿地城市创建前后(2016年、2022年)湿地生态系统服务功能的变化,并探究变化区的湿地类型变化及政策影响,以期为国际湿地城市的湿地保护和管理提供科学支撑。结果表明:(1)海口国际湿地城市创建前后湿地总面积保持相对稳定,但沼泽湿地面积明显增加,约12.6%,养殖池湿地面积明显下降,约36.67%;(2)海口市湿地生态系统服务功能整体呈现湿地碳储量(增长约5.13%)与水质净化功能(氮、磷含量分别减少约3%、3.55%)明显提升,洪水调蓄(减少约1.47%)及水源涵养功能(减少约2.12%)出现轻微下降;(3)海口市生态系统服务功能的空间变化特征呈现稳定为主,碳储量及水源涵养功能的变化突出,变化区面积依次为57.7km^(2)、50.32km^(2),变化区内湿地类型变化主要为养殖池向滨海沼泽的转换及林地与沼泽的相互转换,其中美兰区北部、琼山区南部为区域内湿地生态系统服务功能变化特征的典型区域。鉴于此,未来城市湿地的保护与管理不仅需要关注面积、类型的变化,更应重视其生态系统服务功能的动态,以实现湿地价值的最大化挖掘。 展开更多

建筑物变化检测在城市规划和环境监测中起着至关重要的作用。基于深度学习的变化检测算法在时空关系理解、样本不平衡缓解和变化对象边界识别方面能力有限。该文提出一种耦合自适应注意力与边缘细化的变化检测网络(adaptive attention a... 建筑物变化检测在城市规划和环境监测中起着至关重要的作用。基于深度学习的变化检测算法在时空关系理解、样本不平衡缓解和变化对象边界识别方面能力有限。该文提出一种耦合自适应注意力与边缘细化的变化检测网络(adaptive attention and edge refinement network,A 2ERNet),旨在聚合多层上下文特征,提升建筑物变化检测性能。首先,设计自适应注意力融合机制,该机制包含自注意力模块、交叉注意力模块与锚点原生注意力模块,帮助模型更快收敛到最优特征表示,增强变化特征的局部和全局关系;其次,设计一种即插即用、轻量级的边缘增强细化模块,以增强建筑物边缘细节特征;最后,建立自适应加权二元交叉熵损失函数解决样本不平衡性问题,增强网络中间层的适当监督并指导训练。在LEVIR-CD和WHU building数据集上实验和测试,A 2 ERNet的F1分数分别达到了0.9087和0.9150,明显优于对比方法。 展开更多

目的:探讨基于精细化理念的全程护理关爱模式在肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年1月收治的90例肺部感染性疾病患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各45例。对照组实施全程基础护理模式,研究组实... 目的:探讨基于精细化理念的全程护理关爱模式在肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年1月收治的90例肺部感染性疾病患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各45例。对照组实施全程基础护理模式,研究组实施基于精细化理念的全程护理关爱模式。比较两组临床症状改善时间、动脉血气分析指标、肺功能指标[包括第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)]及用药依从性[采用Morisky依从性量表(MMAS-8)]。结果:研究组临床症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,研究组FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,两组MMAS-8评分、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))均高于护理前(P<0.05),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:基于精细化理念的全程护理关爱模式可有效缩短肺部感染患者临床症状的改善时间,改善血气指标与肺功能,提高治疗依从性。 展开更多

This paper for first time proposes an isogeometric analysis (IGA) for free vibration response of bi-directional functionally graded (BDFG) rectangular plates in the fluid medium. Material properties of the BDFG plate change in both the thickness and length directions via power-law distributions and Mori-Tanaka model. The governing equation of motion of BDFG plate in the fluid-plate system is formulated basing on Hamilton's principle and the refined quasi three-dimensional (3D) plate theory with improved function f(z). The fluid velocity potential is derived from the boundary conditions of the fluid-plate system and is used to determine the added mass. The discrete system of equations is derived from the Galerkin weak form and numerically analyzed by IGA. The accuracy and reliability of the proposed solutions are verified by comparing the obtained results with those published in the literature. Moreover, the effects of the various parameters such as the interaction boundary condition, geometric parameter, submerged depth of plate, fluid density, fluid level, and the material volume control coefficients on the free vibration behavior of BDFG plate in the fluid medium are investigated in detail. Some major findings regarding the numerical results are withdrawn in conclusions. 展开更多

This paper presents a new kind of spline surfaces, named non-uniform algebraic- trigonometric T-spline surfaces (NUAT T-splines for short) of odd hi-degree. The NUAT T- spline surfaces are defined by applying the T-spline framework to the non-uniform algebraic- trigonometric B-spline surfaces (NUAT B-spline surfaces). Based on the knot insertion algorithm of the NUAT B-splines, a local refinement algorithm for the NUAT T-splines is given. This algorithm guarantees that the resulting control grid is a T-mesh as the original one. Finally, we prove that, for any NUAT T-spline of odd hi-degree, the linear independence of its blending functions can be determined by computing the rank of the NUAT T-spline-to-NUAT B-spline transformation matrix. 展开更多

An analytical method for analyzing the thermal vibration of multi-directional functionally graded porous rectangular plates in fluid media with novel porosity patterns is developed in this study.Mechanical properties of MFG porous plates change according to the length,width,and thickness directions for various materials and the porosity distribution which can be widely applied in many fields of engineering and defence technology.Especially,new porous rules that depend on spatial coordinates and grading indexes are proposed in the present work.Applying Hamilton's principle and the refined higher-order shear deformation plate theory,the governing equation of motion of an MFG porous rectangular plate in a fluid medium(the fluid-plate system)is obtained.The fluid velocity potential is derived from the boundary conditions of the fluid-plate system and is used to compute the extra mass.The GalerkinVlasov solution is used to solve and give natural frequencies of MFG porous plates with various boundary conditions in a fluid medium.The validity and reliability of the suggested method are confirmed by comparing numerical results of the present work with those from available works in the literature.The effects of different parameters on the thermal vibration response of MFG porous rectangular plates are studied in detail.These findings demonstrate that the behavior of the structure within a liquid medium differs significantly from that within a vacuum medium.Thereby,they offer appropriate operational approaches for the structure when employed in various mediums. 展开更多

Due to the conflict between equilibrium and constitutive requirements,Eringen’s strain-driven nonlocal integral model is not applicable to nanostructures of engineering interest.As an alternative,the stress-driven model has been recently developed.In this paper,for higher-order shear deformation beams,the ill-posed issue(i.e.,excessive mandatory boundary conditions(BCs)cannot be met simultaneously)exists not only in strain-driven nonlocal models but also in stress-driven ones.The well-posedness of both the strain-and stress-driven two-phase nonlocal(TPN-Strain D and TPN-Stress D)models is pertinently evidenced by formulating the static bending of curved beams made of functionally graded(FG)materials.The two-phase nonlocal integral constitutive relation is equivalent to a differential law equipped with two restriction conditions.By using the generalized differential quadrature method(GDQM),the coupling governing equations are solved numerically.The results show that the two-phase models can predict consistent scale-effects under different supported and loading conditions. 展开更多
