In the scheme, only one cavity i... An alternative scheme is presented for teleportation of a two-atom entangled state in cavity quantum electrodynamics (QED). It is based on the resonant atom-cavity field interaction. In the scheme, only one cavity is involved, and the number of the atoms needed to be detected is decreased compared with the previous scheme. Since the resonant atom-cavity field interaction greatly reduces the interaction time, the decoherence effect can be effectively suppressed during the teleportation process. The experimental feasibility of the scheme is discussed. The scheme can easily be generalized to the teleportation of N-atom Greeninger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) entangled states. The number of atoms needed to be detected does not increase as the number of the atoms in the GHZ state increases. 展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the effects of the spatial variation of driving-laser phase in a collective two-atom system on the intensity intensity correlations of the resonant fluorescence. It is shown that the intensity-intensity correlations exhibit quite different characteristics for the different values of the spatial phase of the laser at the position of the two atoms in both cases of the weak and strong driving lasers. Our results suggest that the intensity intensity correlations can serve as a probe of the spatial interference effect arising from the spatial variation of the laser phase. 展开更多

We investigate the Floquet spectrum and excitation properties of a two-ultracold-atom system with periodically driven interaction in a three-dimensional harmonic trap.The interaction between the atoms is changed by varying the s-wave scattering length in two ways,the cosine and the square-wave modulations.It is found that as the driving frequency increases,the Floquet spectrum exhibits two main features for both modulations,the accumulating and the spreading of the quasienergy levels,which further lead to different dynamical behaviors.The accumulation is associated with collective excitations and the persistent growth of the energy,while the spread indicates that the energy is bounded at all times.The initial scattering length,the driving frequency and amplitude can all significantly change the Floquet spectrum as well as the dynamics.However,the corresponding relation between them is valid universally.Finally,we propose a mechanism for selectively exciting the system to one specific state by using the avoided crossing of two quasienergy levels,which could guide preparation of a desired state in experiments. 展开更多

We compute two-atom entanglement under position-dependent atomic resonant dipole-dipole interaction (RDDI) for large interatomic separation limit. We show that the RDDI, even t, hat which is much smaller than the maximal atomic Rabi frequency, can induce distinct diatom entanglement. The peak entanglement reaches a maximum when RDDI strength can compare with the Rabi frequency of an atom. 展开更多

The prominent feature of the scheme is that only one cavity is required, which is prior to the previous one. Moreover, the atoms need to be detected are reduced compared with the previous scheme. The experimental feasibility of the scheme is discussed. The scheme can easily be generalized for teleportation of N-atom GHZ entangled states. Influence of selective atomic measurement on the entanglement properties of a two-atom outside cavity

The twoatom entanglement evolution outside the cavity is investigated. The influences of state-selective measurement of the atom inside the cavity and strength of the light field on the two-atom entanglement evolution outside the cavity are discussed. The results obtained from the numerical method show that the two-atom entanglement outside the cavity is strengthened through state-selective measurement of the atom inside the cavity. We first propose a scheme for preparing the genuine Yeo-Chua 4-qubit entangled state via cavity QED. Using the genuine Yeo-Chua atomic state, we further propose a cavity QED scheme for teleporting an arbitrary two-atom state. In two schemes the large-detuning is chosen and the necessary time is designed to be much shorter than Rydberg-atom’s lifespan. Both schemes share the distinct advantage that cavity decay and atom decay can be neglected. As for the interaction manipulation, our preparation scheme is more feasible than a recent similar one. Compared with the Yeo and Chua’s scheme, our teleportation scheme has significantly reduced the measuring difficulty. 展开更多

腔光力学作为纳米光子学与量子力学的交叉学科,为研究微腔内光子与机械模式的声子之间的光力耦合作用提供了一个独特的平台.其在量子物理领域存在广泛的潜在应用,已成为当今物理研究的前沿课题.本文提出了一种利用两能级原子系综增强和... 腔光力学作为纳米光子学与量子力学的交叉学科,为研究微腔内光子与机械模式的声子之间的光力耦合作用提供了一个独特的平台.其在量子物理领域存在广泛的潜在应用,已成为当今物理研究的前沿课题.本文提出了一种利用两能级原子系综增强和边带产生的理论方案.通过引入两能级原子介质,研究了原子系综的失谐频率对和边带产生效率的影响.结果表明不论在原子红失谐还是蓝失谐下都可以使和边带的生成效率得到显著增强,并且对于红失谐状态下的依赖性更大,其增强效果更加明显.此外,本文还考虑了泵浦功率的影响,通过选择适当的泵浦功率可以有效地增强输出和边带信号的强度.另外,讨论了腔-原子耦合强度与原子衰减率对于和边带信号传输特性的影响,通过测量和边带频率谱的峰值,进而检测出腔与原子间的耦合强度.这为腔-原子耦合强度的精密测量提供了一种简单便捷的方法,同时也为和边带信号传输的调控提供有益的借鉴. 展开更多

为了研究气液两相同轴式雾化喷嘴结构、气道数量、气液压力比对雾化流场的影响,采用数值仿真模拟方法对其进行分析。两相流模型选择VOF模型,并通过Realizable、k-ε模型处理湍流问题,喷嘴的气、液入口设置为压力入口边界条件,得到了气... 为了研究气液两相同轴式雾化喷嘴结构、气道数量、气液压力比对雾化流场的影响,采用数值仿真模拟方法对其进行分析。两相流模型选择VOF模型,并通过Realizable、k-ε模型处理湍流问题,喷嘴的气、液入口设置为压力入口边界条件,得到了气液两相同轴式喷嘴内部和外部的流场分布。研究结果表明:嘴帽开口角度直接影响气液混合速度,开口角度越大,喷嘴出口两侧气液混合速度的均匀性越差;气相通道数量由4通道增加到6通道、8通道会增大气体与液体的接触面积,从而使气体对液体的剪切更加均匀;当单相气体通道压力为0.106 MPa(气体总压力为0.64 MPa,液体总压力为0.32 MPa)时,喷嘴出口气液混合速度最大,Z轴方向的气液混合速度分布范围最广,混合效果最佳。 展开更多

随着石墨烯等二维材料的发现,相对论二维Dirac方程越来越受到研究者们的关注,准确求解电磁场中的Dirac方程是研究和调控Dirac电子量子状态的基础.通过将分区级数方法应用到Dirac方程中并对该方程在正则区、泰勒区和非正则区进行级数展开... 随着石墨烯等二维材料的发现,相对论二维Dirac方程越来越受到研究者们的关注,准确求解电磁场中的Dirac方程是研究和调控Dirac电子量子状态的基础.通过将分区级数方法应用到Dirac方程中并对该方程在正则区、泰勒区和非正则区进行级数展开,Dirac电子束缚态的普适性判据被推导出来,束缚态的能级和波函数被计算出来.用该方法计算有质量Dirac电子在库仑电势下(相对论二维类氢原子)的能级和波函数并与解析解进行比较,结果表明该方法具有非常高的准确性.对均匀磁场和线性电势下Dirac电子态的计算结果表明,该方法对于复杂电磁场中Dirac方程的求解具有普遍的适用性.用该方法研究了均匀磁场B和线性电势V=Fr下Dirac电子束缚态随着电势强度的变化,负能态的能级序列变化被观察到,在临界处F=0.5B,正能态的束缚态仍然存在,而只有能量超过0的少数负能态的束缚态才存在.该方法提供了求解Dirac方程的有效工具并丰富了人们对相对论量子力学的认识. 展开更多

二维磁性材料的性能调控对发展纳米自旋电子器件至关重要。为了理解Fe/Co掺杂对单层NiBr_(2)电磁性能的调控机理,本文通过第一性原理系统研究了Fe/Co掺杂对单层NiBr_(2)电磁性能的影响。就结构稳定性而言,随着Br原子化学势的变化,Fe原... 二维磁性材料的性能调控对发展纳米自旋电子器件至关重要。为了理解Fe/Co掺杂对单层NiBr_(2)电磁性能的调控机理,本文通过第一性原理系统研究了Fe/Co掺杂对单层NiBr_(2)电磁性能的影响。就结构稳定性而言,随着Br原子化学势的变化,Fe原子掺杂比本征结构更稳定。同时,当Br的化学势处于特定范围(-1.12 eV<μ_(Br)<-0.50 eV)时更容易得到完美的单层NiBr_(2)。就电子结构而言,Fe掺杂的引入使NiBr_(2)发生从半导体到金属的转变(Fe_(Ni))。就磁性质而言,Fe/Co的掺杂显著增强了NiBr_(2)的面外磁各向异性。同样Fe掺杂也使结构的相变温度提升至63.7 K,为单层NiBr_(2)的2.5倍。本研究揭示了过渡金属掺杂对NiBr_(2)电磁性能的调控规律,为纳米级自旋电子器件的快速发展提供理论支持。 展开更多

基于原子阈值开关的二维沟道材料场效应晶体管(Two-Dimensional Atomic Threshold Switching Field-Effect-Transistor,2D ATS-FET)凭借其超低关态电流、极小亚阈值摆幅、极低工作电压、紧凑的器件结构以及与主流CMOS(Complementary Met... 基于原子阈值开关的二维沟道材料场效应晶体管(Two-Dimensional Atomic Threshold Switching Field-Effect-Transistor,2D ATS-FET)凭借其超低关态电流、极小亚阈值摆幅、极低工作电压、紧凑的器件结构以及与主流CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor)工艺相兼容等优势,在后摩尔时代低功耗逻辑计算、选通器和神经形态计算等领域具有重要的应用前景.2D ATS-FET可以视为由一个原子阈值开关(Threshold Switching,TS)器件和一个基准2D FET器件串联而成.本研究首先基于导电细丝(Conductive Filament,CF)演化动力学和隧穿机制建立了TS器件的电流-电压(current-Voltage,I-V)特性模型.其次,基于漂移-扩散输运机制,构建了基准2D FET器件的I-V特性模型.最后,基于两串联器件的导通电流必然相等的原理,使用Verilog-A编程语言,获得了与主流商业电路仿真器相兼容的标准SPICE(Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis)模型.解析模型的计算结果与实验测试数据具有良好的一致性,验证了本文所提出理论模型的正确性.此外,基于这一解析模型,本文系统地研究了2D ATS-FET的电学特性及其工作机理.该解析模型为2D ATS-FET器件的工作机理研究、性能优化设计和电路仿真设计提供了可靠的理论基础和有效的研究工具. 展开更多
