Bends are widely used in pipelines carrying single-and two-phase fluids in both ground and space applications.In particular,they play more important role in space applications due to the extreme spatial constraints.In the present study,a set of experimental data of two-phase flow patterns and their transitions in a 90°bend with inner diameter of 12.7 mm and curvature radius of 76.5 mm at microgravity conditions are reported.Gas and liquid superficial velocities are found to range from (1.0~23.6)m/s for gas and(0.09~0.5)m/s for liquid,respectively.Three major flow patterns, namely slug,slug-annular transitional,and annular flows,are observed in this study.Focusing on the differences between flow patterns in bends and their counterparts in straight pipes,detailed analyses of their characteristics are made.The transitions between adjoining flow patterns are found to be more or less the same as those in straight pipes,and can be predicted using Weber number models satisfactorily. Both sudden-expansion cross-section (SECS) and sudden-contraction cross-section (SCCS) were investigated. The flow pattern maps upstream and downstream were delineated and compared with those in straight tubes with uniform cross-sections. The effects of the SECS and SCCS on flow patterns were discussed and analyzed. Furthermore, flow pattern transition mechanisms resulting in occurrences of different flow patterns were simply discussed and some transition criteria for the flow pattern transitions were deduced by using the non-dimensionlized analysis method. 展开更多

We generate a directed weighted complex network by a method based on Markov transition probability to represent an experimental two-phase flow. We first systematically carry out gas-liquid two-phase flow experiments for measuring the time series of flow signals. Then we construct directed weighted complex networks from various time series in terms of a network generation method based on Markov transition probability. We find that the generated network inherits the main features of the time series in the network structure. In particular, the networks from time series with different dynamics exhibit distinct topological properties. Finally, we construct two-phase flow directed weighted networks from experimental signals and associate the dynamic behavior of gas-liquid two-phase flow with the topological statistics of the generated networks. The results suggest that the topological statistics of two-phase flow networks allow quantitative characterization of the dynamic flow behavior in the transitions among different gas-liquid flow patterns. 展开更多

The upward multiphase cross flow and heat transfer in the vertical tube may occur in oil production and chemical facilities. In this study, the local flow patterns of an upward gas-water two phase cross flow in a vertical tube with a horizontal rod have been investigated with an optical probe and the digital high speed video system. The local flow patterns are defined as the bubble, slug, churn and annular flow patterns. Optical probe signals are ana- lyzed in terms of probability density function, and it is proved that the local flow patterns can be recognized by this method. The transition mechanisms between the different flow patterns have been analyzed and the corresponding transitional models are proposed. Finally, local flow pattern maps of the upward gas-water two-phase flow in the vertical tube with a horizontal rod are constructed. 展开更多

The experimental distributor mainly consists of a straight through section,a gas extraction line,a liquid extraction line and a side arm branch. A gas orifice and a liquid orifice are mounted at the gas and liquid extraction line respectively to control the outlet gas quality. The diameter of the liquid orifice was set to 2. 50 mm and three gas orifices with different size( dG= 2. 65,5. 00,10. 00 mm) were tested. The experiments were carried out at an air-water two-phase flow loop. The gas superficial velocity ranged from 6. 0 to 20. 0 m /s and the liquid superficial velocity was in the range of 0. 02- 0. 18 m /s. Flow patterns such as wave flow,slug flow and annular flow were observed. The gas quality of the side arm branch was found mainly determined by the flow area ratio of the gas orifice to the liquid orifice and independent of gas and liquid superficial velocity,flow patterns and extraction flux. 展开更多

This paper is to classify the flow pattern of oil-gas-water flow in a pipeline by using BP neural network. The effects of different parameter combinations are investigated to find the most important ones. It is shown that BP neural network can be used in the analysis of the flow pattern of three-phase flow in pipelines. In most cases, the mean square error is large for the horizontal pipes. The optimized neuron number of the middle layer changes with conditions. So, we must changes the neuron number of the middle layer in simulation for any conditions to seek the best results. These conclusions can be taken as references for further study of the flow pattern of oil-gas-water in a pipeline. 展开更多

Petroleum production logging needs to determine the interpretation models first and flow pattern identification is the foundation, but traditional flow pattern identification methods have some limitations. In this paper, a new method of flow pattern identification in oil wells by electromagnetic image logging is proposed. First, the characteristics of gas-water and oil-water flow patterns in horizontal and vertical wellbores are picked up. Then, the continuous variation of the two phase flow pattern in the vertical and horizontal pipe space is discretized into continuous fluid distribution models in the pipeline section. Second, the electromagnetic flow image measurement responses of all the eight fluid distribution models are simulated and the characteristic vector of each response is analyzed in order to distinguish the fluid distribution models. Third, the time domain changes of the fluid distribution models in the pipeline section are used to identify the flow pattern. Finally, flow simulation experiments using electromagnetic flow image logging are operated and the experimental and simulated data are compared. The results show that the method can be used for flow pattern identification of actual electromagnetic image logging data. 展开更多

In the present work, the performance of oil-air two-phase flow under different lubricant oils was investigated. The simulation method was applied to study the influence of the oil viscosity on the flow pattern, velocity distribution and Re number in oil-air lubrication by FLUENT software with VOF model to acquire the working performance of oil-air lubrication for high-speed ball bearing. This method was used to obtain the optimum lubrication conditions of high-speed ball bearing. The optimum operating conditions that produce the optimum flow pattern were provided. The optimum annular flow was obtained by PAO6 oil with the low viscosity. Reynolds number influences the fluid shape and distribution of oil and air in pipe. The annular flow can be formed when Reynolds number is an appropriate value. The velocity distribution of oil-air two-phase flow at outlet was also discussed by different oil viscosities. The simulating results show that due to the effect of the oil viscosity and flow pattern the velocity decreased and expanded gradually close to the pipe wall, and the velocity increased close to the central pipe. The simulation results provide the proposal for the design and operation of oil-air two-phase flow lubrication experiments in the present work. This work provides a useful method in designing oil-air lubrication with the optimum flow pattern and the optimum operating conditions. 展开更多

浸没系统两相流致压力脉动特性数值分析

浸没系统通过在投影物镜与硅片之间维持稳定的液体环境,成为浸没式光刻机实现更高分辨率光刻的关键组成部分.为了保证浸没流场的均一和稳定,浸没系统必须依赖负压抽排实现浸没流场的动态密封.然而,气-液两相抽排会引起严重的流致振动问... 浸没系统通过在投影物镜与硅片之间维持稳定的液体环境,成为浸没式光刻机实现更高分辨率光刻的关键组成部分.为了保证浸没流场的均一和稳定,浸没系统必须依赖负压抽排实现浸没流场的动态密封.然而,气-液两相抽排会引起严重的流致振动问题,从而影响双工作台的运动精度,导致曝光线条堆叠和交错等缺陷.针对浸没系统两相抽排亚毫米管道,建立气-液“对冲”流动物理模型.借助开源软件OpenFOAM对管内流型和流致压力脉动特性进行数值分析.研究结果表明,气-液“对冲”流动在回收管底端碰撞交汇形成涡流区,进而诱发管内气-液界面失稳和两相压力脉动.该两相压力脉动特性近似为白噪声,为多个正弦波分量与宽频带白噪声叠加.此外,气密封速度、硅片表面润湿特性和曝光扫描速度对气-液界面流型及管内压力波动特性影响较大.尤其当后退接触角约为65°时,两相界面较为稳定,两相压力脉动可以得到有效抑制.本研究从机理上揭示了浸没系统振动产生的根源,为浸没头结构优化和工艺参数调节提供了理论依据与技术支撑,对提升浸没式光刻机的性能和良品率具有重要工程价值. 展开更多

为探究航空发动机回油管尺度下以润滑油和封严空气为主要介质的油气两相流相分布特征,实现回油管内流型准确辨识,提出了一种基于图像处理的两相流型辨识模型。该模型基于航空发动机工况下水平回油管内油气两相流实验获取的4种典型流型... 为探究航空发动机回油管尺度下以润滑油和封严空气为主要介质的油气两相流相分布特征,实现回油管内流型准确辨识,提出了一种基于图像处理的两相流型辨识模型。该模型基于航空发动机工况下水平回油管内油气两相流实验获取的4种典型流型图像结果,以双边滤波、二值化、小波分解等图像处理技术提取的流型特征数据集为输入,采用Elman循环神经网络模型实现流型辨识。结果表明:在航空发动机工况范围内,回油管内会出现4种典型流型:弹状流、层状流、波状流和环状流。基于流型图像的辨识模型能够成功辨识4种不同流型,且在验证集上辨识准确率为93.06%、宏F1为97.60%,具有较好的准确性和稳健性。 展开更多

【目的】鄂尔多斯盆地东缘大宁−吉县区块深部煤层气已实现规模开发,投产水平井近150口,在生产过程中发现随着地层能量逐渐降低,气井携液能力下降,井筒积液成为影响深部煤层气井产量的主要因素之一。深部煤层气游离气和解吸气共同产出,... 【目的】鄂尔多斯盆地东缘大宁−吉县区块深部煤层气已实现规模开发,投产水平井近150口,在生产过程中发现随着地层能量逐渐降低,气井携液能力下降,井筒积液成为影响深部煤层气井产量的主要因素之一。深部煤层气游离气和解吸气共同产出,气液比变化大,且不同阶段产气通道及排采工艺不同,适合深部煤层气水平井生产特征的积液诊断预测方法亟需建立,为积液防治提供依据,避免因积液造成储层伤害和产能影响。【方法和结果】基于不可压缩黏性流体的RANSκ-ε方程与volume of fluid method(VOF)方法,利用流体动力学软件Fluent及其二次开发功能,结合深部煤层气水平井油管、环空气液两相流物模实验,构建深部煤层气水平井气液两相流动数值模型,通过数值模拟结果建立适合于深部煤层气水平井不同井筒压力、不同井斜角、圆管条件下和环空条件下的流型图版。基于生产过程中气液两相流动规律及流型演化过程,建立流型与积液的对应关系,得出:泡状流、段塞流对应已发生积液状态,搅混流对应即将发生积液的过渡状态,环状流对应无积液或积液风险较低状态,并且井斜角大小与积液风险成正比,压力与积液风险成反比。【结论】利用积液诊断的流型图版分析法,应用于大宁−吉县区块深部煤层气水平井,指导提出干预时机,及时采取治理措施,措施有效率提高。下一步将引入人工智能技术,向智能分析预测方向进一步优化此方法,为深部煤层气井筒积液预测和防治提供技术支撑。 展开更多

随着气井开发周期延长,井筒积液问题加剧,导致油田产量下降、采收率降低。为此,基于最小压降理论,针对深度为2400~4000 m的直井,采用Ф50.8 mm连续管与Ф60.3 mm油管2种管柱,建立以井口油压、水气比为变量的临界携液流量计算模型。研究... 随着气井开发周期延长,井筒积液问题加剧,导致油田产量下降、采收率降低。为此,基于最小压降理论,针对深度为2400~4000 m的直井,采用Ф50.8 mm连续管与Ф60.3 mm油管2种管柱,建立以井口油压、水气比为变量的临界携液流量计算模型。研究表明:Ф50.8 mm连续管自主携液能力更强,积液程度更小,井底流压更低,日产气量更高;临界携液流量随水气比、井口油压、井深增加而增大,其中,水气比与井口油压对临界携液流量的影响程度显著高于井深的影响;当井筒流型转变为段塞流时,Ф50.8 mm连续管气相流量(7000 m^(3)/d)低于Ф60.3 mm油管(16000 m^(3)/d),后者生产时间比前者减少了70%以上。现场试验表明,相比Ф60.3 mm油管,Ф50.8 mm连续管完井效率更高,自然连续生产期延长了1.5 a,进一步验证了模型的准确性。该研究可为气井携液规律分析及排水采气措施优化提供理论依据,对提升低产气井开发效益具有重要指导意义。 展开更多
