As an important index to measure the degree of entanglement in quantum systems,concurrence plays an important role in practical research.In this paper,we study the concurrence between two qubits in triangular triple q...As an important index to measure the degree of entanglement in quantum systems,concurrence plays an important role in practical research.In this paper,we study the concurrence between two qubits in triangular triple quantum dot structure.Through calculation and simulation,it is found that concurrence is mainly affected by the interdot coupling strength t,Coulomb interactionU,temperature T,and electrode coupling G.Through comparative studies with parallel triple quantum dot structures,we demonstrate that the triangular geometry exhibits significantly enhanced concurrence under identical conditions.In addition,under the condition that concurrence exceeds 0.9,the functional relationship between t and U is obtained through simulation,which provides theoretical support for quantum dot regulation under high entanglement.Finally,we demonstrate the feasibility of implementing a three-qubit quantum gate,using the Toffoli gate as a representative example,under the condition that the triangular triple quantum dot system maintains high entanglement.展开更多
Under submerged conditions, compared with traditional self-excited oscillating pulsed waterjets(SOPWs), annular fluid-enhanced self-excited oscillating pulsed waterjets(AFESOPWs) exhibit a higher surge pressure throug...Under submerged conditions, compared with traditional self-excited oscillating pulsed waterjets(SOPWs), annular fluid-enhanced self-excited oscillating pulsed waterjets(AFESOPWs) exhibit a higher surge pressure through self-priming. However, their pressure frequency and cavitation characteristics remain unclear, resulting in an inability to fully utilize resonance and cavitation erosion to break coal and rock. In this study, high-frequency pressure testing, high-speed photography, and large eddy simulation(LES) are used to investigate the distribution of the pressure frequency band, evolution law of the cavitation cloud, and its regulation mechanism of a continuous waterjet, SOPW, and AFESOPW. The results indicated that the excitation of the plunger pump, shearing layer vortex, and bubble collapse corresponded to the three high-amplitude frequency bands of the waterjet pressure. AFESOPWs have an additional self-priming frequency that can produce a larger amplitude under a synergistic effect with the second high-amplitude frequency band. A better cavitation effect was produced after self-priming the annulus fluid, and the shedding frequency of the cavitation clouds of the three types of waterjets was linearly related to the cavitation number. The peak pressure of the waterjet and cavitation erosion effect can be improved by modulating the waterjet pressure oscillation frequency and cavitation shedding frequency.展开更多
BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is a Gram-negative bacterium that relies on flagellar motility to colonize the stomach,damaging the gastric mucosa through various mechanisms and leading to various digestive di...BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is a Gram-negative bacterium that relies on flagellar motility to colonize the stomach,damaging the gastric mucosa through various mechanisms and leading to various digestive disorders.Accurate assessment and precise treatment are essential in initial intensive therapy.AIM To investigate the efficacy and safety of a vonoprazan(VPZ)-based triple regimen for first-line eradication of H.pylori in China.METHODS This multicenter noninferior randomized controlled trial(June 2022 to November 2023)involved 524 H.pyloripositive patients across 19 centers in Shandong,China.Participants were randomized to 14-day esomeprazole/bismuth/amoxicillin/clarithromycin(EBAC),14-day VPZ/amoxicillin/clarithromycin(VACa),or 10-day VPZ/amoxicillin/clarithromycin(VACb)-all administered twice daily.Primary outcomes(eradication rates)were assessed via intention-to-treat(ITT)and per-protocol(PP)analyses.Secondary endpoints included adverse events and adherence.Noninferiority testing andχ^(2)tests were used for statistical comparisons.RESULTS A total of 524 patients participated in this study.In ITT analysis,the eradication rates of the EBAC,VACa,and VACb groups were 72.6%(127/175),88.0%(154/175),and 83.3%(145/174),respectively(P=0.001).The difference in the eradication rate between the EBAC and VPCa groups was 15.4%[95%confidence interval(CI):7.3-23.6,P<0.001],and that between the EBAC and VACb groups was 10.8%(95%CI:2.1-19.4,P=0.018).In PP analysis,the eradication rates of the EBAC,VACa,and VACb groups were 81.4%(127/156),93.9%(154/164),and 90.6%(145/160),respectively(P=0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups,which were 36.6%,33.8%and 29.6%,respectively(P=0.50).CONCLUSION VPZ-based triple therapies demonstrate noninferiority to 14-day bismuth-containing regimens,with the 10-day regimen showing comparable efficacy and similar adverse event rates.展开更多
Accurately forecasting the triple point(TP)path is essential for analyzing blast loads and assessing the destructive effectiveness of the height of burst explosion.Empirical models that describe the TP path under norm...Accurately forecasting the triple point(TP)path is essential for analyzing blast loads and assessing the destructive effectiveness of the height of burst explosion.Empirical models that describe the TP path under normal temperature and pressure environments are commonly employed;however,in certain configurations,such as at high-altitudes(HAs),the environment may involve low temperature and pressure conditions.The present study develops a theoretical prediction model for the TP path under reduced pressure and temperature conditions,utilizing the image bursts method,reflected polar analysis,and dimensional analysis.The model's accuracy is evaluated through numerical simulations and experimental data.Results indicate that the prediction model effectively evaluates the TP path under diminished temperature and pressure conditions,with most predictions falling within a±15%deviation.It was found that the TP height increases with altitude.As the altitude rises from 0 m to 10,000 m,the average TP height increases by 61.7%,87.9%,109.0%,and 134.3%for the scaled height of burst of 1.5 m,2.0 m,2.5 m,and 3.0 m,respectively.Moreover,the variation in TP height under HA environments closely mirrors that observed under corresponding reduced pressure conditions.In HA environments,only the effect of low-pressure conditions on the TP path needs to be considered,as the environmental lowtemperature has a minimal effect.展开更多

The sparsity of ground gauges poses a significant challenge for evaluating and merging satellite-based and reanalysis-based precipitation datasets in lake regions.While the standard triple collocation(TC)method offers...The sparsity of ground gauges poses a significant challenge for evaluating and merging satellite-based and reanalysis-based precipitation datasets in lake regions.While the standard triple collocation(TC)method offers a solution without access to ground-based observations,it fails to address rain/no-rain classification and its suitability for assessing and merging lake precipitation has not been explored.This study combines categorical triple collocation(CTC)with standard TC to create an integrated framework(CTC-TC)tailored to evaluate and merge global gridded precipitation products(GPPs).We assess the efficacy of CTC-TC using six GPPs(ERA5-Land,SM2 RAIN-ASCAT,IMERG-Early,IMERG-Late,GSMaPMVK,and PERSIANN-CCS)across the five largest freshwater lakes in China.CTC-TC effectively captures the spatial patterns of metrics for all GPPs,and precisely estimates the correlation coefficient and root mean square error for satellite-based datasets apart from SM2 RAIN-ASCAT,but overestimates the classification accuracy indicator V for all GPPs.Regarding multi-source fusion,CTC-TC leverages the strengths of individual products of triplets,resulting in significant improvements in the critical success index(CSI)by over 11.9%and the modified Kling-Gupta efficiency(KGE')by more than 13.3%.Compared to baseline models,including standard TC,simple model averaging,one outlier removal,and Bayesian model averaging,CTC-TC achieves gains in CSI and KGE'of no less than 24.7%and 3.6%,respectively.In conclusion,the CTC-TC framework offers a thorough evaluation and efficient fusion of GPPs,addressing both categorical and continuous accuracy in data-scarce regions such as lakes.展开更多

This study investigates the nonlinear resonance responses of suspended cables subjected to multi-frequency excitations and time-delayed feedback.Two specific combinations and simultaneous resonances are selected for d...This study investigates the nonlinear resonance responses of suspended cables subjected to multi-frequency excitations and time-delayed feedback.Two specific combinations and simultaneous resonances are selected for detailed examination.Initially,utilizing Hamilton’s variational principle,a nonlinear vibration control model of suspended cables under multi-frequency excitations and longitudinal time-delayed velocity feedback is developed,and the Galerkin method is employed to obtain the discrete model.Subsequently,focusing solely on single-mode discretization,analytical solutions for the two simultaneous resonances are derived using the method of multiple scales.The frequency response equations are derived,and the stability analysis is presented for two simultaneous resonance cases.The results demonstrate that suspended cables exhibit complex nonlinearity under multi-frequency excitations.Multiple solutions under multi-frequency excitation can be distinguished through the frequency–response and the detuning-phase curves.By adjusting the control gain and time delay,the resonance range,response amplitude,and phase of suspended cables can be modified.展开更多
The observations of fully-charm tetraquark states in the LHCb,CMS,and ATLAS experiments suggested the existence of hadronic molecules of two-charmonium states,which may also imply bound states in the threecharmonium s...The observations of fully-charm tetraquark states in the LHCb,CMS,and ATLAS experiments suggested the existence of hadronic molecules of two-charmonium states,which may also imply bound states in the threecharmonium systems.In this work,we study the possible bound states in the triple-ηcand triple-J/ψsystems with J^(PC)=0^(-+)and 1^(--),respectively.In quantum chromodynamics sum rules,we calculate the two-point correlation functions and spectral functions up to the dimension-four gluon condensate.We use the iterative dispersion relation approach to deal with the five-loop banana integrals,which significantly improves computational efficiency.Our results show that the masses of triple-ηcand triple-J/ψstates lie below the corresponding mass thresholds,supporting the existence of such three-body bound states.展开更多
The advancement of imaging resolution has made the impact of multi-frequency composite jitter in satellite platforms on non-collinear time delay and integration(TDI)charge-coupled device(CCD)imaging systems increasing...The advancement of imaging resolution has made the impact of multi-frequency composite jitter in satellite platforms on non-collinear time delay and integration(TDI)charge-coupled device(CCD)imaging systems increasingly critical.Moreover,the accuracy of jitter detection is constrained by the limited inter-chip overlap region inherent to non-collinear TDI CCDs.To address these challenges,a multi-frequency jitter detection method is proposed,achieving sub-pixel level error extraction.Furthermore,a multi-frequency jitter fitting approach utilizing a scale-adjustable sliding window is introduced.For composite multi-frequency jitter,spectral analysis decomposes the relative jitter error curve,while the scale-adjustable sliding window enables frequency-division fitting and modeling.Validation experiments using Gaofen-8(GF-8)remote sensing satellite imagery detected jitter at 0.65,20,and 100 Hz in the cross-track direction and at 0.5,100,and 120 Hz in the along-track direction,demonstrating the method’s precision in detecting platform jitter at sub-pixel accuracy(<0.2 pixels)and its efficacy in fitting and modeling for non-collinear TDI CCD imaging systems subject to multi-frequency jitter.展开更多
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)represents an aggressive breast cancer subtype with poor prognosis and limited targeted treatment options.This investigation examined the anticancer potential of Caerulomycin A(Cae A...Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)represents an aggressive breast cancer subtype with poor prognosis and limited targeted treatment options.This investigation examined the anticancer potential of Caerulomycin A(Cae A),a natural compound derived from marine actinomycetes,against TNBC.Cae A demonstrated selective inhibition of viability and proliferation in TNBC cell lines,including 4T1,MDA-MB-231,and MDA-MB-468,through apoptosis induction.Mechanistic analyses revealed that the compound induced sustained endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and subsequent upregulation of C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)expression,resulting in mitochondrial damage-mediated apoptosis.Inhibition of ER stress or CHOP expression knockdown reversed mitochondrial damage and apoptosis,highlighting the essential role of ER stress and CHOP in Cae A's anti-tumor mechanism.Both oxygen consumption rate(OCR)and extracellular acidification rate(ECAR)decreased in TNBC cells following Cae A treatment,indicating reduced mitochondrial respiratory and glycolytic capacities.This diminished energy metabolism potentially triggers ER stress and subsequent apoptosis.Furthermore,Cae A exhibited significant anti-tumor effects in the 4T1 tumor model in vivo without apparent toxicity.The compound also effectively inhibited human TNBC organoid growth.These results indicate that Cae A may serve as a potential therapeutic agent for TNBC,with its efficacy likely mediated through the disruption of glucose metabolism and the induction of ER stress-associated apoptosis.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy rate of rebamipide combined with triple therapy in the treatment of senile peptic gastric ulcers.Methods:A cohort of 68 elderly patients diagnosed with peptic gastric ulcers was enro...Objective:To evaluate the efficacy rate of rebamipide combined with triple therapy in the treatment of senile peptic gastric ulcers.Methods:A cohort of 68 elderly patients diagnosed with peptic gastric ulcers was enrolled in this study between January 2022 and December 2024.Using the envelope method for randomization,the patients were divided into two equal groups:a control group administered standard triple therapy and an observation group that received the same triple therapy supplemented with rebamipide.The clinical efficacy,gastric mucosal morphology(mucosal thickness,gland density,active inflammatory cell infiltration,chronic inflammatory cell infiltration),and pepsinogen I/II were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all items in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).After treatment,the ratios in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the ratio in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion:Rebamipide combined with triple therapy can significantly improve the treatment efficacy of senile peptic gastric ulcers,effectively improve the histological status of the gastric mucosa,and promote the recovery of gastric mucosal function,with superior efficacy compared to triple therapy alone.展开更多

文摘The sparsity of ground gauges poses a significant challenge for evaluating and merging satellite-based and reanalysis-based precipitation datasets in lake regions.While the standard triple collocation(TC)method offers a solution without access to ground-based observations,it fails to address rain/no-rain classification and its suitability for assessing and merging lake precipitation has not been explored.This study combines categorical triple collocation(CTC)with standard TC to create an integrated framework(CTC-TC)tailored to evaluate and merge global gridded precipitation products(GPPs).We assess the efficacy of CTC-TC using six GPPs(ERA5-Land,SM2 RAIN-ASCAT,IMERG-Early,IMERG-Late,GSMaPMVK,and PERSIANN-CCS)across the five largest freshwater lakes in China.CTC-TC effectively captures the spatial patterns of metrics for all GPPs,and precisely estimates the correlation coefficient and root mean square error for satellite-based datasets apart from SM2 RAIN-ASCAT,but overestimates the classification accuracy indicator V for all GPPs.Regarding multi-source fusion,CTC-TC leverages the strengths of individual products of triplets,resulting in significant improvements in the critical success index(CSI)by over 11.9%and the modified Kling-Gupta efficiency(KGE')by more than 13.3%.Compared to baseline models,including standard TC,simple model averaging,one outlier removal,and Bayesian model averaging,CTC-TC achieves gains in CSI and KGE'of no less than 24.7%and 3.6%,respectively.In conclusion,the CTC-TC framework offers a thorough evaluation and efficient fusion of GPPs,addressing both categorical and continuous accuracy in data-scarce regions such as lakes.

文摘This study investigates the nonlinear resonance responses of suspended cables subjected to multi-frequency excitations and time-delayed feedback.Two specific combinations and simultaneous resonances are selected for detailed examination.Initially,utilizing Hamilton’s variational principle,a nonlinear vibration control model of suspended cables under multi-frequency excitations and longitudinal time-delayed velocity feedback is developed,and the Galerkin method is employed to obtain the discrete model.Subsequently,focusing solely on single-mode discretization,analytical solutions for the two simultaneous resonances are derived using the method of multiple scales.The frequency response equations are derived,and the stability analysis is presented for two simultaneous resonance cases.The results demonstrate that suspended cables exhibit complex nonlinearity under multi-frequency excitations.Multiple solutions under multi-frequency excitation can be distinguished through the frequency–response and the detuning-phase curves.By adjusting the control gain and time delay,the resonance range,response amplitude,and phase of suspended cables can be modified.

文摘The observations of fully-charm tetraquark states in the LHCb,CMS,and ATLAS experiments suggested the existence of hadronic molecules of two-charmonium states,which may also imply bound states in the threecharmonium systems.In this work,we study the possible bound states in the triple-ηcand triple-J/ψsystems with J^(PC)=0^(-+)and 1^(--),respectively.In quantum chromodynamics sum rules,we calculate the two-point correlation functions and spectral functions up to the dimension-four gluon condensate.We use the iterative dispersion relation approach to deal with the five-loop banana integrals,which significantly improves computational efficiency.Our results show that the masses of triple-ηcand triple-J/ψstates lie below the corresponding mass thresholds,supporting the existence of such three-body bound states.
文摘The advancement of imaging resolution has made the impact of multi-frequency composite jitter in satellite platforms on non-collinear time delay and integration(TDI)charge-coupled device(CCD)imaging systems increasingly critical.Moreover,the accuracy of jitter detection is constrained by the limited inter-chip overlap region inherent to non-collinear TDI CCDs.To address these challenges,a multi-frequency jitter detection method is proposed,achieving sub-pixel level error extraction.Furthermore,a multi-frequency jitter fitting approach utilizing a scale-adjustable sliding window is introduced.For composite multi-frequency jitter,spectral analysis decomposes the relative jitter error curve,while the scale-adjustable sliding window enables frequency-division fitting and modeling.Validation experiments using Gaofen-8(GF-8)remote sensing satellite imagery detected jitter at 0.65,20,and 100 Hz in the cross-track direction and at 0.5,100,and 120 Hz in the along-track direction,demonstrating the method’s precision in detecting platform jitter at sub-pixel accuracy(<0.2 pixels)and its efficacy in fitting and modeling for non-collinear TDI CCD imaging systems subject to multi-frequency jitter.

文摘Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)represents an aggressive breast cancer subtype with poor prognosis and limited targeted treatment options.This investigation examined the anticancer potential of Caerulomycin A(Cae A),a natural compound derived from marine actinomycetes,against TNBC.Cae A demonstrated selective inhibition of viability and proliferation in TNBC cell lines,including 4T1,MDA-MB-231,and MDA-MB-468,through apoptosis induction.Mechanistic analyses revealed that the compound induced sustained endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and subsequent upregulation of C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)expression,resulting in mitochondrial damage-mediated apoptosis.Inhibition of ER stress or CHOP expression knockdown reversed mitochondrial damage and apoptosis,highlighting the essential role of ER stress and CHOP in Cae A's anti-tumor mechanism.Both oxygen consumption rate(OCR)and extracellular acidification rate(ECAR)decreased in TNBC cells following Cae A treatment,indicating reduced mitochondrial respiratory and glycolytic capacities.This diminished energy metabolism potentially triggers ER stress and subsequent apoptosis.Furthermore,Cae A exhibited significant anti-tumor effects in the 4T1 tumor model in vivo without apparent toxicity.The compound also effectively inhibited human TNBC organoid growth.These results indicate that Cae A may serve as a potential therapeutic agent for TNBC,with its efficacy likely mediated through the disruption of glucose metabolism and the induction of ER stress-associated apoptosis.
文摘Objective:To evaluate the efficacy rate of rebamipide combined with triple therapy in the treatment of senile peptic gastric ulcers.Methods:A cohort of 68 elderly patients diagnosed with peptic gastric ulcers was enrolled in this study between January 2022 and December 2024.Using the envelope method for randomization,the patients were divided into two equal groups:a control group administered standard triple therapy and an observation group that received the same triple therapy supplemented with rebamipide.The clinical efficacy,gastric mucosal morphology(mucosal thickness,gland density,active inflammatory cell infiltration,chronic inflammatory cell infiltration),and pepsinogen I/II were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all items in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).After treatment,the ratios in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the ratio in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion:Rebamipide combined with triple therapy can significantly improve the treatment efficacy of senile peptic gastric ulcers,effectively improve the histological status of the gastric mucosa,and promote the recovery of gastric mucosal function,with superior efficacy compared to triple therapy alone.
