Trigger control characteristics of fuze-recoil simulation system based on electromagnetic launcher 被引量:1

Fuze is the information processing and control unit of the ammunition, so the quality of the fuze becomes one of the most important aspects of ammunition detection. Since using recoil force is a common method to the arm fuze, its dynamic simulation test has always been the focus of the fuze test research. A new fuze recoil environmental simulation method is proposed based on the electromagnetic launcher. Then the trigger control characteristics of the fuze recoil simulation system and the influence of the trigger position on the recoil force are studied. The results of the study show that although the pulse width of the armature force curve can be changed by adjusting the trigger position, due to the limit of the range, there also exists the contradiction that the electromagnetic pulse width gets narrow with the increase of electromagnetic force peak. Thus, it cannot meet the requirements of the fuze launch recoil simulation. In order to make the recoil force close to the actual environment, the multi-stage trigger control characteristics are analyzed, and the influence of trigger position on recoil environmental force characteristics is studied. Then a fuze launch recoil environmental simulation platform is established and continuous electromagnetic force is achieved by using the trigger strategy. Finally, the experiment is performed to simulate the fuze launch recoil environment and show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed theoretical analysis. The major research work of this paper includes studying the composition and basic principle of the simulation system, establishing a launch model to analyze the single-stage and multi-stage coil fuze launch recoil characteristics, designing the test device to verify the correctness and validity of the research. This paper draws the conclusions that the feasibility of the fuze launch environmental simulation based on the electromagnetic launcher is verified, the trigger position has a great influence on force peak continuity, the problems of low maximum overload peak and short peak duration in the multi-stage coil fuze launch environmental simulation can be effectively solved through adjusting the trigger position, the system has creative and extensive application prospects. 展开更多

Plug-and-play technology is an important direction for future development of spacecraft and how to design controllers with less communication burden and satisfactory performance is of great importance for plug-and-play spacecraft. Considering attitude tracking of such spacecraft with unknown inertial parameters and unknown disturbances, an event-triggered adaptive backstepping controller is designed in this paper. Particularly, a switching threshold strategy is employed to design the event-triggering mechanism. By introducing a new linear time-varying model, a smooth function, an integrable auxiliary signal and a bound estimation approach, the impacts of the network-induced error and the disturbances are effectively compensated for and Zeno phenomenon is successfully avoided. It is shown that all signals of the closed-loop system are globally uniformly bounded and both the attitude tracking error and the angular velocity tracking error converge to zero. Compared with conventional control schemes, the proposed scheme significantly reduces the communication burden while providing stable and accurate response for attitude maneuvers. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

In this paper, we study the consensus problem for a class of linear multi-agent systems(MASs) with consideration of input saturation under the self-triggered mechanism. In the context of discrete-time systems, a self-triggered strategy is developed to determine the time interval between the adjacent triggers. The triggering condition is designed by using the current sampled consensus error. Furthermore, the consensus control protocol is designed by means of a state feedback approach. It is shown that the considered multi-agent systems can reach consensus with the presented algorithm. Some sufficient conditions are proposed in the form of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) to show the positively invariant property of the domain of attraction(DOA). Moreover, some sufficient conditions of controller synthesis are provided to enlarge the volume of the DOA and obtain the control gain matrix. A numerical example is simulated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis results. 展开更多

This improved distributed event-triggered method has no need for continuously monitoring each agent' neighbors. Moreover, each agent in the multi-agent systems will not exhibit the Zeno behavior. The comprehensive understanding of the structure-dependent electrostatic discharge behaviors in a conventional diode-triggered silicon controlled rectifier (DTSCR) is presented in this paper. Combined with the device simulation, a mathematical model is built to get a more in-depth insight into this phenomenon. The theoretical studies are verified by the transmission-line-pulsing (TLP) test results of the modified DTSCR structure, which is realized in a 65-nm complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) process. The detailed analysis of the physical mechanism is used to provide predictions as the DTSCR-based protection scheme is required. In addition, a method is also presented to achieve the tradeoff between the leakage and trigger voltage in DTSCR. 展开更多

This paper finds that the initial triggering time and the width of the pulse can generate a peak in the entanglement. There is an optimal width of the pulse for which the entanglement can reach a maximum. The asymmetry of the coupling between atoms can generate different entanglement in the system. The multiple triggers can generate multiple peaks in the entanglement. The separation between two peaks is increased as the width of the pulse is increased. 展开更多

This paper is devoted to event-triggered control design for linear systems based on function observer. More specifically, the main purpose is to design event-triggered mechanisms that trigger transmissions when the difference between the current value of the system and its previously transmitted value which includes the plant output or the function observer output exceeds an additional threshold. For such an eventtriggered mechanism, we derive conditions in terms of matrix inequality to guarantee the stability as well as longer inter-event time. We propose two approaches to investigate the closed-loop model, namely, reformulating the event-triggered control system as a hybrid system and interpreting the event-induced error as exogenous disturbance. Furthermore, the minimum inter-event time is guaranteed to be strictly positive. In this paper, an event-triggered sliding mode control approach for trajectory tracking problem of nonlinear input affine system with disturbance has been proposed. A second order robotic manipulator system has been modeled into a general nonlinear input affine system. Initially, the global asymptotic stability is ensured with conventional periodic sampling approach for reference trajectory tracking. Then the proposed approach of event-triggered sliding mode control is discussed which guarantees semi-global uniform ultimate boundedness. The proposed control approach guarantees non-accumulation of control updates ensuring lower bounds on inter-event triggering instants avoiding Zeno behavior in presence of the disturbance. The system shows better performance in terms of reduced control updates, ensures system stability which further guarantees optimization of resource usage and cost. The simulation results are provided for validation of proposed methodology for tracking problem by a robotic manipulator. The number of aperiodic control updates is found to be approximately 44% and 61% in the presence of constant and time-varying disturbances respectively. 展开更多

Firstly,a fault diagnosis observer is designed to estimate both the fault and the state simultaneously by using the event-triggered sampled output. Some H∞constraints between the estimation errors and the event-triggered sampling mechanism are established to ensure the estimation accuracy. Then, based on the constraints and the obtained fault information, an event-triggered detector and a static fault tolerant controller are co-designed to guarantee the stability of the faulty system and to reduce the sensor communication cost.Furthermore, the problem of the event detector and dynamic FTC co-design is also investigated. Simulation results of an unstable batch reactor are finally provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Fi-nite-state-machine (FSM) design method is widely used for its high efficiency and predictable behavior. In this paper, the time-triggered and state-machine combination software architecture is implemented for a 25 kg thrust micro turbine engine (MTE) used for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system; also model-based-design development workflow for airworthiness software directive DO-178B is utilized. Experimental results show that time-triggered state-machine software architecture and development method could shorten the system development time, reduce the system test cost and make the turbine engine easily comply with the airworthiness rules. 展开更多

目前,机械臂广泛应用于农业采摘领域,成为农业自动化的关键组成部分.但是,采摘机械臂的连续控制策略对信息实时性要求极高,增加了控制成本,为此本文针对采摘机械臂提出了一种基于事件触发的采摘机械臂轨迹跟踪间歇控制策略.首先,利用拉... 目前,机械臂广泛应用于农业采摘领域,成为农业自动化的关键组成部分.但是,采摘机械臂的连续控制策略对信息实时性要求极高,增加了控制成本,为此本文针对采摘机械臂提出了一种基于事件触发的采摘机械臂轨迹跟踪间歇控制策略.首先,利用拉格朗日力学,建立考虑外部扰动的双关节采摘机械臂的动力学模型.利用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络估计采摘机械臂的未知动力学函数与外部干扰,基于反步法建立连续反馈轨迹跟踪自适应控制器设计方法.采用上下确界技术建立控制区与休息区的量化关系,进而提出控制区间的事件触发控制器设计方案.利用李亚普诺夫稳定性理论,证明采摘机械臂系统收敛到一个有界区域,并实现预期跟踪目标.利用闭环信号的有界性原理,证明所设计的事件触发机制无Zeno行为.最后,分别考虑周期性间歇和非周期性间歇,分析本文采摘机械臂控制策略的可行性与有效性.在相同的控制输入总量条件下,10%休息区间的间歇事件触发策略相比于连续控制策略,控制器更新次数降低68.31%,相对于传统PID控制,关节1的整体均方根误差(RMSE)指标降低22.18%,关节2的整体RMSE误差指标降低33.63%. 展开更多

背景:慢性非特异性颈痛的发病率高且病因不明,肌筋膜疼痛与颈部深屈肌萎缩是关键因素。体外冲击波治疗能够改善微循环、缓解局部疼痛,并对颈椎退行性发展具有延缓作用;运动控制训练可显著改善颈部肌力与耐力、减轻颈部疼痛,两种方法单... 背景:慢性非特异性颈痛的发病率高且病因不明,肌筋膜疼痛与颈部深屈肌萎缩是关键因素。体外冲击波治疗能够改善微循环、缓解局部疼痛,并对颈椎退行性发展具有延缓作用;运动控制训练可显著改善颈部肌力与耐力、减轻颈部疼痛,两种方法单独应用的效果有限。目的:探讨上斜方肌处体外冲击波联合运动控制训练对慢性非特异性颈痛的治疗效果。方法:在沈阳体育学院招募慢性非特异性颈痛患者42例,均为男性,采用随机数字表法随机分3组干预:冲击波组(n=14)进行上斜方肌处体外冲击波干预,每周1次,每次10-15 min,共干预4周;训练组(n=14)进行运动控制训练,每周3次,每次40-50 min,共治疗4周;联合组(n=14)进行上斜方肌处体外冲击波干预联合运动控制训练,共干预4周。干预前及干预1,4周后,评估患者疼痛、颈椎功能,检测上斜方肌厚度、血流动力学参数及血清白细胞介素6与肿瘤坏死因子α水平。结果与结论:①与干预前比较,3组干预1,4周后的目测类比评分与颈部功能障碍指数均降低(P<0.05);干预1,4周后,联合组目测类比评分与颈部功能障碍指数均低于冲击波组、训练组(P<0.05);②与干预前比较,训练组、联合组干预4周后的上斜方肌厚度增加(P<0.05);联合组干预4周后的上斜方肌厚度大于冲击波组、训练组(P<0.05);③与干预前比较,冲击波组、联合组干预1,4周后的颈横动脉上升段收缩期峰值速度升高(P<0.05)、阻力指数降低(P<0.05),训练组干预4周后的颈横动脉上升段收缩期峰值速度升高(P<0.05)、阻力指数降低(P<0.05);干预1,4周后,联合组颈横动脉上升段收缩期峰值速度高于冲击波组、训练组(P<0.05),阻力指数低于冲击波组、训练组(P<0.05);④与干预前比较,冲击波组、联合组干预1,4周后的白细胞介素6与肿瘤坏死因子α水平降低(P<0.05),训练组干预4周后的白细胞介素6与肿瘤坏死因子α水平降低(P<0.05);干预1,4周后,联合组白细胞介素6与肿瘤坏死因子α水平低于冲击波组、训练组(P<0.05);⑤结果表明,体外冲击波联合运动控制训练治疗慢性非特异性颈痛可显著减轻疼痛、改善颈部功能,作用机制可能为促进触发点处血流速度、降低血流阻力、降低血清白细胞介素6与肿瘤坏死因子α水平、增加上斜方肌厚度。 展开更多
