The coordination complex of Co(Ⅲ) based on a macrocyclic triamine ligand 1,4-diacetate-1,4,7-triazacyclodecane (L) has been synthesized and characterized. The metal cation is bonded with three nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms of L and one chloride ion to form a distorted octahedral geometry. This complex coordinated with macrocyclic ligand possesses large pore volume that will be contributed to observe high H2 adsorption. With respect to the first-principles electronic structure calculations, the feasibility to store hydrogen in the complex is explored. Indeed, the complex has shown a very high total H2 adsorption of 7.2 wt% (wt% = (weight of adsorbed H2)/(weight of host material)), with a binding energy of 0.03 eV/H2 展开更多

An ion-pair compound, [HL]2[Ni(CN)4]4H2O 1 has been obtained as an unexpected product when we attempt to prepare a heterometallic cyano-bridged complex by the reaction of GdCl3nH2O, K2Ni(CN)4 and L (L=4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,5,9-triazacyclododecan-2-one) in aqueous solution, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 12.380(1), b = 9.9637(8), c = 17.087(1) ? ?= 105.947(2)? V = 2026.6(3) ?, Rint = 0.0509, Z = 2, Dc = 1.297 g/cm3, C34H56O8N10Ni, Mr = 791.60, F(000) = 844, m(MoKa) = 0.538 mm1, S = 1.030, the final R = 0.0644 and wR = 0.1299 for 2023 observed reflections with I ≥ 2(I). The title compound 1 contains one anion of [Ni(CN)4]2, two cations of [HL]+ and four packing water molecules, which are held together by the NH···O and OH···O hydrogen bonds to form a three- dimensional framework. 展开更多

This study examined the corneal permeability of topical eye drop solutions added with various corneal penetrating accelerators and gadolinium-diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (Gd-DTPA) by nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the random digits table:Gd-DTPA group,in which the rabbits received 23.45% Gd-DTPA;hyaluronic acid group,in which 23.45% Gd-DTPA plus 0.2% hyaluronic acid was administered;azone group,in which 23.45% Gd-DTPA with 0.2% azone was given.Fifty microliters of the eye drops was instilled into the conjunctive sac every 5 min,for a total of 6 applications in each group.Contrast medium signals in the cornea,anterior chamber,posterior chamber,and vitreous body were scanned successively by MRI.The morphology and cell density of the corneal endothelium were examined before and 24 h after the treatment.The results showed that the residence time of Gd-DTPA in the conjunctival sac in the hyaluronic acid and azone groups was longer than that in the Gd-DTPA group.The signals in the anterior chamber of the Gd-DTPA and hyaluronic acid groups were increased slightly,and those in the azone group strengthened sharply.The signal intensity continuously rose over 80 min before reaching plateau.The strengthening rate of signals in the anterior chamber was 19.63% in the Gd-DTPA group,53.42% in the sodium hyaluronate group,and 226.94% in the azone group.No signal was detected in the posterior chamber or vitreous body in all the 3 groups.Corneal morphology and cell density did not show any significant changes after the treatment in all the 3 groups.It was concluded that azone can significantly improve the corneal permeability of drugs that are similar to Gd-DTPA in molecular weight and molecular size,and MRI is a noninvasive technique that can dynamically detect eye drop metabolism in real time. 展开更多

Its structure was characterized by XPS, IR, UV, HPLC, DTA-TG and elemental analysis. The physico-mechanical and anticorrosive properties of the polymer were also investigated. The results show that the coating of PUBN can be hardened in 2 h at room temperature and its film has excellent physico-mechanical properties and good anticorrosive properties. 展开更多
