Based on the review and comparison of main statistical analysis models for estimating variety-environment cell means in regional crop trials, a new statistical model, LR-PCA composite model was proposed, and the predictive precision of these models were compared by cross validation of an example data. Results showed that the order of model precision was LR-PCA model > AMMI model > PCA model > Treatment Means (TM) model > Linear Regression (LR) model > Additive Main Effects ANOVA model. The precision gain factor of LR-PCA model was 1.55, increasing by 8.4% compared with AMMI. 展开更多

The results show that, among the strands, the strand with the mini mum dimensionless time of the first appearance of tracer at the tundish exit appears to be the worst one for inclusion removal, while the strand with the maximum dimensionless mean residence time shows the best inclusion removal efficiency. The inclusion number decreases with increasing inclusion size for all strands. The inclusion number distri bution among strands is the same for all inclusion sizes and the descending order of inclusion number is basically con sistent with the ascending order of dimensionless mean residence time among individual strands. However, when the strand with the minimum dimensionless time of the first appearance of tracer at the tundish exit is not the same one with the minimum dimensionless mean residence time, the former seems to be inferior to the latter for inclusion re moval. 展开更多

This is usually referred to as post-model selection inference. The shortcomings of such practice are widely recognized, finding a general solution is extremely challenging. We propose a model averaging alternative consisting on taking into account model selection probability and the like-lihood in assigning the weights. The approach is applied to Bernoulli trials and outperforms Akaike weights model averaging and post-model selection estimators. 展开更多

为有效评价河南省水稻区域试验,评估出兼具高产、稳产、强适应性的水稻新品种及适宜的试点,利用AMMI模型和GGE双标图对2022—2023年河南省水稻区域试验参试品种(2022年13个参试品种,2023年14个参试品种)在10个试验点的丰产性、稳产性、... 为有效评价河南省水稻区域试验,评估出兼具高产、稳产、强适应性的水稻新品种及适宜的试点,利用AMMI模型和GGE双标图对2022—2023年河南省水稻区域试验参试品种(2022年13个参试品种,2023年14个参试品种)在10个试验点的丰产性、稳产性、适应性进行综合分析,比较不同试点的区分力和代表性,筛选出适宜种植品种和理想试点。结果表明,2022—2023年,参试水稻品种的产量受基因型、环境以及两者互作极显著影响。2 a,AMMI模型分别解释了79.87%和87.38%的基因型与环境的互作效应。AMMI模型分析发现,2022年参试品种原稻26、郑稻25、豫稻27丰产性、稳产性较好,2023年参试品种汴粳5号、豫稻27、郑稻27丰产性、稳产性较好;2022年试点新乡市原阳县、南阳市桐柏县、开封市祥符区的区分力较强,2023年试点开封市祥符区、濮阳市范县、信阳市浉河区、新乡市原阳县的区分力较强。GGE双标图分析发现,2022年和2023年丰产性和稳产性较好的品种分别是原稻26、郑稻25、豫稻27和汴粳5号、郑稻27、豫稻28,适应性最广的品种分别是新丰26和濮杂粳1号,区分力和代表性较好的试点是开封市祥符区、郑州市金水区、新乡市原阳县。综上,丰产性和稳产性较好的品种是原稻26、郑稻25、豫稻27、汴粳5号、郑稻27,区分力和代表性较强的试点是开封市祥符区、新乡市原阳县。 展开更多

为预防地铁站火灾事故,深入了解地铁站火灾人员疏散影响因素间的内在联系与层次结构,基于第6版“2-4”模型(24Model)分析63起地铁站火灾疏散事故,充分考虑各个因素之间的交互作用,提取19个影响地铁站人员疏散的关键因素,建立地铁站火灾... 为预防地铁站火灾事故,深入了解地铁站火灾人员疏散影响因素间的内在联系与层次结构,基于第6版“2-4”模型(24Model)分析63起地铁站火灾疏散事故,充分考虑各个因素之间的交互作用,提取19个影响地铁站人员疏散的关键因素,建立地铁站火灾人员疏散影响因素指标体系;采用算子客观赋权法(C-OWA)改进决策试验与评价实验法(DEMATEL),确定地铁站火灾人员疏散的重要影响因素;在此基础上,采用解释结构模型(ISM)分析各个因素间的层次结构及相互作用路径,构建地铁站火灾人员疏散影响因素的多级递阶结构模型。研究结果表明:疏散引导、恐慌从众行为、人员拥挤为地铁站火灾人员疏散的关键影响因素;地铁站火灾人员疏散受表层因素、中间层因素、深层因素共同作用的影响,其中,疏散教育与培训、设施维护与检查、疏散预案等因素是根源影响因素,重视根源影响因素的改善有利于从本质上预防和控制事故的发生。 展开更多

目前刑事在线庭审对证人的个人信息保护主要有三种模式,即严格保护模式、相对保护模式和开放保护模式。实践中对证人个人信息的保护主要以开放保护模式为主,严格保护和相对保护模式为辅。然而,以开放保护为主的刑事在线庭审模式容易侵... 目前刑事在线庭审对证人的个人信息保护主要有三种模式,即严格保护模式、相对保护模式和开放保护模式。实践中对证人个人信息的保护主要以开放保护模式为主,严格保护和相对保护模式为辅。然而,以开放保护为主的刑事在线庭审模式容易侵犯证人个人信息权益,而加强对证人个人信息保护又会妨碍被告人对质权的行使,且证人在线身份识别与个人信息保护之间存在一定冲突,这些问题在一定程度上加剧了刑事在线庭审与证人个人信息保护之间的紧张关系。未来我国刑事在线庭审证人个人信息保护制度的构建,可依据横向与纵向程序构造相结合的原理,确立以相对保护为主的证人个人信息保护模式,并通过程序设计以及细化证人在线出庭规则等一系列程序构造来缓解证人在线身份识别与个人信息保护之间的紧张关系。 展开更多

High-sodium consumption has been generally accepted as a risk factor for developing hypertension. Today, global... Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease affecting approximately one out of every seven people worldwide. High-sodium consumption has been generally accepted as a risk factor for developing hypertension. Today, global sodium consumption greatly exceeds guidelines recommended by all medical institutions. This review synthesizes the data of landmark mammalian and human studies which investigated the role of sodium in the pathogenesis of hypertension, along with modern studies questioning this relationship. Recent studies concerning the potential pathways by which high-sodium concentration induces hypertension were reviewed. Human trials and population studies revealed a strong correlation between high blood pressure and average dietary sodium; and animal studies found a dramatic reduction in vascular function in a variety of mammals treated with high-sodium diets. In spite of a few contrarian studies, we found overwhelming evidence that elevated sodium consumption could cause hypertension 展开更多

Conducting model experiments is an effective and reliable way in the investigation of ship hydrodynamic and hydroelastic behaviors. A survey of model testing techniques for ship hydroelasticity and its prospect are presented in this paper. The research highlights with respect to ship hydroelasticity and key points in model testing are summarized at first. Then testing techniques including laboratory tank test and full-scale sea trial are reviewed, and both their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed comprehensively. Based on the conventional testing approaches, a state-of-the-art testing approach which includes performing tests using large-scale model at sea is proposed. Furthermore, recommendations towards the further development of ship hydroelasticity tests are forecasted and discussed. 展开更多

The study on seismic anisotropy is one of the difficult problems in the field of geophysics nowadays.As a method of ray theory,the seismic anisotropy ray tracing is an important means to study the anisotropic seismic wave propagation. The traditional ray tracing system formulated in terms of elastic parameters in the anisotropy is more complicated than that in the isotropic case. Considering the difficulty,a kind of ray tracing system formulated in terms of phase velocity and group velocity is introduced. The new method is similar to the expressions for isotropic media,and avoids the trouble of determining the eigenvalue vector at each time. Besides the ray tracing numerical simulation of different models of vertical transversely isotropic( VTI) medium is carried out,in order to verify the accuracy and applicability of the method and further study the characteristics of wave field propagation in different VTI mediums. By analyzing experime... A physical model based on similarity principles was built to simulate RH desulfurization process. In order to quantitatively analyze RH desulfurization process, a mathematical model was proposed. By analyzing experimental results with the mathematical model, an empirical formula whose determination coefficient was 0.98 was given to express the relationship between transient desulfurization efficiency and time. All the determination coefficients of four fitted curves based on four repeated experiments with different gas flow rates were more than 0.94, which was the exact evidence of the rationality of the empirical formula. Meanwhile, it was found that transient desulfurization ability increased firstly and then decreased with increasing gas flow rate and reached the maximum value when the gas flow rate was 1.8 m^3/h. A plenty of repeated trials showed the same rule, which validated the mathematical model and the conclusions obtained from physical experiments. 展开更多

The development and influencing factors of compliance behavior of investigators in clinical trials were explored. According to literature review, a hypothetical model of development of compliance behavior of investigators in clinical trials was established, and the influencing factors of compliance behavior of investigators and their interrelationships were studied based on questionnaire survey of five hundred investigators sampled randomly from one hundred clinical trial institutions in China. Cron- bach's alpha coefficient and structural equation modeling were adopted to empirically analyze the re- suits. Six variables in the hypothetical model were included: compliance behavior of investigators, credibility of clinical trial, capability of government regulation, quality control of sponsor, quality con- trol of clinical institution and compliance intention of investigators. Empirical analysis showed that the compliance behavior of investigators in clinical trial was directly affected by compliance intention of investigators, quality control of sponsor and quality control of clinical institution. In addition, credibility of clinical trial and capability of government regulation indirectly affected the compliance behavior of investigators in clinical trial through influencing the compliance intention of investigators, quality con- trol of sponsor and quality control of clinical institution. Quality control of sponsor was affected by credibility of clinical trial and capability of government regulation while quality control of clinical in- stitutinn wan only influenced by capability of government regulation. 展开更多

Mixed model analysis procedure was used to analyze the effect of fertilizer application on the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) yield of oil palm. This was with a view to achieve the most appropriate and a robust model for analyzing yield response for fertilizer application in oil palm. In this study, a mixed model analysis procedure was used to analyze yield data obtained from a fertilizer trial conducted between 1997 and 2005. In mixed effect model, replicates and years were used as block. In contrast the fixed effect ANOVA model usually lumped up replicates and years as a random error. In the model replicates were used as block with no block interaction, replicates as block with allowance for block-fertilizer interaction, years as block with allowance for block-fertilizer interaction, and years and replicates as block with allowance for year fertilizer and replicate-fertilizer interaction. Mixed model theory was also used to provide the explicit description of the design matrices in the models. Also, hypotheses relevant to each model were formulated and used to test for specific effects in the models such as, fixed part, random part and interacting parts using appropriate error terms as determined by the derived Expected Mean Squares (EMS). 为促进航站楼安全韧性建设,提高航站楼安全管理水平,将“安全韧性”概念引入航站楼安全管理,利用集成决策实验室分析(DEMATEL,decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory)和解释结构模型(ISM,interpretative structural model)... 为促进航站楼安全韧性建设,提高航站楼安全管理水平,将“安全韧性”概念引入航站楼安全管理,利用集成决策实验室分析(DEMATEL,decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory)和解释结构模型(ISM,interpretative structural model)方法来分析航站楼安全韧性的影响因素。首先,提出航站楼安全韧性定义,以随其运营表现出的监测能力、抵抗能力、应急能力、恢复能力为核心构建航站楼安全韧性影响因素指标体系;然后,建立DEMATEL-ISM模型,使用DEMATEL方法计算各因素的影响度、被影响度、中心度、原因度以及因素间的因果属性,利用ISM方法划分其层级结构;最后,以国内某机场A航站楼为例进行模型验证。结果表明:航站楼安全韧性的根本影响因素是建立航站楼安全韧性机制,与A航站楼实际运营情况一致,验证了模型的有效性和可靠性,为航站楼安全管理提供决策和理论支持。 展开更多

目的基于ECHO(经济-economic、临床-clinical、人文-humanistic结局)模型,从经济、临床及人文结局多维度评价药师自主研发的高血压药物治疗管理路径软件在真实世界中的应用效果,为优化药物治疗管理(MTM)服务提供依据。方法采用前瞻性随... 目的基于ECHO(经济-economic、临床-clinical、人文-humanistic结局)模型,从经济、临床及人文结局多维度评价药师自主研发的高血压药物治疗管理路径软件在真实世界中的应用效果,为优化药物治疗管理(MTM)服务提供依据。方法采用前瞻性随机对照试验,纳入2023年7月至2024年6月在上海市浦东新区公利医院接受MTM服务的120例原发性高血压患者,随机分为干预组(软件辅助MTM,60例)和对照组(人工记录MTM,60例)。比较两组的成本-效用、血压和血脂控制率、用药依从性、患者满意度、药师服务时间及药物相关问题(DRPs)解决情况。结果干预前,两组患者的年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、合并症数量、基线血压/血脂水平及达标率、用药依从性评分等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。干预6个月后,干预组EQ-5D效用值(0.88±0.07 vs.0.84±0.04)、血压控制率(96.67%vs.81.67%)、血脂控制率(98.33%vs.83.33%)、Morisky用药依从性量表评分(7.75±0.25 vs.6.50±1.25)和患者满意度评分(33.20±1.80 vs.31.50±2.10)均高于对照组(P<0.01),平均服务时间短于对照组[(26.18±2.28)min vs.(40.66±4.45)min,P<0.01],DRPs解决率高于对照组(98.57%vs.87.41%,P<0.05)。干预组增量成本-效果为-26755.83元/QALY,提示软件具有成本-效益优势。结论高血压药物治疗管理路径软件可提升药学服务效率,改善经济、临床及人文结局,具有较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多
