In fact, since the World War II, translation has developed and involved all fields other than literary translation. In particular, since China joined the World Trade Organization, the practical translation was growing vigorously. However, in recent years, the practical translation is facing frustration. K0 for t > 0? Via the translative kinematic formulas of Poincar′e and Blaschke in integral geometry,we estimate the symmetric mixed isohomothetic deficit σ2(K0, K1) ≡ A201- A0A1, where A01 is the mixed area of K0 and K1. We obtain a sufficient condition for K0 to contain, or to be contained in, t(T K1). We obtain some Bonnesen-style symmetric mixed isohomothetic inequalities and reverse Bonnesen-style symmetric mixed isohomothetic inequalities. These symmetric mixed isohomothetic inequalities obtained are known as Bonnesen-style isopermetric inequalities and reverse Bonnesen-style isopermetric inequalities if one of domains is a disc. As direct consequences, we obtain some inequalities that strengthen the known Minkowski inequality for mixed areas and the Bonnesen-Blaschke-Flanders inequality.展开更多
Translation studies in the 20^(th)century has experienced a flourished development of the"linguistic turn"in the 1950s and then the"cultural turn"in the 1980s.The structuralist linguistics in trans...Translation studies in the 20^(th)century has experienced a flourished development of the"linguistic turn"in the 1950s and then the"cultural turn"in the 1980s.The structuralist linguistics in translation studies emphasizes the first priority of"language",thus it demands the equivalent transformation between texts,which stresses the verbal translating strategies as well as a functional equivalence between source and target texts;with the proliferation of deconstruction in the 1970s,which uses translation often both to raise questions regarding the nature of language and"being-in-language",translation studies has gone beyond the previous"limitations of Formalist roots,scientific approach and dualistic epistemological assumptions.(Gentzler,2004;145).Combined with widespread cultural studies in 1980s,translation studies shifts to focuson the cultural differences between texts and the reception and influence of the translated texts on the target culture.As the cultural turn has held sway in translation studies,translators then functioned as a mediator with subjectivity or somewhat power of manipulation;till the end of the 20th century,deconstruction and cultural studies,which began to be more politically assertive and discusses the issues like ethnics,races,imperialisms,etc.,had a larger impact upon translators and translation the orists in the area of postcolonial translation.展开更多
