Ternary transition metal dichalcogenide alloys with spatially graded bandgaps are an emerging class of two-dimensional materials with unique features,which opens up new potential for device applications.Here,visible–near-infrared and self-powered phototransistors based on spatially bandgap-graded MoS2(1−x)Se2x alloys,synthesized by a simple and controllable chemical solution deposition method,are reported.The graded bandgaps,arising from the spatial grading of Se composition and thickness within a single domain,are tuned from 1.83 to 1.73 eV,leading to the formation of a homojunction with a builtin electric field.Consequently,a strong and sensitive gate-modulated photovoltaic effect is demonstrated,enabling the homojunction phototransistors at zero bias to deliver a photoresponsivity of 311 mA W−1,a specific detectivity up to^10^11 Jones,and an on/off ratio up to^10^4.Remarkably,when illuminated by the lights ranging from 405 to 808 nm,the biased devices yield a champion photoresponsivity of 191.5 A W−1,a specific detectivity up to^1012 Jones,a photoconductive gain of 10^6–10^7,and a photoresponsive time in the order of^50 ms.These results provide a simple and competitive solution to the bandgap engineering of two-dimensional materials for device applications without the need for p–n junctions. 展开更多

A model of grade transition is presented for a commercialized fluidized bed gas-phase polyethylene production process. The quantity of off-specification product and the time of grade transition can be minimized by the optimization of operating variables, such as polymerization temperature, the ratio of hydrogen to ethylene, the ratio of co-monomer to ethylene, feed rate of catalyst, and bed level. A new performance index, the ratio of melt flow (MFR), is included in the objective function, for restraining the sharp adjustment of operation variables and narrowing the distribution of molecular weight of the resin. It is recommended that catalyst feed rate and bed level are decreased in order to reduce the grade transition time and the quantity of off-specification product. This optimization problem is solved by an algorithm of sequential quadratic programming (SQP) in MATLAB. There is considerable difference between the forward transition and reverse transition of grade with regard to the operating variables due to the non-linearity of the system. The grade transition model is extended to a high space time yield (STY) process with the so-called condensed model operation. In the end, an optimization strategy for multi-product transition is proposed with two-level optimization of the objective function J(x,u) on the basis of the optimal grade transition model. A sequential transition of six commercial polyethylene grades is illustrated for an optimal multi-product operation. 展开更多

Since it is often difficult to build differential algebraic equations (DAEs) for chemical processes, a new data-based modeling approach is proposed using ARX (AutoRegressive with eXogenous inputs) combined with neural network under partial least squares framework (ARX-NNPLS), in which less specific knowledge of the process is required but the input and output data. To represent the dynamic and nonlinear behavior of the process, the ARX combined with neural network is used in the partial least squares (PLS) inner model between input and output latent variables. In the proposed dynamic optimization strategy based on the ARX-NNPLS model, neither parameterization nor iterative solving process for DAEs is needed as the ARX-NNPLS model gives a proper representation for the dynamic behavior of the process, and the computing time is greatly reduced compared to conventional control vector parameterization method. To demonstrate the ARX-NNPLS model based optimization strategy, the polyethylene grade transition in gas phase fluidized-bed reactor is taken into account. The optimization results show that the final optimal trajectory of quality index determined by the new approach moves faster to the target values and the computing time is much less. 展开更多

Solid state welding process used for joining aluminum and steel at the electric transition joints have the drawbacks of cracking and separation at the interface surfaces. Cracking and separation at the electric transition joints are caused by the stress singularities that developed due to the mismatch in thermal and mechanical properties of each material. To overcome the drawback of electric transition joints, aluminum/steel functionally graded may be used as electric transition joints or proposed. Therefore manufacturing and investigation of aluminum/steel functionally graded materials fabricated by powder metallurgy process were carried out through the current work. Different samples with different layers of aluminum/steel functionally graded materials were compacted using steel die and punch at the same compacted pressure and sintered temperature. After investigating the different samples of aluminum/steel functionally graded materials under different fabrication conditions, the suitable fabrication regime was determined with the aid of microscopic observations. 展开更多

In this paper,a two-layer hierarchical structure of optimization and control for polypropylene grade transition was raised to overcome process uncertain disturbances that led to the large deviation between the open-loop reference trajectory and the actual process.In the upper layer,the variant time scale based control vector parametric methods(VTS-CVP) was used for dynamic optimization of transition reference trajectory,while nonlinear model predictive controller(NMPC) based on closed-loop subspace and piece-wise linear(SSARX-PWL) model in the lower layer was tracking to the reference trajectory from the upper layer for overcoming high-frequency disturbances.Besides,mechanism about trajectory deviation detection and optimal trajectory updating online were introduced to ensure a smooth transition for the entire process.The proposed method was validated with the real data from an industrial double-loop propylene polymerization reaction process with developed dynamic mechanism mathematical model. 展开更多

A Hybrid Level Set Optimization Design Method of Functionally Graded Cellular Structures Considering Connectivity

With the continuous advancement in topology optimization and additive manufacturing(AM)technology,the capability to fabricate functionally graded materials and intricate cellular structures with spatially varying microstructures has grown significantly.However,a critical challenge is encountered in the design of these structures–the absence of robust interface connections between adjacent microstructures,potentially resulting in diminished efficiency or macroscopic failure.A Hybrid Level Set Method(HLSM)is proposed,specifically designed to enhance connectivity among non-uniform microstructures,contributing to the design of functionally graded cellular structures.The HLSM introduces a pioneering algorithm for effectively blending heterogeneous microstructure interfaces.Initially,an interpolation algorithm is presented to construct transition microstructures seamlessly connected on both sides.Subsequently,the algorithm enables the morphing of non-uniform unit cells to seamlessly adapt to interconnected adjacent microstructures.The method,seamlessly integrated into a multi-scale topology optimization framework using the level set method,exhibits its efficacy through numerical examples,showcasing its prowess in optimizing 2D and 3D functionally graded materials(FGM)and multi-scale topology optimization.In essence,the pressing issue of interface connections in complex structure design is not only addressed but also a robust methodology is introduced,substantiated by numerical evidence,advancing optimization capabilities in the realm of functionally graded materials and cellular structures. 展开更多

Optimization of Shanghai Marine Environmental Monitoring Sites in the Identification of Boundaries of Different Water Quality Grades

Water quality is critical to ensure that marine resources and the environment are utilized in a sustainable manner. The objective of this study is therefore to investigate the optimum placement of marine environmental monitoring sites to monitor water quality in Shanghai, China. To improve the mapping or estimation accuracy of the areas with different water quality grades, the monitoring sites were fixed in transition bands between areas of different grades rather than in other positions. Following bidirectional optimization method, first, 18 candidate sites were selected by filtering out specific site categories. Second, three of these were, in turn, eliminated because of the rule defined by the changes in the areas of water quality grades and by the standard deviation of the interpolation errors of dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN) and phosphate(PO_4-P). Furthermore, indicator kriging was employed to depict the transition bands between different water quality grades whenever new sampling sites were added. The four optimization projects of the newly added sites reveal that, all optimized sites were distributed in the transition bands of different water grades, and at the same time in the areas where the historical sites were sparsely distributed. New sites were also found in the overlap region of different transition bands. Additional sites were especially required in these regions to discriminate the boundaries of different water quality grades. Using the bidirectional optimization method of the monitoring sites, the boundaries of different water quality grades could be determined with a higher precision. As a result, the interpolation errors of DIN and PO_4-P could theoretically decrease. 展开更多

为探明湿筛二级配混凝土与三级配混凝土的性能差异,指导工程更合理地选取混凝土指标,本工作制备了三级配混凝土和对应的湿筛二级配混凝土,并通过海水浸泡试验测试了两者的氯离子扩散性能。在此基础上,结合压汞试验、扫描电镜、显微硬度... 为探明湿筛二级配混凝土与三级配混凝土的性能差异,指导工程更合理地选取混凝土指标,本工作制备了三级配混凝土和对应的湿筛二级配混凝土,并通过海水浸泡试验测试了两者的氯离子扩散性能。在此基础上,结合压汞试验、扫描电镜、显微硬度测试和背散射电子图像等微观表征手段,分析了二者在微观结构上的差异,并探讨了它们的氯离子扩散机理。结果显示,海水侵蚀30 d、60 d、90 d时,湿筛二级配混凝土的氯离子扩散系数分别为三级配混凝土的1.7倍、2.2倍和2.27倍,这表明使用湿筛二级配混凝土来表征三级配混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀性能可能会低估三级配混凝土的实际耐久性。此外,三级配混凝土和湿筛二级配混凝土的整体孔隙率分别为4.66%和10.57%,界面过渡区(ITZ)厚度分别为30μm和50μm。三级配混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能优于湿筛二级配混凝土的主要原因在于大骨料的阻隔和迂曲作用、孔隙结构的优化以及ITZ厚度的减小。 展开更多

500 MPa级制管用低合金钢成本优化

基于扫频激励试验平台评估扣件减振性能试验研究

城市轨道交通中针对扣件减振性能评估,尚无完备的试验评估体系。基于扫频激励试验平台,根据现场实测数据和调研分析等资料确定了扣件的减振性能评估试验方法,可分频分级评估扣件的减振性能。试验方法确定了扫频范围为10.0~1000.0 Hz、... 城市轨道交通中针对扣件减振性能评估,尚无完备的试验评估体系。基于扫频激励试验平台,根据现场实测数据和调研分析等资料确定了扣件的减振性能评估试验方法,可分频分级评估扣件的减振性能。试验方法确定了扫频范围为10.0~1000.0 Hz、扫频量级为1 m/s^(2)和扫频速度为0.5 oct/min等关键试验参数,并开展了不同维度的减振性能对比试验研究,分频振级曲线显示三种扣件的下部基础铅垂向加速度振级与扣件刚度基本呈正相关;不同轴质量作用下试验扣件在10.0~160.0 Hz内下部基础Z振级分频插入损失均为正,且与扣件刚度基本呈正相关;结合下部基础最大Z振级插入损失的评价指标,在14.0 t轴质量工况下,A型扣件插入损失为9.8 dB,B型扣件插入损失为7.1 dB,在17.0 t轴质量工况下,A型扣件插入损失为9.9 dB,B型扣件插入损失为6.9 dB,两种轴质量工况下试验扣件的插入损失相当,轴质量作用影响不大,且试验扣件插入损失与厂家宣称减振效果基本一致。现场测试的A型扣件和B型扣件隧道壁Z振级最大值V Zmax减振效果与扫频激励试验结果基本一致,进一步验证了扫频激励试验方法的合理性。 展开更多

Development of combined transitional pavement structure for urban tram track-road grade crossings

The grade crossings and adjacent pavements of urban trams are generally subjected to complex load conditions and are susceptible to damage.Therefore,in this study,a novel pavement structure between tram tracks and roads constructed using polyurethane(PU)elastic concrete and ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC),referred to as a track-road transitional pavement(TRTP),is proposed.Subsequently,its performance and feasibility are evaluated using experimental and numerical methods.First,the mechanical properties of the PU elastic concrete are evaluated.The performance of the proposed structure is investigated using a three-dimensional finite element model,where vehicleinduced dynamic and static loads are considered.The results show that PU elastic concrete and the proposed combined TRTP are applicable and functioned as intended.Additionally,the PU elastic concrete achieved sufficient performance.The recommended width of the TRTP is approximately 50 mm.Meanwhile,the application of UHPC under a PU elastic concrete layer significantly reduces vertical deformation.Results of numerical calculations confirmed the high structural performance and feasibility of the proposed TRTP.Finally,material performance standards are recommended to provide guidance for pavement design and the construction of tram-grade crossings in the future. 展开更多

国产先进控制系统在环管聚丙烯装置中的应用

目的探讨子宫内膜间质肉瘤(endometrial stromal sarcoma,ESS)从Ⅰ期低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤(low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma,LGESS)转化为Ⅳ期高级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤(high grade endometrial stromal sarcoma,HGESS)的临床病... 目的探讨子宫内膜间质肉瘤(endometrial stromal sarcoma,ESS)从Ⅰ期低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤(low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma,LGESS)转化为Ⅳ期高级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤(high grade endometrial stromal sarcoma,HGESS)的临床病理学特征、诊断及治疗。方法分析1例由LGESS转化为HGESS患者的临床资料、病理学特征(包括组织学、免疫表型、超微结构)及全景癌基因检测,并对相关文献进行复习。结果患者女性,52岁,初次宫腔镜下肿瘤电切的病理诊断为LGESS,Ki-67增殖指数为1%,全子宫+双侧附件切除术证实无肿瘤浸润转移。宫腔镜术后12个月患者出现复发、转移,屡次切除的复发肿瘤标本Ki-67增殖指数不断上升,最终达40%;至宫腔镜术后26个月转化为Ⅳ期,31个月转化为HGESS,临床出现腹腔、胸腔、肺、骨骼及皮肤等多处转移,于初次手术后48个月死亡。历次手术标本的CD10均(3+);ER及PR在初次标本中呈(2+),初次复发的标本中呈(1+),此后的手术标本均(-);p53在初次标本中呈(-),逐渐转变为在HGESS标本中(3+)。cKit(9,11,13,17)、EGFR(18,19,20,21)、PDGFRa(12,18)基因外显子均无突变。结论尽管LGESS多为早期、临床预后好,即便复发也多为晚期复发,但仍有LGESS转化为HGESS的情况出现,应引起临床和病理医师的高度重视。 展开更多

产品多样化需求使得聚烯烃生产过程中经常需要进行牌号切换操作。以往关于牌号切换优化的研究大多只关心切换过程结束后聚合物质量指标是否达到目标牌号值,对过渡过程中质量指标及状态变量的波动情况缺少关注,而过程的波动会影响到最终... 产品多样化需求使得聚烯烃生产过程中经常需要进行牌号切换操作。以往关于牌号切换优化的研究大多只关心切换过程结束后聚合物质量指标是否达到目标牌号值,对过渡过程中质量指标及状态变量的波动情况缺少关注,而过程的波动会影响到最终产物的质量性质和操作平稳性。为此,本文以聚乙烯气相流化床反应器为对象,通过在牌号切换优化命题中加入关于熔融指数等的路径约束,防止过渡过程中的状态变量剧烈波动影响聚合物树脂质量。为求解此类带路径约束的动态优化问题,对常规的控制变量参数化方法进行了改进,通过求解微分代数方程(DAE方程)将路径约束转化为控制变量约束。仿真结果表明,加入路径约束可以有效避免牌号切换中变量的剧烈波动,增强过程平稳性。 展开更多

针对差分进化算法早熟问题,提出一种改进差分进化算法,采用动态缩放因子解决优化过程中的变量约束问题,在进化过程中自动地调整控制参数取值以保证变量约束条件;引入聚集度作为参数评估种群分布的密集程度,增加一种新的变异算子在进化... 针对差分进化算法早熟问题,提出一种改进差分进化算法,采用动态缩放因子解决优化过程中的变量约束问题,在进化过程中自动地调整控制参数取值以保证变量约束条件;引入聚集度作为参数评估种群分布的密集程度,增加一种新的变异算子在进化过程中根据聚集度情况对部分个体进行后续变异操作,适时调整种群分布,提高种群多样性,增强全局搜索能力。建立了聚丙烯牌号切换优化模型并将改进的差分进化算法应用于牌号切换优化模型的求解,仿真实验结果表明改进的差分进化算法在全局搜索能力和搜索效率两个方面有较大提高。 展开更多
