背景:惯性测量单元被广泛用于人体姿态感知与动态捕捉。深度学习已逐步替代传统规则与特征工程,广泛应用于动作识别任务。卷积神经网络在提取局部动态特征方面表现良好,Transformer则在建模长时序依赖方面展现出强大能力。目的:通过基于... 背景:惯性测量单元被广泛用于人体姿态感知与动态捕捉。深度学习已逐步替代传统规则与特征工程,广泛应用于动作识别任务。卷积神经网络在提取局部动态特征方面表现良好,Transformer则在建模长时序依赖方面展现出强大能力。目的:通过基于Transformer-卷积神经网络融合模型识别方法,实现在单惯性传感器条件下的腰部康复训练动作识别任务。方法:采集6名健康受试者佩戴单个惯性传感器条件下执行腰部康复动作的加速度与角速度数据,以动作类型为数据进行标注,制作腰部康复动作数据集。通过腰部康复动作数据集对Transformer-卷积神经网络融合模型进行训练,构建动作分类模型。通过留一交叉验证评估模型准确性,并与线性判别分析、支持向量机、多层感知、经典Transformer等模型进行性能对比。结果与结论:在5类动作识别任务中,Transformer-卷积神经网络模型准确率达96.67%,F1-score为0.9669。在单传感器输入的条件下,相较于传统模型,在识别精度与泛化能力方面具有明显优势。验证了基于单惯性测量单元数据的深度模型在腰部康复动作分类任务中的实用性,为轻量化、高部署性的居家腰部康复训练系统提供基础。 展开更多

In the developing phase of typhoon formation, the spiral belt partly emerges in satellite cloud images. This research starts from images and moves on to graphics and then to representation and recognition. Following this route, local spiral cloud belt is segmented from the raw images using image segmentation, the spiral information is extracted using mathematic morphology, and local spiral curves are detected using Hough transformation. The problem of center locating of developing typhoon has finally been solved through a search algorithm of spiral curve. For No. 99082008 cloud image, the result produced by the algorithm in this paper is at 122..3 degree west longitude, 117.5 degree north latitude. The real typhoon center location was at 122.4 degree west longitude, 18 degree north latitude. 展开更多

Do energy intensity,resource abundance and inequality drive energy poverty?Evidence from developing countries 被引量:1

Energy poverty in developing countries is a critical issue characterized by the lack of access to modern energy services,such as electricity and clean cooking facilities,as marked in SDG 7.This study explores the correlations between energy poverty,energy intensity,resource abundance,and income inequality,as these factors have been theorized to play important roles in influencing energy poverty in developing countries.By observing that the dataset is heterogeneous across the countries and over the time frame,we use the Method of Moments Quantile Regression(MMQR)to analyze our developing countries’data from 2000 to 2019.Our findings indicate that energy intensity is a significant factor influencing energy poverty,suggesting that higher energy consumption relative to the sample countries can exacerbate this issue.Additionally,we observe that income inequality within the sample countries is a critical determinant of energy poverty levels,highlighting the dynamics between economic disparity and access to energy resources.Interestingly,our study reveals that resource abundance acts as a blessing rather than a curse in terms of energy poverty,implying that countries rich in natural resources may have better opportunities to combat energy deprivation.Finally,we emphasize the vital role of financial markets in addressing energy poverty on a global scale,suggesting that robust financial systems can facilitate investments and innovations aimed at improving energy access for vulnerable populations.The results from the robustness analysis support the empirical results obtained from the main estimation.The empirical findings of the present study advance important comprehensions for policymakers to adopt energy policies that address the complex challenges of energy poverty and promote inclusive energy access. 展开更多

Land transaction trajectories of China's overseas industrial parks in developing countries:Evidence from Southeast Asia 被引量:1

Foreign-funded overseas industrial parks(OIPs)are crucial for attracting foreign investment and promoting globalization in developing countries.However,large-scale land acquisition for these parks generates conflicts between developers and local stakeholders,increasing development costs.A qualitative multicase study was conducted in this study to analyze the land transaction trajectories of China's OIPs.Four OIPs were selected to reveal the underlying mechanisms from the perspectives of institutional arrangements,governance mechanisms,and enterprise heterogeneity.The findings indicate that in host countries with insufficient institutional development,local governments are more inclined to directly engage in OIP land acquisition.High-level intergovernmental mechanisms facilitate land acquisition processes,although their efficacy depends largely on administrative power allocation across parks in host countries.The results also indicate that enterprise characteristics significantly influence land acquisition,where microscale private enterprises lacking political connections often employ low-cost,bottom-up strategies by leveraging international experience.In summary,policy-makers in developing countries should prioritize enhancing OIP governance to mitigate transaction costs,promote diversified land supply,and optimize land allocation.By depicting China's OIP land acquisition processes,this study deepens the academic understanding of OIP governance in developing countries and related international land transactions,offering practical OIP management insights for governments in both host and parent countries. 展开更多

The suburbs surrounding metropolitan areas are the priority area for urban-rural integration development where functional optimization is essential to reconcile growing urban demands with sustainable rural development.Rural functions are changing substantially and vary significantly across areas in the practice of high-quality urban-rural integration development era.How to make use of the advantages of different rural functions and achieve optimized combination of functions are actual problems that urgently need to be solved.The paper analyzed the process of urban-rural integration through the identification of urban-rural integration interfaces and evaluated the multifunctional transformation of rural areas in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle(CCEC)with a fixed weight evaluation model.The differences in rural functions analyzed with the Theil index reveals the characteristics and sources of differences in the“production-living-ecology-culture”functional areas in the CCEC.The research results show that:(1)The spatial distribution characteristics of rural functions in the CCEC are obvious,and agricultural production clusters dominate the Chengdu Plain and eastern Chongqing,contrasting with ecological conservation zones along the Yangtze River system,while cultural heritage hubs concentrate in economically vibrant tourism corridors.(2)The overall regional differences in rural functions are mainly due to intra-regional differences;in terms of the contribution rate,the contribution rate of intra-regional differences in agricultural production,ecological conservation,and cultural heritage functions is much larger than that of inter-regional differences,whereas the inter-regional differences in human living functions are larger than those of intra-regional differences.(3)Based on the research results,the study area is divided into 14 functional types,which can provide scientific basis for improving the spatial layout and high-quality development of rural functions in the CCEC.These insights advance theoretical understanding of mountainous-urban transitional areas while informing practical strategies for high-quality integrated development. 展开更多

Developing strategy for rural transformation to alleviate poverty in Pakistan:Stylized facts from panel analysis 被引量:1

Sustainable income growth and poverty reduction remain critical challenges at the forefront of research in Pakistan,particularly in rural areas.To overcome these challenges,the role of rural transformation(RT)has emerged and gained importance in recent years.The present study is based on district-level data and covers the period from 1981 to 2019.The study attempts to quantify the role of rural transformation in boosting rural per capita income and alleviating rural poverty in the country.The study also aims to explore the impact of stages of rural transformation on rural per capita income and rural poverty alleviation.The empirical findings reveal that rural transformation(RT_(1)and RT_(2))is essential in enhancing rural per capita income and alleviating rural poverty.The role of the share of high-value crops(RT_(1))is more pronounced than the share of non-farm employment(RT_(2))in boosting rural per capita income and poverty alleviation.The trend of larger contribution of RT_(1)to enhance rural per capita income also continued at 2nd stage of rural transformation.In the case of poverty reduction,at 3rd stage of rural transformation,the role of RT_(2)is dominant.Our results indicate that districts at higher stages of rural transformation(both RT_(1)and RT_(2))tend to correlate positively with increased rural per capita income and reduced poverty rates,suggesting that progress in rural transformation is associated with improved economic conditions.However,it is important to note that this correlation does not necessarily imply a direct causal relationship between rural transformation and these economic outcomes;other factors may have influenced this relationship.In addition,the welfare impacts are more noticeable among the districts where a simultaneous shift from grain crops to cash crops and from farm employment to non-farm employment is observed.The study provides baseline information to learn experiences from fast-growing districts and to replicate the strategies in other districts,which boosts the RT process that may increase rural per capita income and enhance poverty reduction efforts. 展开更多

目的矿井涌水量精准预测对预防矿井水害和保障矿井安全生产具有重要意义,为精准预测矿井涌水量,构建适用于华北型煤田受底板L_(1-4)灰岩含水层和奥陶系灰岩含水层水害威胁的矿井涌水量预测模型。方法以河南某典型矿井的水文监测数据为基... 目的矿井涌水量精准预测对预防矿井水害和保障矿井安全生产具有重要意义,为精准预测矿井涌水量,构建适用于华北型煤田受底板L_(1-4)灰岩含水层和奥陶系灰岩含水层水害威胁的矿井涌水量预测模型。方法以河南某典型矿井的水文监测数据为基础,提出LSTMTransformer模型。利用LSTM捕捉矿井涌水量的动态时序特征,通过Transformer的多头注意力机制分析含水层水位变化和矿井涌水量之间的复杂时序关联,构建水位动态变化驱动下的矿井涌水量精准预测框架。结果结果表明,LSTM-Transformer模型预测精度显著优于LSTM,CNN,Transformer和CNN-LSTM模型的,其均方根误差为20.91 m^(3)/h,平均绝对误差为16.08 m^(3)/h,平均绝对百分比误差为1.12%,且和单因素涌水量预测模型相比,水位-涌水量双因素预测模型预测结果更加稳定。结论LSTM-Transformer模型成功克服传统方法在捕捉复杂水文地质系统中水位-涌水量动态关联上的局限,为矿井涌水量动态预测提供可解释性强、鲁棒性好的解决方案,也为类似地质条件下矿井涌水量预测提供了新方法。 展开更多

This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg innovation through the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and the moderating role of leader-member exchange(LMX).Data were collected from 279 employees and 56 matched supervisors within a large Chinese digital transformation group.A moderated mediation model analysis found that transformational leadership predicts higher employee bootleg innovation.Creative self-efficacy mediated the positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg.Additionally,leader-member exchange significantly moderated the relationship between transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy,for a further enhancement of bootleg innovation.Thesefindings underscore the importance of transformative leadership in fostering digital employee innovation.This study provides further evidence of the relevance of self-determination theory in explaining the leadership and employee innovation,relationship within the context of digital transformation.By implication,creative self-efficacy and leader-member exchange are modifiable factors by digital transformation entities seeking a competitive advantage. 展开更多

Developing a Transformation-Independent and Unbiased qPCR Assay to Rapidly Evaluate the Determinants of DNA Assembly Efficiency

Synthetic biology is moving in the direction of larger and more sophisticated design,which depends heavily on the efficient assembly of genetic modules.Conventional evaluation of the DNA assembly efficiency(AE)requires transformation,and the whole process requires up to 10 h and is susceptible to various interferences.To achieve rapid and reliable determination of the AE,an alternative transformation-independent method was established using a modified quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)assay.The AE is represented by the proportion of the ligated fragment,which can be determined within 3 h.This qPCR-based measurement was tested by the commonly used restriction ligation,Golden Gate assembly,and Gibson assembly for the assembly of two or more DNA pieces;the results correlated significantly with the AEs represented by the counting of the colony-forming units(CFUs).This method outperformed the CFU-based measurement by reducing the measuring bias and the random deviations that stem from the transformation process.The method was then employed to investigate the effects of terminal secondary structures on DNA assembly.The results revealed the major effects of the overall properties of the overlap sequence and the negative effects of hairpin structures on the AE,which are relevant for all assembly techniques that rely on homologous annealing of the terminal sequences.The qPCR-based approach presented here should facilitate the development of DNA assembly techniques and the diagnosis of inefficient assemblies. 展开更多

The oxytocin receptor(OXTR)has garnered increasing attention for its role in regulating both mature behaviors and brain development.It has been established that OXTR mediates a range of effects that are regionspecifc or period-specifc.However,the current studies of OXTR expression patterns in mice only provide limited help due to limitations in resolution.Therefore,our objective was to generate a comprehensive,high-resolution spatiotemporal expression map of Oxtr mRNA across the entire developing mouse brain.We applied RNAscope in situ hybridization to investigate the spatiotemporal expression pattern of Oxtr in the brains of male mice at six distinct postnatal developmental stages(P7,P14,P21,P28,P42,P56).We provide detailed descriptions of Oxtr expression patterns in key brain regions,including the cortex,basal forebrain,hippocampus,and amygdaloid complex,with a focus on the precise localization of Oxtr+cells and the variance of expression between diferent neurons.Furthermore,we identifed some neuronal populations with high Oxtr expression levels that have been little studied,including glutamatergic neurons in the ventral dentate gyrus,Vgat+Oxtr+cells in the basal forebrain,and GABAergic neurons in layers 4/5 of the cortex.Our study provides a novel perspective for understanding the distribution of Oxtr and encourages further investigations into its functions. 展开更多

Dedifferentiation and redifferentiation:the developing cell fate transition of plants

Plant cells retain the ability for cellular reprogramming,including totipotency and pluripotency,enabling them to revert their cell fate from differentiated to dedifferentiated one and subsequently redifferentiate under specific physiological and environmental cues.In response to these cues,endogenous phytohormones,genetic landscapes,and epigenetic remodeling play a significant role in initiating the reprogramming of somatic cells and re-establishment of an organized structure.Detailed studies on dedifferentiation have gradually unraveled the involvement of stem-like cells during early callus formation,along with the existence of QC-like transcriptional features in the middle cell layer of callus,which exhibits organ regeneration ability.Tracking natural variations and real-time regeneration dynamics across species,combined with single-cell RNA sequencing,will enable the identification of key developmental regulators and small peptides.These breakthroughs can be applied to enhance regeneration efficiency,improve transformation in recalcitrant species,and accelerate next-generation crop development.The current review summarizes the longstanding history and ongoing research progress in two pathways:dedifferentiation and redifferentiation.It also highlights how hormonal effects on the genetic factors and provides insights into how genetic signatures interact with epigenetic landscapes to drive these processes.It highlights the potential applications of developmental regulators for efficient gene transformation to enhance plant genetic engineering,while also addressing fundamental questions and identifying research gaps to guide future studies. 展开更多

Litchi has great economic significance as a global fruit crop.However,the advancement of litchi functional genomics has encountered substantial obstacles due to its recalcitrance to stable transformation.Here,we present an efficacious Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation system in somatic embryos of‘Heiye'litchi.This system was developed through the optimization of key variables encompassing explant selection,A.tumefaciens strain delineation,bacterium concentration,infection duration,and infection methodology.The subsequent validation of the transformation technique in litchi was realized through the ectopic expression of LcMYB1,resulting in the generation of transgenic calli.However,the differentiation of transgenic calli into somatic embryos encountered substantial challenges.To delineate the intricate molecular underpinnings of LcMYB1's inhibitory role in somatic embryo induction,a comprehensive transcriptome analysis was conducted that encompassed embryogenic calli(C),globular embryos(G),and transgenic calli(TC).A total of 1,166 common differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified between C-vs.-G and C-vs.-TC.Gene Ontology(GO)annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis revealed that these common DEGs were mostly related to plant hormone signal transduction pathways.Furthermore,RT-qPCR corroborated the pronounced down-regulation of numerous genes that are associated with somatic embryo induction within the transgenic calli.The development of this transformation system provides valuable support for functional genomics research in litchi. 展开更多
