This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg innovation through the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and the moderating role of leader-member exchange(LMX).Data...This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg innovation through the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and the moderating role of leader-member exchange(LMX).Data were collected from 279 employees and 56 matched supervisors within a large Chinese digital transformation group.A moderated mediation model analysis found that transformational leadership predicts higher employee bootleg innovation.Creative self-efficacy mediated the positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg.Additionally,leader-member exchange significantly moderated the relationship between transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy,for a further enhancement of bootleg innovation.Thesefindings underscore the importance of transformative leadership in fostering digital employee innovation.This study provides further evidence of the relevance of self-determination theory in explaining the leadership and employee innovation,relationship within the context of digital transformation.By implication,creative self-efficacy and leader-member exchange are modifiable factors by digital transformation entities seeking a competitive advantage.展开更多

Before this archetype is translated by the written word into literature, the telling of the story is not just the account of something that happened long ago in the past, but an actual reenactment of the events for the audience. The journey archetype appears in the earliest example of literature, Homer＇s Odyssey, where Homer makes the readers both an observer and participant in the transformation. The journey does not always, as in rites of initiation, involve a child and occur only once in life. Instead, the journey may begin in death and trauma and involve a person who must resume that journey over again as an adult. Such is the fate of Aeneas in Virgil＇s Aeneid whose transformative journey begins with the burning towers of Troy. In these two early epics the heroes suffer the loss of an older world and must resume their pursuit of new identities in a new world after descending to a land of death or underworld to consult ancestor figures who prepare them for the transition to a new life, identity, and destiny. The reader of these works participates in the journeys the heroes undertake and learns to renew contact with the sources of life and consciousness in myth, magic, and vision. The experiment was conducted in public high school No. 112 Jakarta. A total of 50 teachers were included as samples, where they were given the questionnaires to be filled by self-rating. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression model and processed with SPSS version 20. Results showed that transformational leadership, transactional leadership and work ethics have positive and significant impacts on teacher performance both simultaneously and individually.展开更多

By building a parametric cost frontier model ...With rising costs of capital, labor and energy, cost efficiency and cost management have become important questions confronting the next stage of China＇s economic growth. By building a parametric cost frontier model using panel data, this paper investigates the drivers of economic growth transformation from a cost perspective. According to our research, among various effects triggering corporate cost variations and in addition to the expansion of production scale, the largest effect is from technological progress, followed by the effect of factor price adjustment and the effect of efficiency gains. Within the decomposition of factor price adjustment effect, the energy factor effect is the most significant. Furthermore, energy price fluctuations are likely to become major factors restricting saving-based growth. Further study reveals that both the ownership reform and opening up of SOEs are favorable to reducing the costs generated by inefficiency. This paper provides empirical evidence for the driving mechanism of saving-based growth transformation as well as empirical evidence to support to the further deepening of property rights and market-oriented reforms.展开更多

Since, leadership style and behavior has a huge in...This research was conducted to identify the emerging leadership style being practiced by successful entrepreneurs and the leadership behavior they frequently applied. Since, leadership style and behavior has a huge influence to the success of the entrepreneur＇s enterprise. One hundred and fifty （150） successful entrepreneurs was the respondent of this study and they were survey and interviewed about their actual leadership style and practices. The research design was qualitative-descriptive type of research with the use of the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 5X （MLQ 5X） as the survey instrument to collect data regarding leadership styles of successful entrepreneurs. An interview guide questions was likewise utilized for validating the result of the study. An in-depth semi-structured interview was also conducted to 30 entrepreneurs from the 150 respondents. Findings of the study revealed that a successful entrepreneur exhibits a noticeably higher inclination toward transformational leadership and they consistently rated themselves higher in inspirational motivation for their leadership behavior. Therefore, the emerging leadership style of successful entrepreneurs is the transformational leadership and the leadership behavior that they frequently use is the inspirational motivation. Furthermore, the aimed of this study is to explore practices of transformational leadership behavior of successful entrepreneurs from entrepreneur＇s perspective.展开更多
Much has been written and researched about transformational change and the exogenous events that result in radical institutional transformation （Di Maggio ＆ Powell, 1983; Hannan＆ Freeman, 1989; Fligstein, 1996; Zor...Much has been written and researched about transformational change and the exogenous events that result in radical institutional transformation （Di Maggio ＆ Powell, 1983; Hannan＆ Freeman, 1989; Fligstein, 1996; Zorn, Dobbin, ＆ Kwok, 2006）. Accounts are provided of external agents disturbing the existing stasis of the institution and transforming the institution into something else that reflect a new paradigm or set of interests. Often, what is neglected in these accounts is what fractures exist in the original institution that would make them vulnerable and allow penetration by exogenous influences. Mahoney and Thelen （20 l 0） went beyond a general model of change that described the collapse of one set of institutional norms to be replaced by another. The model of change they propose takes into account both exogenous as well as endogenous factors as being the source of institutional change. They went on to state a view that transformation change as being a result of abrupt, wholesale breakdown needs to be rethought to include incremental, endogenous shifts in thinking that can often result in fundamental transformations.展开更多

Behavioral models have important potential to better understand and steer changes toward sustainability brought about by this context. Relying on a literature review, we distinguish incremental changes (extensions of what is already done) and transformational changes, which involve the reorientation of a considerable amount of farming activities. Transformational changes are particularly important in the context of global change. Existing integrated modelling frameworks based on behavioral theories are suited for incremental changes, but remain limited for transformational changes. Qualitative studies provide important insights on two key aspects of transformational changes, learning and social relations, but they have not been explicitly oriented toward computer modelling yet. Based on this literature and three seminal decision-making approaches, we propose a description of transformational change processes in farm decision-making, as a first step toward an implementation in agent-based models.展开更多

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformational role and dynamic mechanisms in arc-shaped subduction orogenic belts,with a specific focus on their manifestations in regions such as the Mediterrane...This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformational role and dynamic mechanisms in arc-shaped subduction orogenic belts,with a specific focus on their manifestations in regions such as the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.Current research highlights the control exerted by the negative buoyancy of subducting oceanic plates on subduction rates and their role in driving slab rollback.The feedback effects between trench retreat and tectonic transformation are identified as key mechanisms contributing to the curvature of orogenic belts.Simulation results indicate that the timing and distance of back-arc spreading center jumps in curved subduction zones are governed by the ratio of strength between transform faults and the overriding plate.Gravity-driven forces from subducting slabs are the primary drivers of arc curvature,tectonic transformations along subduction zones,the formation of transform faults,slab tearing,and even the rollback-driven invasion of curved subduction zones into Atlantic-type oceans.Geological evidence reveals that the development of transtensional or transpressional deformation in arc-shaped subduction orogenic belts results from the complex interactions between slab-rollbacked subduction and tectonic transformation within the overriding plate.This research not only enhances our understanding of the dynamics of global arc-shaped subduction orogenic belts but also underscores the importance of integrating geological observations with numerical simulations to unveil the complexities of arc-shaped subduction dynamic systems.展开更多
在新型电力系统复杂工况下,以策略表为主体、通过“离线仿真、在线匹配”的预案式频率稳定控制方案存在较高失配风险,甚至因调控失当引发二次冲击,严重威胁电力系统的安全稳定运行。提出一种计及预案式失配冲击的响应驱动频率稳定紧急...在新型电力系统复杂工况下,以策略表为主体、通过“离线仿真、在线匹配”的预案式频率稳定控制方案存在较高失配风险,甚至因调控失当引发二次冲击,严重威胁电力系统的安全稳定运行。提出一种计及预案式失配冲击的响应驱动频率稳定紧急切负荷策略。该策略动作在预案式控制之后,是对预案式控制的有益补充,能够有效提升系统频率稳定性。首先建立了基于系统频率响应(system frequency response,SFR)模型辨识的频率稳定切负荷量计算方法。提出了基于频率稀疏量测的SFR模型辨识方法,在此基础上建立了含稳定控制的SFR模型,根据频率稳定控制目标迭代求解切负荷量。其次,建立了基于Transformer网络的频率控制敏感点挖掘模型,通过分析关键发电机母线节点频率时序值和频率控制敏感点的映射关系,实现响应驱动的频率控制敏感点在线挖掘。最后,按照敏感点排序快速分配控制措施总量,构建频率稳定紧急控制方案。在某实际交直流混联万节点仿真系统验证了所提方法的有效性。展开更多

文摘IPSAS was accepted by Jordan’s government in accordance with worldwide trends.The Jordanian Ministry of Finance launched cash-basis IPSAS in 2015 and planned to implement accrual accounting by January 1,2021.However,the commitment to change remains uneven,hindering the full shift.Moving from old accounting processes to new ones is tough.Even then,it hasn’t been implemented,creating a gap due to the difficulty in committing to new accounting standards throughout implementation due to obstacles.Thus,knowing government accountants’issues is essential to applying IPSAS in government accounting.This study examines how transformational leadership affects government accountants’commitment to IPSAS adoption in Jordan’s public sector.This study used a quantitative approach to survey Jordanian Ministry of Finance accountants.The 384-person study had a 78%response rate.Additionally,PLS-SEM was used to confirm variable relationships.Transformational leadership positively predicted IPSAS implementation,according to the study.

文摘In the coming decades, agricultural systems will have to adapt to tremendous challenges. Behavioral models have important potential to better understand and steer changes toward sustainability brought about by this context. Relying on a literature review, we distinguish incremental changes (extensions of what is already done) and transformational changes, which involve the reorientation of a considerable amount of farming activities. Transformational changes are particularly important in the context of global change. Existing integrated modelling frameworks based on behavioral theories are suited for incremental changes, but remain limited for transformational changes. Qualitative studies provide important insights on two key aspects of transformational changes, learning and social relations, but they have not been explicitly oriented toward computer modelling yet. Based on this literature and three seminal decision-making approaches, we propose a description of transformational change processes in farm decision-making, as a first step toward an implementation in agent-based models.
文摘This paper is a study on the compulsion of transformational leadership from the part of the principal of this era when the demography of the students are changing exponentially, when the globe is experiencing massive changes in methods and techniques in educational process but the institutions remain the same as its ethics and operational strategies. The time is eloping when an educational head earns praises due to their prominence and performance in managerial functioning. But this paper tends to focus on several persisting challenges in these educational institutions like huge gap between teacher-student ratio, students’ increasing technological oriented learning, teachers’ lack of knowledge of multimedia class operation, girls’ little rate of enrolment in higher level of education, early marriage of school going girls and ensuring quality education to girls as per the demand of SDG 4 by 2030. This paper fosters the idea that a transformational head of the institution can be successful in this chase of challenges as he involves everyone to activities in order to reach goal. He works with the other members as a team member and thus a challenge of an institution turns to be liability to all.

文摘This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformational role and dynamic mechanisms in arc-shaped subduction orogenic belts,with a specific focus on their manifestations in regions such as the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.Current research highlights the control exerted by the negative buoyancy of subducting oceanic plates on subduction rates and their role in driving slab rollback.The feedback effects between trench retreat and tectonic transformation are identified as key mechanisms contributing to the curvature of orogenic belts.Simulation results indicate that the timing and distance of back-arc spreading center jumps in curved subduction zones are governed by the ratio of strength between transform faults and the overriding plate.Gravity-driven forces from subducting slabs are the primary drivers of arc curvature,tectonic transformations along subduction zones,the formation of transform faults,slab tearing,and even the rollback-driven invasion of curved subduction zones into Atlantic-type oceans.Geological evidence reveals that the development of transtensional or transpressional deformation in arc-shaped subduction orogenic belts results from the complex interactions between slab-rollbacked subduction and tectonic transformation within the overriding plate.This research not only enhances our understanding of the dynamics of global arc-shaped subduction orogenic belts but also underscores the importance of integrating geological observations with numerical simulations to unveil the complexities of arc-shaped subduction dynamic systems.
文摘在新型电力系统复杂工况下,以策略表为主体、通过“离线仿真、在线匹配”的预案式频率稳定控制方案存在较高失配风险,甚至因调控失当引发二次冲击,严重威胁电力系统的安全稳定运行。提出一种计及预案式失配冲击的响应驱动频率稳定紧急切负荷策略。该策略动作在预案式控制之后,是对预案式控制的有益补充,能够有效提升系统频率稳定性。首先建立了基于系统频率响应(system frequency response,SFR)模型辨识的频率稳定切负荷量计算方法。提出了基于频率稀疏量测的SFR模型辨识方法,在此基础上建立了含稳定控制的SFR模型,根据频率稳定控制目标迭代求解切负荷量。其次,建立了基于Transformer网络的频率控制敏感点挖掘模型,通过分析关键发电机母线节点频率时序值和频率控制敏感点的映射关系,实现响应驱动的频率控制敏感点在线挖掘。最后,按照敏感点排序快速分配控制措施总量,构建频率稳定紧急控制方案。在某实际交直流混联万节点仿真系统验证了所提方法的有效性。
