It is difficult to recover chrysocolla from sulfidation flotation which is closely related to the mineral surface composition.In this study,the effects of fluoride roasting on the surface composition of chrysocolla we...It is difficult to recover chrysocolla from sulfidation flotation which is closely related to the mineral surface composition.In this study,the effects of fluoride roasting on the surface composition of chrysocolla were investigated,its impact on sulfidation flotation was explored,and the mechanisms involved in both fluoride roasting and sulfidation flotation were discussed.With CaF_(2)as the roasting reagent,Na_(2)S·9H_(2)O as the sulfidation reagent,and sodium butyl xanthate(NaBX)as the collector,the results of the flotation experiments showed that fluoride roasting improved the floatability of chrysocolla,and the recovery rate increased from 16.87%to 82.74%.X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that after fluoride roasting,approximately all the Cu on the chrysocolla surface was exposed in the form of CuO,which could provide a basis for subsequent sulfidation flotation.The microscopy and elemental analyses revealed that large quantities of"pagoda-like"grains were observed on the sulfidation surface of the fluoride-roasted chrysocolla,indicating high crystallinity particles of copper sulfide.This suggests that the effect of sulfide formation on the chrysocolla surface was more pronounced.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that fluoride roasting increased the relative contents of sulfur and copper on the surface and that both the Cu~+and polysulfide fractions on the surface of the minerals increased.This enhances the effect of sulfidation,which is conducive to flotation recovery.Therefore,fluoride roasting improved the effect of copper species transformation and sulfidation on the surface of chysocolla,promoted the adsorption of collectors,and improved the recovery of chrysocolla from sulfidation flotation.展开更多

Despite broad consensus on the importance of enterprise digital transformation,significant discrepancies persist regarding its actual effects.This divergence stems primarily from two key measurement challenges:(1)a la...Despite broad consensus on the importance of enterprise digital transformation,significant discrepancies persist regarding its actual effects.This divergence stems primarily from two key measurement challenges:(1)a lack of clear and consistent definitions of enterprise digital transformation,and(2)a lack of rigorous and accurate measurement methodologies.These shortcomings lead to research findings that are incomparable,difficult to replicate,and often conflicting.To effectively address the aforementioned challenges,this paper employs machine learning and large language models(LLMs)to construct a novel set of indicators for enterprise digital transformation.The work begins by manually annotating sentences from annual reports of listed companies in China from 2006 to 2020.These labeled sentences are then used to train and fine-tune several machine learning models,including LLMs.The ERNIE model,demonstrating the best classification performance among the models tested,is selected as the sentence classifier to predict sentence labels across the full text of the annual reports,ultimately constructing the enterprise digital transformation metrics.Both theoretical analysis and multiple data cross-validations demonstrate that the metrics developed in this paper are more accurate than existing approaches.Based on these metrics,the paper empirically examines the impact of enterprise digital transformation on financial performance.Our findings reveal three key points:(1)enterprise digital transformation significantly enhances financial performance,with big data,AI,mobile internet,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things(IoT)all playing a significant role;however,blockchain technology does not show a significant effect;(2)the significant positive effect of digital transformation on financial performance is primarily observed in firms with weaker initial financial performance;and(3)enterprise digital transformation improves financial performance mainly through enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.This research has practical implications for promoting enterprise digital transformation and fostering high-quality economic development.展开更多
This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg innovation through the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and the moderating role of leader-member exchange(LMX).Data...This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg innovation through the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and the moderating role of leader-member exchange(LMX).Data were collected from 279 employees and 56 matched supervisors within a large Chinese digital transformation group.A moderated mediation model analysis found that transformational leadership predicts higher employee bootleg innovation.Creative self-efficacy mediated the positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg.Additionally,leader-member exchange significantly moderated the relationship between transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy,for a further enhancement of bootleg innovation.Thesefindings underscore the importance of transformative leadership in fostering digital employee innovation.This study provides further evidence of the relevance of self-determination theory in explaining the leadership and employee innovation,relationship within the context of digital transformation.By implication,creative self-efficacy and leader-member exchange are modifiable factors by digital transformation entities seeking a competitive advantage.展开更多
With the acceleration of the global digital wave,enterprise procurement management is facing multiple challenges such as cost pressure,supply chain collaboration demand,and insufficient information ability.Based on dy...With the acceleration of the global digital wave,enterprise procurement management is facing multiple challenges such as cost pressure,supply chain collaboration demand,and insufficient information ability.Based on dynamic capability theory,resource-based view,and value chain theory,this paper constructs a four-level research framework of“driving factors-transformation paths-strategic actions-performance evaluation”.Firstly,through literature analysis and case review,it summarizes the internal and external driving factors such as external market competition pressure,supply chain coordination demand,policy and regulatory environment,as well as enterprise information foundation,organizational culture,and talent reserve,and analyzes their mechanism of action on procurement digital transformation.Secondly,the procurement digital transformation path is divided into two types:gradual upgrading and leap-forward reconstruction,and the strategic and tactical level strategies,such as top-level design,data governance,process remodeling,supplier collaboration platform construction,and intelligent decision support,are proposed.Thirdly,the implementation guarantee mechanism was designed from the four aspects of organization management,technology platform,talent culture,and risk control.Finally,the performance evaluation index system covering cost,cycle,quality,risk,and digital maturity was constructed,and the evaluation method and continuous improvement mechanism based on balanced scorecard and ROI/TCO analysis were proposed.The results show that the systematic strategy design and multi-dimensional guarantee can effectively improve the procurement efficiency of enterprises,reduce operating costs,enhance supply chain resilience,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.展开更多
Following the global economy’s shift toward a digital-based system,the significance of digital transformation(DT)at the firm level has become increasingly important.Accordingly,this study aims to enhance understandin...Following the global economy’s shift toward a digital-based system,the significance of digital transformation(DT)at the firm level has become increasingly important.Accordingly,this study aims to enhance understanding of a firm’s DT by examining the varying impacts ofirm life cycle(FLC)stages on DT adoption.We consider the impact of the mass entrepreneur and innovation campaign(MEIC)on this relationship.Based on the data of China A-share non-financial companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2010 to 2020.The baseline findings reveal that firms in the growth stage are likelier to adopt DT than firms in the introduction and decline stages;however,DT adoption in the maturity stage is uncertain.MEIC encourages DT adoption during the introduction,maturity,and decline stages.Furthermore,the univariate test demonstrates a relative enhancement in DT after implementing MEIC,underscoring its role in effectively allocating resources within the firms to embrace DT.This study’s results are robust across various estimation techniques and instrumental variables.The empirical results offer insights into policy implications,highlighting the factors shaping firms’DT adoption decisions at different FLC stages and endorsing resource-based and agency theories.展开更多

文摘In order to effectively serve the modernization of China,the Landscape Architecture discipline of the College of Science and Technology of China Three Gorges University,building on its distinctive disciplinary strengths and proactively adapting to the demands of the times,has proposed an innovative transformation and development model centered on the principle of“Green,Digital-intelligence,Humanity,and Integration(GDHI)”and conducted comprehensive practical research through multiple dimensions,including restructuring talent training programs,innovating teaching content and methods,and fostering indepth interdisciplinary integration.This has resulted in the formation of a distinctive,innovative teaching methods,providing valuable experience for further transformation and reshaping of the Landscape Architecture discipline and related disciplines.

文摘Despite broad consensus on the importance of enterprise digital transformation,significant discrepancies persist regarding its actual effects.This divergence stems primarily from two key measurement challenges:(1)a lack of clear and consistent definitions of enterprise digital transformation,and(2)a lack of rigorous and accurate measurement methodologies.These shortcomings lead to research findings that are incomparable,difficult to replicate,and often conflicting.To effectively address the aforementioned challenges,this paper employs machine learning and large language models(LLMs)to construct a novel set of indicators for enterprise digital transformation.The work begins by manually annotating sentences from annual reports of listed companies in China from 2006 to 2020.These labeled sentences are then used to train and fine-tune several machine learning models,including LLMs.The ERNIE model,demonstrating the best classification performance among the models tested,is selected as the sentence classifier to predict sentence labels across the full text of the annual reports,ultimately constructing the enterprise digital transformation metrics.Both theoretical analysis and multiple data cross-validations demonstrate that the metrics developed in this paper are more accurate than existing approaches.Based on these metrics,the paper empirically examines the impact of enterprise digital transformation on financial performance.Our findings reveal three key points:(1)enterprise digital transformation significantly enhances financial performance,with big data,AI,mobile internet,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things(IoT)all playing a significant role;however,blockchain technology does not show a significant effect;(2)the significant positive effect of digital transformation on financial performance is primarily observed in firms with weaker initial financial performance;and(3)enterprise digital transformation improves financial performance mainly through enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.This research has practical implications for promoting enterprise digital transformation and fostering high-quality economic development.

文摘This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg innovation through the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and the moderating role of leader-member exchange(LMX).Data were collected from 279 employees and 56 matched supervisors within a large Chinese digital transformation group.A moderated mediation model analysis found that transformational leadership predicts higher employee bootleg innovation.Creative self-efficacy mediated the positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee bootleg.Additionally,leader-member exchange significantly moderated the relationship between transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy,for a further enhancement of bootleg innovation.Thesefindings underscore the importance of transformative leadership in fostering digital employee innovation.This study provides further evidence of the relevance of self-determination theory in explaining the leadership and employee innovation,relationship within the context of digital transformation.By implication,creative self-efficacy and leader-member exchange are modifiable factors by digital transformation entities seeking a competitive advantage.
文摘With the acceleration of the global digital wave,enterprise procurement management is facing multiple challenges such as cost pressure,supply chain collaboration demand,and insufficient information ability.Based on dynamic capability theory,resource-based view,and value chain theory,this paper constructs a four-level research framework of“driving factors-transformation paths-strategic actions-performance evaluation”.Firstly,through literature analysis and case review,it summarizes the internal and external driving factors such as external market competition pressure,supply chain coordination demand,policy and regulatory environment,as well as enterprise information foundation,organizational culture,and talent reserve,and analyzes their mechanism of action on procurement digital transformation.Secondly,the procurement digital transformation path is divided into two types:gradual upgrading and leap-forward reconstruction,and the strategic and tactical level strategies,such as top-level design,data governance,process remodeling,supplier collaboration platform construction,and intelligent decision support,are proposed.Thirdly,the implementation guarantee mechanism was designed from the four aspects of organization management,technology platform,talent culture,and risk control.Finally,the performance evaluation index system covering cost,cycle,quality,risk,and digital maturity was constructed,and the evaluation method and continuous improvement mechanism based on balanced scorecard and ROI/TCO analysis were proposed.The results show that the systematic strategy design and multi-dimensional guarantee can effectively improve the procurement efficiency of enterprises,reduce operating costs,enhance supply chain resilience,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
文摘Following the global economy’s shift toward a digital-based system,the significance of digital transformation(DT)at the firm level has become increasingly important.Accordingly,this study aims to enhance understanding of a firm’s DT by examining the varying impacts ofirm life cycle(FLC)stages on DT adoption.We consider the impact of the mass entrepreneur and innovation campaign(MEIC)on this relationship.Based on the data of China A-share non-financial companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2010 to 2020.The baseline findings reveal that firms in the growth stage are likelier to adopt DT than firms in the introduction and decline stages;however,DT adoption in the maturity stage is uncertain.MEIC encourages DT adoption during the introduction,maturity,and decline stages.Furthermore,the univariate test demonstrates a relative enhancement in DT after implementing MEIC,underscoring its role in effectively allocating resources within the firms to embrace DT.This study’s results are robust across various estimation techniques and instrumental variables.The empirical results offer insights into policy implications,highlighting the factors shaping firms’DT adoption decisions at different FLC stages and endorsing resource-based and agency theories.
文摘In recent years,with the advent of the digital era,digital transformation has become a mainstream social trend.As a powerful driving force,digital transformation is profoundly changing the operation mode and management method of enterprise supply chains.Enterprises should seize this opportunity to continuously enhance supply chain resilience.Enhancing enterprise supply chain resilience based on digital transformation can not only improve the supply chain’s resistance and recovery capabilities,but also further enhance its innovation capability.This helps enterprises better respond to various unstable factors and provides protection for promoting the sustainable development of the supply chain.In this regard,this paper first expounds the multi-dimensional value of digital transformation in enhancing enterprise supply chain resilience,and then puts forward effective paths,aiming to provide certain reference for relevant researchers.

文摘In the era of green logistics,digital transformation has become an effective means for the logistics industry’s high-quality development.Using listed companies in China’s logistics industry from 2010 to 2021 as the research samples,this paper conducts an empirical test on the impact of the digital transformation of logistics enterprises on their green in-novation.Specifically,enterprise digital transformation indicators are constructed through the text analysis method,and the fixed-effects model is applied for analysis.The results indicate that the digital transformation of logistics enterprises has a significant promoting effect on their green innovation;the promoting effect of the digital transformation of logistics enterprises on green innovation is primarily achieved by easing corporate financing constraints and reducing corporate en-vironmental uncertainty;and the impact of digital transformation on green innovation is geographically heterogeneous.

文摘This study aims to explore the relationship between the driving factors,implementation measures,and effects of financial management digital transformation in the banking industry in Jinan,Shandong Province,China.Faced with intense competition driven by advancements in financial technology,evolving customer demands,and policy support,digital transformation has become a critical strategy for enhancing operational efficiency and market competitiveness.Leveraging the researcher's extensive professional experience and employing scientific research methods and tools,the study conducted an online survey across multiple banking institutions in Jinan,collecting 305 valid responses from senior management,financial department heads,IT personnel,middle management,and financial and audit staff.The questionnaire was designed around key dimensions of financial management digital transformation,including driving factors,implementation measures,and effect evaluation,covering variables such as technology adoption,process optimization,employee training,data security,and organizational adjustments.Quantitative analysis methods,including reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive analysis,regression analysis,and chi-square independence tests,were used to ensure data quality and uncover inherent patterns.The findings reveal significant relationships between driving factors(e.g.,financial technology advancements,market demand,and policy support)and transformation effects(e.g.,operational efficiency,resource allocation,and customer experience),with notable differences in implementation outcomes across different types of banks.Based on these insights,the study provides strategic recommendations for optimizing digital transformation in Jinan's banking industry,aiming to enhance operational efficiency,improve financial service quality,and support sustainable industry development.

文摘This study examines the digital transformation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)education within the context of global standardization,along with the challenges and opportunities of its cross-cultural dissemination.With the rapid advancement of technologies such as artificial intelligence,virtual reality,and blockchain,TCM education is experiencing a significant disruption and innovation of its traditional models.The research develops a“Standard-Technology-Culture”tri-spiral model to analyze how TCM education can achieve a seamless integration of standardization,technological innovation,and cultural preservation during its globalization process.The study finds that standardization provides the foundation for TCM education’s global expansion,while technological innovation drives the transformation of educational methodologies.Simultaneously,cultural preservation ensures the distinctiveness of TCM education.However,the tension between standardization and the unique characteristics of TCM,as well as the balance between technological empowerment and cultural transmission,remain critical challenges in the ongoing transformation.Based on these findings,the study proposes strategies such as the“digital apprenticeship”model and blockchain-based certification systems to advance the globalization and digital transformation of TCM education,providing theoretical support for the creation of a global health community.
